In Geekbench 6, the chip scores 2783 points in single-core and 16,080 points in multi-core tests which is a tad bit slower than the standard 7945HX chip but in Geekbench 5, the CPU cores 2146 points in single and 20,074 points in multi-core tests which puts it on par with its non-3D V-Cache sibling.The first score might've been affected due to the "Performance" profile whereas the other tests used the "Turbo" profile while running the same benchmark. This is apparent from the core clock log file which reports the chip boosting up to 5.3 GHz in Geekbench 6 and up to 5.4 GHz within the Geekbench 5 benchmark.The following benchmark also gives us a comparison of both the 7945HX3D & the 7945HX running on the same ASUS laptop with the same power profiles and memory configuration.
