HOMEMADE SLIME RECIPE This is the best slime recipe because it comes together so quickly and only takes 3 main ingredients (plus food coloring if desired). Have fun with it! SLIME INGREDIENTS: -8-ounce bottle Elmer’s white school glue -1 1/2 – 2 Tablespoons contact saline solution, more as needed -1 Tablespoon baking soda -Food coloring, optional Add glue and food coloring to bowl. Squeeze the bottle of glue into a bowl (photo 1). Add your food coloring if desired, and stir until combined. Then mix in baking soda (photo 2). Mix in saline solution. Add 1 1/2 Tablespoons saline solution and mix until combined (photo 3). If it’s too sticky, add 1/2 Tablespoon more solution at a time. The more you add, the thicker it’ll be. The less you add, the slimier it’ll be (see texture in photo 4). Knead the slime. Using your hands, knead the slime until it holds together. It will be wet and gooey at first, but just keep kneading until it all comes together. Store slime. Store slime in a container with lid, or in a zip top bag. The slime is best to play with on a place mat. -Use plastic bowls and spoons to make clean up easier. -Make sure to get the color correct before adding the saline. It’s harder to mix in when it begins to thicken. -For thicker slime, add more saline solution. For a slimier texture, add less saline. -Slime is best to play with on a place mat, plastic tablecloth or even a trash bag. -Can add in extras like glitter, scented oils or even mini styrofoam balls. -Recipe makes about a cup of slime. Can double or triple based on how many kids there are. -If you have long hair, make sure to put it into a pony tail. India-US two-plus-two dialogue expected to take place in Delhi on 26, 27 Oct The third edition of the two-plus-two dialogue between India and the US is expected to take place on October 26 and 27 here during which both sides are likely to carry out a comprehensive review of their strategic cooperation, people familiar with the development said on Thursday. US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Defence Secretary Defence Secretary Mark Esper are scheduled to visit India for the dialogue, they said. The Indian side at the talks will be represented by External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. The first two-plus-two dialogue was held in Delhi in September 2018 after the mechanism was approved by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Donald Trump. The second edition of the dialogue took place in Washington in December last year. The new framework of the ministerial dialogue was initiated in order to provide a forward-looking vision for the strategic partnership between the two countries. In the third edition of talks, both sides are also expected to delve into the situation in the Indo-Pacific region as well as in India's neighbourhood besides key bilateral issues. As the dialogue is taking place days ahead of the presidential election in the US, no major outcome is expected from it, said a source.

Among Us Players Could Become Guardian Angels After Dying InnerSloth wants to change what players can do after they die. Among Us, the surprise hit two years in the making, could see some changes in the near future. InnerSloth is considering making dead players guardian angels who have the ability to save living players, similar to how the doctor role works in Mafia. The Washington-based studio wants to give players more to do after they die, citing players that leave right after dying because it's "boring" to play as a ghost. Ghosts, players who are killed by impostors or getting voted off the ship, can still complete tasks after death. They can't participate in discussions or interact with anything else in the game and often don't do much until the match ends. "[Balancing a change like that] is the hardest part," said InnerSloth programmer Forest Willard on Twitch's Weekly Gaming Show as first reported by Inverse. "We've thought of a lot about [making ghosts into] Guardian Angels and stuff like that, but it's a difficult thing to pull off but we're definitely thinking about those sort of things." The three-person development team said the studio specifically wants to improve the game for the first person that gets killed. It "sucks" to be in that situation, according to designer Marcus Bromander, and the team is trying to "figure something out." We didn't get any more details on what a guardian angel ability would look like, though. Among Us saw a surge of po[CENSORED]rity this year after a number of streamers broadcasted their murder mystery matches on Twitch. Speed and Velocity Just as distance and displacement have distinctly different meanings (despite their similarities), so do speed and velocity. Speed is a scalar quantity that refers to "how fast an object is moving." Speed can be thought of as the rate at which an object covers distance. A fast-moving object has a high speed and covers a relatively large distance in a short amount of time. Contrast this to a slow-moving object that has a low speed; it covers a relatively small amount of distance in the same amount of time. An object with no movement at all has a zero speed. Velocity as a Vector Quantity Velocity is a vector quantity that refers to "the rate at which an object changes its position." Imagine a person moving rapidly - one step forward and one step back - always returning to the original starting position. While this might result in a frenzy of activity, it would result in a zero velocity. Because the person always returns to the original position, the motion would never result in a change in position. Since velocity is defined as the rate at which the position changes, this motion results in zero velocity. If a person in motion wishes to maximize their velocity, then that person must make every effort to maximize the amount that they are displaced from their original position. Trump's health puts more focus on Pence, Harris showdown in VP debate President Donald Trump's battle with COVID-19 and Democratic challenger Joe Biden's age provide an unusual backdrop to Wednesday's vice presidential debate between Vice President Mike Pence and Democratic vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris. Pence and Harris are scheduled to take the stage at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City separated by plastic barriers for a 90-minute debate, a reminder of how the coronavirus pandemic has affected the race ahead of the Nov. 3 election. The Republican president announced last Friday that he had tested positive for the novel coronavirus amid a White House outbreak and was hospitalized in Maryland for three days receiving a variety of treatments. Either Pence, 61, or Harris, 55, would be a heartbeat away from assuming the presidency, depending on the election's outcome. How they handle themselves during the debate may be scrutinized even more closely than usual given Trump's ill health and Biden's age. Now 77, Biden would be 78 upon taking office in January, which would make him the oldest U.S. president in history. Trump is 74, making his COVID-19 particularly dangerous considering his age and other health issues. Trump already is the oldest president to seek re-election. Public opinion polls this year have indicated that some voters have reservations regarding the age of the presidential candidates. Biden is leading Trump in national polls, including an advantage of 12 percentage points in the latest Reuters/Ipsos survey of likely voters. Polls show the race to be closer in some of the election battleground states that could determine the winner. Harris is a U.S. senator from California picked by Biden in August as his running mate. Pence is a former U.S. congressman and Indiana governor who has steadfastly defended Trump during his tumultuous presidency.
