When starting a diet, all help is little, and it will be key to plan meals, prioritize the consumption of water over another drink, learn to say no, be constant and persistent. But besides being constant, all help is little. And the smallest plate trick is a good base. But there is more, because diets must be controlled, to achieve a goal and not be a constant back and forth. They should be a starting point from which you then 'break free'. The specialist Mari Carmen Díaz, an expert in Diet and Nutrition at Quirónsalud Alicante, affirms that if a restrictive diet is maintained over time "it can be really dangerous" because it eliminates the nutrients from the diet in order to lose weight. And this can lead to a loss of muscle mass, but this does not mean that the person gains quality of life or looks thinner, but rather they will have less strength and feel fatigue. The danger of very restrictive diets It can also cause a lack of essential nutrients, with the consequent appearance of deficiencies and symptoms that worsen our quality of life, such as headaches, extreme fatigue, bad mood ... According to Dr. Díaz, "the best thing is to bet on a varied diet "and" the radical message is not healthy or sustainable. " Dr. Carolina Pérez, a nutrition specialist at Quirónsalud Murcia and Torrevieja, explains that "miracle or express diets are not balanced, they can produce signs and symptoms due to a deficit of essential nutrients or excess of others" but weakness, lack of energy, sagging, wrinkled and drier skin, brittle nails, hair loss, bad smell from sweat and mouth, general lack of vitality, drowsiness, apathy, headache, dizziness or blurred vision ". The small plate trick that does work And yes, eating from small plates works. Above all, what must be taken into account is the type of food to be reduced. It is a very effective way to eat all the nutrients that the body needs, but in a way that our body does not add more calories. Also, visually, it helps to see a full plate, even if it is small. Tips for starting a diet *Set clear and realistic goals. *Distribute the intake in several doses throughout the day. *Learn to select which foods to eat in greater quantity and which in less quantity. *Include physical exercise in your daily routine. *Plan meals. *Prioritize the consumption of water to another type of drink. *Learn to say no. *Be constant and persevering with the goal set. *Above all, that the change towards a healthier diet has been a personal decision.

When MG Rover Group went bankrupt back in April 2005 we had a bittersweet feeling. On the one hand, it's a shame, because they were two of the most emblematic firms of all there were in the automotive sector. On the other hand joy, since they had years of agony that only deepened their problems and inability to solve them. However, it was not until its dissolution that we could see both firms would be irretrievably separated. At this point in the game we all know that Rover is sleeping peacefully in a drawer in the Tata Group offices. For its part, SAIC has been able to profit something from MG, although the play is costing them more than they initially thought. So much so that in Europe they have not just found their niche and, with this, they have already tried three times to attack this complex market. Now they do it with proposals more adapted to our tastes. MG returns with the 5 EV and HS Plug-In Hybrid SAIC is putting up a lot of money so that MG can launch a range of models according to European standards. This also implies the development of new technology, especially in hybridization and electrification. All this applied to the segment of the market that currently has the highest sales volume, that of SUVs. Thus, the former English firm will launch two new models very soon with which to conquer our hearts. On the one hand there is the MG5 EV, a mid-size station wagon and electric powertrain. Its power is 156 HP and it is powered by a battery with 52.5 kWh of energy capacity. Thanks to this combination, it can offer an acceleration from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just over 8 seconds. For its part, the average approved autonomy (according to the WLTP protocol) is between 344 kilometers and 444 kilometers. Second is the MG HS Plug-In Hybrid. This plug-in hybrid SUV combines a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol block with a 90 kW (122 hp) electric motor to deliver a combined power of 258 hp. Its management is entrusted to a 6-speed automatic transmission for the gasoline block and a 4-enclave automatic transmission for the electrical system. Together they offer 10 electronically controlled relationships. Regarding autonomy and performance, the HS Plug-In Hybrid can travel up to 52 kilometers without emitting CO2. For its part, the benefits are remarkable, with an acceleration from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 6.9 seconds. All accompanied by the MG Pilot security system that makes it worthy of 5 EuroNCAP stars. Notable active aids include Blind Spot Detection, Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Alert, Lane Departure Assist, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert. It will be necessary to see if with this offensive MG and SAIC manage to penetrate deep into the European market. It's not going to be out of desire and neither is it for offering a high level of technology. Issue? That the public is sovereign.

These are times for solidarity and responsibility. But there are those who seek to take advantage of the situation and the pampering of people. And it is that, the Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN) has had knowledge, through several EU Member States, of the marketing of food supplements that supposedly prevent, treat or cure COVID-19. These vendors attempt to increase their profits through unauthorized and prohibited nutrition and health claims when promoting and selling food supplements. “Food supplements are foods whose purpose is to supplement the normal diet. These products cannot attribute properties to prevent, treat or cure a human disease, nor refer to such properties at all. Consequently, there are no food supplements that prevent, treat or cure Coronavirus infection and, therefore, there cannot be any product on the market with such statements, ”remarks AESAN. On the other hand, the AESAN recommends the po[CENSORED]tion to make a responsible consumption of food supplements, which are not necessary in the framework of a varied and balanced diet. In the end, consumers are responsible for their own health, for heeding the advice of doctors and other health experts, as well as for following the instructions for use and warnings on product labels. 1. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet provides all the nutrients necessary for the normal development and maintenance of a healthy body. 2. Always follow the instructions for use provided on the package. 3. Pay attention to the ingredients it contains in case you are allergic or intolerant to any of them. 4. Do not consume a food supplement in doses higher than those indicated on the label, since consumption at doses higher than those recommended can have harmful effects on health, especially if it is prolonged over time. 5. A natural product is not synonymous with a safe product. 6. Always tell your doctor: - From the food supplements you are consuming. In particular, if you have an underlying disease. This will help your doctor to consider the combined effects of your medication and the food supplement in the diagnosis and treatment of your disease. - If you plan to undergo surgery. - If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Most food supplements have not been studied in pregnant or lactating women. - If you are considering giving a child a food supplement. Most food supplements have not been studied in children. - From any harmful effect or adverse reaction that you observe. If you feel or suspect that the food supplement causes an adverse reaction, report the symptoms to your doctor. 7. Be wary of supplements that are advertised with incredible properties and effects or as "miracle" solutions to your problems. 8. Don't buy food supplements from unknown sources. Buy your food supplements in authorized food distribution channels or at the pharmacy. Buying from unknown sources on the Internet or regular mail can be risky. 9. Remember that to reduce overweight and excess fat it is recommended to reduce calorie intake with a proper diet of food and, at the same time, increase energy expenditure through an adequate level of physical activity. The consumption of any food supplement should only be complementary or additional. Also, remember that to maintain the achieved result it is necessary to permanently adopt healthy eating habits and follow an active lifestyle. 10. In general, even if you play sports, with a varied and balanced diet, which includes adequate hydration, you can meet the nutritional needs of your body.

The BMW 4 Series was debuted at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in January 2013 in Detroit. The reason for its creation had to do with the separation of the two-door models of the Series 3 (coupe and convertible) into a separate family. Furthermore, in 2014, the '4 Series Gran Coupé' body style was added to the range. All with one objective: to increase your sales and economic profit. In general, we thought that its reception by the public would be tepid. However, with the launch of the new generation of the BMW 4 Series it was confirmed that its success had been remarkable. This was the result of masterfully mixing design, sportiness and superb quality. Nor can we overlook the good work that the BMW M4 Coupé did, complementing its younger brother in the upper part of the mid-range sedan segment. The BMW M4 Coupé and M4 Competition Coupé is more daring than the M3 Sedan The launch of the second generation of the BMW 4 Series took place a couple of months ago. Its image comes directly from the Concept 4 that the Bavarian brand presented at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show. In it, the first thing that attracted attention was the size of the kidneys that shape the front grille. The impact on seeing it was strong and more when we had the slight suspicion that it would end up being installed in the sports version M. Well, that is how it was in the end as the new BMW M4 Coupé appears in the images that the brand has released. In general, its appearance does not vary substantially, but it does enjoy certain accessories that make it something special. Thus, we cannot overlook the different aerodynamic appendages, the M logos or the footpegs finished in a glossy black tone. The same shade that appears on the mirror caps. The forged aluminum wheels are exclusive and vary in size depending on the version. Nor do we overlook the roof made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) in contrast to the spoiler located on the boot lid. Finally, we cannot ignore the sports bumpers or the large diffuser located at the rear. In it, to emphasize its sportiness, it locates the four chrome (double) tailpipes. Colorful and sporty in a high-quality interior One feature that differentiates the interior of the BMW M4 Coupé from its brother Sedan is the coloring and racing configuration. Depending on the chosen tone to dress the body, the cabin adopts different decorative moldings in this color. In contrast we have sports seats developed by M upholstered in Merino leather that can integrate the headrests and that have electrical regulation and ventilation. This same material extends to the dashboard and doors, highlighting the sportiness of the whole. It is also striking that the baquets are made of carbon with the rear cover visible. Regarding the equipment possibilities, the M4 Coupé enjoys elements such as parking distance control, frontal collision warning, lane departure warning and speed limit information. The mechanics of the BMW M4 Coupé is shared with the M3 Sedan Finally we review the mechanical section, perhaps the one that fans of the brand and model look at. In order not to make things easy for their rivals, Bayerische has made important improvements. Thus, like its brother Series 3 M, it has a 3.0-liter gasoline block with six cylinders in line and M TwinPower Turbo technology. The power is staggered in two sections: 480 hp for the M4 and 510 hp for the M4 Competition. The transmission available in the range is a six-speed manual for the M4 and an eight-speed M Steptronic automatic with Drivelogic and three shift programs for the M4 Competition. In addition, to avoid loss of motor skills, from next summer they will be able to count on the M xDrive all-wheel drive system equipped with an M Active differential in the rear axle. Still, the power of the block always reaches the rear end, although it has three modes: 2WD, 4WD and 4WD Sport. On a technical level, it has the same modifications as its brother M3 Sedan, since they share a platform. In fact, the benefits are identical, signing an acceleration from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour of 4.2 seconds for the M4 Coupé and 3.9 seconds in the case of the M4 Competition Coupé. The goal is to beat its main rivals, the Mercedes-AMG C 63 S Coupé and the Audi RS 5 Coupé. The star model has the same power and the one with the four rings is satisfied with 450 hp. Even so, the level of performance between the three is very even, especially in the acceleration section. Where we do not know if there will be differences is in prices, although until March of next year it is likely that we will not know anything.

With the end of summer, excesses with food also ended. Returning to the routine is never easy. This year less than ever. The outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic brought our daily lives to a halt. He forced us to take refuge in our homes, go out little and even change our diet. After confinement, summer arrived and we still did not regain our usual rhythm. After these two stages, we have to get down to work and watch our diet. “The return to the routine after the holidays is a period of readjustment to everyday life and, therefore, to healthy eating and living habits. Often on vacation we disconnect from the food and life routine that we lead. But, on the way back, it's time to reconnect ”, explains the nutritionist and founder of El Club de la Buena Digestion, Noemí Ojeda. Planning is key. “Our eating pattern is the prelude to what our meals will be in our routine. Keeping it well organized and healthy has the advantage of maintaining a good level of health and well-being, both physically and emotionally. In addition, the food pattern must be previously organized to facilitate our day to day, thus eliminating worries about what to cook or eat ”, continues Ojeda. Our food, a priority The nutrition specialist gives some keys to make it easier for us to return to the routine: “One of the fundamental pillars of our diet should be the intake of fruits, vegetables, and vegetables. We have to consume them on a daily basis, up to two or three times. In the same proportion, legumes, fish and eggs. It is also advisable to consume whole or grain carbohydrates, completely avoiding refined products, which reduce nutrients such as fiber, vitamins and minerals. On the other hand, dairy products and fruits must be consumed sporadically, depending on the needs and preferences of each person and their context ”. Taking care of our diet has become a priority. Therefore, it is common for us to seek the advice of a specialist. Interest in this sector is also seen in the rise of training programs in nutrition. One of these courses is the Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Safety at IMF Business School. In this program, among other issues, the scientific bases of the effects that nutrition produce on the body are addressed, the factors that interfere with nutrition are identified, the latest advances in nutrition and food are addressed, the student is trained to legal and technical advice to food companies, in addition to studying and establishing healthy eating guidelines in individuals and communities. The postgraduate course is aimed especially at health science professionals such as veterinarians, biologists, food technologists, dietitians, nutritionists, nurses, pharmacists and also those specialists who develop their skills in the field of food companies and advice to the diet and nutrition. Another option is the Specialist Course in Dietetics and Nutrition: Preparation of Diets, from the Graduate School of Medicine and Health. Among the subjects that are worked on: proteins, vitamins, nutrition during pregnancy, keys to metabolism, diet, eating habits and how to maintain a balanced diet. The course seeks that the student is trained in all the concepts of nutrition and dietetics and that they have the ability, among others, to develop diets adapted to the patient. Sport and nutrition “In order to achieve an optimal state of health we must combine a healthy, organized and balanced eating pattern with a practice of regular exercise, which combines cardiovascular-type outdoor activities with strength exercises that improve our locomotor system. A careful diet without physical exercise and vice versa are incomplete habits in the context of a healthy lifestyle that is committed to comprehensive health ”, warns Ojeda. For those users who want to expand their knowledge in nutrition and sport, one option may be the Master in Nutrition, Master in Sports Nutrition and Master Homeopathy and Phytotherapy from Select Business School. The program will enable the student to perform dietitian tasks in the food sector, work for associations of people affected by eating disorders, develop dietary guidelines and consensus protocols, become a technician in consumer organizations or perform their work as a dietitian with consultation. @#Steeven.™ You have 24 hours to change the title, otherwise I will quote it in Staff desk

The segment of the SUV's has penetrated very deep in the public. They arrived almost without making noise and in a matter of five years they have taken over almost the entire market. There is practically no brand that does not have a copy in its range. Even Ferrari itself has joined this trend by developing the controversial and long-awaited Purosangue. However, the evolution of this category has led to curious cases such as the attractive Renault Arkana. The first time we introduced you to the Renault Arkana was a couple of years ago. Its debut took place at the Moscow Motor Show and due to its design and level of development it was a matter of time before it would end up reaching more countries. And so it has been, the French firm has just announced that it will reach our continent and country in the first half of next year. Take a seat and read calmly, because this version has nothing to do with the Russian and the Latin. The Renault Arkana outlines its aesthetics, although without major changes The image of the Renault Arkana that will arrive on the European continent is very similar to the one we described a couple of years ago. All in all, it still feels fresh and current, as it draws on the latest aesthetic code that the diamond house has coined. Thus, there is no lack of a wide and expressive front marked by optical groups very similar to those of the current Mégane. Both flank a restrained grill that is dominated by the diamond that serves as the brand's logo. In the side view there are no significant changes either. The basic design lines are shared with his Russian brother. Where there are changes is in the alloy wheels and certain decorative moldings. One of the most significant is at the base of the "B" pillar and refers to the E-TECH hybrid engines. The rest of the changes focus on newly designed alloy wheels and different tones to dress the body. Finally we will take a look at the rear. This is the most expressive area with the greatest personality in Arkana. In addition, its managers have made slight changes to the interior configuration of its LED headlamps. Now stop the Talisman, although they are not far from those seen in the Russian version. Nor can we ignore the descending line of the roof that gives rise to a perfect integration of the tailgate and the rear window. Interior renewed with more technology and better quality If the exterior aesthetics of the Renault Arkana undergoes few changes, inside things change a lot. If you do a little memory you should remember the configuration of the version that is already sold in Russia or Latin America. Well, now it has a completely new dashboard that is inspired by the one that mounts the little Clio. Thus, there is no lack of a generous central touch screen in vertical position or an interesting LED light signature. Nor does it forget to include an attractive configurable digital instrument cluster or the latest safety technology. The quality of materials (at least visually) also seems to be above that in the other versions. It is seen in elements such as the moldings that dress the dashboard, the seats or the door trim. Regarding habitability or load capacity there are no data yet, but it will be similar to that of the Kadjar. Modern and ecological mechanical offer with E-TECH versions At a technical level, the new Renault Arkana is developed on the same platform as the Nissan Qashqai. Thanks to the modularity of this base, it can include a very modern mechanical offer adapted to customer needs. Thus, for Europe it will be driven by the 1.33 TCe petrol block that doubles its power into two versions: 140 hp and 160 hp respectively. The latter is also equipped with 12-volt micro-hybrid technology. Finally there will also be an E-TECH Hybrid version with 140 hp. This technology is the same that the Clio, Capture and Megane have released and has led to the registration of more than 150 patents worldwide. However, all that remains is for Renault to announce the equipment possibilities and official rates. Although before, it is sure that it carries out a great official act to present it to the main media and clients of the continent.

A diet rich in vitamins can keep your defenses strengthened and a healthy body that reduces the risk of certain types of pathologies More and more factors are causing aggressive diseases such as cancers and tumors. Many people dare to assure that food is the secret to avoid or have them; but the truth is that it only decreases or increases the risk in both cases. It is not only what you eat, it is what you breathe, what you put on your skin and the whole lifestyle that depends a lot on the social decision, that is, your health not only depends on your decisions but also on that of the world around you, how do you control that? Hence, "eating does not cure cancer" when it has already made an appearance in our body. But it can help prevent its appearance by practicing a healthy lifestyle such as nourishing yourself with antitumor foods, explains oncologist Paula Jiménez-Fonseca; adding that: "The aggressiveness of cancer is such that only with food it is not possible to win the battle", he assures, that is why it should never become an alternative to oncological treatments, although it can help to cope with them by enhancing the immune system and avoiding malnutrition. In her book "Eating to beat cancer" (Ediciones Nobel), written with chemist and nutrition expert Belén Álvarez, the oncologist at the Central University Hospital of Asturias, in Oviedo, addresses healthy lifestyle habits to prevent cancer, tips for preparing and preserving food and details the antitumor foods, compared to others clearly harmful. It reveals the food groups that help keep us healthy due to their high vitamin content and, therefore, reduce the risk of suffering from the aforementioned diseases. Cabbages: cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, radishes, turnips ... They are at the top of the list since their phytochemical compounds stimulate the production of enzymes blocking the damage caused by carcinogens. It is advisable to consume them once or twice a week, better at lunch than at dinner and, the less cooked, the better they retain their properties. Garlic and onion: Widely used in the daily eating routine of Dominicans, for the doctor it is "a couple of healthy foods for all kinds of diseases" due to its anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, diuretic power ... Consume them several times a day as the more raw the better. Reddish and green vegetables: such as tomato, carrot, pumpkin, beet ...: They owe their color to carotene, a substance that favors the formation of vitamin A and are rich in antioxidants that prevent cell aging, one of the causes of cancer. It is advisable to eat them every day but taking into account their sugar level, so it is convenient to mix them with green vegetables if we cook them in puree or take them raw. While greens such as lettuce, spinach, leek, cabbage ... They owe their color to chlorophyll, a protective substance against cancer, and are rich in water, fiber, vitamins and minerals so it is advisable to consume at least one once a day. Better raw but also cooked or steamed. As they are very sensitive to heat, it is advisable to cook them in little water with a few drops of lemon to maintain their properties and keep the container closed. Citrus: Orange, mandarin, lemon, grapefruit, kiwi, pineapple ...: Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, they fight infections and protect blood vessels. Ideal fruits to start the day. "The water with lemon helps us to purify toxins, but it does not cure cancer," says the oncologist before one of the most widespread hoaxes on the internet. Reddish fruits: strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, cherry, blackberry, watermelon ... with powerful anti-cancer and antioxidant properties. Consume daily. Blue fish: Salmon, tuna, sardine, anchovy, swordfish ... They contain between 7 and 15% healthy fat, polyunsaturated, which raises good cholesterol, helping to protect against cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Consume them preferably fresh, at least three times a week, baked, grilled or boiled, avoiding adding oil, due to their richness in fat, but lemon, which favors the absorption of said healthy fats. Natural yogurt and whole wheat soft bread: Yogurt has been shown to be an active protector of the intestinal flora and therefore an ally against cancer. Dr. Jiménez-Fonseca recommends taking it whole or semi-skimmed to better absorb vitamin D and calcium. You should consume 2 or 3 units of dairy products a day, better at breakfast and snack. Regarding bread, it should be eaten tender and whole because of the fiber content that favors intestinal transit. It should be taken in small amounts at all meals or replaced with cereals. Olive oil: It should be better eaten raw, 3 to 5 tablespoons a day. Beware of oil fried and reused several times, it can be carcinogenic.

Although its presence in Europe is diluted, Honda is one of the world's leading car manufacturers. Just take a look at the sales charts for regions like North America or China. This is the only way to get an idea of its specific weight in the automotive sector. For this reason, it is not surprising that its range of models is increasingly geared towards meeting the needs of other audiences beyond Europe. However, Honda is no stranger to the new paradigms that affect the sector. Electrification is one of the most pressing and, although it has taken it easy, it is ready. The best example we have in the cute "e" or the alliance it has signed with General Motors for its development. Now they present the first teaser of what will be their second 100 percent electric model, which will be officially presented in a matter of days. Honda, along with Acura, will bring several novelties to Auto China 2020 The event where the presentation of the new Honda electric will take place is the Auto China that will be held in Beijin. It will be then when we know the main technical and design details of a product that, unless ordered to the contrary, is designed for China. All in all, from the little that can be seen in the teaser, it looks like a generously sized model. What's more, due to the height of the headlights, hood and grill, it could be an all-rounder. However, we will still have to wait a few days to know all its technical details and the origin of its development. But this will not be the only novelty that Honda presents at the Chinese show. There will also be the CR-V PHEV, the first model to be sold in China equipped with a plug-in hybrid powertrain. To complement this offensive, other new models that will arrive for this market will also make an appearance. The deployment to be carried out by Acura and Honda's motorcycle division will close the offensive. The products of the premium firm are gradually permeating in China and they do not want their rivals to step on the ground. So they prepare the landing of part of their American range, especially sedans. Finally, the FUN motorcycle family will be present. We will be attentive to these developments and their possible impact on Europe and our country.

One in four teenagers in Europe eat sweets every day, one in 6 consume sugary drinks with the same frequency and only half eat fruit or vegetables every day, according to a study on the habits of children between the ages of 11 and 15 published by the World Health Organization (WHO). Registered trends explain the increase in overweight and obese adolescents, conditions that currently affect 20% of them. The conclusions of the study, prepared based on the responses of more than 227,000 adolescents from 45 European countries and covering the period 2014-2018, indicate that the emotional health of this age group decreases as they grow older. This explains why one in four admits feeling nervous, irritable or having difficulty sleeping at least once a week, with girls being the ones who have the highest risk of suffering from these disorders. "It is worrying that adolescents are telling us that all is not well with their mental well-being and we must take this message seriously, as good mental health is an essential part of a healthy adolescence," said Jo Inchley, coordinator of the study during presenting your results. A good sign is that most of the participants assure that it is easy for them to talk with their mothers (85%) and fathers (72%) about what worries them, which opens the way to face problems within the family, and two-thirds feel that their parents support them, although this percentage decreases over the years. Among the concerns that the study highlights are risky behaviors and consumption, physical inactivity and the abuse of digital technologies, with the main risk of cyberbullying, which affects girls somewhat more than boys (12% and 14%, respectively, claimed to have been victims of online attacks in the last month). Unprotected sex remains a risk factor: 25 percent of the sexually active 15-year-olds said they had had unprotected intercourse. On the other hand, the report indicates that there was a decrease in the consumption of tobacco and alcohol, despite which the figures continue to be worrying, since one in five children under 15 years of age has acknowledged that they have been drunk at least twice. A not inconsiderable part, one in five, said they do at least one hour of physical activity a day, but a third of the country has registered a decrease in the time that adolescents dedicate to physical exercise. Another chapter of the study indicates that a third of adolescents communicate digitally with their friends throughout the day, although their preference continues to be face-to-face communication: only 1 in 10 preferred to communicate online and 7% considered that have symptoms of addiction to social networks. Although this data predates the pandemic, WHO believes it can be used to learn more about adolescents and understand how school closings, lack of exercise, and social and movement restrictions may have affected their health.

The Suzuki Swace is already official. It is the new compact family of Suzuki, which comes with hybrid mechanics. This car is more than likely familiar to you. And is not for less. The new model is the second car from the Japanese firm to be marketed under the commercial agreement with Toyota. It's basically a Toyota Corolla Touring Sports with the Suzuki logos. There are still a few months for this new Suzuki Swace to be available on the European market. According to the brand, it will reach dealerships in our market next winter. In any case, we can already take a look and know most of the details of this new compact family from Suzuki. Known design, with details to try to differentiate As we said, the Swace is practically a copy of the Corolla TS. Obviously there are slight tweaks, like details on the bumpers or the wheel designs, but the main image is the same. It maintains the Full LED headlights and introduces a new front grill. Unlike the aforementioned Corolla, the Suzuki logo on the front is in a higher position. Meanwhile, the rear is more difficult to modify. Basically they have located the Suzuki logo in a larger format, leaving the word Suzuki in the lower left corner of the gate, and in the right corner the inscription of the model. As a curiosity, the Hybrid inscription on the front wings common in Toyota, are also on this Suzuki Swace. And a correct interior with enough space As expected, the cabin is again difficult to differentiate from that used by its partners. The steering wheel, the digital display of instrumentation, the infotainment system, the climate control or the air vents are identical; as well as the entire dashboard and center console. The upholstery of the seats does seem to vary timidly. The most positive part is that it includes the 8-inch multimedia screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, the iQ wireless charging for smartphones and a couple of USB sockets. By the way, the front seats and the steering wheel can be heated, while the climate control is capable of detecting passengers in order to manage ventilation more efficiently. Regarding the load capacity, Suzuki announces that the volume of the trunk of this Swace is 596 liters. This is just 2 liters less than the capacity offered by the Corolla station wagon with its small engine, the 125H. There is a double height floor and the rear seats can be lowered using handles from the trunk itself. 122 hp hybrid mechanics The mechanics consist of a conventional hybrid system (not plug-in), with an electric motor and a 1.8-liter gasoline engine. This means that it picks up the lower power engine of the Toyota Corolla. In the case of the Corolla, the 125H version develops 122 hp and certifies a mixed consumption of just 3.3 l / 100 km. As usual, there is no lack of the usual driving modes to manage the behavior of the vehicle. In the case of this model they are called Normal, Eco and Sport. Eco mode improves efficiency with smoother throttle response and reduced use of air conditioning. For its part, the Sport makes the response more reactive, also hardening the power steering. Driving aids Another positive point of being "a copy" of the Corolla is that it includes all the driving aids and safety systems. Among them, we can mention the parking sensors, the pre-collision system with detection of pedestrians and cyclists, the warning of involuntary lane departure with control over the direction, the signal recognition assistant, the adaptive cruise control, the blind spot detection or rear cross traffic alert.

Losing weight is the goal of many people, especially at this time. The so-called bikini operation brings every year a numerous set of methods to lose weight, miracle diets and express diets, the objective of which is to quickly lose several kilos, but not to improve our health or adopt healthy lifestyle habits. If no diet is more effective than another to lose weight even in the medium term, the most sensible thing for our goal is to change habits and bet on a good diet. The dietitian-nutritionist Julio Basulto offers us five keys that will help us improve our life and our health. How to improve your health (and your habits) 1. Diets can be risky in the long run. "Going on a diet" involves an opportunity cost: the time dedicated to them could have been spent learning to eat well forever. But it can also pose a danger. A study published in 2017 by the Helsinki Department of Public Health found an increased risk of long-term weight gain and waist circumference in people who "diet" compared to those who do not. That same year, another research, published in the Journal of Obesity & Metabolic Syndrome, found a greater cardiovascular risk in people than fluctuations in their weight due to the yo-yo effect. Although it sounds like a paradox, dieting can make you fat. 2. Improve our lifestyle. There are habits that harm our health and that must be changed. Julio Basulto sums them up with the acronym SKIP: Sedentary lifestyle, Alcohol (the less, the better), Artificial breastfeeding (always bet on the mother), Smoking (ask for help to quit smoking), Unhealthy eating (stop eating badly) and Relationships harmful (those people who prevent you from changing your habits). 3. Base our diet on foods of plant origin and few processed ones. Or, in other words: more vegetables, fewer animals and few or no processed meat or superfluous foods. Eating better also means stopping eating badly. Interventions focused on trying to get the po[CENSORED]tion to reduce their consumption of unhealthy foods have been shown to be more effective than those aimed at increasing their intake of healthy foods. 4. Ask for help from a registered nutritionist and, if necessary, from a multidisciplinary team. Weight control programs should include lifestyle modification with the aim of improving behavior, always working towards achievable goals. You can also ask your GP for guidance and find out what options exist. 5. Do not forget that health is not defined by our kilos but by our habits. Do not obsess over the number on the scale, the important thing is to follow healthy habits.

Any news, launch or update of Ferrari always raises expectations. In fact, even we are excited to write these lines. Today we are pleased to introduce you to the new Ferrari Portofino M, the evolution of Maranello's Gran Turismo convertible that has already been on the market for three years. Although the aesthetic changes of this evolution are not very noticeable, basically the bumpers and some other detail are timidly modified, the Ferrari Portofino M improves a lot. There are important evolutions in its technique, as well as higher performance from its V8 biturbo engine. By the way, we remember that the addition "M" in Ferrari names means "Modificata". The most evocative component of all Ferrari is the engine. The Portofino M receives a series of improvements to its 3.9-liter biturbo V8 that raises its power to 620 hp. The brand has commented, among other improvements, new profiles of the camshafts, as well as a new interior speed sensor that measures the rotation of the turbine. The engine torque remains at 760 Nm. Also, the gearbox is completely new. It is an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, while the previous one had seven relationships. Ferrari says that it reduces its dimensions by 20%, while it is capable of transmitting 35% more torque. The software has been "polished" and with the eighth gear more contained consumption is achieved, especially on motorways. Overall, the Ferrari Portofino M is capable of 0-100 km / h in 3.45 seconds (slightly faster than before) and 0-200 in 9.8. If we continue with the right pedal for several more seconds we will reach 320 km / h, its top speed. We agree that the Ferrari Portofino M is not the company's model of the prancing horse more geared towards extreme driving. Despite this, they have introduced a manettino with five positions. The driving modes are Wet, Comfort, Sport, Race and ESP-Off. With them we have a very suitable car for all kinds of circumstances.

The best that human beings can do is to see the positive side of situations and with the arrival of the Pandemic and the quarantine different trends have arisen, including the concern to stay Healthy or Healthy. And lo and behold, in this quarantine, where being at home can make it easier for us to meet weight and health goals, most have more time to organize a good meal plan and not be tempted by caloric food. The key is getting organized, planning, plus a little patience and discipline. By making new eating habits available to our family, sooner or later, from the smallest to the oldest, they will find it necessary to adopt them. In each country there are different food guides that generally tell us, based on our po[CENSORED]tion and culture characteristics, what foods we can include in our daily lives. In Mexico this guide is called "The Plate of Well Eating" which Nancy Uribe, Nutrition Manager at Pronokal Mexico, will give us as a reference and will also give us other tips, so that in this quarantine you and your whole family start with this Healthy Lifestyle trend and keep your defenses strengthened: 1.-Variety on your plate Your plate at lunch and dinner should be made up of different food groups * Half made up of vegetables and fruits of your choice * A quarter for proteins such as fish, chicken, tuna * And the other quarter for cereals such as rice, pasta try to always be whole 2.- How many times should I eat? You should always keep 5 meal times, 3 strong meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and two snacks or intermediates where it is suggested to consume a protein such as yogurt or a protein bar or shake, the interval between each of them should be 3 to 4 hours maximum. 3.-Stay hydrated The daily recommendation is 2 liters of natural water a day, this makes it easier for functional organs such as kidneys to eliminate waste and unnecessary nutrients through urine. 4.-Defenses to the thousand It is important that, even if you eat a healthy diet, you help your body with supplements such as vitamin C and Omegas (DHA) which are difficult to obtain through food but which will give that extra extra to avoid diseases. 5.-Activate at home Try to be active with small exercises that you can do from home. Exercise helps prevent heart disease, reduces the release of stress hormones and helps strengthen our immune system against any disease. Well, now you know how to start this healthy lifestyle and how to take care of yourself and those around you, we are still very much in time to be able to achieve these goals from home.
