A few years ago, if someone had come up to me to recommend a good gaming smartphone, my answer would typically have been an Android flagship or the latest iPhone. However, looking at the power of today's mainstream SoCs, you don't have to spend too much if you're looking for a good gaming experience. While nearly every phone above Rs. 15,000 today can handle the majority of the games in the Google Play Store, there are some of them that are designed to take your gaming experience to the next level. Just like gaming PCs and laptops, dedicated gaming smartphones tend to stand out from the crowd. Many of them tend to have snazzy designs, LED lights around the back panel and extra buttons along the side for better control. These phones generally have enhanced cooling mechanisms to keep the temperatures in check for those long gaming sessions. We've seen high-end gaming phones from the likes of Black Shark, Nubia, Asus, but today many of those companies are not very active in the Indian market. Asus is still going strong with its ROG line of gaming smartphones and others such as iQoo and Poco have also joined the gang. This list consists of smartphones that are specifically designed to cope with the increased heat and stress the SoC has to endure when playing graphically demanding games for long stretches of time. If you take your gaming very seriously, you might want to pay attention to these particular phones on the list. Best gaming smartphones in India Best gaming phonesGadgets 360 rating (out of 10)Price in India (as recommended) Poco F3 GT8Rs. 26,999 Asus ROG Phone 5-Rs. 49,999 Asus ROG Phone 39Rs. 46,999 Poco F3 GT The Poco F3 GT is the company's first true gaming smartphone, complete with RGB lights and physical trigger buttons on the side. This new model is aggressively priced and doesn't skimp on features. To handle any sort of game, you get MediaTek's flagship Dimensity 1200 SoC which is a powerhouse. The F3 GT also has a 120Hz AMOLED display, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and an eight-layer cooling system which includes a vapour chamber. The main attractions though are the βmaglevβ triggers, which normally sit flush with the body, but rise up when you flip the sliders beside them. These trigger buttons offer excellent tactile feedback and are much more responsive than the haptic buttons we've seen on some other gaming phones. The Poco F3 GT stays cool even under stress, battery life is solid, and Poco ships a convenient L-shaped charging cable in the box so you can play and charge without any obstruction. https://gadgets360.com/mobiles/guide/best-gaming-phone-mobile-india-price-2511327

Introduction and specs Motorola is continuing its push into the entry-level 5G market, particularly in Europe, with a number of G-series phones that aim to deliver great value at various price points. This time around, the subject of our review is the Moto G62 - a descendant of the Moto G60 and G60S and the second in rank in this year's G lineup. It's important to note that the Indian market just got a different Moto G62 with a more powerful Snapdragon 695 chipset, but otherwise identical hardware. The subject of our review is the global version with a Snapdragon 480+ SoC. The camera setup and large 5,000 mAh battery is shared across half a dozen Moto G phones, from the lowly G32 all the way to the G82. This leaves the screen as the other major difference, alongside the chipset. And the Moto G62 gets a 6.5" IPS LCD panel of buttery smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Motorola Moto G62 5G specs at a glance: Body: 161.8x74.0x8.6mm, 184g; Glass front, plastic frame, plastic back; Water-repellent design. Display: 6.50" IPS LCD, 120Hz, 1080x2400px resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 405ppi. Chipset: Qualcomm SM4350-AC Snapdragon 480+ 5G (8 nm): Octa-core (2x2.2 GHz Kryo 460 & 6x1.8 GHz Kryo 460); Adreno 619. Memory: 128GB 4GB RAM; microSDXC (uses shared SIM slot). OS/Software: Android 12. Rear camera: Wide (main): 50 MP, f/1.8, 1/2.76", 0.64Β΅m, PDAF; Ultra wide angle: 8 MP, f/2.2, 118Λ, 1/4.0", 1.12Β΅m; Macro: 2 MP, f/2.4. Front camera: 16 MP, f/2.2, (wide), 1.0Β΅m. Video capture: Rear camera: 1080p@30fps; Front camera: 1080p@30fps. Battery: 5000mAh; Fast charging 15W. Misc: Fingerprint reader (side-mounted); NFC; 3.5mm jack; stereo speakers. The big battery and the less demanding Snapdragon 480+ bode well for the Motorola Moto G62's battery life, but we are taking nothing for granted and will do our usual set of tests to confirm its actual endurance. The camera setup that is the staple of the Motorola GX2 series includes a 50MP 1/2.76" f/1.8 main camera, aided by an 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro shooter. We are, interested to see how the budget 50MP sensor performs compared to competitors using the larger 64MP and 48MP sensors. Let's open the box and see what's inside then. Unboxing the Motorola Moto G62 The Moto G62 comes in a standard retail box with the usual user manuals along with the USB-A to USB-C charging cable and the power adapter output up to 15W. It's not much, but the phone can't go higher anyway, so you won't be missing on anything. There's also a transparent silicone case, which rounds up a decently stocked retail box, particularly in these days and age when most flagships get a cable and nothing more. https://www.gsmarena.com/motorola_moto_g62-review-2463.php

A group of researchers have published a new paper detailing a ground-breaking procedure that can revive dead organs. The researchers previously saw success reviving a dead pigβs brain back in 2019. Now, though, theyβve taken it a step further and have partially revived all the organs in a pigβs body following its death. New research proves we can revive dead organs, at least partially The researchers published their findings on the procedure in the journal Nature. Lead author Nenad Sestan told a group of reporters on Tuesday that the research could help open new doors in organ transplanting, which is currently bottlenecked by how long organs survive after the bodyβs death. Being able to revive dead organs would allow healthy organs to be viable for longer periods of time. Sestan and his fellow researchers describe the technique they used to revive the pigβs dead organs in their paper. Not only was the procedure of bringing the organs back to life successful, but the organs also showed evidence that the cells were restoring and repairing themselves. Weβve seen scientists bring dead eyes back to life, but as Inverse reports, this is the first time someone has restored multiple organs in a body simultaneously. But it may be a while before we can revive dead organs in a human body. And it will probably be years before this technique can be used to counteract any of the effects of age on the body. But, if nothing else, we may see some techniques surrounding this procedure appearing that help reverse organ injuries caused by blood flow issues. The procedure was made possible thanks to a special liquid the researchers call OrganX. To test it, they took six dead female pigs and let them sit for an hour before injecting each body with the liquid. After six hours of pumping OrganX into the bodies, they compared its effectiveness. The procedure was able to revive multiple dead organs in the pigs. Making organ transplants more viable Scientists have found ways to keep singular organs βwarmβ for transplant. But theyβve yet to figure out how to do that for the entire body. If the results seen with OrganX are any indication, that may be changing, and we may be able to revive dead organs completely soon. Currently, the United States supports nine organ transplants, and more than 40,000 organ transplants were conducted in 2021, according to WebMD. Further, wait times for organ transplants can reach up to seven or ten years, depending on the organ you need. Thatβs why research into these procedures is so important. Slowing down the rate of deterioration due to lack of oxygen is an ongoing problem in the organ transplant industry. And itβs one that doctors have struggled to address. Thereβs essentially a timer on every organ when a body dies. This lowers the viability of those organs being useable in transplants even a few hours after they become available. Being able to revive dead organs could quite literally change the entire scope of the organ transplant world. Weβve also seen researchers successfully growing organs, like a piece of the human heart. Each of these innovations could help push the possibility of organ transplants further than ever https://bgr.com/science/ground-breaking-procedure-revived-all-the-organs-in-a-dead-body/

The black butterfly has been cursed in its name since pre-Hispanic times. Learn about the different legends around the world. This black butterfly has been a symbol of bad luck and misfortune around the world, each country has its legend, but it is always associated with death. The black butterfly in Mesoamerica In Mesoamerican beliefs it was associated with death and bad omen. In Nahuatl their names were mictlanpapalotl (butterfly from the land of the dead), micpapalotl (butterfly of death), miquipapalotl (butterfly of bad luck) or tetzahupapalotl (butterfly of terror). In English they call it black witch (black witch) and even its scientific name, Ascalapha odorata, comes from the demon AscΓ‘lafo, the horticulturist of Hades, the king of the underworld in Greek mythology. This superstition has effectively materialized in the death of thousands of black butterflies. MOST PEOPLE FEEL AN IRRATIONAL FEAR WHEN ENCOUNTERING THE "DAMN" BUTTERFLY. But the βold mouseβ, as it is also known, is actually an innocent moth that feeds on fermented fruit juices and that, to protect itself from predators (many, for the most part), seeks shelters in the shade of cities. . Learn more about butterflies: The secret of transparent butterflies and their crystalline wings IN FACT, SOME PEOPLE CONFUSE THEM WITH BATS DUE TO THEIR LARGE SIZE AND DARK APPEARANCE. What does the presence of a black butterfly mean? Whoever takes the trouble to observe the "cursed" butterfly up close will notice its unusual beauty: depending on the angle of light, iridescence of purple, pink and green can be seen on its wings of up to 15 centimeters in width. The problem is not only in Mexico. In other places the beliefs are just as irrational, although less adversarial. A great example is Hawaii. Since, in this archipelago it represents the deceased who return to say goodbye. IN THE BAHAMAS THEY ARE KNOWN AS "MONEY MOTHS" SINCE THERE IS AN IDEA THAT IF THEY LAND ON YOUR BODY, THEY WILL BRING YOU MONEY. In Texas, United States, if it perches on the lintel of a house, superstition dictates that the owner of the house will soon win the lottery. We have to think twice before killing our neighbors, even if we initially consider them ugly. Surely they don't consider us graceful either. https://www.ngenespanol.com/animales/mariposa-negra-que-significan-mariposas-que-atraen-la-muerte/

The UAZ Bukhanka is a vehicle of a very special category, since it is a military van, adapted for civil and recreational use. With a vast history dating back many years, it is an anachronistic model in our era. However, it is this same condition that makes it ideal for dealing with very inhospitable and difficult-to-access environments and terrain. With a size of 4.96 meters long, a load capacity of 875 kilos and its austere interior, it is made to survive anywhere and be fixed or maintained with minimal effort. It is powered by a 2.7-liter gasoline engine with 112 Hp, it can incorporate a Liquefied Gas kit and it also has two gasoline tanks. Plus, thanks to its 4WD drive system and rigid axle suspension at both ends, it's a true off-roader that impresses with both its capabilities and retro styling. https://www.autocosmos.cl/autos/autos-recreacionales

Salman Rushdie's agent has said "the news is not good" after the author was stabbed at an event in New York state. He was attacked on stage, and is now on a ventilator and unable to speak, Andrew Wylie said in a statement, adding that the author will lose one eye. Mr Rushdie has suffered years of Islamist death threats after writing The Satanic Verses, published in 1988. Police detained a suspect named as Hadi Matar, 24, from Fairview, New Jersey. New York State Police said the suspect ran onto the stage and attacked Mr Rushdie and an interviewer at an event at the Chautauqua Institution in western New York state. "Salman will likely lose one eye; the nerves in his arm were severed; and his liver was stabbed and damaged," his agent, Andrew Wylie said. No motive or charges have yet been confirmed by police, who are in the process of obtaining search warrants to examine a backpack and electronic devices found at the centre. Mr Rushdie was stabbed at least once in the neck, and at least once in the abdomen, authorities said. He was taken to a hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania, by helicopter. The interviewer who was with him on stage, Henry Reese, suffered a minor head injury and was taken to a local hospital. Mr Reese is the co-founder of a non-profit that provides sanctuary to writers exiled under threat of persecution. Police told a press conference that staff and audience members had rushed the attacker and took him to the ground, and he was then arrested. Linda Abrams, an onlooker from the city of Buffalo, told The New York Times that the assailant kept trying to attack Mr Rushdie after he was restrained. "It took like five men to pull him away and he was still stabbing," Ms Abrams said. "He was just furious, furious. Like intensely strong and just fast." Salman Rushdie: The writer who emerged from hiding Another onlooker, Rita Landman, told the paper that Mr Rushdie appeared to be alive immediately after the attack. "People were saying, 'He has a pulse, he has a pulse, he has a pulse'," she said. A video posted online shows the moment people rushed onto the stage to restrain the attacker and help the injured men. Police said a doctor in the audience gave Mr Rushdie first aid. Indian-born novelist Mr Rushdie catapulted to fame with Midnight's Children in 1981, which went on to sell over one million copies in the UK alone. But his fourth book, in 1988 - The Satanic Verses - forced him into hiding for nine years. The surrealist, post-modern novel sparked outrage among some Muslims, who considered its content to be blasphemous, and was banned in some countries. A year after the book's release, Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khomeini called for Mr Rushdie's execution. He offered a $3m (Β£2.5m) reward in a fatwa - a legal decree issued by an Islamic religious leader. The bounty over Mr Rushdie's head remains active, and although Iran's government has distanced itself from Khomeini's decree, a quasi-official Iranian religious foundation added a further $500,000 to the reward in 2012. The British-American citizen - who was born to non-practising Muslims and is an atheist himself - has become a vocal advocate for freedom of expression, defending his work on several occasions. Salman Rushdie has faced death threats for more than 30 years since the publication of The Satanic Verses. Mr Rushdie said the main thrust of his novel was to examine the immigrant experience, but some Muslims were offended by portrayals of the Prophet Muhammed and the questioning of the nature of the revelation of the Quran as the word of God. The Satanic Verses was banned first in the author's country of birth, India, and then several other countries before Iran's Ayatollah Khomeini issued his infamous fatwa. The fatwa called for the killing of anyone involved in the publication of the book and offered rewards to those who took part in the murders. That fatwa has never formally been rescinded. Surprised by the widespread nature of the protests, Salman Rushdie apologised to Muslims but went into hiding for nearly 10 years. Though the writer had escaped physical harm until now, others associated with the book had not, with its Norwegian publisher having been shot and seriously wounded in the early 90s, and its Japanese translator stabbed to death. When Mr Rushdie was knighted in 2007 by the Queen, it sparked protests in Iran and Pakistan, where one cabinet minister said the honour "justifies suicide attacks". Several literary events attended by Mr Rushdie have been subject to threats and boycotts - but he continues to write. His next novel, Victory City, is due to be published in February 2023. His appearance at the Chautauqua Institution event, in western New York, was the first in a summertime lecture series hosted by the non-profit organisation. UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson tweeted: "Appalled that Sir Salman Rushdie has been stabbed while exercising a right we should never cease to defend." French President Emmanuel Macron wrote that Mr Rushdie "embodied freedom and the fight against obscurantism" and was the victim "of a cowardly attack by the forces of hatred and barbarism". Writer and graphic novel creator Neil Gaiman said he was "shocked and distressed" by the attack on his friend and fellow writer. "He's a good man and a brilliant one and I hope he's okay," Gaiman wrote on Twitter. In a statement, Mr Rushdie's publishers at Penguin Random House said: "We condemn this violent public assault, and our thoughts are with Salman and his family at this distressing time." And New York Governor Kathy Hochul vowed to "assist however needed in the investigation" into the stabbing. "Here's an individual who has spent decades speaking truth to power. Someone who's been out there, unafraid, despite the threats that have followed him his entire adult life," she said. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-62528689
