England spinner Sophie Ecclestone broke the record for the fastest woman to 100 ODI wickets as England clinched a series win over Pakistan in the third ODI in Chelmsford. Ecclestone reached the milestone in 64 matches to level Australian great Cathryn Fitzpatrick, but beats the record in terms of number of innings bowled (63).Ecclestone removed Pakistan's Umm-e-Hani (4) and Nashra Sandhu (0) with consecutive deliveries in the 28th over to reach the 100 mark and find herself on a hat-trick - which Diana Baig denied her by blocking out the third delivery.England clinched an emphatic 178-run victory shortly after, as Ecclestone (3-15) claimed her third, the hosts triumphing 2-0 in the three-match ODI series to go with their 3-0 whitewash win in the preceding T20s.Heather's Knight side earlier posted 302-5 with the bat, Nat Sciver-Brunt (124no) smashing her ninth ODI ton before Pakistan were dismissed for 124 in reply.Lauren Bell (2-26) prized out openers Sadaf Shamas (2) and Sidra Ameen (10) as Pakistan slipped to 35-3 inside seven overs, before Muneeba Ali (47) provided some resistance with an enterprising cameo, the left-hander taking a particular liking to off-spinner Charlie Dean. https://www.skysports.com/cricket/news/12123/13145156/england-vs-pakistan-sophie-ecclestone-breaks-record-for-fastest-woman-to-100-odi-wickets-as-hosts-clinch-series-win

We all know the heart-healthy staples: vegetables, low-fat dairy, and lean protein like fish. Fatty fish like salmon boast an extra benefit – omega-3 fatty acids, thought to improve good cholesterol and lower triglycerides. But recent research suggests a more nuanced picture for fish oil supplements and heart disease prevention. A new study in BMJ throws a curveball. While fish oil has been linked to positive outcomes for those already with heart disease, the study found that people with no existing heart problems who took regular fish oil supplements actually saw an increased risk of atrial fibrillation (irregular heartbeat) by 13% and stroke by 5%. This doesn’t necessarily mean fish itself is bad. However, for those without a history of heart disease, fish oil supplements might not offer the same preventive benefits we previously thought. The news is brighter for those already battling heart disease. Previous studies, corroborated by this latest research, show that regular fish oil supplementation can actually reduce the risk of progressing to more serious heart issues by 15%. This could mean a lower chance of a heart attack, worsening heart failure, or even death. However, Dr Rahul Agarwal, Consultant Internal Medicine, CARE Hospitals, Hitech City, Hyderabad, noted that fish oil supplements are not recommended to stop or mitigate risks related to heart diseases. Festive offer What are the problems fish oil supplements can cause? Overconsumption of fish oil can lead to problems such as elevated blood sugar levels, decrease in blood pressure, bleeding of gums and acid reflux, said Dr Agarwal. Other problems include nausea, heartburn, and toxic reactions due to elevated Vitamin A in fish oil supplements. https://indianexpress.com/article/lifestyle/food-wine/fish-oil-supplements-dangerous-heart-9347317/

ISLAMABAD: The petroleum products prices are likely to be reduced by up to Rs5 per litre on June 1, Geo News has learnt. The Petroleum Division sources said on Wednesday that the per litre price of petrol is likely to go down by Rs5 while diesel is expected to be slashed by Rs4 per litre. However, they said the next two days are important regarding any change in the fuel prices as the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) will forward its summary to the Finance Division on May 31. The final decision on the petroleum products prices will be made following the Ministry of Finance’s consultation with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. If approved, this will be the third consecutive reduction in fuel prices. Earlier this month, the federal government had approved a massive cut of Rs15.39 per litre in the petrol price and the price of diesel was reduced by Rs.788 per litre. Currently, petrol is available at Rs273.10 per litre while diesel is being sold at Rs274.08 per litre. The prices of petroleum products are revised every 15 days in Pakistan adjusting them to the trend of global oil prices and the rupee’s exchange rate to the dollar. The Pakistani rupee has held steady recently. About 85% of Pakistan's oil needs are imported, and the country has been struggling with a balance of payments problem and skyrocketing inflation, which was recorded at 17.3% year-on-year in April. https://www.thenews.com.pk/latest/1194593-petrol-diesel-prices-expected-to-decline-in-pakistan

After China’s Xi Jinping and Russia’s Vladimir Putin pledged a “new era” of partnership, experts are questioning the depth of the relationship between the two most powerful rivals of the United States and its economic impact. China and Russia have a long and complex relationship. The assumption is that the two major powers sitting next to each other, each with a giant landmass, areas with extreme weather, and a long shared international border, would be natural allies. While this has not been the case historically, now, after decades of rivalry, the two were finally drawn together in the face of Western sanctions on Russia. Moscow needs powerful allies to help it configure sanctions workarounds, while Beijing, too, is on the lookout for allies to create a new order that challenges the US. The latest meeting, for which Putin travelled to China, is “a significant diplomatic signal of the importance of this relationship”, said Elina Ribakova, a nonresident senior fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, especially as it came on the heels of visits by US officials, including by Secretary of State Antony Blinken last month. The 43rd meeting between the two leaders also came in the wake of an executive order by US President Joe Biden threatening penalties for financial institutions that help Russia evade sanctions.“He wanted to go to China to reassure them that [Moscow] would not do anything to get it into trouble “Russia is a junior partner and this trip was a reminder [from it] to China that we’re here for you and we pledge eternal friendship,” said Ribakova, adding the latter sentiment has been echoed previously.Last year, bilateral trade was at a record high of $240bn and China is now Russia’s number one trade partner. But Russia is only number six for China, as per a report by the Council on Foreign Relations. Russia has also increased its international trade in roubles and the yuan’s share in the imports side has risen from 5 percent to 20-25 percent since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, noted Ribakova in a December paper she co-authored for the Center for a New American Security. The share of yuan in the domestic market has also increased from less than 1 percent pre-February 2022 to more than 30 percent now, the paper noted. While they were pushed together by sanctions, the fact is that “Russia needs China more”, said Ribakova. Firstly, as a buyer of its oil, especially as sanctions have curtailed its market, and also as a supplier of military components. About “70 percent to 90 percent of components in the Russian military is Western made”, said Ribakova, explaining that China produces these parts for Western clients and manufacturers ship them to Russia, a process that offers “deniability for the West”. “Russia will want to do everything it can to keep China close, especially as it is facing the very real threat of global isolation particularly from more consequential powers,” Michael Kugelman, the director of the South Asia Institute at the Wilson Center, told Al Jazeera. “If the war [in Ukraine] continues to rage on, Moscow will need economic support. But it doesn’t have that many friends who can provide the kind of support it needs, China being one of the few,” he said. At the same time, while it is convenient for Beijing to have a competitive fuel source in the Middle East, it does not want Russia to become overly dependent on it and “doesn’t want that burdensome situation where Russia becomes a ward of China”, added Kugelman. https://www.aljazeera.com/economy/2024/5/28/china-russia-new-era-relationship

As the occassion of Eid ul Adha draws near with masses bringing home cattle to offer the sacrifice, robbers have now activated for snatching and thefts as two such incidents surfaced in Lahore, where citizens lost their sacrificial goats to armed men. A shocking and disturbing video made rounds on social media platforms, showing sacrificial animals being snatched at gunpoint from a youngster by a group of robbers. It showed the robbers in a vehicle stopping next to a young boy walking with goats in a lane. They first slapped the boy after exiting their car and threatened the citizen. The robbers then seized the goats and forced the sacrificial animals into the vehicle while brandishing a pistol to intimidate him and prevent any resistance. Once the perpetrators were done, they hastily fled the neighbourhood, leaving the boy in a state of shock. He then ran in panic towards the opposite side of the lane. Netizens expressed outrage after the CCTV footage hit social media, exhibiting the helplessness of citizens in the hands of criminals with no authorities taking any effective measures. A citizen wrote that the number plate of the robbers’ car was visible but “no one would take action against them” while another slammed the police inaction. A user censured the police and the government, saying that authorities would do nothing “but eat barbeque [with robbers] together.” The incident was reported in Lahore’s Samanabad neighbourhood yesterday. Police said that the vehicle used in the crime was seized, however, the dacoits have not been arrested so far. They added that raids were being conducted to arrest the culprits. In a separate incident, a group of muggers snatched a goat from a citizen in Lahore’s Nishtar Colony. Police immediately swung into action and arrested one of the dacoits while his accomplice managed to flee from the scene. https://www.thenews.com.pk/latest/1194245-video-sacrificial-animals-robbed-at-gunpoint-in-lahore

The world was a different place when the original Porsche Cayenne hit dealers in 2002. The internet was barely a thing for most Americans, Ferrari’s single-clutch paddle shifters were considered cutting-edge, and the term "performance SUV" hadn’t been invented. The Cayenne changed the SUV landscape, giving enthusiasts hope that big, useful utility vehicles could also evoke joy behind the wheel. And 22 years later, even the base V-6-powered Cayenne is proof that practicality and fun aren’t mutually exclusive.Spotting a 2024 Cayenne is tough unless you know what to look for. Its overall design appears nearly identical to the outgoing model, with only minor changes to things like the headlights, taillights, and bumpers. Only the most eagle-eyed will spot changes like the reshaped fenders and hoodline. The old Cayenne wasn’t an ugly car, and this model continues the trend with sleek, sporty lines reminding you that, yes, this is still a Porsche. The easiest way to spot a 2024 model is to peek inside. The cabin’s gone through an extensive revision that’s heavy on the tech. In front of the steering wheel sits a new 12.6-inch curved digital display that acts as the gauge cluster. It pairs with a 12.3-inch infotainment screen in the center of the dash. Between the two screens is where you’ll find the tiny gear selector, a design borrowed from the 918 Spyder hypercar. Things get more controversial farther down the center stack. The two columns of buttons flanking either side of the shifter are gone, replaced by a single cluster of buttons that include rockers for climate control and a knob for volume control. Other items, like seat heating and climate functions, are controlled by buttons. But they’re not normal buttons, nor are they touch-sensitive buttons. When you press down on any button, the entire cluster of buttons moves down, as if it were just one huge physical button. It’s a strange middle ground that aims to draw the line between the last-gen car’s touch-sensitive, haptic-feedback buttons (which, presumably, everyone hated) and individual physical buttons, which would probably cost a lot more to make. The design takes a bit to get used to, but you forget about it after a few hours. The resulting fingerprint-covered buttons are tougher to ignore, however. The rest of the interior is a lovely place to spend time. The seats are comfortable, supportive, and provide an extremely wide range of adjustability. It’s one of the few driver’s seats where I don’t immediately hit the lowest-to-the-floor setting while trying to find my optimal driving position. Everything you touch feels solid, well-built, and expensive. We’d recommend steering away from the Mojave Beige interior color found in our tester, though. It might be a nice pairing for the Montego Blue Metallic exterior paint, but it scuffs easily and too closely resembles the color of human skin. https://www.motor1.com/reviews/720465/2024-porsche-cayenne-v-6-review/

England's T20 World Cup preparations were again hit by poor weather as the third T20 international against Pakistan in Cardiff was abandoned without a ball bowled. The four-match series also opened with a washout at Headingley on Wednesday, before England triumphed by 23 runs in the second T20I at Edgbaston on Saturday.Rain began to fall steadily in the Welsh capital an hour before the scheduled 6.30pm start time for the third match of the series and never relented enough to result in a reduced-overs clash - the cut-off for which would have been 9.16pm.A pitch inspection was announced for 8.10pm if no further rain just as the wet weather returned, resulting in the match being called off shortly after that time.It means that the fourth and final match of the series, at The Oval on Thursday - live on Sky Sports Cricket from 6pm (first ball, 6.30pm) - is the last chance for the two teams to prepare ahead of the start of the Men's T20 World Cup in the USA and West Indies. The tournament starts on June 1, with England's opening match against Scotland taking place on June 4 and Pakistan opening against co-hosts the US on June 6. https://www.skysports.com/cricket/news/12123/13144714/england-vs-pakistan-rain-sees-third-t20i-in-cardiff-abandoned-without-ball-being-bowled

Israeli strikes on Rafah not enough to prompt withdrawal of US assistance The White House has said that the strikes on Rafah both on Sunday and today do not prompt the withdrawal of US military assistance to Israel. White House spokesman John Kirby called the strike that killed 45 Palestinians after a fire in a tent camp "heartbreaking" but stopped short of saying the violence crossed President Joe Biden's metaphorical red line. He did however acknowledge that there is a "real danger" Israel could "become further isolated from the international community because of how they are conducting this operation"."We have not turned a blind eye and have raised issues with Israel," Mr Kirby continued. It comes after various global leaders spoke out about the strike, including the France's Emmanuel Macron and Germany's Olaf Scholz. UK Foreign Secretary Lord Cameron said earlier that the scenes coming out of Rafah were "very, very concerning". Reacting to the IDFs denial that it was targeting designated humanitarian zones in strikes, Mr Kirby said everything the US has seen supports this. He said: "Everything that we can see from the Israeli's shows they are not moving in with a major ground operation in po[CENSORED]tion centres."France working with Algeria on ceasefire resolution French President Emmanuel Macron has said he is working with Algeria on "a joint resolution" on Gaza to push for a ceasefire and address the desperate need for humanitarian aid. He said France is supporting Algeria after the request for an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council over the situation in Rafah. The response to the Israel-Hamas war "can only be a political one," Mr Macron said when speaking in Meseberg, Germany, on the third day of a state visit in the country. "We are ready to actively work at a peaceful solution, it's reachable with political will." He said French diplomats will work in the "coming hours and days" at convincing "all our partners" over the resolution proposal. The French leader reaffirmed that recognising a Palestinian state is not yet a "taboo" for his country, adding that the decision must be made "at a useful moment" and shouldn't be an "emotional" reaction to what happened in Rafah. Mr Macron said yesterday that he was "outraged by the Israeli strikes that have killed many displaced persons in Rafah". He called for the operations by the Israeli military to stop.Watch: Rafah hospitals 'overwhelmed' and 'undersupplied' Earlier, we reported that the World Health Organisation (WHO) warned that a full incursion on Rafah by the Israeli military could force the closure of the last remaining hospital. In another update, WHO spokesperson Dr Margaret Harris said there are only 14 hospitals in Gaza that are officially still functioning - but not accepting new patients. "They [the hospitals] have had to limit what they can do, particularly in Rafah," Dr Harris said. She said the al Helal al Emarati in the city is the only one that remains "barely functional" - as well as five field hospitals, but all are "overwhelmed" and "undersupplied". https://news.sky.com/story/israel-hamas-gaza-latest-ceasefire-rafah-sky-news-live-blog-12978800

China’s rapidly aging po[CENSORED]tion will be an obstacle to its economic growth, which will be surpassed by the U.S. in the next several years, according to a top demographer. Fu-Xian Yi, a specialist in reproductive science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an expert on China’s demographics, pointed out that the share of the Chinese po[CENSORED]tion that’s over 65 had jumped to 15.4% in 2023 from 7% in 1998. “Historically, no country has managed to achieve 4% growth in the subsequent 12 years after the elderly made up 15% of the po[CENSORED]tion,” he wrote Wednesday in Project Syndicate. “The average growth rate for high-income countries during this period is just 1.8%.” While the U.S. remains the world’s largest economy, its growth rate has lagged China’s, even as the No. 2 economy has slowed sharply in recent years. Last year, China’s GDP expanded by 5.2%, compared to 2.5% for the U.S. But Yi sees the tables turning by the next decade and drew a parallel between China’s aging po[CENSORED]tion and how similar demographic trajectories cooled off the Japanese and German economies. “Based on these historical trends, China’s growth rate is likely to slow to 3% by 2028 and fall below that of the U.S. from 2031 to 2035,” he predicted. For its part, the Congressional Budget Office projected earlier this year that U.S. economic growth will ease much more gradually, sliding from about 2.2% in 2025 to 1.9% by the early 2030s. China is also unlikely to achieve “high-income” status, based on the World Bank’s per-capita income threshold, Yi added. After falling just short of 2023’s mark, China’s per-capital income won’t grow fast enough in the coming years to catch up as the benchmark rises in line with overall global growth. On top of that, China’s eroding trade surplus, low interest rates, and deflationary pressure will weigh on the currency, making it even tougher to reach high-income status, he said. “Above all, China must raise household disposable incomes and tackle its demographic crisis, both of which require a political and economic overhaul,” Yi concluded. “Given that China today is even more averse to economic reforms than it was when Deng Xiaoping launched his market-oriented reforms in 1978, rapid change is highly unlikely. The required transformation may take several decades, if not longer.” Pointing to China’s aging po[CENSORED]tion, veteran strategist Ed Yardeni last year said the country could become “the world’s largest nursing home.” Meanwhile, China’s slowing growth, real estate crisis, high youth unemployment, and U.S. restrictions on key technologies have led to predictions of a so-called lost decade of stagnation. Top China scholar Anne Stevenson-Yang, cofounder of J Capital Research, said earlier this month that “erratic and irresponsible policies, excessive Communist Party control and undelivered promises of reform have created a dead-end Chinese economy of weak domestic consumer demand and slowing growth.” The root cause of China’s economic problems is the Communist Party’s tight grip, which isn’t going away, while its strategies that focus on adding more industrial capacity and leaning on exports are counterproductive, she wrote in an op-ed in the New York Times. Most economists have recommended that Chinese leaders loosen their hold on the private sector and promote more consumption, which would entail reforming the government—”and that is unacceptable,” she added. https://fortune.com/2024/05/27/china-economy-outlook-growth-us-gdp-forecast-aging-po[CENSORED]tion-demographics-high-income/

A three-year old black male bear was “dispatched” after bursting into a family’s cabin in Alpine, Arizona, and taking a swipe at a 15-year-old boy who was alone inside watching YouTube videos. The incident marks the 16th bear attack on people in Arizona since 1990. Only two of the attacks were fatal; in this case the bear’s body has been taken for examination, including to be tested for rabies. Last year, a 66-year-old man was killed by a 360lb bear, estimated to be seven to 10 years old, while drinking coffee outside his cabin near Prescott, Arizona. The bear began eating him before dragging him down an embankment. Examiner’s later said the animal was rabies-free, had a good amount of body fat and appeared nutritionally in good shape. In the latest incident, the young bear attacked Brigham Hawkins at his family cabin near Blue River Road in Alpine. “Never in our wildest dreams did we think (a bear) would come in the home,” his mom, Carol, told AZ Family. Mrs Hawkins told the website the bear came in through an open door. Her son, she said, “hadn’t realized it because it came in from behind, and it reached over and like swiped at his face twice. Got him on the nose and the cheek and then went ahead and got his forehead and the top of his head.” She also also explained that her son can’t move quickly because has a neurological disorder. The bear left the cabin for a short time but came back inside a second time to strike the boy on the arm before his brother helped chase the bear away, KCTV reported. The boy is being treated at a local hospital and is expected to make a full recovery. Arizona game and fish department supervisor Shawn Wagner told KCTV that the quick reaction by the boy’s family “to distract the bear from what very easily in a matter of seconds could have turned into a real tragedy there”. The agency reminds those visiting or living in bear country to be “bear aware” and recommend securing food and other “attractants”, to avoid leaving food in a tent or grill, and camping away from bodies of water. It also suggests setting up campsites away from places bears might forage for food, such as bodies of water, and avoid wearing scented lotions, deodorants, or perfume. But officials advised against running away but to back away slowly, keep eye contact with the bear, make yourself bigger by flaunting your arms or by pulling your shirt/jacket higher than your head. It’s also advised to throw items, yell at the bear, and fight back if attacked. Both Arizona and national parks officials say to not to eat or cook in your tent. But Arizona’s Wagner noted that “having an attack is extremely rare”. https://www.google.com/search?q=Bear+attacks+teenager+while+he+was+watching+videos+in+Arizona+cabin&rlz=1C1GCEA_enPK1048PK1048&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

When FCA and PSA merged a few years ago, Stellantis promised to keep all brands in its vast portfolio. That includes the troubled Lancia marque, which finally has a new car in the 2024 Ypsilon. The fourth-generation model is even getting the High-Fidelity treatment. Yes, HF is officially back. The dormant Italian company is showing off the Ypsilon HF, complete with a rally derivative. While all previous HF-badged cars had a combustion engine, the new Ypsilon HF is purely electric. It offers 237 horsepower from a front-mounted motor, therefore matching the Abarth 600e and Alfa Romeo Junior Veloce. That's no coincidence since the three cars share the Common Modular Platform (CMF) used by multiple other Stellantis products. That includes the not-for-America Jeep Avenger. The e-motor draws its juice from a 54-kWh battery pack inherited from the Alfa Romeo and Abarth models. Lancia touts a 0 to 62 mph in 5.8 seconds, which isn't too shabby for a small front-wheel-drive hatchback from a mainstream brand. Aside from the upgraded electric motor, the Ypsilon HF has a wider track and a lowered suspension for better handling.Today's debut is technically a preview since the hot supermini won't go on sale in Europe until May 2025. Lancia says all future models will benefit from the High-Fidelity treatment, including the revival of the Gamma and Delta set to arrive later this decade. The little elephant logo was first used in 1960 when owners formed a club reserved only for people who had at least six cars. HF Lancia Racing Team was created in 1963 but it wasn't until 1966 when the first car received the legendary logo–the Fulvia Coupe HF. Rally icons such as the Stratos HF and Delta HF Integrale Evolution got the little elephant during Lancia's glory days. Legend has it the design of the logo was chosen as early as 1953 as a lucky charm by Gianni, son of company's founder Vincenzo Lancia and the automaker's CEO between 1949 until 1955. https://www.motor1.com/news/721104/lancia-ypsilon-hf-debut-specs/

England captain Jos Buttler will miss Tuesday's T20I against Pakistan in Cardiff to be with his wife for the birth of their third child. Butter led the way for England with 84 in the first innings of their 23-run win over the tourists in the second match of the series at Edgbaston on Saturday, after the opening match in Leeds was abandoned without a ball being bowled.Vice-captain Moeen Ali is likely to take charge for the match at Sophia Gardens, while it remains to be seen whether Buttler will return for the fourth and final T20I of the series at The Oval on Thursday. "England been planning for this eventuality, as much as you can plan for the birth of a child," Sky Sports News reporter James Cole said.Vice-captain Moeen Ali is likely to take charge for the match at Sophia Gardens, while it remains to be seen whether Buttler will return for the fourth and final T20I of the series at The Oval on Thursday. "England been planning for this eventuality, as much as you can plan for the birth of a child," Sky Sports News reporter James Cole said."In terms of opening the batting here, it could be Will Jacks. He's batting at No 3 at the moment, but he's opened the batting in a T20 before and is comfortable in that position."Jacks has recently returned from a spell in the Indian Premier League, which included making a sparkling unbeaten century to lead Royal Challengers Bengaluru to a nine-wicket victory over Gujarat Titans. If he is elevated to opening the batting alongside Phil Salt in Cardiff, it would see Jacks partnering with someone he knows well from franchise cricket and who has made an impressive start to his international white-ball career. "I think we're both very comfortable," Jacks said. But, what are the physiological mechanisms behind this? Dr Shiva Kumar R , head of the department and senior consultant in Neurology and Epileptology at the Manipal Hospitals, says, “When even a small amount of sleep is lost, such as one hour, the body experiences a disruption in its circadian rhythm. This internal clock regulates the sleep-wake cycles and any disruption can lead to a decrease in sleep quality in subsequent nights.” According to research from the Sleep Research Society, he continues, it takes multiple days to fully recover because sleep debt accumulates, and your body needs time to restore normal function and balance in your sleep architecture, particularly the deep sleep stages that are crucial for physical and cognitive recovery. “The body needs to go through several complete sleep cycles to make up for the deficit, which explains why a single hour of lost sleep can take up to four days to recover from.”The impact of losing a small amount of sleep can be significant. “Research shows that sleep is critical for cognitive functions including focus, attention, and decision-making. When sleep is disrupted, the brain’s ability to process information and maintain attention is impaired,” Dr Shiva states. He cites a few studies that have indicated that even a minor reduction in sleep can lead to decreased performance in tasks requiring cognitive effort. The cumulative effect of losing small amounts of sleep over several days can be similar to losing several hours of sleep in one night, with substantial impacts on cognitive abilities.Mitigating negative effects and expediting recovery Dr Shiva suggests, “To mitigate the negative effects of losing an hour of sleep and expedite recovery, individuals can adopt several strategies. Maintaining a consistent sleep schedule helps regulate the circadian rhythm. Power naps, no longer than 20-30 minutes, can also provide a temporary boost in alertness and cognitive performance.” Additionally, improving sleep hygiene by avoiding caffeine and heavy meals before bedtime, creating a relaxing pre-sleep routine, and ensuring a comfortable sleep environment can enhance sleep quality. https://indianexpress.com/article/lifestyle/life-style/losing-even-an-hour-of-sleep-can-take-four-days-to-recover-from-this-is-why-9352848/
