The AMB 001 is the first motorcycle created by Aston Martin, a fact that made this vehicle an object of desire for the most staunch collectors of the British brand back in 2019. On that occasion it surprised us with a unique image, state-of-the-art technology level and power in abundance. However, it was only a prototype that the brand itself along with Brough Superior had to put a point. Now, three years later, the bike has been perfected to the last, achieving a higher level of finish without leaving any of its specifications behind. For this reason, the first 30 units have been delivered to their legitimate owners. AMB 001, 180 hp turbocharged but only for track use If something characterizes Aston Martin, it is the exclusivity that it manages to imprint on any of its creations. So with his first superbike it was not going to be less. Named AMB 001, it has been developed together with Brough Superior, another mythical brand in the world of two wheels that has 100 years of history. We met it for the first time at the EICMA in Milan back in 2019 in the form of a prototype. It would not be until 2020 when it enters the production phase with the intention of delivering the first units as soon as possible. However, the pandemic totally changed the planes, delaying the production and delivery of this beautiful motorcycle for a whole year. Now, in 2022, we can announce that its first units are reaching its customers. Aesthetically it has a radical image that is closely related to the aerospace sector, since it has been developed with the help of Mecano ID, using materials as resistant and light as carbon fiber, titanium or aluminum. Thanks to that, this impressive motorcycle has stopped the dry weight at an impressive 180 kilograms. But beyond its weight and its image, its engine stands out. This has a V2 and 997 cc block tuned by Brough Superior with which it is capable of developing 180 CV of power thanks to the use of a variable geometry turbo that blows through an intercooler. To transmit the power to the ground, it has a removable 6-speed gearbox, along with an APTC clutch and a chain final drive. As for its part of the cycle, a Hossack-type front suspension inspired by the BMW Duolever system but with fixed bars stands out. Of course, this motorcycle is so special that it can only be used on the circuit since it does not have the homologation to ride on the road. As we said in the introduction, both British firms intended to deliver the only 100 units manufactured by the end of 2020. However, the pandemic totally changed the planes, delaying their production for a whole year. However, after this long year of waiting, the first 30 customers will receive their motorcycle at the official Aston Martin dealers, having paid an amount as spectacular as the motorcycle, 108,000 euros. For the war in Ukraine and to reinforce NATO's eastern flank, the Biden administration seeks to allocate $6.9 billion. File photo of dollar bills, in a file photograph. The Government of the President of the United States, Joe Biden, presented this Monday a budget project of 5.79 billion dollars, with greater spending on defense that coincides with the war in Ukraine, which he wants to finance by raising taxes on corporations and More rich. In its 277-page proposal, the White House requests that Congress approve a budget of 5.79 billion dollars for fiscal year 2023, which begins next October, compared to 5.85 billion in 2022. In total, the US government wants to allocate 813,000 million dollars to defense, which represents an increase of 4% compared to fiscal year 2022, of which 31,000 million dollars would be in new spending. For the war in Ukraine and to reinforce the eastern flank of NATO, the Biden Administration seeks to allocate 6.9 billion dollars in order to “counteract” the Russian invasion of Ukrainian territory. In a statement, Biden requested that spending continue to respond "to aggression" by Russian President Vladimir Putin on Ukraine, "with US support for the economic, humanitarian and security needs" of kyiv. In a subsequent press conference, the president stressed that the increase in defense spending is due to the fact that "the world has changed" due to the competition posed by countries such as China and Russia, which will require against cyberattacks and in new capabilities in space, including hypersonic missiles. "This will be one of our biggest investments in national security," Biden said. On the domestic front, the budgeted initiative includes 17.4 billion dollars for the security forces to fight crime in the US, of which 1.7 billion will be used to combat firearms trafficking. Basically, as Biden himself explained in his press conference, the Government wants more police officers on the streets and for this it is going to dedicate more funds to the security forces to reduce crime. The Government wants to finance this budget while reducing the federal deficit by 1.3 trillion dollars this year, in "the largest annual reduction in US history", raising taxes on the wealthiest and large companies . Taxes for the rich and corporations This will be possible, in part, by raising the corporate tax from 21% to 28%, something that is opposed by the moderate wing of the Democrats in Congress. The Executive also wants to impose a new minimum tax of 20% for the richest in the country, that is, fortunes greater than 100 million dollars. On taxes, the director of the White House Office of Management and Budget, Shalala Young, assured in a call with journalists that this project "guarantees that no one who earned less than $400,000 a year will pay a penny more in new taxes. ”. Young stressed that they have prepared this proposal based on economic data that indicates that the US has created more than 6.5 million jobs in a year, with growth of 5.7% and a decrease in unemployment of 3 .8%. However, this project is separated from the certainties established by Biden in the budgets for fiscal year 2022, the first of his term, where social policies and the climate fight were marked as priorities, some of which have not gone ahead in the Congress. Still on track to recover from the pandemic, the US government is asking Congress in its current bill for $9.9 billion to bolster the capacity of health systems against covid-19 and $81.7 billion over of the next five years in health security against future pandemics. For a better USA Biden recorded at the press conference that his father used to say "don't tell me your value, show me your budget", and pointed out that his initiative sends a clear message that the Government "values fiscal responsibility first; security second; and third, investments in human capital to rebuild a better America." The White House projects that in 2023 the GDP will grow 5% compared to its forecast of 7.3% in 2022, in addition to predicting inflation of 4.7% next year, one percentage point more than in the current one. It also predicts that unemployment will fall to 3.9% in 2023, compared to its projection of 5.4% for 2022. Earlier this month, the Federal Reserve (Fed) carried out the first interest rate hike since 2018 in a shift towards a contractionary monetary policy to combat high inflation, aggravated by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The US central bank raised the official interest rate by 0.25 percentage points, which places it in a range of between 0.25% and 0.5%, after two years anchored at levels close to 0 to try to mitigate the effects on the economy of the covid-19 pandemic. Judging by the snakes, the evolutionary solution to limblessness is a success. Now, a fossil found in Illinois offers the oldest known legless reptile, and suggests it could be an ancient condition. Artist's impression of Micraroter recumbirostran microsaur, a contemporary of Nagini, but still has forelimbs while Nagini does not. Locomotion is good, but sometimes, losing one’s leg seems to confer an evolutionary benefit. This is evidenced by the fact that limblessness has evolved over 60 times just in squamates (scaled reptiles). It has evolved in other groups too, though never in mammals. Inquiring minds wonder when all this began, and how. Did all four limbs disappear at the same time? The front ones first? Back ones first? Did it happen the same way in all limbless animals? What exactly is that on a python’s bottom, insofar as it has one? In short, did our very, very distant ancestors possess an adaptive ability to lose legs? That could be a yes. A new paper published in Nature identifies the earliest-known complete loss of legs among amniotes. Meet Nagini mazonense, an early reptile that lived in Carboniferous-era Illinois at least 307 million years ago. This animal, a type of microsaur, had an elongated snakelike body and had lost its front legs, but not its back ones. Though those hind limbs seem somewhat reduced. Not only did Nagini have no forelimbs whatsoever: It had even lost its pectoral girdle, the bones to which the arms would have connected, if there had been any. This is the earliest known complete limb loss detected in an amniote, say Arjan Mann of the Smithsonian Institution, Jason Pardo of the University of Calgary, and Hillary Maddin of Carleton University. All four-legged animals are tetrapods, meaning they evolved from fish. Amniotes are a subset of tetrapods. Amniotes include all animals that develop immersed in amniotic fluid (even inside the egg) such as mammals, birds and reptiles. Fish and amphibians are not amniotes. A viper, an example of the lack of legs as a good evolutionary solution Remarkably, Nagini's fossilization in shale at Francis Creek was good enough to preserve well-defined impressions of its soft tissue. These impressions support paleontologists' interpretation that the animal's body was serpentine, Mann explains. He adds that in practically the same place and from the same time, he and other paleontologists found another microsaur, Joermungandr bolti, with a similar body pattern: lengthening and shortening of limbs, but it still had limbs. Including the forelimbs. Nagini is the first amniote known to lose legs, as far as we know, but it's not the first tetrapod to do so. That honor goes to extinct amphibians called aisopods that lived in the Carboniferous and Early Permian in Europe and North America and some were quite large, up to a meter long. The discovery of complete loss of forelimbs in Nagini, a creature at or near the base of Amniota, argues that limb loss is an ancient choice among amniotes. When considered together with the lack of limbs in early amphibians like the isotopod that lived at the same time, it is possible that the feature may be even more entrenched and ancestral to Tetrapoda, the team write. Vestigial snake legs? Not quite Technically, Nagini is a recumbirostrant molgophid, which is believed by some, but not all, paleontologists to be an ancient reptile. Their evolutionary pattern of losing their front legs first is the same as that of snakes. In other parts of the animal kingdom, the legless lost their hind legs first, the authors explain. An example is the Mexican burrowing lizard known as Bipes, po[CENSORED]rly called axolotl or mole lizard. They still have vestigial front legs. The burrowing Mexican lizard Bipes, po[CENSORED]rly called ajolotes or mole lizards, still have vestigial front feet So one conclusion is that the evolutionary serpentine pattern of losing the front legs first may not be as rare among the amniote set as previously thought. It bears adding that studying leglessness in ancient animals is tricky: One is looking for fossils of things that are not there as well as exquisite preservation of the being’s vertebral column. Also, if it had vestigial limbs, being small and delicate they might not preserve well. Nagini however had completely lost its pectoral girdle, which says it all. But why would ancient animals lose legs anyway? Running is good, whether to hunt or evade being eaten, so why has this pattern of leglessness on land evolved time and again – in reptiles, mind you (and some salamanders and another amphibian, the caecilian)? A snake's mating spurs. No they are not vestigial legsCredit: Dawson Note that the limb loss is accompanied by elongation, as exemplified by snakes and caecilians, and that there are zero mammals that went this route. That could indicate that losing limbs is an inherent privilege that developed within the squamate set but not a potential solution for all tetrapods and one would assume it has to do with niche capture, for instance, burrowing through sand and dirt. In separate work, paleontologists believe they have identified limblessness in early snakes in correlation with starting to burrow for shelter and to hunt. But a lot of mammals do that too – take the naked mole rat, the vole and the badger. Legless, they are not. The authors suggest that the absence of serpentine forms in mammals, frogs and turtles may be due to evolutionary constraints within these groups. Finally, remember we said snakes lose their front legs first? There had been a theory out there that the boa constrictors, anacondas and pythons have vestigial hind legs nestled in their rear-sector muscle. They do not. Experts reassure us all, what you’re seeing, if you’re looking there, are mating spurs. Mating spurs are fun. Giant snakes utilize this clawlike feature while moseying along the ground, to help them along when need be, when climbing trees, and when courting – to caress and stimulate the lady snake. We are not making this up. It’s in Herpetological Review. Link: https://www.haaretz.com/science-and-health/.premium-when-did-animals-first-lose-their-legs-we-finally-have-the-answer-1.10703606

Yamaha wants to introduce power steering on its production bikes and for this it has created a first prototype that will be tested in the Japanese motocross championship. The system will ease movement of the handlebars at low speeds but will also act as an active steering damper when raised. At the moment it does not have a date of arrival on the market but knowing that it will be tested in competition, its development could end up in production vehicles very soon. A bike-inspired power steering Power steering has become an essential element in cars. However, this device has never been seen as something necessary on motorcycles as it initially lacks sense since the effort required to move the handlebar of a motorcycle is not the same as that of a car's steering. However, Yamaha wanted to go beyond this first assumption by creating an electric steering prototype with the aim of improving the motorcycle's stability and agility. In addition, to accelerate its development, it has been introduced in the motorcycles of the Japanese motocross championship, serving as a unique testing laboratory. This EPS steering assistance system is part of the 'Transforming Mobility' project, which in turn is integrated into ART's 'Long-term vision for human possibilities' strategy, with which the brand intends to bring robotics to the market with solutions that help people have fun, safety and comfort, but also create technologies that help solve social problems. But back to the subject, the EPS works in a similar way to the electric motor of pedal-assist bicycles. Thanks to a sensor placed on the handlebar, the amount of force exerted to move it is measured. This sends a signal to the ECU (or control unit) to order the electric motor the amount of assistance it should grant based on the extracted data. Thanks to this, two things are achieved: on the one hand, moving the steering at low speed in a much more comfortable way, while at high speed it works as an active steering damper. According to Yamaha, in the first tests carried out, the movement feels as natural as when it is not carried. The system is physically made up of a magnetostrictive torque sensor that, as we said before, detects the rotation of the steering head. Coupled to this instrument we find the control unit and all of this united in the upper yoke of the suspension system. As convoluted as the system may seem, it has not brought about a dizzying change in direction for motorcycles or added excessive weight. In fact, the brand ensures that it is quite light, although it has not revealed its weight. Those of Iwata intend to introduce this system in their production models in the future, although they have not yet set a date for it. At the moment, those in charge of gathering information about this system and its development will be the Yamaha Factory Racing Team that will compete in the Japanese Motocross Championship, with its two YZ450FM and YZ250F, equipped with this EPS system. The situation always arose from the economic status and ability to pay of each individual. View of dollar bills, in a file photograph. EFE/Sebastião Moreira Each person, according to their financial status, may request a loan from a bank. This money can be used for some activity that you want to carry out, for example, the purchase of real estate. It is important to understand the composition of these loan monthly payments: one part corresponds to the money that the bank or entity has lent you (the capital) and another part corresponds to the interest. There are two payment methods: fixed installments or adjustable installments; No matter what you probably choose on your loan, during the first months/years of the term, the part that is paid in interest is greater. However, the process of buying a home can be complicated. "In capital installments, users can advance part of the money owed in an extraordinary way in the monthly payment, when they consider it convenient and it is within the reach of each debtor", explains the adviser Jonathan Malagón. In this way you will be able to pay the credit in less time than established and the interests will be lower. pay to principal The situation always arose from the economic status and ability to pay of each individual. Capital payments can be beneficial as you can save a lot of money on interest payments. Prepayment On the other hand, an advance payment of monthly payments is, what its name indicates, an advance payment of some installments. Credit conditions remain the same. In a hypothetical case, a person can have a loan of USD 80,000 for 18 years and installments of 900. Seven months after receiving the loan, if they make a payment of USD 20,000 and change to lower the payment time, this pre-cancellation allows you to reduce the term to 10 years and, although the installment remained the same, in total, the member saved USD 12,000 in interest. Can you tell which are the oldest animals in the world? Incredible as it may seem, the first animals appeared on planet Earth 600 million years ago. jellyfish The jellyfish is the oldest multi-organ animal that exists. It was born 600 million years ago. There are currently more than 10,000 species, most of which live in tropical waters. The size of the jellyfish ranges between 5 and 40 centimeters in length, although there is a large species that weighs about 200 kilos. The sea wasp is the most dangerous poisonous animal in the world since with just 1 milligram of its venom it can end the life of an adult person. elephant shark Although its name may indicate otherwise, this animal is actually a cartilaginous fish, not a shark. It is estimated that it has existed for 400 million years. It has a fleshy snout, similar to a trunk, which is used to explore the seabed in search of food. It lives in salty waters more than 200 meters deep and feeds on invertebrate animals. The breeding season takes place during the spring. Cockroach It is estimated that the cockroach has lived on planet Earth for 250 million years. There are more than 4,500 species and more than 460 genera, although only four are considered pests. The cockroach is distributed throughout the world, and lives in humid and dark areas. It feeds on almost anything it finds, including inorganic materials. It has nocturnal habits and is very sociable by nature. horseshoe crab The horseshoe crab has barely evolved since its origin, more than 450 million years ago. It inhabits river estuaries and coastal areas, and is currently in danger of extinction. It feeds on invertebrates, such as molluscs and worms. It spends much of its life buried in the sand, and females can lay up to 100,000 eggs in their lifetime. One of the most outstanding characteristics is that it has several pairs of eyes. velvet worm Also known as onychophora, the velvet worm is closely related to the centipede. The first records of its existence date back 500 million years. Its appearance is very similar to that of the caterpillar. It is a carnivorous animal that uses a kind of sticky glue to catch its victims, which has a toxic effect. It lives in tropical regions, although formerly it was distributed throughout the world. These are the oldest animals in the world! Link: https://okdiario.com/mascotas/5-animales-mas-antiguos-del-mundo-8808576

StoreDot's XFC technology painstakingly reduces wait times The Ola Electric company, known for its affordable urban electric motorcycles, has teamed up with StoreDot to integrate XFC technology into its vehicles. electric wave The excessive time required to recharge the battery of electric vehicles is, on occasions, the handicap that leads some users to think twice before opting for one of these means of transport as the usual means of transport for daily life. However, there are already possibilities to reduce the wait every time we have to plug our vehicle into the electrical network. For months there has been a lot of talk about StoreDot, an Israeli battery developer company that has become po[CENSORED]r thanks to its innovative XFC system (extremely fast charging technology). This alternative, which allows a battery to be fully charged in just five minutes, is only the first step in StoreDot's plans, since it intends to further and progressively reduce recharging times. Charging the battery of the electric motorcycle in five minutes is no longer a utopia. electric wave The alliances of the Israeli company continue their course at the international level. In this regard, it was recently announced that the Indian company Ola Electric, known for its affordable urban electric motorcycles, plans to make a strategic investment to bring StoreDot's fast-charging technology to the Asian giant. Ola Electric's investment in the Israeli company gives it the exclusive rights to manufacture in India batteries that integrate its extremely fast charging technology. With this objective, the Indian manufacturer plans to establish a gigafactory to produce battery cells in order to meet the demand for its electric motorcycle models manufactured in its so-called Futurefactory. According to the Indian company, these latest facilities make up the largest 2W factory in the world and inside it is where their S1 and S1 Pro electric scooters are produced. Both models were presented last summer as affordable two-wheelers capable of offering high performance. The S1 version can reach speeds of up to 90 km/h and offers a range of up to 121 km with each recharge. StoreDot offers batteries for all types of vehicles. StoreDot For its part, the S1 Pro can achieve speeds of up to 115 km/h and is capable of providing a range of up to 181 km. The standard version of the electric scooter has a price in its home market of around 1,200 euros, while the cost of the S1 Pro, with its greater features and level of autonomy, is close to 1,600 euros. Regarding his latest financial decision with StoreDot, Ola's CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal, has highlighted that "the future of electric vehicles lies in better, faster and high energy density batteries that will be able to recharge quickly and provide a greater reach”. That is why your brand is investing in battery technologies that will increase the possibilities of autonomy. To see in more detail the qualities offered by the battery technology of the Israeli company StoreDot, you just have to take a look at the video that accompanies this article. In the fourth quarter the economy grew 2.2%; two tenths more than estimated Construction workers. The INE has revised upwards the growth of the economy last year: Spanish GDP increased by 5.1%, compared to the 5% anticipated in advance, in 2021, after the pandemic caused the worst recession in the historical series: a 10.8%. In the fourth quarter, the growth of the economy was 5.5% compared to the same period of the previous year, three tenths more than expected, and in quarterly terms the economy grew by 2.2%; they are 0.2 points more than expected but 0.4 less than the previous quarter. The main element that has contributed to the recovery has been household spending, also thanks to the removal of health restrictions. Thus, household spending has registered an increase of 4.7% in the year, a record since 1999 after, yes, a 12.2% collapse in the year of the pandemic. However, despite the fact that the economy slowed down in quarterly terms, families accelerated spending: it grew by 1.5% in the fourth quarter compared to 0.6% in the third. Something similar happens with investment, which grew 3.6% quarterly, thanks above all to investment in fixed capital (+4.6%). In the year as a whole, it advances 4.3%, a figure that is, in any case, lower than that of 2019. The vitality of demand also means that imports have accelerated, going from a quarterly rate of 1.8% to 4 , 5%. Lower public spending, for its part, also weighs on the final data: the administration spent 1.6% less than the previous quarter, after seven consecutive quarters of increased spending. The gradual normalization of the health situation is bringing the indicators closer to the usual rates, particularly in the quarterly rates The inflationary pull in the last quarter of the year has taken the GDP at current prices to an interannual rate of 10.1% in the last quarter of the year compared to the previous year. The GDP deflator, that is, the correction of the data by taking prices into account, climbed 2.4 points to 4.3%. This level is, in any case, two points below the CPI data published by the INE. Thus, the nominal GDP reached the maximum of the historical series: 319,515 million euros. In 2021 it was 1,205 billion, a figure that is 3.1% below 2019. In terms of employment, hours worked fell by 0.1% compared to the previous quarter, in a quarter marked in its last weeks by the appearance of the omicron variant, which is not enough an increase in sick leave. In year-on-year terms, it grew by 2.7%, although the rate of recovery slowed compared to the previous quarter (it was 3.3%). Full-time equivalent jobs are growing, 0.7% quarterly, but their growth is also slowing. In year-on-year terms, employment grew by 5.8%, which represents an increase of 1.02 million full-time equivalent jobs in one year. This animal is, together with the platypus, the only mammal that lays eggs, it is a marsupial and the males have a four-headed penis An Australian or short-beaked echidna It is likely that the word "esquidna" or "tachyglossido" sounds strange to you, it is the only family the Tachyglossa, an animal species where we place the current squidnas and the extinct animals from which they come. It is a mammal that inhabits the islands of New Guinea, Salawati, Australia and Tasmania and will most likely appear in your browser if you start the search for the "world's rarest animal". Its diet based on insects (mainly ants and termites) has also led to its being baptized as “spiny anteaters” due to its hedgehog-like appearance, since they are covered with long spikes that protrude from its fur. In appearance they are similar to hedgehogs, yes, but they have several qualities that make them much rarer: not only are they practically "impossible" to find, but they are also the only mammals, along with platypuses, that lay eggs. On the other hand, it has a characteristic that makes it more similar to reptiles, despite its appearance, and that is that the schidna has a penis with four heads, although not all of them work at the same time, but they rotate. This strange penis is not typical of mammals and does not even resemble that of the platypus, which is shaped like a hook. The females, in addition to laying eggs, develop a temporary marsupium while they are incubating and lactating where they will take care of their young. The size of the esquidna is around 35 and 45 centimeters long, with a 10 centimeter tail and weigh between 2 and 7 kilos, depending on age and sex (females are usually smaller). The squids come out at night: during the day they tend to hide, which makes it even more difficult to catch them. This facet, together with its multiple and curious biological qualities, has made the schigna an animal of study since George Shaw, curator of the British Museum, provided and reflected its first scientific description in the 18th century. a mythological name The squidnas owe their name to the nymph of the mythology of Classical Greece: it is the mother of all legendary monsters. What can give us an idea of the strangeness of the first scholars when records of this animal were made. Esquidna is, in myths, the mother of Typhoon and other Greek monsters. His body, like the griffins and other mythological beings, was a mixture of a snake and a woman. The Chinese brand will appear in the coming days this pair of trail and sports The Zongshen premium brand will reveal its two new motorcycles on March 30. A trail and a sports that will share a 400 cc twin-cylinder engine A few months ago we talked to you in this article about Zongshen's plans to create a new sports car for its domestic market. This first prototype presented in China comes from the hand of Cyclone, Zongshen's premium brand and baptized as RC3S. Although for now it maintains its policy of not bringing its products to Europe, everything suggests that Cyclone could arrive sooner or later with models like the ones we bring you. Remember that Zongshen is currently one of the leading brands of the Asian giant, and like QJ Motor, or Colove, it has parallel brands with those that matter to the old continent. Presumably Zongshen will do the same in the future with its Cyclone brand. For now they bring two new novelties in the form of trail and sports with the same shared propeller. If nothing fails, it will be this coming March 30 when they are officially presented, for now we have obtained some images through the Moto.it colleagues as a sketch, although as far as the sports car is concerned, we do not think it will differ much its appearance to that of the Cyclone RC3S that we have told you about. In this way, the new RC401, with a sporty cut, and the RX401, in this case a light trail bike, would land. Both would be equipped with the brand's 400 cc parallel twin and liquid cooling. The final result will be about 45 CV of power, achieving in the case of the RC401 reaching a maximum speed of the order of 170 km/h, somewhat less in the trail variant. As for the cycle part or components, the RC401 would come equipped with 17-inch wheels and double disc on the front, as well as a two-channel ABS system, inverted front fork and a central rear monoshock absorber. The chassis in this case would be made of steel, combined with a rear aluminum swingarm. With all this, the weight deposited would be of the order of 178 kilos. strong very light ZongshenRX401 The track, for its part, would be made up of a tubular steel chassis and an aluminum swingarm. In this case, the multi-spoke series wheels, with 19” at the front and 17” at the rear, both shod with mixed tubeless-type tires. Two brake discs would be anchored to them on the front axle and an inverted fork would take care of the suspension. A dual-channel ABS system would help keep this lightweight trailhead in check. As for the equipment of the latter, according to the photographs that have been leaked, it would be composed of an adjustable front dome, seat in two heights, side protection bars, rack rack or a complete set of three suitcases made of aluminum. We assume that several of these components could come as optional. High equipment seems to be his hallmark. In any case, we will continue to be attentive to the news that may come from Zongshen, and if the brand will decide in the coming months to share all its news with the European continent, thus expanding the wide range that we enjoy, where brands such as CFMoto or Benelli, owned by QJMotor, or VOGE itself, already offer us a huge number of models in each and every one of the segments where they participate. Request an independent report to determine whether the president of the Foundation continues to meet the requirements to hold the position of trustee Braulio Medel, president of the Unicaja Foundation The Ministry of Economy wants to tackle the crisis that the Unicaja Foundation is going through. The Protectorate of Banking Foundations has published a letter to the Unicaja Foundation in which it acknowledges having "serious doubts" that its president, Braulio Medel, has "the necessary commercial and professional suitability and honorability to perform his duties." The Protectorate of Banking Foundations, dependent on the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, began an investigation as a result of the letters received from four trustees of the Unicaja Foundation to challenge the agreement of the meeting, by which the four directors who were appointed were renewed. the foundation has in Unicaja Banco. The Protectorate also received complaints and reports from the Inter-Union Credit Confederation (CIC) and from the Salvemos Unicaja Platform. In addition, the Protectorate acknowledges that it has "doubts" that Medel is exercising its functions for the exclusive benefit of the Foundation's interests and carrying out an "adequate" management of its participation in the shareholding of Unicaja Banco, for which it has established it to convene an extraordinary meeting in which an independent report is commissioned from an entity chosen by agreement of all the members of the board of trustees to determine whether the president of the Foundation continues to meet the requirements to hold the position of trustee. According to the newspaper El Confidencial, the Protectorate has also published the letter to the Bank of Spain and the European Central Bank (ECB), in their capacity as supervisors of Unicaja Banco, of which the Unicaja Foundation controls 30.236% of the share capital. Since January 5, animals have ceased to be considered "things" in Spain to become "living beings endowed with sensitivity" and members of the family at the legal level On January 5, Spain took a great step forward in the defense of animal rights by entering into force the legal reform of the Civil Code, the Mortgage Law and the Law of Civil Procedure by which pets such as dogs , cats, birds and other pets will be considered "living beings endowed with sensitivity". Pets, which until now were considered things, will now be taken into account as one more member of the family at the legal level. The new law 17/2021, of December 15, adapts the Civil Code to the true nature of animals and the relationships of coexistence that are strengthened between them and human beings. In addition, this reform in the advancement of the rights of animals and pets implies that people who have been convicted or have an open process for mistreatment of an animal may lose custody of their children in the event of separation or divorce, as They explain remember the family lawyers. "The concurrence of mistreatment of animals and gender-based violence and child sexual and abuse is very important, in the sense that the care and custody of children is limited if there was a history of animal abuse," explained the president of the Spanish Association of Family Lawyers (Aeafa), Mariló Lozano. Thus, he specified that "he cannot realize a situation of violence against children or against the couple, but animal abuse is a form of violence against the family." In this way, if a person abuses and kills their pet, this would be "a total bar to having custody of their children or joint custody" in a separation or divorce case. This change is included in the reform on the legal regime of animals, which came into force this Wednesday, January 5, and by which animals are no longer considered "things" to be recognized as "sentient" living beings. The reform affects the Civil Code so that the welfare of the animals must be taken into account in the separation or divorce processes when specifying the regime of coexistence, custody, care of these, visitation regime and the judge will be the in charge of deciding who to deliver their care to based on their well-being. From the Association of Family Lawyers they point out that this modification is not going to suppose "a greater burden" for them but rather they understand that it is "a new perspective that must be addressed" because "companion animals are very loved beings" in the family "Being able to regulate what happens to animals is a constant concern in families with pets. Therefore, I believe that this is an advance that places us with the European legislation in our environment", the president of Aeafa has valued. In any case, he specified that, prior to this law, it was already "usual" for the possession of pets to be regulated in separations or divorces by mutual agreement and, normally, it was decided that the pet was "in the same length of stay with the children", regardless of who was the owner. What was not introduced, according to Lozano, is "how to distribute the time of coexistence or how to assume the expenses" that the possession of the animal supposes in the contentious processes. Now, with this new law, it is introduced, as a measure related to the processes, whether there is mutual agreement or not, the ownership of animals, the distribution of their coexistence, the responsibilities of care or veterinary or food expenses. As for the animals that are considered companions, Lozano points out that the casuistry is wide since pets can range from dogs and cats, the most common, to fish, guinea pigs, parrots, reptiles, turtles or even horses. An MV Agusta is always a dream bike, but the F4 1000 Tamburini goes further: it cost 40,000 euros when it was launched in 2005 limited to 300 units. The Italian MV Agusta is a mythical brand due to its history and the extreme nature of its designs or the performance of its sports shoes. Also for some limited editions that at the time set the bar higher and higher and this is a good example. When they launched the F4 1000 in 2005, in addition to the “normal” one, they launched two series limited to 300 units, the Ago and this one Tamburini dedicated to its designer who directly said of it that it was “my dream: this is my bike”. With a full carbon fiber fairing among other delicacies, it cost 40,000 euros in its day: this one that we have found sells in the United States and its price is already over 20,000... MV Agusta F4 1000 Tamburini The MV Agusta F4 1000 marked a milestone in 2005 with its inline four-cylinder engine capable of offering 172 hp as standard. It also released a variable intake system, the Torque Shift System, which modified the length of the intake trumpets to improve response at low and medium speeds. With its own trellis frame, the production bike was already a very exclusive sports car in itself, with a claimed top speed of 304 km/h, another milestone in its day. This limited version adds a series of components to the recipe of the already luxurious series motorcycle that trigger its price and exclusivity, also lowering the weight below 200 kg. From the outset, all the parts of the fairing are made of carbon fiber, and as you can see in the photos, the decoration barely hides the material, on the contrary, the texture of the fiber (perfectly finished) shows off with pride. Light Marchesini rims, Ohlins suspensions of the highest level of the moment, special screws in light alloys, curiously Nissin brakes (not Brembo)... The motorcycle was one of the 59 imported to the United States, and the seller bought it and used it for a short time (it has 5000 kilometers) just before putting it away leaving it exposed. He sells it through the Iconic MotorBike website, which only had to do a general review to change fluids and battery.
