I study in the university majoring in multimedia and I have a great experience in the world of design and I am now training or working in a television court in my city and I work there for you I get full grades at the university and graduate with marks that raise the head and work here in the field of recording and live broadcasting, and I work as a producer for videos that I record and I make logos for very large companies and I work for companies as well.

 Tell us some of your defects:  i get mad when i see that i cant achieve something i want to , that names a "hardwork" mode , i dont like scamm , scammers ..

 Had you before any kind of responsabilities(describe it): iam a member on 4 projects (Devil Memoir , Journalist ,Guardians of Gaming ,VGame Reviewers) i have a high activity on all projects  
  On which category/categories have you been active lately?(describe your activity):  World of games (Posting reviews, hardware and software topics everyday),(DEVIL'S CLUB Journalist (News,Lifestyle,sports,auto) ( Devil Memoir  Stories , Quotes) ( and making battles on project GOG)
 Which category/project you want to care off?:  Journalist , GOG , VGame Reviewers , Devil Memoir
 How well you speak english?(and other languages): [English 7/10  Arabic 10/10 ]
 Do you use TS3? Do you have an active microphone?: yes i have microphone on ts3 and i use it with talking with my friends

in a week on GoG proyect you only do 6 battles... I don't see that as a "high" activity / About Devil's Memoir proyect... the same ... 8 post in one week. you know you can post something every day. 

About Journals and VGR idk, Leaders of those proyects can opine about ur activity there...

 

Continuing with the proyects theme... what ideas have you given to improve them? I dont want you to say that; it is fine as they are, because you can always add something.

Coz for me, it is not enough to have activity and only for that reason to be mod, why? because anyone can do activity and it is nothing out of the ordinary, the idea is that you be different from them and implement things, dont expect to have a high rank/or wait for a meeting to give ideas.

• On Journals, you have access to close the topics after 24 hours, but I have seen that days go by and they are still open and I close them, I have also seen that you close them long before the 24 hours are up, why does this happen? I have taken screenshot on this, in case you want proof

I have one point for you Mr Seuong , As you know Journalist Project Have many members and we have system for them , also you are moderator Close/Check topic its your work as i know you do it very good , but its not good to take a screenshot for members To be able to use it against people you don't like them , and if not, you have pictures of all the forum members and their work, right?
You as a reasonable person, and I know you well, do not try to make the members hate you, try to win their love by respecting them and not using things to frustrate them. It's a Advice for you if you like it or not, I said what I see in front of me.

He right, I saw that you don't respect some rules and they report you several times.
If you become a moderator, not everything is activity, you must report users who do not respect the rules and I think you do not know them 100%. (Only report members who make jokes between their friends, only that you know how to do in this community)

Due to the same issue, most current moderators do not report because they think "activity will increase fast for the global moderator".

I think I understand your saying this, because if I had a group of friends and they made me a mod request or I gave them a rank in ts and someone questioned me, I would surely act like you did with me. I think you have to change that, don't you think?
Its not the idea that; I bring my friends to the ts and I give rank for them all just by activity and loyalty, or train them to have mod rank on the forum.

So... Loenex contacted me by ts3, coz whyI ask him that his activity was like this in DM and GoG, I only saw his activity in 2 projects and his activity was not as "high" as he says, then he told me that; he was absent 2 days, and then that last week he did "30" battles, so, where is the 30 battles?

I do agree with seuong in this point, you cannot get moderator rank just with some simple topics made by you, because everyone can do it & it doesn't make any benefit...

• You have enemies and enmities here, I want to know the reason why you have problems with these people without mentioning their names, a future moderator full of problems will not be welcome to the staff.

Because I have changed my desire in this community and I have many friends now and they love me a lot. That reason let me stay here and help the community because I have the capabilities .

What should I do as follows? I will meet with you and him and understand the problem and then do investigations for this and then solve it with words for a respected summer.

I said this to Mr. Souneg about the journalist’s request. I told him that he did a journalist’s request again, he would accept and I said congratulations to him for this news. But these pictures have at least two months. I mean that these pictures are old and I remember when I said this this is The explanation that I have my friend, thank you for asking me these questions.

About what I saw about your work on the forum , I can say that you work and try to do good things for the community, that's not bad so. I like that you want to change yourself.
