The player can use the "Creeping Dark" tendrils to slash or pick up enemies for executions or to simply throw them, or various items within the environment (parking meters, car doors, etc.) and use them as projectile weapons or shields. Each kill, discovered relic, and execution earns the player Essence, which allows players to purchase new abilities from Talent Shrines. Devouring hearts restores Jackie's health and earns Essence. Like in the previous game, Jackie loses his powers in the light, though in this game light also causes Jackie's vision to brightly blur and is coupled with a high-pitched ringing. RPG (ROLE PLAYING GAME) THE WITCHER 3: WILD HUNT (CD Projekt) PS4/Xbox One/PC Ce mai putem spune despre jocul celor de la CD Projekt? Că şi-au propus să ofere cel mai cuprinzător RPG open world realizat vreodată şi au reuşit? Că lumea de joc este imensă şi că, pe lângă firul principal al poveştii, quest-urile secundare câteodata sunt mai intinse şi mai interesante decât alte jocuri întregi? Că Geralt of Rivia a fost, este şi va ramâne un veritabil erou badass şi ultra cool? Vorba lungă sărăcia omului, nu rataţi acest RPG! BLOODBORNE (From Software/Sony Computer Entertainment) PlayStation 4 Bloodborne nu te asaltează cu tone de quest-uri sau secvenţe cinematice. Nu, farmecul creaţiei celor de la From Software stă în jocul propriu-zis, în continua încercare a eroului de a rămâne în viaţă într-un tărâm po[CENSORED]t de creaturi parcă izvorâte din coşmaruri. Deşi poate părea prea dificil la început, Bloodborne este genul de joc care te încurajează să-i stăpâneşti secretele, doborârea fiecărui inamic fiind o realizare în sine, a cărei satisfacţie cu greu poate fi egalată. RACING (JOCURI DE CURSE) DRIVECLUB BIKES (Evolution Studios/Sony Computer Entertainment) PlayStation 4 DriveClub a fost unul dintre jocurile noastre favorite din 2014, tras în jos, din păcate, de stadiul relativ nefinisat în care fusese lansat în toamna anului trecut. Din fericire, titlul celor de la Evolution Studios este un cu totul alt joc acum, cu o tonă de conţinut proaspăt adăugat, circuite noi, efecte meteorologice variabile şi numeroşi bolizi noi. Totuşi, noutatea noastră preferată este DriveClub Bikes, ce poate fi achiziţionat fie ca DLC pentru DriveClub sau independent, sub forma unui joc de sine stătător. Credeţi-ne, puţine lucruri se pot compara cu senzaţia de viteză trăită pe un drum din Scoţia biciuit de o ploaie violentă, încercând să îmblânzeşti un Ducati nărăvaş. FORZA MOTORSPORT 6 (Turn 10 Studios/Microsoft) Xbox One În condiţiile în care seria Gran Turismo se încăpăţânează să nu facă încă pasul către noua generaţie de console, Microsoft oferă cam cea mai completă experienţă pentru pasionaţii cailor putere prin intermediul seriei Forza Motorsport. Cel de-al şaselea titlu repară multe dintre greşelile predecesorului, adaugând în ecuaţie, pe lângă sutele de maşini licenţiate şi reproduse în detaliu, noi circuite, precum şi posibilitatea de a alerga noaptea sau pe timp de ploaie. Aveţi grijă totuşi să nu o "luaţi" prin băltoace, Forza 6 lăudându-se cu una dintre cele mai realiste simuăari în acest gen de situaţii. STARCRAFT II: LEGACY OF THE VOID (Blizzard Entertainment) PC/Mac Regele încoronat al genului RTS (real time strategy - strategie în timp real) se întoarce pentru capitolul final al trilogiei StarCraft II. Campania vă va ţine cu sufletul la gură, pe lângă destinul rasei Protoss, povestea din Legacy of The Void dezvăluind răspunsuri la întrebările legate de soarta eroilor principali ai seriei, precum Jim Raynor sau Sarah Kerrigan. Bineînţeles, nu puteau lipsi noutăţile din cadrul componentei de joc multiplayer, cu unităţi proaspete şi moduri de joc gândite pentru a fi abordate cooperativ. CITIES: SKYLINES (Colossal Order/Paradox Interactive) PC/Mac Mai ţineţi minte SimCity-ul lansat de EA în 2013? Deşi nu a fost un joc deloc rău, deciziile stupide luate peste capul echipei producătoare, cum ar fi necesitatea de a fi rulat în condiţii "always online" şi problemele legate de imposibilitatea serverelor alocate de a face faţă au dus la un fiasco, jocul fiind trecut prin foc şi sabie de critica de specialitate, deznodământul nefericit fiind închiderea studioului producător din cadrul Maxis. De ce am amintit toate acestea? Pentru că Cities: Skylines este exact opusul: oferă simularea construirii şi gestionării unei metropole, fără niciuna dintre problemele care au îngropat SimCity. Mai mult, este oferit chiar acum pe Steam la o reducere de preţ semnificativă (-60%). Nu mai staţi pe gânduri, cu Oprescu încă în arest la domiciliu, oraşul are nevoie de un primar bun!
