Honda is already clear on the overall design that the next-generation Civic will have. And that for the official launch we will have to wait until 2022. Some patented images of the sedan version show it from all angles, leaving little to the imagination. As you can see, the images have the usual characteristics of this type of record: gray colors and only the necessary details to make their appearance clear against possible plagiarism attempts. Therefore, if you know a little, you will see the Honda Civic XI prototype at the presentation next Tuesday, November 17. Less Civic and more Accord? As seen in these images and in the video that Honda published as a preview, this new generation will have a style very influenced by the Honda Accord that is sold in the US. In addition to showing the remarkable changes that will be made to both the front and the rear. These images have been posted on the CivicXI forum, created to gather all available information about the model. Where similar images of the high-performance Civic Type R variant also appeared. 2022 Honda Civic Changes As for the images that occupy us in this article, at the front the headlights are less angular and the grill has been significantly narrowed. In addition, the body appears to have lengthened and widened, possibly to resemble the American Accord, which is larger. The taillights have also been redesigned, as seen on the Type R 2022. The new Civic will have a less sporty appearance than the current model, and patents suggest that Honda has removed the distinctive spoiler and other aggressive details seen on the outgoing model. Although it is too early to know all the design traits it will have when it goes on sale in 2022. These images of the Honda Civic do not reveal details about its interior, but early last month we were able to see the shapes of its dashboard. And under the hood ... Regarding the advances that have been mentioned on its technical details, Honda has already announced that it will electrify its entire European fleet in 2022. So it will be the same with the Civic, including its Type R version. What is not known at the moment is how far this electrification will go: microhybrid, hybrid or plug-in hybrid. At the same time, sources close to the brand have also mentioned the possibility that the new Type R uses a propulsion system similar to that of the Honda NSX. Although it is not likely to go to such extremes, since that sports car combines a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 gasoline engine with three electric motors. Most likely they refer to part of its technology, with somewhat more modest propellants.

Rather, it is recommended that you opt for foods rich in essential fatty acids like omega 3 and 6, as well as those rich in fiber. That is why you should eat foods such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, cereals, nuts, lean meats, dairy products and fish frequently. Of course, all of these must be combined and in moderate consumption. After all, everything in excess is bad, even those foods considered the healthiest in the world. Keep in mind that a poor diet can bring health problems that are evident even on the skin. For example, acne may appear, the skin becomes saggy, the risk of premature graying and hair loss increases. If you have a poor diet, even bruises may appear from capillary fragility, better known as hickeys. Here you can find out how to remove a hickey with the help of healthy foods such as mint, lemon and banana, which you will surely have at home if you choose to start a good eating habit. In a matter of days, you will be able to notice the excellent results of eating a healthy diet in combination with frequent physical exercise. Not only will you notice that you improve your health on the outside, but you will also feel good on the inside.

Winter not only came later, but also shows unusual behavior with less rain, high temperatures during the day and very low at night, so frosts occur in the early morning. But this is not a new 2020 phenomenon and is directly related to the La Niña phenomenon. Ecuador has recorded more deficit of rains for the winter season since 1991 compared to last month. The Hydrometeorological Studies and Research Directorate of the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inamhi) reached this conclusion, whose staff carried out an analysis of the behavior of winter in the Sierra region at the request of EL COMERCIO. After analyzing the months of September, October and November from 1991 to 2019 versus September and October of this 2020, the technicians explained that at the end of October there was lower rainfall in the 29 years analyzed than in this year. This was verified in five of the eight stations in the Sierra with available historical information. At the San Gabriel-Tulcán station, for example, there was a greater rainfall deficit in 1991 and 2001; While, in the capital, in Iñaquito, in addition to these two years, it also happened in 2000, 2009 and 2015. The solid red line presents the accumulated daily precipitation from September 1 to October 31, 2020. The dotted black line indicates the normal or expected range for the period 1991-2019 (29 years). The solid gray lines are the daily accumulated for each year for the last 29 years. In La Tola, also in Quito, this behavior was limited to three years: 1994, 2005 and 2013. In the case of the Izobamba station, the precipitation deficit began in September of this year. However, the precipitation deficit during September, October and November was much more marked in 2001 and 2009. The solid red line presents the accumulated daily precipitation from September 1 to October 31, 2020. The dotted black line indicates the normal or expected range for the period 1991-2019 (29 years). The solid gray lines are the daily accumulated for each year for the last 29 years. The meteorologist, Carlos Naranjo, explains that, since the past decade, climatic and meteorological patterns have been undergoing changes from year to year all over the planet, not only in Ecuador. Historically, the common cycle of the rainy season in the Sierra began in late September or early October; in November and December it decreased slowly, only to increase again in January and February, reaching its maximum in March in some places and in April in others. People got used, for example, to the well-known "Cordonazo" occurring in early October, now there are delays. Also, the rains were distributed throughout the city of Quito, from south to north, currently rainfall is specific and by areas. This is replicated in the rest of the provinces of the Sierra, where the rains are not distributed throughout the month, as before, but are concentrated in a number of days, so the level is lower than expected. Now there are fewer days of rain, but very intense, emphasizes Naranjo. This decrease in rainfall that has been experienced in recent months, according to Inamhi, responds to an alteration in the wind regime, which should have a greater contribution of humidity, especially towards the Amazon and the Inter-Andean Alley. Anomalous conditions have been evidenced due to the entry of cold and dry air masses coming, mainly, from the Pacific area and this causes the formation of clouds to be limited, the entry of humidity and, consequently, there is an absence of rain frequent. The concentration of rainfall in two or three days has also caused considerable flooding. The ECU-911 recorded between September 1 and November 12, a total of 58 floods. Of this amount, 40, that is, 69%, were concentrated in Pichincha. The World Meteorological Organization has reported that the country would be under the effect of La Niña, which is why it considers that November, December and January would be months with a deficit of rainfall. Rains are not ruled out, but at lower values than normal. The National Committee of the Oceanographic and Antarctic Institute of the Navy (Erfen) agrees and adds that the La Niña event has caused colder than normal waters off the coast of Ecuador, limiting the entry of moisture from the north. For Naranjo, this phenomenon is installed in the Pacific area and is a total conditioning factor that directly affects Ecuador and Peru with occasional but intense rains, clear skies at night and early morning and that generates a drop in temperature in the early morning. generating frosts, which impact agriculture and livestock. In Colombia, he adds, the opposite happens: more rains. Due to the low moisture content on the surface and the higher average speed of the winds, there are other extreme events such as high temperatures, even at extremely high categories, and in turn, forest fires have been generated. From October 1 to November 13, there have been 717 fires in 10 provinces of the Sierra and three of the Amazon, according to the report of the General Secretariat of Risks. The provinces with the most number of events have been Azuay, Cañar and Loja, but if we take into account the number of hectares of burned vegetation cover, the most impacted localities are: Loja, Pichincha and Azuay. In total, 12,071 hectares have been burned. This number of fires corresponds to 34% of the total events that occurred up to November 13, which add up to: 2,121, with a total loss of 25,227 hectares. According to the characteristics of the winds, one of the main triggers of forest fires is an average speed of 10 meters at 2.5 m / s. 86% of the incidents correspond to level 3 of affectation, that is, greater than or equal to 10 hectares. Only in this month of November there have been 16 fires with the greatest impact, mainly in the Austro. Since 2015, fires in the country have been increasing and the highest peak was in 2018 with 4,300.

Ferrari has launched the new SF90 Spider, which ranks as the most powerful production convertible in the world. Although this competition was played inside in the Italian house, because the unseated model is its own Ferrari 812 GTS. The SF90 Stradale (fixed roof version) was presented in May last year and its convertible version promises more sensations without sacrificing technical aspects. In the words of the brand managers: it offers the same "record performance". A price at the level of Ferrari This Spider is Ferrari's second hybrid convertible, after the 2017 LaFerrari Aperta. Deliveries to customers are scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2021, with prices in its Italian local market starting at € 473,000. So prices are expected similar in Spain. Its powertrain is a plug-in hybrid with four-wheel drive, which is unsurprisingly the same as the Stradale. That is, a 4.0-liter V8 with a 780 hp twin-turbo, coupled to a pair of electric motors on the front axle and one on the rear. The combined power of the electric units is 220 hp, which contributes to the final power being 1,000 hp and the engine torque reaching 900 Nm. All of this force is sent to the ground through an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox, ready to withstand such a rush of power. SF90 Spider performance The SF90 Spider equals the Stradale in 0-100 km / h with a time of 2.5 seconds and only loses 1 km / h in top speed with a total of 341 km / h. However, what is more significant is that he has recorded a lap time of 1 minute and 19.5 seconds at the Ferrari-owned Fiorano circuit. That is, just 0.5 seconds behind the fixed roof version and 0.2 seconds faster than the LaFerrari. The SF90 Spider is capable of running on electricity alone thanks to its 7.9 kWh battery. Its homologated autonomy in 100% electric mode is 25 km, so it would not have the 'Zero' label from the DGT when it is sold in Spain. Like all Ferrari convertibles of the modern era, the Spider features a retractable aluminum hardtop, which opens and closes in just 14 seconds. As the brand indicates, it weighs 40 kg less than a conventional system and requires only 50 liters of available storage space. In addition, the rear glass can be raised or lowered when the roof is up to affect the buffeting of the wind when driving at high speeds. In total, the roof mechanism and the necessary chassis stiffeners add just 100kg to the set. Which puts the total weight of the Spider at 1,670 kg, which is almost 300 kg more than the LaFerrari Aperta. However, Ferrari says that the improved stability and traction provided by the electrified front wheels equates to an »equivalent weight reduction« of around 200 kg.

The diet of colors consists of including all the foods recommended in the Mediterranean diet, classified by groups according to their preferred or majority color. Among the large number of healthy diets that we can use, the color diet is one of the most attractive, at least visually, and very rational for what a change in diet entails. It takes time, dedication, and being very disciplined. The market will become your best ally and having a table in the kitchen will help you keep everything under control. We are also now at a time of crops at the level of fruits, vegetables, vegetables, almost "explosive", with everything boiling, so it will be very easy for you to follow the steps. The diet of colors: this is how you will lose weight For Sport and Life, we asked Dr. Elisa de Rojas, specialist in nutrition and dietetics and member of Top Doctors: "The diet of colors consists of including all the foods recommended in the Mediterranean diet, classified by groups according to their preferred or majority color . -Red for proteins, either vegetables or animals (eg chickpeas, eggs, fish, meat ...) -Green for vegetables (for example, spinach, broccoli, lettuce ..) -Yellow for carbohydrates and sugars (such as pasta, potatoes, rice ..) -Brown for fats (such as butter, oils ...) -Blue for liquids and condiments (such as coffee, tea, parsley ...) How to do the shopping for the colorful diet "When shopping, the sex of the individual must be taken into account. Women must consume three foods from each group for breakfast, lunch and dinner (3 + 3 + 3), that is, three foods from the red group, three from the yellow group and three of the brown ones, while in men you have to add one more ration (4 + 4 + 4). The green or vegetable group is freely consumed in quantity for both sexes ". Benefits of the colorful diet "The main advantage is that it is not only aimed at losing weight, but it also teaches how to eat in a balanced way", the expert nutritionist tells us. "This diet is healthier than others because it can be done without a limited time, since there are no restrictions, and there are no prohibited foods," he reminds us.

Researcher Maximino Redondo in conjunction with the team from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Malaga and the Institute of Biomedical Research of Malaga, have designed a prediction tool to predict the evolution of COVID-19 infection in critically ill patients. The study began in March and was funded by the Carlos III Health Institute for the value of 141,500 euros. However, according to the Spanish portal 20 minutes, the study once again received financial aid of at least 56,000 euros, but this time from the Junta de Andalucía to include the development of this future predictive tool for new biological and genetic exposure variables Specifically, viral load and the expression of genes associated with the immune response and inflammation. This project was born within the Network for Research in Health Services in Chronic Diseases (RETIC REDISSEC), in which several hospitals from four autonomous communities intervene, with the coordination of Dr. Susana García Gutierrez, from Hospital Galdakao de Vizcaya. The UMA R + D + i group, together with the collaboration of the Costa del Sol Hospital, participates as Andalusian Coordinator of this Network. According to Redondo, principal investigator of this work and professor at the Faculty of Medicine, patients with poor evolution develop immunity and inflammation alterations. "We intend to study more than 600 genes related to these two processes", explains the researcher. With regard to viral load, the research coordinator points out that the importance of infection cannot be questioned, since it may have some weight as a predictor of evolution, "especially if it is combined with other clinical-analytical factors" , Add. "Patients with poor evolution develop alterations in immunity and inflammation. We intend to study more than 600 related genes," he explains. To do this, predictive variables of clinical deterioration will be identified throughout the COVID-19 disease, such as the appearance or worsening of respiratory failure, respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), sepsis, systemic inflammatory response syndrome ( SIRS), septic shock and even the death rate. As a final proposal, the scientific team proposes to create a scale of risk of admission to critical care units and mortality of patients with these symptoms. For this, they study the association between the time that symptoms begin until the start of treatment, and they also measure the onset and appearance of clinical deterioration. On the other hand, it is intended to evaluate how pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment works. Within this step, the objective is to also take into account the sociodemographic, clinical and laboratory variables of patients affected by COVID-19 who have required hospital care. A total of 2,500 patients will be analyzed on this scale. According to the UMA researcher, the fundamental benefit of this study will be to be able to anticipate severe cases and to be able to administer earlier treatment, which would lead to a better evolution and probably a shorter hospital stay. Although they have one year to develop the line of research funded by the Junta de Andalucía, they already have some preliminary results with the patients analyzed so far. Among the results obtained, more than 1,500, which reflect that some analytical parameters such as LDH (lactate-dehydrogenase), CRP (C-reactive protein) and number of platelets are predictors of poor evolution of the disease.

Audi has just presented its new Audi SQ5 TDI. Yes, as you know, a large part of the new S range of the brand with the four rings uses TDI engines. In any case, as you are going to discover below, it is not that I am short on energy ... Far from it! Manufactured at the San José Chiapa plant in Mexico, the protagonist of these lines will hit the market in the first quarter of 2021. Audi has already wanted to leave us even the starting price for the Spanish market. Logically, it is not the cheapest Audi Q5. It will start from 78,150 euros. An SUV and diesel? It won't be very sporty, but it will be very fast As can be seen in the different images that accompany these paragraphs, the aesthetic is different from that of any normal Q5. Of course, following the usual trend of the brand, they have not wanted to create an excessively radical design. Unfortunately, it seems that the four tailpipes are also false, as in the S4, S5, S6, etc., etc. The main part is your engine. It is a V6 3.0 TDI block with a 48 volt micro-hybrid. It develops 341 hp, which is a lot, but more impressive are its 700 Nm of torque (between 1,750 and 3,250 rpm). In the end, these types of cars do not need excessive power, but they do need a lot of torque to feel agile. And that is what Audi wants to show with its "sports" diesel. To give you an idea of the power of its engine, it certifies on its file an acceleration from 0 to 100 in just 5.1 seconds. Its top speed is electronically limited to 250 km / h. They are not figures of slow car, precisely. Specific suspension, quattro drive and with large brakes Of course, a heavy SUV-type body is not the best for a corner stretch. Anyway, this Audi SQ5 TDI has a different set-up than usual; that is, more dynamic. It comes with standard sports-set multi-link suspension, which lowers the body height by 30mm. Optionally we can have the air suspension with five levels of height. Dynamic steering is also optional, which varies its gear ratio depending on the vehicle speed and also the steering angle of the steering wheel. In this way we have a more direct direction at low speed and smoother when we go on the highway. Another interesting option for the most demanding is the sports rear axle differential, which controls the distribution of torque between these rear wheels when practicing sporty driving. For ease of understanding, it sends more torque to the wheel on the outside of the curve, reducing the tendency to understeer and providing more agility. Many options, but not bad as standard As for the equipment, it does not come exactly barefoot. We have 20-inch alloy wheels, 375mm front brake discs with six-piston aluminum calipers, six steering profiles, Matrix LED headlights with dynamic indicators, 10-inch MMI touch system on the dashboard, multi-function voice control steering wheel and 12.3-inch digital panel among others. If we talk about safety, there we find as standard and as the main equipment turn assist, anti-collision system, exit warning, adaptive cruise control or help with lane maintenance, among others. Does an Audi SQ5 TDI make sense? If we had the Autobahn ... Logically, the Audi SQ5 TDI is not the cheapest car or the most dynamic, but it offers us a great habitability, a lot of ride comfort and more than enough benefits for long trips with the whole family. With its 700 Nm of torque, there will be no problem passing or merging onto a fast lane. Of course, it is probably a car with much more sense for the German Autobahn than for the Spanish highways.

Sometimes we feel bad without having an apparent reason for it, but there always is. They are usually small annoyances that we do not give importance to. We should, because over time they can lead to chronic diseases, even serious ones. The solution is quite easy in most cases, because our physical, and even mental, is largely derived from what we eat, or what we stop eating. The right thing to do if we are not well is to go to the doctor, either because we feel depressed or lacking energy, bloated or continually hungry. Food provides the body with tools to function well. If these are not adequate they cause problems in certain organs, which can end up affecting others. When we eat, the blood goes to the stomach to aid digestion. If what we have ingested is too much, or greasy or it is especially difficult for us to digest, the blood supply has more work and leaves other functions, such as irrigating the brain or other organs. That is what causes the feeling of discomfort. Other foods, such as those that contain too much sugar, can cause imbalances and cause glycemic spikes, which also affect the body's work. That is why they condition our mood, energy or colds. A change in diet is enough to improve. You have to go testing and see if you lack certain nutrients or you have excess foods that do not suit you or to which you are intolerant. But don't think that substituting a salad for a greasy processed food menu is as effective as a drug and works just as quickly from one day to the next. The effects are noticeable, but in the long term. So more than a change in diet, what you have to change is the way you eat and consider it as a new lifestyle. Common sense, and experience, tell us that we must bet on healthy diets in which green predominates over meat, saturated fat, processed foods and excess sweets. The body is wise and will let you know when and why to change your diet. These are some signs that you can identify as signs that you should change your diet. 1.Acne The appearance of more pimples than usual has to do with stress, hormones and diet. It can indicate a deficiency of vitamin A, which plays an essential role in retinoid production. A lack of this crucial nutrient can also lead to dry hair and brittle nails. It is found in sweet potatoes, carrots, and winter fruit juices. Anti-inflammatory foods are also convenient, including seeds rich in Omega-3, while those that contain a lot of sugar and refined flours are left out. 2.Fatigue If fatigue is a constant state, bet that you lack vital nutrients that you must take throughout the day. Another possible cause is insufficient hydration. To stop crawling, drink plenty of water and include in your daily menu a reasonable amount of calories (between 1,500 and 1,800, depending on your weight and a little less if you want to lose), unsaturated fats, high-protein foods (tofu is a good substitute for meat), fish, complex carbohydrates, whole grains and vegetables at every meal. Pay special attention to what you eat if you are an athlete and the gym leaves you exhausted. Iron and magnesium also help. 3.Depression If you feel down, the reason may be that you do not ingest enough vitamins, minerals and / or Omega-3 fatty acids, according to studies, which are likely to cause depression and other mental illnesses. Conversely, adding folic acid and vitamin B12 supplements to the diet helps patients combat depressed mood and other such ailments. 4.Sick one day and another too Food has a huge influence on the immune system. If you follow a low protein diet you may be compromising your health. According to research from the Department of Surgery at the Pennsylvania School of Medicine, proteins help support the immune system. If you avoid essential nutrients, it weakens and makes you prone to disease. If you want to avoid viruses and bacteria, eat protein foods, such as lean meats, legumes, and green leafy vegetables. 5.Lack of energy If the slightest activity exhausts you, you are almost certainly lacking iron. One of its functions is to increase energy levels by transporting oxygen through the body. When you do not have enough, the body does not produce enough red blood cells, which are the ones that carry the oxygen so necessary to stay energetic all day. One of the main symptoms of anemia (caused by a lack of iron) is feeling listless and very fatigued. To recover you have to take foods that contain it or incorporate iron supplements if it is not enough. If none of that works, you may be celiac. When in doubt, it is best to check if you are gluten intolerant. 6.Constipation Having difficulties to evacuate or irregularities in the functioning of the intestine is an indicator of a lack of fiber and poor hydration. Fiber regulates the digestive system because by adding volume to the bolus it facilitates the transit of food. Water is also essential because if you don't drink enough, the body looks for it in the intestines itself and hinders its proper functioning. The result is painful and insufficient bowel movements, which can lead to more serious problems in the long run. Fruits and vegetables, legumes, and whole grains are great providers of fiber. In the event that it does not finish working, a pistil or plantain supplement is recommended. 7.You avoid food groups A correct diet should not leave out any group of healthy foods (we do not include processed or sugary foods), unless it is prescribed by a doctor (intolerance to lactose or gluten, for example). Each type of food provides us with certain minerals and vitamins, but not all of the same, that is why variety is important. Although that does not mean that you cannot be vegetarian or vegan. If you do not eat animal products, all you have to do is make sure that you prepare your menus with plant foods that cover the whole range of nutrients, including proteins. 8.Gases It is one of the main symptoms of an improper diet. If you notice that you are bloated and gassy after drinking milk or eating cheese, you may be lactose intolerant. Before taking any other step, check it out and take the appropriate measures. 9.Hungry If you try to control what you eat, but there comes a time when you attack the first thing that comes your way, they will think that you have a problem of lack of will. It's possible. But do not rule out that it is due to an inadequate diet. The urge to binge eat may be related to a nutrient deficiency, it is a biochemical response and a signal from your brain that you are not providing the body with what it needs to function properly. 10.Bad mood If that happens to you, there is a good chance that it is due to your daily menu. Cutting calories or carbohydrates dramatically can lead to irritability due to anxiety. But, in addition, it will lower the level of sugar in the blood, which contributes to mood swings. In that case, add carbohydrates to your meals, because they will make you feel more satisfied for longer and help the brain to produce serotonin, which is the neurotransmitter for "happiness". 11.Forgotten Even memory can depend on your diet. Studies have been done showing that those who eat more saturated fat have more memory problems than those who avoid it. The solution is easy, less hamburgers with fries and more salads or foods with fats, such as avocados. 12.Colds If you need a sweater in the heat of heat, there is a good chance that you are not doing something right with your diet. A study published in the journal of the American College of Nutrition indicated that low-carbohydrate diets can have a negative effect on the thyroid, which regulates body temperature. That is, a poor functioning of it makes you always cold. It is not necessary to stuff yourself with carbohydrates, but rather to take the most complex ones, which come from whole wheat bread and pasta, among others. A supplement that can help is zinc, capable, for example, of shortening the duration of a cold.

To this day, no one can doubt the good performance and success of the Renault Megane. The compact Gaul, generation after generation, has proven to be a product with a great quality-equipment ratio. In fact, it has been the current one that has shown that it can approach premium rivals without embarrassment. For this, it has a latest-batch technological and mechanical offer. However, every great bet has a weak point ... We refer, as it could not be, to the absence in many markets of the Renault Megane Sedan. Already in the previous installment, when they marketed the Fluence, its sales volume plummeted. Therefore, they decided that it would only be available in those countries where demand justified its production. Well, after four years on sale it has been the turn of undergoing a light, very light, restyling to update its image and technique. The Renault Mégane Sedan is not sold in Spain, but it is in Portugal If we look at the image of the Renault Mégane Sedan, we will realize that it is a mini Talisman. The basic lines that define its appearance remain unchanged, although new features appear as usual. The most obvious is in the headlights that, following the hatchback version, receive Full Led Pure Vision technology. We can also have a new front grill, bumper or side deflector. The side view is the one that receives the least changes, settling for new alloy wheels that can be 16, 17 or 18 inches. Finally, there is the rear, which maintains the original design of its headlamps with LED light for daytime driving. Nor can we overlook the renewed color palette that one of its bets has in the Highland Gray tone. Optionally, the door handles can have lighting. Inside, the Renault Mégane Sedan MY2021 offers more technology. The improvement focuses on a configurable digital instrument cluster. It comes to life through a 10.25-inch screen and is complemented by the new 9.3-inch central touchscreen for the EASY LINK infotainment system. There will also be a selector for driving modes (Eco, Comfort, Sport and MySense) or new active driving aids. Regarding the mechanical offer, the Mégane Sedan will not have the E-TECH hybrids. When marketed in emerging markets, such as Turkey, its offer is made up of well-known gasoline and diesel versions. Thus, the new 1.0 TCe with 115 CV and 1.33 TCe of 140 CV are not lacking. For its part, the diesel is in charge of the undaunted 1.5 Blue dCi and 115 hp. The transmissions are manual of 5 or 6 relations or automatic EDC with 7 enclaves.
