One month passed , new activities , new responsabilities and the most imporant new statistics branded . 

When we compare between your last recruitment and the current one we can easily realize the difference and the upsteps you have achieved ( Devil Harmony Member , Latin Recruit Member , Journalist Member and TS3 Global Moderators ) , i can say that i'm totally proud of you and what you have done during this month improving that you are a hard working person who is trying to reach his targets nevertheless you got rejected before .

Now , when you are approximitely ready to get a chance to be a staff member let me get some answers about the following questions below ( Considering that some including your work and some others are personal a bit ) 

 

1 - You have made a successful steps in a short time Starting from our TeamSpeak Server . 

• Tell me something original created by your own imagination on which can help us to increase our TeamSpeak users ( An idea which can take our server to TOP 5 in the world , Try to use many informations as much as you can using some convincing arguments and the requirements to reach your idea step by step ) 

 

2- if we give you the opportunity of rating the community Projects , tell us the best projects in your point of view starting from your favourite to normal one ... 

Example : 1 - I Like Devil Harmony as my favourite project because ... 

                    2 - My second one would be Journalist because ..

( Try to make the benefits of each project for all the users ) 

 

 

3 - What is the difference between loss and fail ! And what is the most effective for you?

as you said that I did all this in just one month
I want to tell you very frankly, I never felt that it was a month and it passed after my mistake on the first order. I learned a lot and as I said earlier, I am a person. I refer my mistakes and successes to the experience and benefit of every human being, regardless of his mentality. I also benefited from you personally so i want to thank You  A lot Bro ❤️ 

 

1- as you said, I started from Ts3 and our team's ts3 was 23rd or 21st, and now we're ranked 12th, not only my best, but the efforts of the entire team. I have some ideas or persuasive methods that can be reinforced later, but I need to think more about their negatives and I will give you an example
 that I made a friend of mine speak Swedish by talking to someone but with my plan , and in fact convinced him, but I do not know how things went wrong 

 

2- Answer 

A - I love Devil Harmony as my favorite project because I see music playing a huge role in getting people to communicate and communicate with them more than anything , other than the pleasure and comfort that you feel when listening to your favorite music

 

B- In the second place, journalists, but I think it is equal to the first. This project provides you with new information and things that you did not know it and discover, and you can benefit a lot to develop from yourself. Other things give you some things and videos that make you laugh and feel happy.

 

C - Latin I think it is in second place because it is a very difficult thing and needs a lot of caution, experience and work, but one of its disadvantages is that you will receive some insults and insults that make you feel frustrated. but You say to yourself i am helping my friend in this ts3 

 

3-A very nice question. There is a big difference between failure and loss. The loss relates to the conditions and requirements that can be profitable and that can be lost, and through a loss a person can achieve something greater then. As for failure, it is weakness, recklessness, indifference, lack of will, killing ambition, and failure to use capabilities in the right way. It is my answer you know what is most effective for me .

 

4 - Create a plan and work with it, I have a clear reason to choose this thing because I am working on it now in my life
When you finish the plan that you have made, you will feel a sense that you are a great person in the eyes of yourself and the eyes of others, you have made something of your effort and work and the plan that you have put in your hands

 I lost a year of study , but in my loss this year, I gained experience in the field what I now study at university and made my loss for the school year successful to gain experience in the work that I will do in the rest of my life.

The steps I set for myself

1 - Do not despair, whatever the circumstances
2- Gaining the largest possible amount of experience in my field
3- Work with sincerity and hard work 
4- Developing my ideas and goals over time
5- To achieve success and achieve what I want ,  love and accept constructive criticism and convert it from criticism to anything I can benefit from
6- Take advantage of all the conditions that help me achieve success in the least time, because time is precious 

I have some personal goals i can't write it  

 

2- Let me tell you frankly at first, I never thought about entering projects or even being part of the staff. I have been here from 3-4 years and I have been all I want to play and have fun, but after I got to know the forum more and the wonderful members here, I started to love the forum more so I said to myself Why do not I help them to progress and develop and become part of their family and present ideas and try to develop them together for success more here, that is why I am here. 

I would like to explain the only personal thing that made me to be here is that I want to develop ideas and benefit from you more because this will help me in my private life. I hope you will understand what I mean in my words.

¤ Since you are a gog member, and as we know that this project focus little bit on battles, So, if i was your leader and i asked you to make a contest which will attract members, what you will do? or in other meaning, how can you deal with this situation? ¤

My idea has already been implemented in the GOG project, and it can be seen that it is now achieving remarkable success through the existing battles.
