Well your words impressed me a bit , but let's be away of dramas , i like your opinion about our forum and the way you think about us , but we do not consider our members with the words they say ( We could give billions of our users if we take into consideration the feelings they share to our community ) . We appreciate your point of view about the new edition of the forum but this won't support you to be part of the staff team . I would like to inform you that every moderator is required to be at least in 1 project as co leader above , this improves how much he is a reliable and a hard working person , You don't like any of our projects , so you will not be active in any of it therefore you will not be a useful user for us and you will not be eligible for moderator rank . 17. Siri will make your iPhone smarter and charges last longer with iOS 14. Here's how New automated shortcuts can preserve battery life, open apps and turn on certain playlists, depending on what you need. Apple's latest iPhone ($699 at Apple) operating system, iOS 14, is up and running as a developer beta, and is packed with useful new features to help you get things done faster and easier. The Shortcuts app in particular sees a major upgrade in the new OS, with more options for automating tasks so you can make your phone do what you need without moving a muscle. Of course, iOS 14 is still only available in developer beta (check out our instructions for how to download iOS 14). So, if you want to test it out now, you'll need to sign up for an Apple developer account, which costs $99 per year. But even after you install the developer beta, the OS won't be in its final form, and could experience bugs. We recommend waiting for the public beta in July, or, better yet, the final release in the fall. But here's how the new Shortcut feature works, so you can be ready when you do get iOS 14 on your iPhone. What is the Shortcuts app? If you're unfamiliar, Siri Shortcuts is an app that lets you automate certain tasks or sequences of tasks that you can trigger with a tap or Siri voice command. For example, if you know you want to silence your phone for 30 minutes a day while you read, you can create a shortcut, so all you have to say is, "Siri, Do Not Disturb timer" (or whatever command you prefer). Or you might want to set a shortcut so that when your phone hits a certain battery level, Siri will automatically turn down the screen brightness and turn off location services to save battery. Apple introduced shortcuts in iOS 12. The app is included by default, and it's easy to get started with. In iOS 14, open the app, tap the Automation tab at the bottom and tap Create Personal Automation. You can also set up automations that work for everyone in your home. What's new with Shortcuts in iOS 14? In the past, you may have had to jump into the Shortcuts app to complete a task, Shortcuts engineer Daniel Hsu said during a WWDC session on new features. In iOS 14, Shortcuts will run seamlessly in the background, and only prompt you if you need to input any information. For example, if you have a shortcut for calculating tips, it'll prompt you to enter the bill. New folders make it easier to find and keep track of shortcuts. And you'll finally be able to use the Shortcuts app on an Apple Watch with WatchOS 7, too. Apple WWDC 2020 event iOS 14 also has more options for automating tasks, letting you run actions based on triggers like the time of day, arrival at a location or when you open an app. For example, you can set up a shortcut so that if you open a journaling app, your phone automatically goes into Do Not Disturb mode and starts your writing playlist from Apple Music. The new OS lets you trigger shortcuts with more actions, like opening an email or message, closing an app or plugging your phone into its charger. It also supports more automated shortcuts that don't require an action from you, such as giving you a weather report and starting a playlist at a certain time of morning, or shutting down apps when the phone enters low-power mode. You can customize your shortcuts (automated or otherwise) exactly as you like from the app. You can find suggestions for things to automate in the Gallery tab of the Shortcuts app, and also check out our list of the 10 best iOS shortcuts and how they work for some inspiration. Find out if iOS 14 will work on your iPhone. Here's the complete list Apple announced a slew of new features coming to iOS 14 this fall at its Worldwide Developers Conference Monday. The latest updates show a new app organizer and home screen widgets for the first time on iPhone ($699 at Apple), as well as a more compact Siri interface. The new iOS 14 update will also let you play a video thumbnail (Picture in Picture) while doing other things and add face coverings to your Memoji. As with any new iOS update, you may be wondering whether you'll still be able to use your old iPhone or if it's time to upgrade to a newer version. When Apple revealed iOS 13 last year, it announced the update would work with iPhone 6S, iPhone SE (2016) and newer models. This year is the same -- Apple isn't excluding the iPhone 6S or its older version of the iPhone SE.
  18. Report: New, Cheaper 1440p Next-Gen Xbox in the Works What is Lockhart? The Xbox Series X has a cheaper, less powerful sibling console codenamed “Lockhart” in the works, according to an Xbox developer kit leak from earlier this week that was today verified by The Verge. According to Twitter user @XB1_HexDecimal, the June release notes for the Xbox Development Kit reference a “Scarlett dev kit” that includes three different console modes -- “default, AnacondaProfiling and LockhartProfiling” -- as testing options. Since Microsoft’s codename for the Xbox Series X was Project Scarlett and a picture of an anaconda is etched into the Xbox Series X mainboard, the leak sparked speculation that “LockhartProfiling” refers to a new, unannounced next-gen Xbox. Now, we have more to go on than screenshots and hearsay. According to The Verge today, it confirmed via anonymous "sources familiar with Microsoft's Xbox plans" that the Xbox developer kit does include a “special Lockhart mode." The sources also claimed that enabling the mode reduces the kit’s performance to the standards that Microsoft is planning to hit with an unannounced budget next-gen Xbox. “We understand that includes 7.5GB of usable RAM, a slightly underclocked CPU speed, and about 4 teraflops of performance,” The Verge reported. “The [standard] Xbox Series X includes 13.5GB of usable RAM, and targets 12 teraflops of GPU performance.” The report also pointed to Twitter user @bllyhlbrt, who highlighted several Lockhart references in the Xbox One operating system, alongside references to Anaconda and Dante (the name of the developer kit, according to The Verge's sources). Whether Lockhart will be included in the Xbox Series X branding or sold under a different name (Xbox Series S?) is unknown. The Verge did, however, claim that the console is meant to target “gaming at 1080p or 1440p,” as opposed to the 4K at 60 frames per second standard the Xbox Series X has been advertising. The best gaming PCs we've tested The best gaming laptops to hit our labs A second, less expensive console would fit into Microsoft’s announced, PC-like Xbox strategy, as the company has been adamant about the Xbox Series X and Xbox One maintaining the same library in the first few years after release. This would eliminate the need to make or buy different versions of games for different Xbox consoles. Remember when Ubisoft made versions of Assassin’s Creed 4 for both PS3 and PS4? Instead, compatibility would be assumed, and a game’s performance would simply be decided by how powerful your machine is, opening the door for plenty of different models and configurations.
  19. Game Informations : Developer: nDreams Publishers : nDreams, Oculus Studios Platforms : Oculus Quest, Microsoft Windows Initial release date: 25 juin 2020 Let me say up front that I’m in no way saying that no special forces commando has ever stealthily infiltrated an enemy stronghold exclusively via kayak without ever setting foot on land. I mean, if such a soldier exists, they must be such a badass that no one has ever seen them and lived. But for the sake of argument, let’s say it’s a goofy premise for a VR stealth game, and Phantom: Covert Ops leans into it hard enough that it sort of works. Given the fact that you’re effectively half man, half boat it’s bemusing how seriously Phantom: Covert Ops takes itself. You’ve got the amazingly generic name, and the paint-by-numbers Tom Clancy story about a former Soviet madman planning a biological weapons attack is played 100 percent straight, smack-talking villains and all. All of that is relayed to you through voices over a radio. It’s practically self-parody. Where Phantom does stand out is in how you sneak around. Propelling yourself through the water is pretty fun once you get over how ridiculous waving a virtual kayak paddle looks to anybody watching – picture someone doggy-paddling through the air. I ended up getting into it, though, even putting my feet up on a footstool to simulate sitting in a kayak (though this sometimes made it difficult to reach items in my lap). It’s cool to build up some speed, then hold the A button on the right controller and dip a paddle to make tight turns, though it’s a little inconsistent about when you can just hold the paddle and when you have to push repeatedly. As stealth games go, this is a fairly simple and forgiving one. At the same time, in a lot of ways dealing with the inertia of your boat while avoiding spotlights and incoming enemy boats is like if Agent 47 were trying to be sneaky while wearing ice skates. Getting the hang of stopping when you need to stop and positioning yourself close enough to a switch to reach out and pull it is not without its frustrations. Because of that imprecision it’s probably a good thing that, as stealth games go, this is a fairly simple and forgiving one. Granted, AI needs to be predictable and robotic for successful stealth to feel like solving a puzzle rather than just getting lucky, but these guys are hilariously dumb. Your binoculars permanently mark enemies for you, and soldiers are all but completely blind unless you float directly into their flashlight beams or zoom by them at top speed. I found myself being thankful that Phantom doesn’t use the Rift’s microphone to pick up sound that could be perceived by enemies because I was usually laughing in their faces at how brazenly I could lazily cruise by under their noses – sometimes literally when they’re standing on a bridge. Sometimes just sailing by isn’t an option because an area is well lit or heavily patrolled, but in those cases there are usually highlighted objects like lights, radios, and fire extinguishers you can shoot to create a diversion and draw them away. Failing that you’ve always got a silenced pistol at your side that can drop all but the most armored of enemies with a single headshot. You even get about five seconds of slow-motion reaction time to take out whoever spotted you. What am I supposed to do with all these bullets? It’s kind of odd that, for most of Phantom’s seven missions, you’re armed to the teeth: a silenced pistol, an assault rifle, and sometimes a silenced sniper rifle and another fun toy or two are strapped to your body and boat, and you’ll often have explosives you can toss. Usually I had more ammunition than I could carry, which was confusing because this is a game about avoiding firefights. You’re actually penalized for unnecessary kills. What am I supposed to do with all these bullets? I did enjoy being given permission to take out certain VIP war criminals when their identities were revealed by a scan – usually they have friends around who must be distracted (or killed if you don’t mind running up the body count) which made for some rare moments where I had to game out how the AI would react. That doesn’t mean it’s always easy: if you get cocky and don’t stop to recognize patterns in enemy movements you can easily find yourself taken by surprise, and you die from just a few shots. Likewise, a couple of boss fight segments killed me multiple times as I figured out how to avoid invulnerable attack helicopters and snipers. Of course, the real challenge is running up the score by completing a level quickly, silently, and non-lethally – that’s where the replayability comes from. On my first playthrough I only scored one A-grade in the between-mission report, so even though its campaign is only four or five hours long I could see myself replaying some to chase a few better scores. All levels are set in the dark of night within a dingy flooded Soviet military base. While there’s some distinctive architecture to the map, I didn’t see a ton of diversity to the levels because they’re all set in the dark of night within a dingy flooded Soviet military base. That doesn’t leave a lot of room for creativity in the design, especially since everything has to be accessible without the use of your legs. Some areas are even reused for multiple missions. It does introduce a few hazards like mines to keep you from getting too complacent, though those were so easy to avoid I never actually ran into one. It doesn’t help that even on the Rift S running off a GeForce RTX 2080 with the settings maxed out, Phantom doesn’t look fantastic. Texture resolution gets obviously low when you get close to a wall or have to throw switches, and soldier animations are barebones. Notably for such a wet game, there’s not much by way of wake and splash effects – in the first level, for example, you use a large cargo ship to cover your entrance to the base, but there’s virtually no disturbance in the water behind it. The tradeoff is that you can play on the modestly powered Oculus Quest, so it’s not all bad. When you’re done with the campaign there are a bunch of simple shooting gallery and timed kill’em-all challenges you can unlock and compete in to test your skill with the assortment of weaponry, plus you get the free play option that lets you revisit any of the levels with any equipment loadout you choose. Those extras do manage to make Phantom feel a little meatier. Verdict Phantom: Covert Ops is certainly a novel approach to a VR stealth game. Putting you in a stealth kayak to sneak up on ex-Soviet terrorists is a concept I didn’t see coming, and neither do the virtually night-blind enemy soldiers you’re up against. It’s a bit simple even for its short length, and it doesn’t look as sharp as some other recent VR games, but the kayak is pretty fun when you get the hang of it and chasing those high scores adds some replay value. 22. You can filter Netflix kids' shows by title and age group. Here's how You can also PIN-protect your Netflix profile to keep your kids from watching adult content. Sharing your Netflix account with some kids? The po[CENSORED]r streaming service lets you filter out kids' shows by title and audience age group, thanks to an update a few months ago. Individuals can also now secure their Netflix profile with a four-digit personal identification number to prevent children from accessing adult profiles. In addition, adult account owners can see a full viewing history in a child's profile, and turn off autoplay of episodes. "Every family is different. It's why we're investing in a wide variety of kids and family films and TV shows from all over the world," Netflix said in a statement at the time of the update. "It's why we also give parents the controls they need to make the right decisions for their families." To review each profile's setting, you can go to the Profile and Parental Controls hub within your account settings. Here's how to change a kid's profile setting. 1 - Log in to your Netflix account as you normally would. 2- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen to reveal a drop-down menu and select Account. 3- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to the Profile & Parental Controls section, where you'll see a list of all the profiles in your Netflix account. 4- Select the down arrow to the right of the kid's profile, scroll down to Viewing Restrictions on the list of options and select Change. 5- Enter your password when Netflix prompts you for it, and you'll be taken to a sliding bar that you can extend or shorten to permit access based on titles' ratings -- from TV-Y to NC-17. You'll also be able to enter specific titles in the field just below the rating restriction bar.
  23. You Can Forget About Dual-Booting Windows on ARM-Based Macs, For Now No more Boot Camp either For a long time it was rumored that Apple would be equipping Macs with its own, custom-build silicon in the place of Intel's CPUs, and then it finally happened earlier this week. Of course, such a transition wouldn't come without complications, and the latest report is quite significant: you'll no longer be able to dual-boot Windows 10 on your Mac. This doesn't come as any surprise, given that Windows 10 as most of us know is built for the x86 architecture. But, Microsoft also has an ARM variant of Windows 10, so that could fix this issue, right? No. In a statement to The Verge, Microsoft said that “Microsoft only licenses Windows 10 on ARM to OEMs." In response to a question about future changes to this policy, Microsoft responded: “we have nothing further to share at this time.” “Microsoft only licenses Windows 10 on ARM to OEMs." If you're thinking "Okay, so Microsoft won't license it, but I can just tinker it together, right?" -- let us stop you in your tracks too. Apple also confirmed in a podcast that it would be ditching Boot Camp on the new ARM-based Macs, putting a dent in anyone planning to simply ignore Microsoft's licensing policy. But, that doesn't mean all hope is lost. Apple has demonstrated Parallels running Linux in a virtual machine, and you can always use a remote desktop to access a Windows system. Neither are ideal solutions though and will come with their own shortcomings. Don't give up yet... Of course, today's plans don't set a precedent for future plans. It's very possible that Apple will port Boot Camp to ARM at some point, or that someone from the community will create a bootloader for the ARM-based Macs. Microsoft's limitations are just a matter of policy, and as much as it might be a competitor with Apple, we can only imagine the joy it would bring them to see Windows running on Apple-exclusive hardware. Either way, even when running ARM Windows 10 on a Mac, you'll still depend on software makers to port their x86 programs to ARM on Windows 10, too. Meanwhile, Microsoft is working hard on porting Microsoft Office to run on the new Macs, so at least there's that.
  24. Game Informations : Developer: Kunos Simulazioni Publishers : 505 Games Platforms : PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows Initial release date: 12 septembre 2018 Assetto Corsa Competizione is the exclusively GT3-focused offshoot of the fan-favourite, mod-friendly Assetto Corsa. That darling of the PC racing simulator community was ported to console back in 2016 to mixed results.Competizione, though, is in most ways a vastly better racer than its broader progenitor: there’s night racing, there’s dynamic weather, and the AI is leaps and bounds more civilised and capable of battling fair and yielding corners. The problem is the console versions’ performance and control issues make it seem like it wasn’t quite ready to be released yet. There are, no doubt, fans out there that will regard the contraction in total content between the original Assetto Corsa and Competizione disappointing, because scaling down to a single racing discipline means Competizione admittedly sheds a lot of surplus rides and racetracks. However, I think Competizione’s laser-like focus on a single underrepresented school of virtual racing is quite brilliant. Endurance racing is a fantastic challenge and, while it requires long stretches of unbroken focus and rapid reflexes, when you get into a consistent rhythm there’s an almost meditative quality to it. Competizione understands this and includes an official selection of some of the world’s most respected circuits, and scores of racing opportunities: quick championships, long championships, a career mode, and host of fully-customisable custom events. Multiplayer is obviously supported and you have to reach a high track knowledge and safety rating in-game to be able to enter the competitive servers. However, custom lobbies aren’t available at launch and the game hasn’t let me into a single quick public race to date; it’s been greeting me with ‘No Servers Available’ for days. The arsenal of exotic GT3 steeds on hand may be slim compared to some of Competizione’s racing peers, but they’re very distinct from each other in terms of handling characteristics and there’s a real world of difference between, say, a mid-engine Ferrari and a Bentley, which is a front-engine British holiday home on wheels. Moreover, they sound absolutely astonishing. The audio is a huge highlight overall, from the raw, mechanical squeaks and shrieks over the wicked exhaust tones to the bespoke track announcers in the background at each circuit. Unfortunately, there are a few complicaziones. Off the Pace Unlike the PC version, the Xbox One and PS4 versions of Competizione run at 30 frames per second, even on the One X and the Pro. That fact alone is not a sore point necessarily; hugely successful console racers like Driveclub and Forza Horizon 4 also run at 30 frames per second and they’re amongst some of the most visually-accomplished racing games of their generation. The key point of difference is those games have rigidly locked framerates, while Competizione seems to flutter. The result is a slightly uneven experience that obviously lacks the silkiness of the PC version, but also misses the consistency of other console racers: whether they run at 60 frames per second or a locktight 30. This is when I was playing on Xbox One X, too; not the standard launch consoles. Oddly enough, beyond the occasional temporary freeze on track, the frame rate seems at its worst in the menu screens, drastically diving to the point where the spinning car select screen resembles stop-motion animation. It’s less of an issue, but it’s very noticeable that the steering animation has a tendency to appear wildly erratic when driving aggressively using a gamepad. The rotations seem like they’re matched to stick position rather than how fast a human could realistically twist a wheel. It makes the full cabin view and the otherwise well-positioned helmet cam a bit of a bust for pad users, so in these instances I found myself sticking with the more zoomed-in dash view – which crops out the steering wheel entirely. The pad controls are otherwise pretty well-tuned; they’re a little devilish before the tyres come up to temperature but I had some great races and battles playing this way. The Blancpain series represented in Competizione allows factory traction control and ABS, which I tend to find useful playing racing sims with giant hands on tiny triggers anyway, and that helps make the pad controls less daunting. The default steering settings are intuitive enough to let you generally catch and correct a little oversteer; you just need a delicate touch on turn-in as the steering is quite sensitive on the stick. Controller force feedback is a bit vanilla, though, and the controller response to clipping curbs is pretty feeble. The Wheel Deal Competizione is, of course, aimed at racing enthusiasts, and using a wheel makes you mostly immune to those weird driver arm display quirks. However, getting it working in the first place was bafflingly cumbersome. Our Thrustmaster TS-XW Racer wasn’t even properly detected at first, and then the buttons worked but not the steering or pedals. After a bunch of apparently fruitless fiddling around in the control assignment menus and a pair of reboots, I eventually got it running by resetting the button bindings (twice) and turning the wheel off and on again. I should restate that all this fussing was done with the d-pad and buttons on the wheel itself; Competizione recognised them, but not the throttle, brake, or any steering input. Once the wheel had finally registered I took the track only to discover my maximum wheel rotation had arbitrarily switched itself to just 40 degrees, which is utterly undriveable (this bug repeated itself several days later after going through the same broken process of plugging in the Thrustmaster). Helpfully, most settings (including steering rotation limit) can be manually adjusted through the pause menu without quitting the track but this issue with steering wheels is a supremely daft problem to have considering it’s clearly built to be played this way. After finding a suitable wheel rotation angle, force feedback on the TS-XW seemed surprisingly flaccid at first. That was odd considering how impeccable the driving experience is in the console port of the original Assetto Corsa, but that of course has its own problems. I’ve improved it via some finagled settings but it’s still probably a bit lighter than I’d like. Regardless of whether you’re using a wheel or pad I can’t personally recommend the chase camera; it’s rather stiff, so the moment you get any kind of oversteer the camera yaws instantly, exaggerating even minor slip and regularly turning small losses of control into total tankslappers. Chase cam isn’t my preference in racing sims at the best of times and I found this one extra challenging due to these factors. Also, regardless of whether you’re using a wheel or pad, don’t bother with manual options for things like the pit limiter, or lights or wipers and such; there are already about a billion more things to map functionality to than you’ll have buttons. We’re not working with keyboards here! Verdict When going toe-to-toe with some evenly matched AI as the sun sets through the trees, Assetto Corsa Competizione’s console version settles into a pretty satisfying groove. There’s a very positive emphasis on consistency and racecraft here, and the deep driver rating system is very granular and appraises every move you make. The spotter functionality that calls out opponents within close proximity is also worth a late mention and contributes to some good, clean racing. However, its uneven frame rate and appearance combined with the controller settings debacle suggests to me that only the most serious endurance racing stalwarts will stick it out on PS4 or Xbox.
