 Had you before any kind of responsabilities(describe it): Well, I am now the leader of the Devil Harmony Project. I don't think leading a project is so difficult. You just need self-confidence and the ability to get your team to work with discipline. 

and being a manager in server like zmoldschool is hard but i can deal with it , and i am VGR co-leader too
 On which category/categories have you been active lately?(describe your activity): well iam vgr co-leader so the most of my activity in World of Games  Devil Harmony section and zmoldschool

1 . the first progress i do ,is invite 3 membres no need for name making a new Model for band Music , and i help devil harmony with tutorials , proposals

2 .i think first we need to fix lag on Gog servers because i saw a lot of players searching for another servers in other hosts while they are lefts our servers , and if you wanting new ideas its need time remember this community born in 8 years not in 1 night

After a good time watching your activity I saw that it is something regular which is a good thing but about your proposals or tutorials for you I only saw a tutorial made by you "How to use SoundBoard", I do not see new things I only see a regular activity!

I also checked your warning log and saw that you were warned by @Nexy with 5 points with the reason "Disturbing an administrator, political talk with racism remarks."

So my question here is

 

• Why do you lie about implementing new things when there is only one tutorial?

 

• Why were you warned, what was the reason from your point of view?

 

• Do you have any new ideas for the community besides doing tutorials? (If so, please post it here)

1 . i wasnt lieing i make 2 tutorials How to use SoundBoard - How to post an Artist bigraphy i havent make more becuase i havent find any more ideas , i was wanting to make tutorial for billboard but i had problems

 

my proposals is New section Beyond Harmony i am who talked with old coordinators to add this section , and i make a List in Artist Biography to avoid Posting 2 artist in same tIme Link , and Also I make a new model Link

 

2 . Me and nexy fight and that was the result , i will try to fix That and The reason of that was me i will talk with nexy later to fix that

 

3 . I think we should get the technicians back because they help the owners of the servers with their plugin , maps ..etc and that will help some servers to get more players and they should know very well about making a new Plugin or making a new

 

mod , I am pretty sure this will help the community.

Well at the moment I don't have clear ideas how this project will work, but I will provide qualities :

1 - help community with good idea could get us more activity

2 - A project that never dies which means it can always expand with new ideas

3 - A project that attracts members with easy activity and easy contact with coordinators ,

I like working as a group better because I like the love atmosphere between teammate , and i always trying to make my team better , and this forum need group work , so i prefer Group work

As I said in the my request, the leadership of a project is not difficult, but it must have the qualities , 

The first is to create a team that works without problems or obstacles and communicates and can work with discipline that work even when I am not present This is the definition of an perfect team , second is make them post activity Which will be easy if you have a good relationship with them , third you need to be seriosly with them at sometimes you need to take hard a decision for Project interest .

supervisor is rank have rank with full moderations access including the whole project business but supervisor havent access on Coordinators so the real project Moderation is for coordinators , so if i am supervisor i should just Support them

not taking decisions So ofc i will do what they and try to give them my opinion and understand them .

 self-confidence : You need to make a decisions and this requires Self-confidence

social : you need to have a good contact with your team

trustful : your team must trust you 

strict : you need to take sometimes hard decisions for team interest
