I was there and i gagged him cuz he used some bad words on my opinion but about the cheater

there was an admin spectating him so ?

myCro, this is about admins mostly, if there is coming report, they usually keep playing and ignoring or thinking that other will do it. Sometimes it feels that they can't hear us players.

aRbi, if there is coming report about cheater on the server, u and other must respond faster, go to the spec and check. 

This is going too long, if you are playing as nemesis, is hard if there is aimer who shooting every sec in your head.

I will take in consideration and at the next meeting(but for sure i will arrange with the owners untill then) all of the admins will have a rule to tell the players that hey have got to knowledge the report made in the admin_chat.

The quality of the server enviroment is the most important, as you say, it is not allright at all thats why before giving you the first answer i have checked the logs.
