Howdy.

Thank you for placing your order and for your complete trust in us!

I will ask you some questions about the following:

  1. Can you give me an example of how to work with my next boss?
  2. If I am selected for the position, what will I be expected to do during the work day?
  3. Why do you think you are the best choice for this position?
  4. Tell us about a situation where you successfully dealt with a difficult customer, or a complaint from a customer/colleagues.

It depends on the salary I receive ...

It is important to start the relationship with the new boss on a good note, because it is a reality that people quickly make a first impression.
The new manager probably has a lot of work to do, so take responsibility for building a good working relationship right from the start.
Michael Watkins says don't focus on what you need, but try to put yourself in his place, always asking yourself, "Why would I need to get to know the company faster?"
Before the new boss comes, try to find out a few things about him, turn to people who have worked with him before, if you are in contact with them. You can try LinkedIn and other social channels. One thing they can do is help you break the ice, but don't expect to build a close relationship from the start.
Even if you try to prove his qualities to him, try to see things from his perspective and keep in mind that he is also being pressured and agitated. Try to understand their difficulties and help them. The new leaders will see further praise or flattery, and most avoid political games. "Don't immediately try to get along with the new boss, but it's not good to be invisible." There will be so many people who will flatter that it is tiring and overwhelming. Try to be proactive, but don't overdo it. The sooner you find out their communication preferences for various topics, the better: if they prefer to be called, texted, emailed, or face-to-face? Do they prefer to weigh the pros and cons before making a decision or do they want to hear your suggestion? These things will help you avoid misunderstandings that could complicate your business or even put you in difficult situations. The best way to find out is to ask. Even if they don't have the answers now, because they are still testing, they will know that you are oriented towards being effective together.
No matter what plans you have, identify what interests him most and help him get results quickly in those departments. You can even help identify those opportunities by telling them, "Here are some unresolved issues that you can focus on now, because they will have a major impact in a short time," or you can let them know that you are willing and eager to to help. Thus, you prove to him that you are a team player. What helps the company, helps you too.
As they adapt, new managers are bombarded with all sorts of problems; do not be one of the people who come with a problem, differentiate yourself by offering potential solutions to problems. You can even offer to deal with a certain situation, which will give you the chance to prove your qualities. Not only will you make a good impression, but you will also position yourself well for the future if you help them get used to the new company faster.

Principles to remember
To do:

Find things in common to help with the conversation
Try to empathize
Look for opportunities to help your new Boss

To avoid:

You exaggerate by trying to differentiate yourself. But it doesn't even hide behind the desk.
Suppose he wants long, explanatory emails or reminders. Ask directly about your preferred method of communication
You only bring up issues. Offer solutions when you can.

1: adapt to the manager's communication method

2: make a connection and bring solutions

I think I have potential and I will be able to go much higher. From a young age I dreamed of receiving this position.

The last problem solved was a player related to cs1.6 ... I usually get quite a lot of problems to solve related to: server, forum, Discord, TS3..etc ..
I recently taught some beginners how to use Manager CS and FTP access.

About what he is based on what you say, I agree with you mostly about it and that your thinking is wonderful and that you are fully aware of what you are saying, and that you are very conscious, I was convinced in your words that there is nothing wrong with it and have changed my thinking about you in a positive and big way, so I will give you, #PRO!
