Only 7 of the 34 lager beers analyzed by the OCU stand out in the experts' tasting Labeling, processing and tasting. These are some of the parameters that the Organization of Consumers (OCU) has evaluated to carry out its recent study of lager-type beers: blond, light-bodied, low-fermented and the most consumed in Spain. 34 beers, special and classic, have been analyzed in their 33 cl format and the verdict establishes that only seven stand out in the experts' tasting. They look at aspects such as flavor, aromas, defects, color ... From there they have given the best notes to those with distinctive touches on the body (those that are creamy, full on the palate), bitterness (intense balanced , nice), malt flavor and hop flavor. The seven with the highest scores have been divided into two groups. On the one hand, the specials, with more malt and more alcohol, where the 5-star Mahou, Keler and Estrella de Galicia stand out. On the other hand, the classic ones, the best being the classic Mahou, original Amstel, classic Amstel and Cordon Gard. LA MAHOU, THE BEST In both cases, both for special and classic beers, Mahou achieves the highest notes. It is one of the most important beer companies of Spanish origin, founded in Madrid in 1890. But there are others that have been analyzed in the study and that also stand out for their good value for money. Among them, we must mention the classic Cordon Gran, by Eroski, and the special one by Steinburg, by Mercadona. The OCU's analysis refers to both as "master purchases". In general, all the analyzed beers are "well processed", the OCU said in its statement. But they point out, however, some problems in labeling and additives: 8 of the 34 contain colorants and stabilizers, and some of the brands, although they do not provide names, abuse terms such as 'Quality' or 'Premium'.

The rental company could give the German manufacturer access to additional sales channels The automobile company Volkswagen would be studying the purchase of the car rental firm Europcar, according to sources close to the company, who have assured that these considerations are still in an "early" stage, so the offer is not firm. . But shareholders do not wait. Shares of the car rental company soared on Wednesday on the Paris Stock Exchange when the purchase interest by the German consortium was disclosed. Their titles rose more than 16% in the first minutes of trading on the French market, to 2.78 euros, compared to 2.38 euros at the close of the day before. At 11:30 local time (9:30 GMT), the rise had slowed to 8.57% to 2,584 euros. In less than two and a half hours, more than 6% of its capital had been traded. Eurazeo, the company holds 30% of Europcar shares, announced in late November its intention to sell its package. Prospecting for interested candidates had been suspended during confinement, but resumed with de-escalation. Europcar has a market capitalization of 425 million euros and at the end of the first quarter carried a debt of more than 1,000 million. At the beginning of May, he presented a plan to reduce costs and protect his liquidity with a loan of 220 million euros with a 90% guarantee from the French State; 67 million in new lines of financing guaranteed at 70% by the Spanish State; and an additional 20 million guaranteed by Eurazeo. In this way, Volkswagen would be considering an agreement to expand its mobility service offerings, so Europcar would give the company access to additional sales channels for its electric models.

After almost three decades without any approved drug for treatment, a study has just shed light on small cell lung cancer (CPM), a rare but very aggressive tumor with a poor prognosis. If talking about lung tumor (the leading cause of cancer death worldwide) are already "big words", when it comes to a specific type of this disease, small cell lung cancer (CPM), we are undoubtedly before what could be considered the most extreme version of this pathology, which for many years has brought specialists down the path of impotence, above all due to the therapeutic aridity they have had to face. And it is as explained by Pilar López Criado, head of the Section of Lung Tumors, Head and Neck and Melanoma of MD Anderson Cancer Center Madrid, "not all lung cancers are the same. In fact, it can be said that it is not treated of a single disease but of more than 20 different subtypes or diseases. This evidence has allowed us to know the different manifestations and better define each tumor, which in turn has opened the way to provide the best treatment in each case. From the point of view of patients, knowing that their tumor has a 'last name' helps them demystify the disease. We are at a time when the general approach to lung cancer is no longer valid, we have to go one step further. " This diversity of presentation referred to by López Criado is grouped around two main types of lung cancer: the most frequent (it represents 85% of all cases), which is non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) or large cell, and microcytic (CPM), also called small cell tumor, which, despite its low frequency (about 15% of cases) is not only a challenge but also an unmet medical need, due its biological peculiarities and the way in which the disease occurs. This tumor causes around 3,000 deaths a year in Spain, 40,000 in Europe and 150,000 in the United States. It is a type of cancer of neuroendocrine origin, the main characteristic of which is the great speed with which it progresses and evolves. "Biologically it is an aggressive tumor, since it accumulates a large number of genetic alterations, with a greater tumor burden and an adverse prognosis. It is diagnosed in advanced stages in two thirds of patients," explains Dolores Isla, head of the Oncology service. Physician at the Hospital Clinico Universitario Lozano Blesa, Zaragoza. Specifically, at the time of diagnosis, 30% of patients are in what is called the limited stage (the tumor is located on one side of the thorax, affecting a region of the lung and adjacent lymph nodes), and 70 Remaining% have an extended stage (the disease has spread throughout the lung and spread to regions of the chest or other areas of the body). TOBACCO AND STIGMA According to Pilar López Criado, the main risk factor involved in the development of this tumor is tobacco. In fact, 98% of patients are smokers and, as in the rest of lung cancers, a clear increase in cases is being observed among the female po[CENSORED]tion, which for Dr. López Criado is proportional to the higher female consumption of this substance, "a circumstance to which, beyond the social component that this habit has, other factors join. One of them is the weight loss associated with tobacco use, since many women confess that they smoke to avoid eating more. (a factor that, on the other hand, makes it difficult to stop using it.) In addition, tobacco reduces the taste of food, a 'side effect' that is also used as a strategy to reduce intake, "says López Criado. "On the other hand, tobacco produces alterations in the DNA that the body is trained to repair; however, it has been seen that the correction mechanisms of these alterations, in the case of women, are less effective than in men" , Add. In relation to this close link between tobacco and lung cancer in general and CPM in particular, Ivana Sullivan, an oncologist at the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, in Barcelona, emphasizes that early detection goes through precisely Addressing an unquestionable reality: that despite the fact that everyone knows the relationship between smoking and this tumor and the initiatives launched in this regard, the figures show how little success they have had. "The best policy to implement in this regard is primary prevention, fundamentally preventing adolescents from starting smoking, and for this, it is necessary to intervene directly and actively in educational centers. Likewise, it is necessary to promote the cessation of smoking in smokers through awareness programs, as well as providing them with the necessary tools to achieve it, something that is not easy in most cases. It will shine in dealerships the first weeks of 2021 Opel has given a preview of the second generation of the Mokka, the small SUV that, how could it be otherwise, expresses its great novelty in kilowatts: it will be the first Opel model with a 100% electric version since its launch, in addition to the most traditional drives. The slogan that will flood the advertising channels when they are for sale (orders in late summer and in dealerships in early 2021), will be 'Audaz y Puro' (Pure Emotion, they say in Spain), the names that according to their creators define this small and robust five seats. "The new Mokka is a seducer and will change our brand perception!" Exclaims CEO Michael Lohscheller. In addition to the battery-powered side, the Mokka debuts the new front appearance that the brand's models will adopt in the coming years. Opel Vizor, call this new front design in the Rüsselsheim offices. SHORTER AND WIDER The five-seater ensures Opel despite the reduction in length of this new Mokka by 12 and a half centimeters and the insignificant increase in the wheelbase (2 mm). Therefore, the car measures 4.15 meters long (previously 4.28) and the boot capacity hardly suffers with 350 liters compared to 356 for the 2017 generation. This small strong man has been muscled with much shorter overhangs (61 mm less at the front, 66 mm less at the rear), 10 mm wider and 18-inch wheels that enhance that resounding image. WEIGHT LOSS PLAN Engineers at the German brand PSA have completed hard work to reduce the weight of the Mokka. Losing 120 kilos from the previous generation and in the electrical case having 136 horses and immediately 260 Nm of maximum torque promises agile driving in the city. The battery-powered Mokka, reports Opel, has gained "30% torsional rigidity with its low-rise integrated battery structure." The lower ballast, logically, also affects a greater use of energy. NEW ERA OPEL Lohscheller claims the new Mokka "reinvents" Opel. And, in addition to the electric version, your pride is justified in two other respects: the Vizor front design and the fully refurbished, digitized cockpit of the Mokka. Opel Pure Panel, they have baptized it. He opts for a clear line, without excesses or difficulties in accessing menus and information, focused "on what is really needed," he says. The instrument panel horizontally combines two displays and one can be up to 12 inches. THE ELECTRIC MOTOR The electric variant, with 100 kW, allows after driving modes (Normal, Eco and Sport) and cuts the maximum speed by 150 km / h. The 50kWh battery, with an eight-year warranty, comes with a 100 kW fast charge system that allows it to recharge 80% of its capacity in half an hour, but the electric Mokka allows other charging options, single-phase or three-phase at 11 kW That is, a wall charging point, a high speed pole, or a household outlet. AUTONOMY TO TRAVEL The Opel Mokka-e will display a maximum electric range of 322 kilometers (WLTP measurement) if driven in Normal mode. And the 'normal' thing is that in Eco mode that distance between charges is prolonged, although the brand's communication has not detailed it. The new front that marks the style of the new times in the German brand frames some led matrix headlights along with the daytime running lights, also of led technology. The ray emblem remains in the center. Mark Adams, vice president of design for Opel, insists on the terms "bold" in design and "pure" in its lines. SOPHISTICATION AND SIMPLICITY Inside, the so-called Pure Panel mixes aesthetics with state-of-the-art info-entertainment technology and "all irritating visual stimuli are omitted," says Opel, noting that outside the electric parking brake and the electric gear lever, "there are no unnecessary elements." " The update in technology offered by the Opel Mokka is summarized with adaptive cruise control with Stop & Go function, with automatic braking or acceleration depending on the conditions of the moment, lane keeping system, anti-reflective lighting (with the high beams permanently on) , electric parking brake, traffic signal recognition and, depending on the finish, a 180 degree rear view camera. CONNECTED COMFORT The options for interior comfort are also multiple: ergonomically adjustable six-position seats with individual adjustment, Alcantara or leather upholstery or the heated leather seat with massage function. There is wireless charging for mobile phones, multimedia systems compatible with Apple CarPlay and AndroidAuto, with integrated voice control and different sizes of touch screen (7 "and 10") and monitors facing the driver to avoid distractions. In the event of a breakdown or accident, the assistance or emergency connection is activated.

We leave the confinement with a few extra kilograms, less resistance and strength, worse joint mobility and more 'trunks' than ever. As much as we have tried to take care of ourselves, the limitation of space and resources (and excesses in diet) has left its mark on our anatomy. The good news is that summer gives us the opportunity to get back into shape in one of the most favorable ways to do it: water. That is precisely the proposal of the new 'Guide for aquatic activities' published by the Madrid City Council, a practical manual with training for all ages, safe, effective, specific and adapted to the rules established in this new scenario marked by the coronavirus. Framed in the 'Madrid is Sport' program, this document, prepared by the team of professionals in physical activity sciences of the consistory, attaches technical sheets with resistance, strength and mobility exercises divided into three age ranges: children between six and 14 years, adults from 15 to 64 and over 65 years. Before starting with this conditioning plan, experts recommend following these basic guidelines: 1. Start little by little, developing the exercises to the best of your ability. Just preparing a gesture or an intention no matter how small is already a slight activation of the muscles involved. 2. Use the concept of 'routine' with the exercises that you propose and repeat them for a few days in order to improve performance. It is better than constantly changing. 3. Hydrate frequently before, during, and after exercise. Do not wait to be thirsty. 4. Use the mechanisms of subjective perception of effort to regulate yourself: on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being not at all tired and 10 being extremely tired, you work on sensations of 5 or 6, never exceeding 7. Stop the activity if you exceed this level, even if you have not finished what you have proposed. 5. Rest what you think is necessary, between exercise and exercise or whenever you need it. It is better to work at a lower intensity, recovering with a break, and then repeat another series, than to reach a level of fatigue that prevents you from continuing or with which you could injure yourself. 6. Equipment. Wear comfortable sportswear, shoes suitable for an outdoor sports preparation session. Prepare a "backpack" with water, a mobile (loaded) cap, and sunscreen, handkerchiefs or a towel to dry yourself ... 7. Advice. Use proven information about the exercises to be performed that are focused on the most appropriate training to enhance your needs in relation to the water sport you practice. ROUTINES It is convenient to start the session with a 'dry' warm-up of between five and 10 minutes to progressively increase body temperature by working on static joint mobility of the hip, shoulders, elbows and wrists. The next step would be to activate the muscles to gradually raise your heart rate with short, but quick, series of exercises such as chest knees or side runs. This 'warm up' would end with a slight stretching of the different muscle groups, in a smooth way, preparing them for practice and thus avoiding injuries. The main activity in the water, about 30 minutes, must combine strength and endurance exercises, such as those proposed by former swimmers Gemma and Esther Pin in this video. Stretching and relaxation would close some routines in which, above all, good sense and respect for safety rules must prevail. WARNING: before starting a training program, it is essential to consult a professional who advises us about it. Also listen to the calls of our body and stop before any symptoms of discomfort, dizziness or pain during the performance of any physical activity.

The elections were scheduled for May 10, but the opposition called for a boycott as measures against Covid-19 made a campaign impossible Poland holds presidential elections this Sunday with the prospect of a second round between the current president, the ultra-conservative Andrzej Duda, and the mayor of Warsaw, Rafal Trzaskowski, in whom the liberal opposition to the Ley y Justica (PiS) party has put their hopes for break the hegemony that the formation of Jaroslaw Kaczynski has in the three powers of the State. The latest polls risk Duda 41% of the votes and 26% Trzaskowski. In a second round, the first would get 48.6% and the second 47.5%. Forecasts were quite different in May, on the eve of an election that the opposition group boycotted as the country was subject to strong restrictions due to the coronavirus. Duda had then secured the majority in the first round. Of the 11 candidates in the running, the second best positioned was the liberal Malgorzata Kidawa-Blonska, with 3.5%. The opposition has meanwhile changed its candidate. She has replaced Kidawa-Blonska with the mayor of Warsaw. For PiS, which tried to avoid that change, Trzaskowski is a serious threat. In the last municipal elections, the capital was taken from them. "You can see that President Duda is nervous. He was counting on the win. He thought he already had it in his hands. The circumstances are now quite different," says Wojciech Przybylski, editor-in-chief of 'Visegrad Insight.' PRESENTIAL AND MAIL VOTING Duda's closeness to the PiS has turned Trzaskowski into a double-edged sword as an opponent. The mayor has managed to turn the successes of the government's management into a pandemic, which Duda claimed, into black shadows. Trzaskowski is young, has studied at Oxford and Paris and speaks five languages, including Spanish. He was MEP from 2009 to 2013, Minister of Administration and Digitization during the second term of Donald Tusk and Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs. The LGTBI collective has adopted him as a candidate, in the midst of a polarized campaign around his rights. Voting will be conducted in person and by mail to minimize the risk of a Covid-19 outbreak, which could delay the scrutiny and announcement of results. The ballot box will be cast under strict security measures. The responsibility for compliance with the measures against the pandemic falls on the head of each electoral commission, as Health Minister Lukasz Szumowski recalled on Friday in a radio intervention in which he urged citizens to take precautions. LITTLE IMPACT OF THE CORONAVIRUS With just 33,395 confirmed cases and 1,429 deaths, according to data provided by the government on Friday, Poland has been little affected by Covid-19 compared to other European countries, and will be the first in the EU to hold presidential elections. in times of pandemic. Duda's term ends in August. Regardless of who wins the duel for the Head of State, these elections will go down in history as one of the most convoluted of Polish democracy. They were scheduled for May 10, but the opposition called for a boycott as measures against Covid-19 made a campaign impossible. The PiS then launched a vote entirely by mail, which was also answered. A last-minute agreement between PiS and its coalition partner allowed the situation to be unblocked. The date of the vote was allowed to pass so that the Supreme Court declared the elections simply invalid. A month and a half later, Parliament Speaker Elzbieta Witek announced that the elections would be held on June 28. The PiS had given way. The Lower House, where the government formation has a majority, approved the amendments to the Electoral Law presented by the opposition. The voting system would be mixed and the responsibility for the organization of the elections would be in the hands of the Electoral Board and not of the Post Office as the Government intended. "The PiS has polarized so much with these elections that we are facing a plebiscite to the government," says political scientist Antoni Dudek.

The Cabinet has only approved the Moves II Plan for electric vehicles The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, announced by hype and saucer the Plan to Boost the value chain of the automotive industry. They are 3,750 million euros to stimulate demand in an industry hit by the dramatic announcement of Nissan, which closed the Barcelona Free Trade Zone factory and its Montcada and Reixac and Sant Andreu satellites. The announcement of the Plan was celebrated by the sector. Above all, because it included a plan to help buy new vehicles to stimulate demand. The problem derived in that said stimuli have been divided into two plans: the second edition of the Moves and the so-called Renove plan. A plan would have been easier for the customer to have things easier, but the closure of the Nissan plant (today, Frank Torres, the man in charge of piloting the closing negotiations with the workers, will announce his roadmap) , precipitated events. In this way, the Moves II plan, under the Ministry of Ecological Transition, led by Vice President Teresa Ribera, increased its budget, going from 65 to 100 million. A ready-made plan, since it was only necessary to update the first edition and allocate the money to the autonomous communities, which are in charge of providing the aid. NO OFFICIAL BASES However, there was no first edition of the Renove plan, like the Moves. It is known that it will have a 250 million budget and that it will give aid ranging from 800 to 5,500 euros, and include diesel, gasoline, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and electric cars. To qualify for aid you must deliver a car over 10 years old for scrapping. This is stated in the statement issued by La Moncloa. But, as of today, there are no published bases in the BOE on the Renove plan, as is the case with Moves II. And in the Ministry of Industry they do not know when such aid will be approved, which, according to the Government, will be charged to deficit. In other words, they would be associated with the arrival of aid from the European Union to Spain for reconstruction, not yet approved by the Member States. Of course, the Government said that the Renove would have a budget this June. So the client who goes to a dealership asking about the Renove plan helps finds that the order can be processed, but they explain to the client that they do not know when they will be approved. «We cannot assume the advance payment of Renove aid to clients. The idea is that once approved, the client receives the help of the State or the autonomous community and the purchase contract is processed, "explains Gerardo Pérez, president of Faconauto, the association of dealers. CONFUSION This turns the positive news of the aid as a stimulus for the purchase into the opposite: "It may be the case that when the aid is not present, the client decides to wait, thereby delaying the sale," Pérez explains. To this must be added the confusion of having two aid plans that are partly cannibalized. The Moves II Plan is intended for aid to zero (or low) emission vehicles, such as hydrogen, pure electric and plug-in hybrids. The Renove Plan includes all kinds of technologies, including diesel, as previously stated. However, since a priori have different bases (in the absence of officially knowing those of the Renove plan), the requirements and the amounts to be received differ. If you are looking for a new car that is pure electric, the maximum amount of the grant will be 6,500 euros; if you choose the Moves II plan, 5,500 euros that the Government puts plus 1,000 additional euros of the car brand; but if you choose the Renove plan, the maximum aid would be 5,000 euros (4,000 from the State and 1,000 from the brand and, in addition, a car over 10 years old would have to be delivered). Thus, in this case, it is more interesting to use the Moves II plan. Of course, if the model you are thinking of buying is a plug-in hybrid, your choice may vary. The Moves II plan gives plug-in hybrids with more than 90 km of electric autonomy 6,500 euros in aid, the same amount as pure electric ones. These models with so much electric autonomy are scarce on the market. Most plug-in hybrids range from 30 to 80 km of electric range. In this case, the Moves II plan gives between 1,900 and 2,600 euros of aid. However, in the Renove plan, plug-in hybrids that have the zero emissions label (more than 40 km of electric autonomy) will be awarded with 5,000 euros. Without forgetting that if one plan is chosen, the eligibility of the subsidy contained in the other is automatically excluded. They do both have in common the obligation of having to pay the amount of the aid received in the next year's tax declaration. So it is necessary to do accounts and see if the 400 euros that the State gives to help buy a new diesel (to which would be added 400 euros more

The Ministry of Health has detected in recent weeks about 40 coronavirus outbreaks in Spain The Ministry of Health has detected in recent weeks about 40 outbreaks of coronavirus, although the risk is around a dozen and that "really" only two are concerned, which already affects 250 people in four regions of Aragon and 89 in a reception center in Malaga. ARAGON Huesca: This outbreak, which caused three regions to go back to Phase 2, was detected in a fruit and vegetable farm and focuses on the regions of La Litera, Cinca Medio and Bajo Cinca. The director of the CCAES has assured this Thursday that this focus is one of the most worrisome, although he has highlighted "the exceptional control" that the Aragonese authorities are carrying out. Between the three counties there are 139 confirmed cases. 10 workers and five residents of the Reina Sofía de Monzón center for the disabled have also tested positive, all without symptoms; The alarm went off when one of the workers was diagnosed with coronavirus, so all of her contacts were isolated and the 45 employees and 92 residents were tested. Zaragoza: The fourth region is the Zaragoza region of Bajo Aragón-Caspe, which has also returned to phase 2; until this Thursday, 26 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed. The Regional Government Health Minister, Sira Repollés, stated that new cases in the Caspe health area have occurred in workers in fruit and vegetable companies and "given the proximity relationship with the other three regions and the mobility of these workers Between farms "due to the fruit harvest campaign, social distancing measures have been reinforced" in a preventive manner "in Bajo Aragón-Caspe in the same terms as in the other three. CASTILLA Y LEÓN Valladolid: Three new positives, two in toilets and one in a discharged patient, bring to 22 those infected by the COVID outbreak at the Río Hortega hospital in Valladolid detected on June 16, after tests carried out on contacts and the corresponding incubation period. To him are added cases in two other residences in this province. Soria: Three new outbreaks "located and under study". NAVARRE Navarra has registered a rebound in the number of coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, since nine new positives have been recorded, to which the previous 35 should be added. It is an increase in cases produced by family and social relationships. The Minister of Health of the Government of Navarra, Santos Induráin, has indicated that it follows a follow-up of previous positive contacts. Active outbreaks are located in an area in northern Navarra that accumulates 16 infections and in the Pamplona region. CATALONIA Lleida: The Castrillón de Lleida nursing home has registered a coronavirus outbreak with 18 people affected, 13 of them residents and five employees. The Ministry of Health of the Generalitat has ensured that this focus is already controlled, although it warns that they will take a "drastic" measure, such as confining the area, if necessary. There are also 42 isolated people at the Hotel Rambla, most of them temporary, and 7 have tested positive for coronavirus. Temporary are also the 24 infected people in the La Manreana de Juneda school farm, 2 of them confined in the Seròs hostel. Girona: A regrowth detected in La Garrotxa where 31 people are waiting for the results; 20 of them worked for the same company. ESTREMADURA Cáceres: The security forces will reinforce control over the fulfillment of protection measures to avoid contagion of coronavirus in the town of Navalmoral de la Mata, after confirming 20 positive cases of Covid-19, all of them with mild symptoms, and the isolation from 30 other people. The origin of this outbreak is a North African immigrant who arrived by boat on the coast of Almería, and was later transferred to Extremadura on May 24. He is found to be unknown, and in search and capture by the security forces. Badajoz: Two isolated people in the DomusVi nursing home. CANARY ISLANDS Las Palmas: The eight occupants of the boat that was intercepted by the Civil Guard last Saturday in the south of Gran Canaria have tested negative for coronaviruses in the PCR tests carried out shortly after landing in Arguineguín. Eight immigrants of sub-Saharan origin were traveling in that platform, one of whom has alleged that he is a minor. The Canarian government has been conducting Covid-19 screening tests for weeks on all immigrants arriving on the islands, before they begin their mandatory 14-day quarantine. This device has allowed the positives detected in the last two boats arrived at Fuerteventura to emerge, two inflatable boats that had left El Aaiún, in the Sahara, which now total 32 infected. They remain isolated in a ship in Puerto del Rosario, the island's capital, in good condition. ANDALUSIA Cádiz: In Algeciras, there are 22 confirmed cases after the Police had to isolate a hostel after detecting an outbreak among its guests, one of whom died. These cases are linked to social services and the headquarters of an NGO. In addition, a sergeant from the Camposoto barracks in San Fernando (Cádiz) tested positive for coronavirus last Saturday, so that 30 other soldiers who have been in contact with him have been placed in isolation to prevent the spread of the disease. . Granada: In the province capital there are a dozen confirmed cases, according to the latest data. Malaga: The Malaga outbreak is another of those that concern Health, as recognized by Fernando Simón. It has 83 confirmed cases, linked to the Emergency Reception and Referral Center managed by the Red Cross. The sanitary authorities are tracing the contact networks of those affected. Huelva: In Lepe, nine confirmed cases have been detected among sailors returned from Angola and 50 people are in isolation, after an outbreak possibly originating in the family environment. The City Council has reported that "all municipal and private activities, both cultural, sports or other, involving crowding, are suspended for one week." GALICIA Coruña: In the region of A Barbanza there have been nine positives in Ribeira and A Pobra. The first of these infections was that of the daughter of a person who returned to Galicia after having been in Brazil for "a while" and who took a flight back from the South American country to Lisbon without showing any symptoms. Lugo: The Ministry of Health has reported eight positive cases in the city of Xove, in the region of A Mariña. All of them belong to the family circle in which the first case was registered. He also points out that at the moment "of the eight positive cases, most are asymptomatic, except for two that present mild symptoms, but have the duty to quarantine for 14 days," he remarks. MURCIA The Ministry of Health is monitoring an outbreak of new confirmed cases in recent days, linked to passengers on a flight from Bolivia that has caused at least 19 infections and 60 isolates. These are three people who, upon arrival in Spain, should have kept a quarantine, something they did not comply with, and they lived normal lives in Murcia and Cartagena, where they have infected several people, although no cases have been reported in work settings. There is another smaller focus, with two cases, in the municipality of San Pedro del Pinatar, with two infected from the same family. And, finally, an immigrant who arrived in Aguilas by boat gave a positive result, which has forced the isolation of twenty national police officers and ten other people. But there is only one positive, so it is not considered an outbreak either. BASQUE COUNTRY Biscay: In the case of the Hospital de Basurto there have been no infections within the hospital, neither among professionals nor patients, although, as detailed, it has been identified that one of the contacts lived in a religious congregation in which some people with who maintained contact were already in isolation. There has also been "a slight rebound" among nursing home workers, although among the elderly the figures remain stable. Thus, two infected older people continue in the Vizcaya residences and three other users are hospitalized with coronavirus. However, the number of workers in the residences with a confirmed positive on Tuesday was 18, two more than two days earlier, and the employees in isolation were 93, 10 more. Guipúzcoa: The Basque Government has detected an outbreak in the municipality of Orio with a total of thirteen positive cases of coronavirus. The Minister of Health, Nekane Murga, has reported that four other cases could also be related to the outbreak and are under study. One of the cases of people who have come to the Basque Country to work or on a temporary visit is part of the cases under study due to their possible relationship with this focus. Vitoria: As regards the Txagorritxu hospital center, there have been no new cases, so they consider that the focus is "clearly controlled". VALENCIAN COMMUNITY Valencia: Seven workers have tested positive at a Rafelbunyol company dedicated to the processing of products derived from chicken and rabbit. The Uvesa meat factory in Rafelbunyol has stated that 400 PCRs have been carried out randomly and voluntarily on a total of 600 workers, between Wednesday and Thursday of last week. Currently, half a thousand workers work in this company. Although the situation is considered controlled, during the pandemic social distancing measures were not respected. ASTURIAS Two senior centers continue with five active cases of residents, out of a total of 240, and the outbreaks that last month affected three other nursing homes, including that of El Carmen, in which 16 were detected, have been overcome. cases in users, four still active, and 5 in workers. CANTABRIA Cantabria faces a coronavirus outbreak with three new cases of people living in the same Santander home, located in the vicinity of another one detected last Sunday with five cases also among people living in the same home, some of them from the same family. As reported by the Ministry of Health in a press release, these are two independent outbreaks of intra-household transmission, among which, at the moment, no epidemiological link has been established, so, although they are being investigated, they cannot be qualify as an outbreak. Even so, given the geographical proximity between both foci, the General Directorate of Public Health has activated all the protocols and is carrying out the study of cases and the follow-up of contacts to avoid the transmission of the disease.

The three-time champion offers himself to the Italian brand that is having trouble renewing Andrea Dovizioso Last summer, between an ordeal of injuries, bad results or disappointments with and for Honda, Jorge Lorenzo was discovered in a dilemma. He could step back and accept a position on a satellite team, or he could step aside and announce his retirement at age 32. True to his character, always proud, he opted for the second option. But from the moment he accepted the defeat of his early retirement, he began working on the plan that would return him to the MotoGP World Championship. And the first step in that plan was to find a motorcycle: to run again. Even before his massive press conference in Cheste he had already offered himself to the best teams as a tester and in the end the best option came to fruition for him. This January his signing with Yamaha was announced. In principle, he was only going to participate in the tests and help Maverick Viñales and Valentino Rossi in the development of the bike, but Lorenzo's intentions went further. He wanted to compete with the colors that made him a three-time MotoGP champion and this March, his invitation to race in Montmeló was made official. Only the coronavirus disrupted their way back. Without the slowdown due to the pandemic, Lorenzo would have already participated in multiple trainings and would have contested a Grand Prix, possibly with good numbers. Maybe he would already have an offer from Yamaha on the table to be part of the next Petronas. But under the current circumstances Lorenzo has had to change his plan and his gaze has turned to another factory: Ducati. Despite the fact that the two years in the Italian brand were gray, his three victories in the second season remained as proof that another future was possible and, with that argument, the Spanish is now trying to reach an agreement. Ducati only has one driver hired for 2021, Jack Miller, with whom they signed for a single season, and the other post has thorns. Andrea Dovizioso's renewal seemed like a fact, but the coronavirus cut all teams' budgets, and the factory expects the pilot to accept a significant pay cut. At the moment, the negotiations are stalled. And in that situation Lorenzo has taken advantage. In recent weeks it has leaked an alleged interest from Ducati in his hiring and, as is usual in MotoGP, that leak has generated a riot that has forced Italian leaders to speak out. "Jorge Lorenzo in Ducati? That he wants to run again is the only thing confirmed," replied Paolo Ciabatti, the brand's sports director, at Sky Italia's question. Thats it for now. But who knows if the three-time champion's attempt will pay off.

The coronavirus crisis forced the City Council of the capital to delay the entrance tests for April and, given this situation, the deadlines for the next call have been accelerated The Municipal Police will have 600 new officers on the streets during the first months of the year 2021. This has been announced by the mayor of the capital, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, and the delegate for Security and Emergencies, Inmaculada Sanz, this Wednesday coinciding with the celebration of the patron saint of the body, Saint John the Baptist. "This reinforcement is essential but still insufficient", has recognized the councilor who has indicated that the City Council "will make all the necessary efforts" to increase the workforce. A staff that currently, according to municipal sources, stands at approximately 5,700 agents, very far from the 8,000 that it reached. Hence, this reinforcement that would make the workforce grow above 6,000 and that seeks to "fulfill the established commitment" with the Municipal Police during this mandate, they indicate in the Area of Security and Emergencies. Of the 600 new officers who will join the body in two batches -end of 2020 and beginning of 2021- after spending four months of training, half come from the exams that will be carried out at the beginning of July, since the health crisis of the coronavirus forced to delay this call scheduled for the month of April, and therefore they will begin their full functions between the months of November and December. Precisely because of the pandemic, the corporation has decided to accelerate the terms of new income in the municipal body and thus advance the oppositions that were to be held in the last months of the year to the month of October. There will be an additional 300 additional agents who will become part of the body in the first quarter of 2021. Almeida has pointed out that this reinforcement occurs because the municipal corporation intends to "live up to the commitment" that the Municipal Police shows the city of Madrid. "You need to feel more companions at your side and we want to be with you there," added the mayor during his speech at the event for the day of Saint John the Baptist in which the Medals and Crosses for Professional Merit were presented by the Municipal Police. An act in the Retiro Park that has been marked by the memory of the victims of the coronavirus and the work of the agents during these last three months of the pandemic. "There was not a day when there was not an agent in any plaza or in any corner of the city fulfilling his role of helping the neighbors," said the mayor, who has dedicated an "excited memory" to those who died in the city and " especially to the three companions of the Municipal Police. " In the same vein, the delegate of Security and Emergencies, Inmaculada Sanz, was shown, who stressed that the Municipal Police "has never stopped giving its best" in a "sad and empty" city due to the pandemic. "I cannot express the pride I feel for having been at your side. If your role has been crucial in the pandemic, it is no less so when our city tries to regain the pulse of the great European capital that it is," he concluded. The Municipal Police Commissioner General, Teodoro Pérez García, has stated that the agents "have given their best" during the epidemic "closely monitoring the health and safety" of the people of Madrid and "touring all the neighborhoods and districts" from the city. And, subsequently, it has been addressed directly to the agents present at the event. "You have shown why our Municipal Police is the largest and the first for the quality of its components, but we will not have finished until this city is again vibrant as it was before," he argued.

Uncertainty and optimism intersect in the chat between CEOs of Free2Move, Pick & Drive and Wibble. The vision that any observer may have about the present and the future of the shared car can be very out of focus under a downpour of conflicting news. On the one hand, the possible abandonment by Seat of the Respiro company came up due to the lack of present and future profitability that it observes in the business. On the other, the launch of U Go was verified by Leasys, the mobility and renting subsidiary of the FCA group, precisely when the details of its merger with PSA are finalized, which in turn explores the car-sharing business through by Free2Move. The companies of 'car sharing' return to operate badly than well after badly living in the black hole of the confinements by Covid-19. There are statements that continue to point out that this is the future of urban mobility (and beyond, Buzz Ligthyear would add) and others that believe that more twists and turns will be needed: political-administrative support. In the midst of this gibberish, the media called the Boosters Group to a virtual seminar under the disturbing heading 'Is carsharing touched by death or does it just need to reinvent itself?' The guests to answer this question were top representatives of companies involved in the business in Spain: Carlos Blanco, CEO of WiBLE, Ignacio Román, CEO of Free2Move Iberia and Antonio Lleo, CEO Pick & Drive. Surely, they were not the predestined ones to decree the death of their activities. On the contrary, it was predictable that they would deploy a series of well-structured optimistic arguments as they did, while continuing to appreciate the difficulties and mists that surround car-sharing solutions at a time when every social order is somewhat out of place. Starting at the end, Ignacio Román assures that "mobility is in fashion, it is necessary for everyone and it is part of our way of life. This complicated moment helps us to reflect and adapt to the new environment." Carlos Blanco explains this moment with the image that "a 'safety car' has come out and we are all at a very similar starting point, with which each company is going to give everything to be ahead. The EMT (municipal transport company in Madrid) has reduced its clientele by 70% and the private car has dropped by as much as 30%. Car sharing goes with uncertainties in the short term, but it has possibilities. " KEY PIECE IN MOBILITY Antonio Lleo summarizes that "carsharing is here to stay", but that "it needs support" and that it must come, because the administrations know that it is a "key piece" in mobility. "We do what we can, but for the moment the support is scarce and we are going to fight to get ahead and be sustainable." Are we talking about profitability? "Our focus now comes from the vacancy of car parks, the management of which has been with Pick & Drive for almost 50 years. So, for it to work, mobility policies and establishing synergies between different car parks are necessary to gradually achieve growth "explains Antonio Lleo who believes that" many customers are already thinking that it is not worth having a car owned. " Pick & Drive makes Lexus cars available to its customers, which they collect and return in the company's car parks, although negotiations to extend it to companies and hotels are underway, as well as with the Madrid City Council. "Profitability is a challenge," admits Carlos Blanco. "Even if you have great partners behind, it is not about investing 'sine die'. For Wibble, which has only been in existence for two years, it is more complicated. Other companies that have been operating in carsharing since 2015 are not profitable yet. We are in a market complex, with huge fleets and complex operations. I am confident that we will have the levers that allow us to be profitable. In the short term it will be difficult, and more so with this 2020, but we will assess the situation and act accordingly week by week or day by day. day". In this confusing time, initially with an expiration forecast, Wibble has extended its services and offers cars to its clients for long periods of three to 14 days. "But we hope to return to normal usage soon for minutes and hours." Ignacio Román and the Free2Move platform have experienced profitability. "We were born in December 2016 and after two years we announced profitability, which has been reached in some months of 2019. We thought about improving the results in 2020, but the paediatrics has impacted the accounts. In any case, we are progressing and recovering and we believe We are on the right track. This year will be difficult, but we have the ambition to recover objectives and return to the path of sustainable results, "says the CEO in Spain of the platform sponsored by Grupo PSA. None of the three consider that the business will decline. On the contrary, they detect signs that it will go further. "More than 91% of our clients confirm that they want to continue with Free2Move and see us as an alternative for mobility," reports Román, an optimist. Antonio Lleo also sees a possible "future expansion" of his business, although in his case several disadvantages must be overcome, especially the lack of infrastructure for plug-in vehicles. "We already have the car parks at 70% occupancy. And many customers already think about abandoning the car and that their mobility is due to car sharing, because parking is becoming increasingly difficult." Lastly, Carlos Blanco believes that business development will be linked to innovation, which "will create greater business opportunities. Innovation with immediate impact, we cannot plan for 3 or 5 years, not even by quarters: everything is going much faster. We have focused on product, product and product. We have developed an update to the app with a greater choice of services. " The sale of minute packages is even proposed so that even "users can invite other customers and earn money." Ignacio Román adds that Free2Move has already created a space in the PSA dealer network. Our company is sustainable, with 100 percent of electric cars, and now also comes the Peugeot e-208 electric. Our goal is to change the entire fleet by 2020 with the e-208. With its 340 km of autonomy it will allow us to offer other types of services. "

It contained 8,000 liters of water. In the house there were three adults and four children who have not been affected An inflatable pool containing 8,000 liters of water has mobilized firefighters and emergency services in Elda (Alicante) after the roof of the terrace in which it was installed collapsed. The event was recorded around 6.30 this morning, so there was no one in the living room of the house, which is the room affected by the collapse. Three adults and four children live in the house and the emergency services displaced there have had to attend to a 37-year-old man due to an anxiety crisis and a minor with a leg injury. The roof gave way by not supporting the weight of the detachable pool. Police sources have specified to this newspaper that, according to the first data, the floor and the roof beams have not supported the weight of the pool and the roof has given way and has finally collapsed. Firefighters from the Provincial Fire Department Consortium have also traveled to the place, having evacuated, using ladders, the seven people - three adults and four children - who lived in the house where the roof collapsed. Firefighters have also cleaned up the areas susceptible to landslides, reviewed the neighboring houses and marked out the area, according to sources from the Provincial Consortium. Sources of this organism have specified that the wall of the terrace had collapsed as a result of the installation in it of "a plastic pool of about 8,000 liters", which has caused the collapse of a beam.
