Here are the latest details on what fans can expect from KD and 2K as Mobile Season 3 launches. Durant, Thirty Five Ventures to assist with NBA 2K Mobile Kevin Durant is looking towards a return to the court for a new NBA season this month. As the league prepares to launch the season, 2K has now partnered with KD and his Thirty Five Ventures. That’s the powerhouse company co-founded by Durant and entrepreneur Rich Kleiman. The graphics card is set to launch in a few weeks and will be the flagship offering within AMD's Radeon RX 6000 series 'RDNA 2' family. After the Big Navi 'Navi 21' GPUs are released, AMD will focus its efforts on the Radeon RX 6700 series which features the RDNA 2 based Navi 22 GPU and will come with the Radeon RX 6700 XT & the Radeon RX 6700 flavors. These put the Radeon RX 6700 XT partner cards much ahead of the custom RX 6800 XT lineup which maxes out at 2.8 GHz. It will be interesting to see if there are other variants that would feature even faster max clocks since we are looking at a minute 50 MHz difference between the RX 6900 XT and the RX 6700 XT custom models. AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT Custom Model BIOS (2.95 GHz) via Igor's Lab AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT Custom Model BIOS (2.85 GHz) via Igor's Lab Igor also explains that the AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT partner cards have variable TGP (Total Graphics Power). The lower clocked variant has a TGP of 186W while the faster-clocked variant has a TGP of 211W. It is highly possible that the first variant with the 2854 MHz max clock limit is a stock variant by AMD and Igor suggests that the TBP (Total Board Power) of that would land between 210-220W. As such, the TBP of the overclocked (2.95 GHz) variant could be even higher at around 250W. This is close to the Radeon RX 6800 (Non-XT) reference model which has a TBP of 250W. The min PWM value is set to 33% with a Fan throttle limit set at 3200 RPM. The reference Radeon RX 6700 XT graphics cards are expected to feature a dual-fan design and we have seen a small glimpse of them in a previous leak. The overclocked model features a higher target temperature of 95C and is expected to rock a more premium cooling design. A 1700 RPM speed suggests that we might be looking at a triple-fan config with a maximum TPM range of 2550. AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT With Navi 22 XT & Radeon RX 6700 With Navi 22 XL GPUs Finally, we have the Radeon RX 6700 series which includes the Navi 22 XT based Radeon RX 6700 XT and the Navi 22 XL based Radeon RX 6700 graphics cards. The AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT with the full Navi 22 XT GPU SKU is expected to feature 40 Compute Units or 2560 stream processors while the Radeon RX 6700 with the Navi 22 XL GPU SKU is expected to feature a cut-down configuration. The graphics card will feature a 12 GB GDDR6 memory buffer along with a 192-bit bus interface. AMD will most likely use 16 Gbps dies which would net a total bandwidth of 384 GB/s for the cards. AMD Radeon RX 6700 Series With Dual-Slot Cooling Solution: Moving over to the second variant, the dual-slot card features a design similar to the triple-slot offering but with a slightly compact form factor. This shroud is said to be designed for the AMD Radeon RX 6700 series cards. The card features a dual axial-tech fan design and has the large "R" logo in the middle and on the fans too which represents the Radeon brand. The card also features the LED-lit Radeon logo on the sides and has a large cut out to vent out the heat from the aluminum heatsink. There are two 8-pin power connectors on the card but we may also see 8+6 or configurations for the more power optimized variants. The card also comes with a dual-slot form factor and should feature a similar I/O as the Big Navi graphics card. It is expected that this cooler should house the Navi 22 GPU which is slightly smaller but still larger compared to AMD's Navi 10 (RDNA 1) GPU for the Radeon RX 5700 series graphics cards. EA Sports has dropped a new FIFA 21 Next-Gen video in which they show the full 4K glory of the game. The game’s set to drop in the coming week for next-generation consoles, the Sony PlayStation 5 and Microsoft’s Xbox Series X/S. Fans are certainly anticipating its arrival, as they’ll certainly be comparing it to other sports games that made the jump. FIFA 21 Next-Gen Cinematic opening video unveiled The FIFA 21 next-gen video showcases a young fan who is narrating about getting to see a live football game in person. From there, various players pop up as they are making their way into the stadium, hand in hand with young fans. Viewers see another face shot of cover star Kylian Mbappe waiting to enter. Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold also pops up in the entrance scene. From there, viewers are treated to more visuals. That includes pre-matchup shots from inside Anfield just before Liverpool and PSG do battle. The field, the fans, players, and coaches look more realistic based on this presentation. On EA’s official FIFA 21 page, they note the game will have a “Next Level Realism” with the next-gen technology. That will include a greater definition in terms of player physiques, and of course, face scans that are looking more realistic than ever. Basically, gamers will become more immersed in the experience thanks to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles’ capabilities. Gamers will also experience new gameplay along with those upgraded graphics. That includes implementing the PS5 DualSense Haptics similar to what NBA 2K21 is doing. In FIFA 21, it will give gamers a better feel for shots, passing, and tackling as the controller haptics respond to what happens in-game. Real Player Motion Technology (RPMT) brings “enhanced physicality” with push-pull physics into the game. It’s what EA calls an “expanded player interaction system.”There should be a noticeable difference from the game’s opening play and in various set-piece situations. Of course, sights and sounds will be key to the realistic experience. EA indicates that both the current and next-gen will bring the “ultimate EA Sports Atmospheric Audio experience” to gamers. Most likely, there will be a better presentation on FIFA 21 next-gen games, though. The above video showcases some of it. Next-Generation game release details for PS5, Xbox Series X/S The official release date for both EA’s Madden 21 and FIFA 21 is Friday, December 4. At that time, the games will arrive as an upgrade for those who have the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X/S. The Xbox Series consoles arrived on November 10, while PS5 arrived on November 12. Even so, they’ve been difficult to find since then for those who didn’t pre-order or camp out. EA’s Dual Entitlement program is what will give gamers the upgrade. It requires having bought a digital or physical copy of the current-generation game for PS4 or Xbox One. Customers who bought a physical copy of FIFA 21 for PlayStation 4 or Xbox One will be able to download the next-gen game from the PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store on Friday, free of charge. Those customers who bought the digital current-gen FIFA 21 games received a next-gen copy bundled with it. They’ll be able to download FIFA 21 next-gen from PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store on Friday, free of charge.
