A small update in the AOTW voting system:
- We disband the AOTW voters, from now on, everyone can vote, but following 4 important rules:
- You must have an open & active gallery.
- You must have at least 200 content.
- Your vote must come with an argument on why you choose to vote that work.
- If you participate, you cannot vote. If you win one edition, you cannot participate in the following one because your V.I.P. needs to expire first in order to participate again. That's the cooldown.
