La Comisión Permanente se reunió esta mañana por segunda vez luego de que el presidente Martín Vizcarra disolviera el Congreso. Tras varias horas de debate, se aprobó la elaboración de un informe técnico-legal respecto al funcionamiento de la Comisión Permanente y, especificamente, de la Subcomisión de Acusaciones Constitucionales para el período anual de sesiones 2019-2020. A la sesión faltaron algunos congresistas como Indira Huilca, quien denunció un "uso político" de la Comisión Permanente y cuestionó que Pedro Olaechea convocara a este grupo para ver "temas que no le competen", como reformar la Comisión de Acusaciones Constitucionales, y no programar el estudio de tres decretos de urgencia emitidos por el Ejecutivo.
