  17. The latest patch for Ubisoft's anonymized open-world thriller fixes many bugs, but leaves two that Xbox players have recently complained about. Ubisoft has unveiled the latest update for Watch Dogs: Legion, and it fixes a variety of unintended issues that have cropped up in the open-world hacker game. These are mostly bugs of a traditional video game variety, including players falling through floors, multiple crashes, and a particularly nasty issue that caused players to spawn without any player characters after dying on Permadeath mode. (The patch notes jokingly refer to this as a Super Game Over.) However, there are two notable issues that Xbox players have complained about on social media that the patch does not address. One of those is a bug that reportedly corrupts save files on the Xbox Series X/S. Another is a constant audio glitch also affecting Xbox Series X/S players. Ubisoft says that the team has replicated those issues and is currently working on fixes for both. You may want to wait to play on these platforms, particularly because of the save glitch. Now Playing: Watch Dogs: Legion Video Review Watch Dogs: Legion's previous patch, Update 2.20, added a manual save game button to PC and added stability improvements for all platforms. Along with that update, Ubisoft announced that the multiplayer component of Legion has been delayed to early 2021 so that the development team can focus on ironing out the bugs. The game quickly went on sale during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. You can find it for $30 at several retailers. Watch Dogs: Legion TU 2.20 Patch Notes Global Fixed an issue that allowed players to change game difficulty and permadeath options while in the main menu. Fixed an issue where a black screen could occur when opening the door to hidden rooms. Super Game Over: Fixed an issue where, after getting Game Over in Permadeath Mode, players would spawn without any player characters when starting a new game. Players can no longer defy space and time to open an ETO safe an infinite amount of times. PC Fixed an issue where operatives would sometimes fall through the water on builds with AMD GPUs. Fixed an issue where players could get stuck on saving after exiting the game. Fixed a crash that could occur when loading the team menu. Fixed a crash that might occur when using the inventory. Fixed an issue where lightning could get overblown during the day. Optimized loading time when quitting to the main menu. Fixed a crash that could occur when the game autodetected input devices. Fixed an out of memory crash. Fixed a crash that could occur when enabling or disabling Ray Tracing. Further optimizations made to save games to reduce the likelihood of corruption and lost progression. Xbox (General) Added Arabic subtitles to the English and Russian version of the game. Fixed an issue where voice over would sometimes get auto muted. Xbox One Fixed an issue where a crash could occur when recruiting an Albion guard in the mission “Inside Albion”. Fixed a crash that could occur after longs periods of play. Fixed a crash that could occur when exiting the drone point of view during the “Into the Void” mission. Further optimizations made to save games to reduce the likelihood of corruption and lost progression. Xbox Series X Fixed an issue where the game launched in English when the console language was set to Arabic. Improved graphics in instances where corruption occurred. PlayStation 4 Fixed a crash that could occur when exiting the game. Fixed a crash that could sometimes occur when spawning into a new area. Further optimizations made to save games to reduce the likelihood of corruption and lost progression. PlayStation 5 Fixed a crash that could sometimes occur when resuming the game from the main menu. Fix a crash that could occur when quitting the game. Fixed a black screen that could occur when playing the “Inside Albion” mission. Stadia Fixed an issue where lightning could get overblown during the day. Optimized loading time when quitting to the main menu.

  18. THESSALONIKI, Greece (Reuters) - Authorities in the northern Greek city of Thessaloniki have dug dozens of graves for the victims of COVID-19 after a sharp increase in the number of deaths. Greece has ordered a second nationwide lockdown after a spike in cases of the new coronavirus. By Thursday, it had recorded 111,537 cases and 2,706 deaths. Thessaloniki, a city of about one million and where the first nationwide cases surfaced in February, has been particularly hard hit during the second wave. “We didn’t encounter many cases in the first lockdown .. There were very few cases (then) and it wasn’t every day. These days it’s daily,” said funeral services provider Stavros Chatzivaritis. “There are between five and eight funerals, almost every day.” At the Resurrection of the Lord Cemetery in Thessaloniki, on the eastern side of Greece’s second largest city, many new graves have been opened. The Greek Orthodox chapel in the compound conducts funeral services, with pallbearers in full protective clothing. The silence in its graveyard is punctured by the gentle chant of an Orthodox priest, or by the thud of the shovelled earth hitting the coffin, wrapped in plastic. There are flowers, but grieving relatives are kept to a minimum and at a distance. “To my beloved,” wrote one on a wreath

  20. The Bronco will get here. Eventually. It's bad news Friday for Ford Bronco fans. The Blue Oval sent word to its dealership network that pretty much every aspect Bronco life – from ordering to production – is delayed because of coronavirus complications. The much-anticipated off-roader will now reach dealerships in the summer instead of spring. A Ford spokesperson confirmed the news with Motor1.com in the following statement. "All new Bronco two-door and four-door customer deliveries will begin in the summer rather than the spring due to COVID-related challenges our suppliers are experiencing. We are committed to building Broncos with the quality our customers expect and deserve." There's a bit more to it than just a delay in reaching dealerships. Automotive News reports that ordering is also delayed, with banks now set to open in mid-January instead of this month. Additionally, the final date for changing those orders is pushed back to mid-March instead of the end of January. The changes also mean that Broncos with the Sasquatch package and a manual transmission – a late addition that Ford injected into the options list – won't arrive until late 2021 as a 2022 model. Motor1.com confirmed this timeline with an anonymous source. Gallery: 2021 Ford Bronco Details on the exact nature of the delays are unknown, though Ford does highlight issues within the supply chain. In the meantime, Ford has nearly 200,000 reservations for its reborn SUV and the company expects a vast majority of those to ultimately become sales. To help seal the deal, Ford will roll out new options and accessories as production gets closer, though with the delay it's unclear if that plan will be affected as well. It's also unknown if this will affect Ford's reveal for the hardcore Bronco Warthog. For those who absolutely can't wait to put a Bronco-badged vehicle in their garage, Bronco Sport production kicked off at the end of October.
