"This judiciary provides: to transfer to the defendant's technical defense for a period of three days, to express the arguments he deems appropriate," said Judge Hugo Núñez Julca in his resolution. On the eve, it was announced that the Public Prosecutor's Office requested 18 months of suspension of rights against the former national prosecutor, Pedro Chávarry. The measure was raised by Supreme Prosecutor Bersabeth Revilla Corrales, who considered that Chávarry Vallejos tried to thwart the investigation actions of the prosecutors of the Special Team of the Lava Jato case. He also questioned that the current supreme prosecutor has tried to request information about an agreement even though he did not have to do so.
