The main motive behind my suggestion evolves around the idea of a Probation period. Which in present time is necessary for all the New Admins who are willing to join. @to cut Just like you do guide them but they still aren't serious about the job. Likewise not many know that everything is available in the Forum or they are not serious about looking up and exploring the Forum. Why is it necessary? It is because only the serious ones will apply. Who are willing to be part of the team and its image most importantly. Secondly the serious ones will learn and explore more about being an admin. Being a player its easy to be sitting idol without being responsible. But as an admin you gotta cover every aspect of the gameplay be it interaction or managing the server. The Hype of becoming an admin should be more than just a mere tag. I HOPE YOU GET MY POINT HERE. Lastly, with this kinda mindset admins/players will be more cautious about misusing their commands and will lower the rate of complaint against admins. I've seen 70 percent of the complains are against the new admins. So in short Lower the rate of complains = Good server. As a player you need Friendly staff that helps people around with everything which will further enhance him to play in our server.

Which is a good thing over all not just for his personal gains but for the server aswell. By personal gains i mean a (Tag of admin). Which holds a value to all especially smooth running of the server. But as it seems that mostly people are complaining in the forum and separately for the new admins, and somehow we have to defend our Admin community by saying he is new to the team. Over all it tarnishes the value of becoming an admin in the server. So i want to leave a suggestion. A Probation period of an admin in that time he will be considered admin but be asked to go thoroughly through the rules. etc. A random question being asked while playing, Looking at his attitude, or any sortta activity that makes us all look guilty should prohibit him as being an admin. I Wanted To Buy armor I Wanted press m 2 9 6 First of all everyone has these simple binds be it player or admin. So idk how you don't have these binds. Secondly if its normal round how come you press m 6 for it without actually being stuck. @Techno Your reports will make us all come on one page, for all of us to enjoy game play under the set rules which everyone has to follow. Hello everyone, as we all are aware of the rules AA needs to be active whenever a player is Afk. Which from my point of view is the right thing @VollmeR did here. Rules are the same for all be it admins/Players. If your keyboard isnt working its not necessary for you to stay afk without AA. I'm sorry but any admin would have done the same. GOOD LUCK

Contra Low activity, Hides in mods, Doesnt respect rules. Improve in these areas and come back after a week or so.

Hello ash711 hope you are doing good. As per the rules you can only go mod in the 4 round, which you went terminator in the second round. I was also active and playing at that time. So Glow was correct in slaying you as it was against the rules. It's very rare for the players to get points back but i guess he was kind enough to give you 500 points. Instead you went again with it which also violates the rules. 1 mod per map. If it wasn't for Glow, i would have slayed you instead. As we are bound to follow the rules. I hope you get my point here. Maybe he means to replace the diamond Ak with this one. But not many would buy this either as it would cost the same number of points. So like wise as Trey said its of no use when you already have an existing weapon.

Mostly afk but i am sure he can give time to play aswell. But its necessary to apply in english and speak in english as its understood to all of us. Contra for now as it's not applied in english and would be hard for us to understand him while communicating.
