  32. Dr. Ing. H.c. F. Porsche AG, normally abbreviated as Porsche AG, is a German car manufacturer specializing in luxury, high-end sports cars, SUVs and sedans. Porsche AG is owned by the Volkswagen Group, 1 which in turn is majority owned by Porsche Automovil Holding SE. It was founded in Stuttgart in 1931 by Ferdinand Porsche and his son Ferdinand Anton Ernst Porsche. He was born in Maffersdorf (then in Austria, today in the Czech Republic), on September 3, 1875 and was the third of the 5 children of Anton Porsche, engineer and entrepreneur. As a teenager he was interested in experimenting with electric energy. In 1893 he went to work at Brown Boveri, Vienna, a company in the electricity sector. It proved to be a great professional and quickly rose. By 1898 he became part of the car division of Jacob Hans Bonza Lohner, also in Vienna. At the 1900 universal exhibition in Paris, the Daimler-Porsche electric car was introduced, powered by 4 electric motors integrated in the car's wheels. Ferdinand piloted his own designs in races at the beginning of the 20th century, obtaining some victories. In 1906 he became technical director of Austro-Daimler. Porsche won in 1910 the Prinz-Heinrich Fahrt with an Austro-Daimler, occupying another of his cars in the 2nd place. Later he was promoted to general manager. In 1922 the Sascha won the famous Targa Florio in its class (4-cylinder, 1.1-liter engine). Mercedes-Benz SSK. In 1923 he is hired by Mercedes as technical director. There he is responsible for developing the brand's compressor engines, winning in 1924 the Targa Florio in the absolute classification. Merits that made him be named honorary doctorate in engineering by the Technische Hochschule of Stuttgart. Porsche left its mark on Mercedes-Benz for the whole story, as it was responsible for the design of the magnificent Mercedes-Benz S, SS and SSK. The project office After a brief step by Steyr, he created his engineering and design office on April 25, 1931 in Stuttgart. The first project was named # 7 because they did not want it to be known to be the first. His first relevant assignment was that of Auto Union for a single-seater grand prix with a 16-cylinder engine: the Auto Union P-Wagen (Porsche type 22), which won one in two races in which he participated. Porsche had long thought about building a quality and po[CENSORED]r car, which was not a toy version of traditional saloons. This desire could be realized thanks to the commission received by the Nazi administration during the year 1934. In this way, the first Volkswagen test prototype called “V 1” was born in the Zuffenhausen project workshop, this was followed by others prototypes such as the "V 3" and finally the "VW 30". Then the year was 1938 and the war was about to break out, so the plans to mass produce the Volkswagen Type 1 were parked, making a military version of it in 1940. Porsche Ferry Ferry Porsche was born on September 19, 1909, was his father's collaborator since he opened his own project office in 1931 and acquired responsibilities. Ferry was responsible for the research and development department in the Volkswagen project. Ferry along with Karl Rabe and Erwin Komenda begin in 1947 the study of a two-seater sports car on the Volkswagen, the project No. 356 that would become the first Porsche 356, the first in the history of the brand. The original Porsche is a two-seater roadster with central motor and aluminum body. The engine was Volkswagen, but modified to give 35 hp at 4000 rpm. This first 356 was very different from the subsequent 356 series. This prototype left Porsche's workshop in Gmünd (an old sawmill). For reasons of cost and practicality, the prototype was modified to give the 356 coupe with rear engine, marking a tradition in Porsche until today. In 1948 the production of 356 in Austria was slow because everything was missing. From 1949, and after returning to Stuttgart, the pace of production improved, so he asked for the participation of the German bodybuilder Reutter, 14 years later Porsche would buy all the shares of Reutter Gmbh. The Porsche 356 coupe and cabrio were presented for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show in 1949.

  34. France was the first country in the European Union to restrict religious symbols in public places, despite being the one with the largest Muslim po[CENSORED]tion. The Netherlands veto the use of burqa in public spaces despite the general rejection to measure First fine in Denmark for a woman for wearing full veil in public Holland prohibits the use of burqa and Islamic niqab in public spaces BRUSSELS 08/01/2019 18:01 Updated: 08/01/2019 18:01 EFE The entry into force in the Netherlands as of Thursday of the prohibition of the integral burqa in public spaces joins similar restrictions adopted by other European countries. The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) endorsed in March 2017 the prohibition of the Islamic garment in companies, provided that the internal norms include any religious, philosophical or political symbol, and not only those of a particular confession. These are the countries that have legislated in Europe: France On July 13, 2010, the French National Assembly approved the bill prohibiting the use of the integral veil in any public space and on April 11, 2011 it entered into force. France is the EU country with the highest percentage of Muslim po[CENSORED]tion and was also the first in the Union to restrict religious symbols in public places. Since 2004 the use of the veil was prohibited in French state schools after the National Assembly passed, by overwhelming majority, the law prohibiting the use of "ostensible" religious signs in these centers (also includes crucifixes). The use of this garment was only allowed in Muslim schools and universities where the law on religious symbols was not in force. Belgium On July 23, 2011, the law prohibiting the public use of the integral veil, including the burqa and the niqab (clothing such as the burka that only exposes the eyes), entered into force in Belgium, which made this country the second in the European Union after France to prevent in general the use of these garments. Denmark On August 1, 2018, Denmark was the third country in which the ban on burqa and niqab came into force amid protests by Muslim women who believe the new rule limited their rights.

  35. PC Gamer is an English-speaking magazine created in the United Kingdom in 1993 and focused on the coverage of PC video games. It is published monthly by Future plc. The magazine has several regional editions, and has become the magazine specialized in this type of video games most sold in the United States and the United Kingdom. The magazine covers news about the videogames industry, advances of new titles and reviews on the latest and most po[CENSORED]r PC games, as well as other topics related to hardware, mods, "classic" games and others. Review System The reviews on PC Gamer are written by the editors of the magazine and by free writers, and rate the games with a percentage of 1% to 100%. In the US edition, no game has received a score greater than 98% (Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri, Half-Life 2, and Crysis), while the UK edition has never awarded a rating greater than 96% (Civilization II, Half -Life, Half-Life 2, Minecraft, Spelunky and Quake II). In the UK edition, the lowest numerical score was 2%, given to Big Brother 1. The sequel, Big Brother 2, received an even lower score of N / A%, the review explained that "[PC Gamer] put as much effort in the review as they put in the development of the game. " In the August 255, 2013 edition, the 2% score was matched by the review of the re-released Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude, which originally received 3% when it first came out. In the US edition, the lowest score was 4%, given to Mad Dog McCree, upsetting the previous game with the lowest score, Skydive !, which received 5%. Editions There are two main editions of PC Gamer, a British version and an American version, both published by Future plc. Founded in the United Kingdom in November 1993, the US version was released a year later in June 1994.1 There are also numerous local editions that mainly use the material of one of the two main editions, especially the British one, including a Malaysian edition (discontinued in December 2011) and a Russian one. The Swedish edition, although it has its roots in its British counterpart, has become more independent, largely due to the immense po[CENSORED]rity of PC games compared to that of console games in Sweden, and today produces much of your own material. An Australian monthly edition was published by Perth Conspiracy Publishing since August 1998, but was discontinued in 2004. There is also a Spanish edition entitled PC Games and Players. Both the British and the American magazine are published thirteen times a year (twice in December) 1 although sometimes there are variations. Magazine The British edition of PC Gamer has been published month by month without interruption since 1993. Subscribers receive a special edition of the magazine without headlines (only the main headline and the BBFC classification). Dedicated almost exclusively to PC video games, the magazine has the reputation of offering deep reviews.9 The magazine was originally accompanied by a 3.5-inch floppy disk. A CD with demos (titled CD Gamer) was published in parallel with the flexible disc edition from edition 11 of the magazine onwards. The first disc contained all the content of the first 10 editions of floppy disks. Later, the CD edition was expanded to two discs. An edition with a 9 GB DVD known as DVD Gamer was also published in parallel with the edition of 2 CDs for a couple of years, until the production of the CD Gamer edition ceased in edition 162. The UK edition then It came only with a single double-sided DVD. In August 2011, the British magazine announced that it would stop producing the album from the 232 edition, and replace it with more pages of content within the magazine and exclusive gifts
