This is not a defect; you should be more serious and careful when writing your hiring application. for this time, I think you cannot deal with the rank. Your activity is pretty good, but your mentality is not enough. My vote is Contra. You need more time to be ready for the rank.

I really think you are not ready to be a moderator, where

your responsibilities multiple besides being in a few projects!

 

You're not mentally ready to be apart of the staff, at least

not now, you still have a long way to go, and now it's not the time.

In my opinion you don't know precisely how the things stay with having an acces

in a section/cattegory. You have showed me multiple times, this thing.
