The COVID-19 pandemic has changed people's consumption habits, who have become more aware of the sanitary conditions of products, and have promoted e-commerce. Tetra Pak identified five new global consumer trends that open up opportunities for consumer habits amid the pandemic. That is, what actions should companies take regarding their products, how they manufacture them, and how they sell them? Health in food and beverages It is not enough to take actions that prevent the spread of the virus, but rather to strengthen the immune system. To do this, a category is suggested for functional drinks that have ingredients that contribute to that requirement. Since the start of this pandemic, global Google searches for immune-enhancing foods have tripled and functional product launches show steep growth. "The trends show us more and more penetration and new launches of formulations that deliver to consumers in a practical and safe way, functional drinks with the addition of micronutrients or ingredients such as beta-glucan, known for its properties to strengthen the immune system", he explained Mauricio Contreras, Tetra Pak marketing director for the Andean region. Sustainable products Along the same lines of improvement, brands and beverages that promote better habits for people and are respectful of the planet are beginning to benefit, creating an opportunity for organic, vegan, GMO-free and environmentally friendly products. In 2020, the quest for more sustainable consumerism is reflected in one of the most powerful drivers of behavior change out there: social shame. Brands and beverages that help consumers navigate and overcome this new pressure will be increasingly welcomed. "Serious commitments to the environment, a permanent effort to reduce the impact on the environment along the value chain and the use of renewable sources, are becoming increasingly important in consumer decision-making," said Contreras. Comfort In addition to health and concern for the environment, the need for practical products that make life at home easier, guarantee a better old age and help people who have had to take on new skills such as learning to cook, has grown. Ready-made soups and sauces, nutritional drinks that replace meals, ready-made egg mixes and in general foods and preparations that help in the kitchen and guarantee an adequate delivery of nutrients will continue to grow worldwide. On the other hand, the increasing pressure that people face by having to be 100% performing in their personal and professional fields, marks another trend that has led consumers to seek relaxing products or that help to have higher levels of energy and concentration, to handle the stress and mental and physical saturation to which they have been exposed. Technology The pandemic has strengthened the growth of consumption through digital channels and has challenged brands to seek new forms of interaction with their consumers. The technology had already been identified by the Swedish company as one of the most important sales channels since 2018, but the confinement that has occurred in most countries in the world, accelerated penetration into homes. Consumers will have social, community and entertainment expectations at all times, which is why the development of smart packaging technologies will also be strengthened, which allows generating greater traceability of products and new interactions of brands with consumers. Solidarity brands Brands will have to change their loyalty strategy and become bankers with their own currencies, offering consumers ways to contribute to their causes through the consumption of their products. This trend addresses consumer needs while allowing them to act for causes and beliefs. The launch of fruit waters that raise money for children's education, or juices that support strawberry crops or tree planting, respond to this trend. “Our promise to protect food, people and the planet, which has been intact since our founding more than 65 years ago, today takes on much more value for consumers who seek health care, environmental care and increasingly practicality and safety to consume their food ”, concluded the executive

As you well know, the Mercedes-Benz X-Class was a failure for the German firm and was not withdrawn from the market for nothing. Remember, it was derived directly from the Nissan NP300 Navara, only it had some deep differences. It is true, Class X shared an assembly line at the plant in Barcelona, Spain, but the German truck had technical improvements with the intention of making it more worthy of the star it carries on the front. Thus, we can suddenly list, a more rigid chassis thanks to the use of additional reinforcements, as well as a more complex suspension scheme. When the X-Class was introduced in Chile for the first time, for what was the Avant Premiere of the model in the region, Mercedes engineers were very emphatic in the improvements they had made in terms of reinforcements and calibration for their truck. In fact, we chatted with the engineers ourselves, extensively tested the trucks, and checked some parts on our own. Even the brake pads were signed by Mercedes, which meant that, although the base was that of the Navara, Mercedes had put his hand in it, which means that the X-Class showed superior performance and was able to receive a more powerful engine, like the V6 of the X 350d 4MATIC that was launched in Chile. What will the facelift inherit from the NP300 Navara? What it will inherit, mainly is its chassis, which we know there are two main specifications, one for Nissan and Renault, plus a second variant that is the Mercedes. This variant includes some exclusive added parts and reinforcements, as well as some reinforcing beams and a bar behind the firewall that will help to stiffen the cabin and to mount more equipment. The X-Class had wider axles, although that won't hold. With this, the new Navara will show a stronger body, with greater torsional rigidity and safety. We'll see if Nissan intends to use other attributes of the X-Class, such as its well-achieved soundproofing and if these changes will also be taken by Renault for the Alaskan. It remains to be seen.

Such is the po[CENSORED]rity of electric mobility that even tuning and restoration workshops are joining the trend by developing zero-emission projects. This predisposition is making the tuners who use to put modern and powerful engines in classic cars to use electricity to catch up. Perhaps for some this use is a sacrilege, however, the acceleration capacity has no comparison. One of the most recent and spectacular projects to turn a vintage car into an electric one is this 1967 Mustang Fastback created by Aviar Motors Russian. Although it is not the first classic car or Mustang to be converted to electric, the interesting thing about this muscle car baptized as R67 is that it takes the electrical system and other components of the Tesla Model S. To make a total transformation of the vehicle, the Russian tuner developed a composite and aluminum chassis with the aim of increasing rigidity and safety. On top of this new frame, the Mustang received a body made entirely of carbon fiber to further increase lightness and thereby improve acceleration capacity. As part of the exterior restoration, the body was endowed with lines and elements that allow it to optimize styling and aerodynamics. Without a doubt, what is most striking is the spoiler that changes position according to speed. This new look is accompanied by a set of 20-inch aluminum wheels, high-performance tires -245 / 40R20 front and 305 / 30R20 rear-, LED headlights, as well as chrome trim and fenders. In addition to taking the battery, motors, and gearbox from the Tesla Model S, this Aviar Motors Russian Mustang also accommodates adaptive suspension, which, in addition to modifying stiffness, can vary the elevation of the body. While all of the above is outstanding, the amount of power and performance is even more so. By means of two electric motors - which make it an all-wheel drive car - this R67 registers 840 hp, which when put into action allow it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in just 2.2 seconds. The maximum speed is 250 km / h because it is electronically limited. This performance is accompanied by a high-performance braking system, stability and traction control, and an external audio system that simulates the operation of the engine and exhaust system of the legendary Shelby GT500. Where this Mustang also shows signs of the Tesla Model S is in the interior created for two passengers. Equip the same 17.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with satellite navigation, 11-speaker audio system, keyless entry and start, LED ambient interior lighting, dual-zone climate control, and panoramic sunroof. Finally, this electric Mustang occupies the Tesla's 100 kWh battery with a range of 500 kilometers and the semi-autonomous driving system.

The Minister of Economy and Finance calculated that with this adjustment, 90% of current taxpayers could access a pension, as long as it is accompanied by incentives that encourage them to contribute. Former Minister of Economy and Finance David Tuesta estimated that only 10 years of contributions should be considered to access a pension in the Social Security Normalization Office (ONP), instead of the current 20 years. "It would be an exception worldwide because normally pay-as-you-go systems have that rigidity due to financial issues, but given the circumstances this is what should be done," said the economist in dialogue with RPP. Tuesta explained that a shorter time could not be considered to access the payment since we would enter the Pensión 65 land. "If we go to lower levels, the pension that would correspond to a person who has contributed eight or nine years would be very similar to what is received in Pension 65, where nothing is contributed," he stressed. “It would not make much sense to give a contributory pension when there is a non-contributory pension of around S / 250 bimonthly, which is S / 125 per month. From the age of 10 you could think of a pension proportional to the number of years ”, he added. The former head of the MEF calculated that, with this measure, 90% of current taxpayers could access a pension, as long as it is accompanied by incentives that encourage them to contribute.

NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 30 series Ampere Gaming graphics cards are almost here and we have got new information regarding the announcement date for the next-generation gaming powerhouses by GamersNexus. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 'Ampere' Gaming graphics cards will replace the RTX 20 'Turing' lineup which launched all the way back in 2018. GamersNexus reports that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series graphics cards based on the Ampere gaming architecture is all set to be announced on 9th September. We have previously heard about 17th September in rumors but one thing is confirmed that Ampere is indeed headed for launch in the coming month. A possibility is that NVIDIA could announce the cards at a digital event on 9th September followed by an official retail launch on 17th September. Of course, this is just mere speculation from my end but we have seen similar schedules formed for the previous generation lineup. The NVIDIA Ampere GeForce RTX 30 series gaming graphics cards are likely to go on pre-order the same day on which they will be announced. Gamers who are planning to buy the graphics cards will receive info such as specifications & prices officially by NVIDIA independent reviews can only be expected after the launch embargo lifts which is likely a few weeks (1-2 weeks max) after the launch. The Founders Edition graphics cards will be the first products that gamers will have access to, including pre-orders but we can expect custom AIB variants by the end of September or early October. We have got word from our sources that several AIBs have already started scheduling their press sample allocation with the cards shipping out in a few weeks. There will be many users who would definitely be waiting for custom variants over the Founders Edition cards unless the new design offers a super good reason to go the reference/stock route. Judging by the design of the leaked coolers, the Founders Edition cards this time around seem to offer even more premium components and a unique cooling design which we would definitely be testing once we get our own hands on the cards themselves. As for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 Ampere gaming graphics cards, it is stated that the lineup will consist of four graphics cards for 2020, these include: NVIDIA RTX 3080 Ti NVIDIA RTX 3080 NVIDIA RTX 3070 NVIDIA RTX 3060 All four graphics cards are rumored for launch in 2020 but will have different launch schedules. The high-end cards will be prioritized first with the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti and GeForce RTX 3080 slated to launch in September which is just about a month away from now. The GeForce RTX 3070 will be launch a month later in October while the GeForce RTX 3060 mainstream graphics card will hop on the retail shelves in November. As for what we can expect from NVIDIA's high-end GeForce RTX 30 series Ampere gaming graphics cards, we have speculated/rumored information provided below: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti - The Fastest Ampere Gaming Graphics Card According to the details, the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti will feature the GA102-300-A1 GPU. The GA102-300-A1 GPU is said to be comprised of 5248 CUDA cores or 82 SMs. In total, that's a 20% increase in cores over the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. No details such as clock speeds, TMU/ROP counts are provided and we can't take the Ampere A100 die as a reference since gaming & HPC parts share a different configuration hierarchy. Moving on to the memory side, things start to look interesting as it is stated that the card will get up to 12 GB memory with faster GDDR6 pin speeds. Since that's a 384-bit bus we are looking at, it will be able to offer nearly 1 TB/s bandwidth. There's also talks about an enhanced version of the GDDR6 DRAM known as GDDR6X however there's no information available yet by any graphics DRAM vendor, unlike the previous GDDR6 DRAM which was officially reported months before its integration on the Turing graphics cards. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 - GA102 For High-End Gaming Moving on to the GeForce RTX 3080, the rumor reports that the card will be featuring the GA102-200-KD-A1 SKU. This cut down SKU will feature the same 4352 CUDA cores as the RTX 2080 Ti that will be arranged in a total of 68 SMs. The card is reportedly going to feature 10 GB of memory that is also going to be GDDR6X, running at 19 Gbps across a 320-bit bus interface with a bandwidth of 760 GB/s. The switch to GA102 from TU104 on the RTX 2080 is definitely an interesting one. A high-end SKU would also result in higher wattage and thermals but I believe this could be done to raise the bar up on the sub $500 segment which should comprise of GA104 based RTX 3070 and RTX 3060. The latest performance leaks also show a considerable performance improvement over the RTX 2080 and even the RTX 2080 Ti in synthetic benchmarks. If the same could translate over to the gaming performance, then Ampere does look like a super enticing product for gamers who have waited for almost 2 years now. ecent reports have suggested that NVIDIA has halted the production of its higher-end GeForce RTX GPU lineup to prepare for the Ampere GeForce RTX launch. Only small quantities of the said GPUs are left in the retail channel thus suggesting that we are getting closer to the launch. There's definitely a lot more to talk about regarding the Ampere GPUs but we will have to wait until more information comes our way.

Initiative seeks that at the global level supreme control supervisory entities replicate tools and good practices to face the pandemic. The Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic of Peru and current president of the Latin American Organization of Supervisory Control Entities (OLACEFS), presented the portal called "Observatory of SAI Initiatives for monitoring and control of public funds in the framework of COVID-19" . The Peruvian initiative, in collaboration with the Chamber of Accounts of the Russian Federation, and current president of the International Organization of SAIs (INTOSAI), aims to promote the exchange of experiences carried out worldwide by the supreme audit institutions of control to governments and public entities that fight the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). Governments have been confronted with the need to reorder their priorities to confront this virus that threatens people's health, and for this reason, they have arranged a series of measures to contain the spread of the virus through prevention mechanisms, diagnosis and treatment of the disease, and to reactivate the economy through mechanisms that contribute to the reestablishment of the chain of payments in the economy and the execution of public investment. The Comptroller's Office recalled that the measures taken by governments in order to contain the pandemic focus on strengthening capacity in the health sector, social isolation, social initiatives to alleviate the decline in household income and measures to reactivate the economy. . "To achieve all this, governments have made use of a large amount of public resources and external financing," said the Comptroller General of Peru and president of OLACEFS, Nelson Shack. The Peruvian Comptroller's Office emphasized that the Supreme Audit Institutions acquire a central role, since these are the bodies in charge of monitoring the correct use of public goods and funds, which must act with the same flexibility as their respective governments to ensure transparency and use. correct of resources. Therefore, in order to learn from comparative international experience and contribute to the dissemination of knowledge, the Comptroller General of Peru created this Portal called International Observatory: Initiatives of Governments and SAIs in the face of COVID-19. For the elaboration of this observatory, the SAI Peru, in collaboration with the Russian Chamber of Accounts, carried out a mapping on the web to identify both the measures taken by the governments, as well as by the SAIs. In total - he said - there are 64 countries included in the regional bodies of AFROSAI, ARABOSAI, ASOSAI, CAROSAI, EUROSAI, OLACEFS, PASAI and others of INTOSAI. -Peru- In Peru, the context of the pandemic has generated a conceptual and operational challenge for the SAI, especially because in the emergency context, activities such as the purchase of perishable goods do not admit the practical possibility of being subject to subsequent control, since everything is already consummated, the same happens with the services that are contracted. For this reason, subsequent control alone is not very effective in this particular context. For this reason, due to the mandate of the SAI of Peru to control the use of public resources in parallel, a control modality that is more preventive, proactive and purposeful is applied in a complementary manner; one that accompanies the manager during the process. In addition, when these reports are made public, social control is activated by citizens and the rest of the institutions that make up the control ecosystem in a society. This has been the commitment of the Comptroller General to create the concurrent control model, which is being applied to the control of the Sanitary Emergency and this motivated around 1,600 auditors nationwide to carry out this modality of simultaneous control at the national level. national producing to date more than 8,000 reports. We consider this approach in itself to be good control practice in times of emergency. However, it is not the only one, that is why this initiative was carried out to identify other good practices worldwide and make them known.

We have yet to see some conclusive information on AMD's Big Navi (RDNA 2) GPU for upcoming Radeon RX enthusiast graphics cards, however, well-known leaker, Komachi, has reported that AMD has already started initial development of its next-gen, enthusiast -class GPUs, the RDNA 3 based Navi 31 and the RDNA 4 based Navi 41. AMD Navi 21 'RDNA 2' Big Navi GPU Successors Allegedly Already In The Works, Include RDNA 3 Based Navi 31 and The RDNA 4 Based Navi 41 For enthusiast-class Radeon RX Graphics Cards AMD has stated that its Big Navi (RDNA 2) GPU codenamed Navi 21 is going to bring the same level of disruption in the 4K gaming segment as its Zen architecture brought to the CPU segment. AMD's plans are to unveil the Big Navi GPU before any other RDNA 2 product, this includes both next-gen consoles from Sony and Microsoft. The Big Navi GPU will be the flagship carrier of the RDNA 2 line and will set the bar for all next-generation GPUs. Now in a series of tweets by Komachi, it seems like AMD is already well-underway in designing its next-generation successors to the Big Navi (Navi 21) GPU. Komachi tweets that there are two chips that are being planned. First is the Navi 31 GPU which was reported in another leak very recently while the second chip is a GPU which is years away from now but is first referenced by Komachi in his new tweet. The tweet refers to both the Navi 31 and Navi 41 GPU and also points out a design choice that has recently been ignited in the rumor mill. So let's talk about the two next-generation RDNA Navi GPU variants and try to find out what does the future hold for AMD's next-generation Radeon graphics cards. AMD Navi 31 (RDNA 3) GPU The first next-generation GPU mentioned in the tweet is AMD Navi 31. This GPU is allegedly part of the RDNA 3 lineup of Navi 3X GPUs. The AMD RDNA 3 Navi 3X GPU lineup is expected to launch in 2022 and recent rumors have highlighted that this GPU generation would be the first from AMD to utilize a chiplet based architecture, similar to Zen 2 CPUs. The AMD RDNA 3 Navi 31 GPU would also succeed the RDNA 2 based Navi 21 GPU. Komachi's tweet strengthens this rumor as he tweets out the Navi 3X GPUs are mentioned along-side GCD/MDC identifiers. The GDC identifier seems to indicate the Graphics Complex Die while the MCD refers to the Memory Complex Die. This means that RDNA 3 chips will bring the same design methodology as Zen 2 but for GPUs, allowing AMD to mix and match several GPU IPs together. As per the previous rumor, AMD will utilize several different nodes for the various chiplets embedded on the same interposer. There's a likelihood that AMD will be separating the main graphics dies from the I/O dies like Zen 2. This would mean that AMD can stack up several smaller GPU nodes together to form a much larger GPU. Several GPU dies can be featured in their own GDC's (similar to Zen 2's CCD or Core Complex Die) to form a bigger GPU with higher efficiency and more throughput. This could start GPU cores to scale by an insane proportion, starting a core count wars in the GPU segment too. NVIDIA is also actively working on its own chiplet design which is expected to launch with the Hopper Generation of chips around a 2022 timeframe. AMD Navi 41 (RDNA 4) GPU The AMD Navi 41 GPU is also mentioned and this seems to be a far-future GPU considering that the Navi 4X series which would allegedly be based on the RDNA 4 architecture isn't even mentioned in the official roadmaps yet. One thing to point out, the Navi 31 GPU is already being referred to as an enthusiast-class GPU but we can't say for sure if Navi 41 will also be positioned in a similar way. As per AMD's Polaris classification and numbering of GPUs, the number that follows the generation tier 'Navi 1*' refers to the time at which the GPU was made/developed. In the case of Navi 10, it was the first Navi 10 GPU developed followed by the Navi 12 GPU and then the Navi 14 GPU. This seems to have changed since Navi as the numbers now are relative to the performance tier of the GPU itself with a lower number representing a higher performance tier (e.g. Navi 10 vs Navi 12). But still, knowing that AMD could be forming early plans for its RDNA 4 GPU series definitely gets us excited to see what's next to come from AMD and its next-generation Radeon RX graphics card families.

It measures no more than a Porsche Boxster and weighs just 16 kilos more than a Suzuki Swift Sport. But it has an aspirated V12, more than 650 Hp In times of electrification, high-tech, and autonomous driving, it's refreshing to know that there are cars that still raise their fists for the "old-fashioned" driving experience. And we are not talking about an ordinary car, but rather a true thoroughbred sports car, one that will stand out among the complex "spaceships" that some European manufacturers develop. This car is the T.50, the most personal project of Gordon Murray, the famous designer who is recognized as "the father of the McLaren F1", one of the most acclaimed and admired sports cars in the world. The historic McLaren model has already gone down in history as a unique legend and despite the fact that the same British company created the Speedtail as a tribute, only Murray could be able to create the true successor to his work. The T.50 is for all things, a McLaren F1 of today, manufactured with the same philosophy, but improved in every aspect. Art and engineering The T.50 gets its name from celebrating 50 years since Murray began designing single-seaters and sports cars. True to its British spirit, it displays a purist, elegant and timeless design, paired with the highest quality construction. For the same reason, it does not have flashy ailerons or fancy aerodynamic parts, save for the huge 400mm fan that can be seen at the rear and which is a tribute to the Brabhams that he designed for F1. Like the McLaren F1 to which it succeeds, their shapes are very similar. Share the doors that open to the sky and the windows like fighter plane. Even some design or proportion features are similar, but the closest thing is the interior, which retains the three-seat layout, with the driver in the center position. Body and chassis The entire car was made from high-quality carbon fiber, offering a high degree of torsional rigidity. The bodywork is so light that the entire body of the car weighs less than 150 kilos, in addition to offering a safety just like a Formula 1 car. All glass used for the windshield or windows is 28% thinner than usual, to reduce weight. The car weighs just 986 kilos, that's 16 kilos more than a Suzuki Swift Sport. It means that it is the lightest supercar to date. Its size is comparable to that of a Porsche Boxster, for reference. Art Aerodynamics The car features a 400mm diameter fan, active panels under the chassis and two dynamic spoilers that help deliver an unmatched level of aerodynamic and driving efficiency. In addition, it has six modes to regulate the aerodynamics: Auto, High Downforce, Streamline, Braking, Test, V-Max Boost. Streamline mode mimics the aerodynamic phenomenon of a long tail or "Longtail" as we have seen in various McLarens and also in many sports cars and competition prototypes. V-Max Boost Mode raises power to 690 Hp (700 PS), assisting the engine as air induction. Motor 3.9-liter V12, fully aspirated and created exclusively for this car by Cosworth. Reaches 663 PS (653 Hp) at 11,500 rpm and 344 lb.-ft. at 9,000 rpm (with 71% available from 2,500 rpm) The tachometer reaches 12,100 rpm, the highest spinning street-aspirated engine. Additionally, it can statistically lift 28,400 revolutions per second, making it the fastest responding aspirated engine. It advertises 163 Hp per liter. As if that weren't enough, it's the lightest V12 ever built in a production car, weighing just 178 kilos. The engine features a "GT mode" that activates a gentler combustion map for everyday use, urban or highway. Transmission Six-speed manual gearbox provided by Xtrac, made of aluminum. The unit weighs just 80.5 kilos. It has five short gears and a long sixth only designed for road use. Structural and dynamic developments It has a weight / power ratio of 150.77 kilos per 100 PS (98 Hp) It also uses a double wishbone suspension, made of forged aluminum. Steering is simple, rack and pinion, with hydraulic assistance only for low speed maneuvers. The engine and transmission are a structural part of the car, for greater strength and less weight. Brembo signs the carbon-ceramic composite calipers and discs. Interior and comfort Seat three adults comfortably. It has a trunk, believe it or not and with up to 288 liters of capacity. Its clearance of between 120 and 140 mm allows it to be used daily without hitting stops. It has a 10-speaker, 700-watt audio system, plus support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Although it is a minimalist and sporty car, all the materials used are of the highest quality. In the words of its proud creator: “Only 100 customers will share my vision, a car created in order to improve the McLaren F1 formula in every conceivable way. With 30 years of technological advancements, now is the time to design the best analog car to drive. I believe that no other company will succeed in developing what we will launch in 2022. Producing this British sports car will be my proudest moment in life. " The T.50 will cost about 2.36 million pounds and is made in England, as are the vast majority of all its parts. If I were Murray, I would also be very proud.

Frepap spokesperson, María Teresa Céspedes, indicated that her group is open to dialogue and that they hope that the new prime minister will have the same will. The spokeswoman for the Po[CENSORED]r Agricultural Front of Peru (Frepap), María Teresa Céspedes, urged the new president of the Council of Ministers, Walter Martos, to prioritize the situation that the country's regions are experiencing due to the advance of the coronavirus (COVID- 19). “We want [Martos] to be aware of what is happening in the regions and to give them priority, we must all put order in an articulated way to defeat this pandemic. We hope you know how to articulate, no one is against anyone, ”he told the Andina Agency. The spokeswoman for the parliamentary group remarked that Frepap is a group that is open to dialogue and has a particular concern about what is happening in the regions, for which she indicated that she hopes that the head of the PCM has this same provision. "With decentralization, the regional governors are responsible, but in the face of the pandemic it was necessary for the Ministry of Health to intervene to solve the existing problems," he added. Next Tuesday, August 11, Martos will appear before the Plenary of Congress in order to present the general government policy and request a vote of confidence. It should be noted that Frepap was one of the benches that voted against granting the investiture to the Cabinet led by Pedro Cateriano last week. The result of the vote was as follows: 37 congressmen voted in favor, 54 against and there were 34 abstentions.

Following its WWDC 2019 launch, macOS Catalina is officially here and available for everyone to download on their MacBook and Macs. With it, we’re saying goodbye to some older and beloved features like iTunes. But, we’re also welcoming new-to-Mac apps like Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, Apple TV and Apple Books. MacOS Catalina brings a fresh slew of features, skills and necessary updates that considerably improve your macOS experience. Among the most exciting noteworthy features here are Sidecar, which gives Mac users the ability to use newer generation iPads as a secondary screen, and "Project Catalyst,” which allows iOS 13 and iPadOS developers to easily port their work over to the macOS 10.15. Let’s run through all of the features that macOS 10.15 Catalina brings to the table. If you're looking to make the most of Catalina or wondering if it's time for you to upgrade, you’ve come to the right place. If, at the end of this, you decide that you want to skip macOS Catalina altogether, perhaps because of some issues still lingering, you should check out macOS 11 Big Sur. It comes with a whole new set of fun and exciting features that make your whole Apple ecosystem a much more seamless experience. Cut to the chase What is it? macOS 10.15 Catalina, successor to macOS 10.14 Mojave When is it out? Out now How much will it cost? Nothing. Apple software updates are always free} macOS Catalina release date Apple held its iPhone 11 event on September 10, but the show came and went without so much of a mention of macOS 10.15. Still, Apple's macOS 10.15 Catalina page was updated with an "October 2019" release window. Apple didn't share any more specifics about the release, so when it launched it caught us all by surprise. Fortunately, this does mean you can now download macOS Catalina, so long as you have a compatible Mac. You might want to wait until the next update comes out, just to ensure that any serious bugs are squashed. You see, updating your operating system is definitely a large undertaking, and you could possibly break something, losing a lot of valuable data. So, if you don't absolutely need the new software, waiting may be your best bet. We'll update this hub as soon as we know a new update is on its way, but if you want to live on the edge, go ahead and hit that download button. We'll show you how. macOS Catalina compatibility If you want to get your paws on the latest macOS update, you'll have to make sure your Mac can really support it. Fortunately, if you already have macOS Mojave installed, you're probably in the clear. Unless, of course, you circumnavigated Apple's restrictions. 12-inch MacBook (2015 and later) MacBook Air (2012 and later) MacBook Pro (2012 and later) Mac mini (2012 and later) iMac (2012 and later) iMac Pro (2017) Mac Pro (2013 and later) Goodbye, iTunes – hello, Apple Music, Podcasts Books and TV It's official, iTunes is no more. From its ashes, however, rises a unique collection of magnificent apps for macOS: Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Podcasts and Apple Books – and they will be polished versions of those already found on iOS. Apple Music gives macOS Catalina users access to their entire music libraries regardless of whether the tracks have been downloaded or are being streamed. This also holds music that's been ripped from CDs, incorporated into the same libraries. Apple TV, on the other hand, is home for the app's channels and offers more than 100,000 iTunes movies and TV shows that you can browse to buy or rent. And, content will be available in 4K HDR video and Dolby Atmos audio wherever it’s offered. Apple TV+ can also be accessed courtesy of this app now that the service has rolled out. At the same time, Apple Podcasts brings the service's more than 700,000 podcasts, as well as new episode updates, to the Mac in a totally fresh interface. This rendition of the app also offers better search functions that can pull up episodes by hosts, guests or even discussion topics. Finally, Apple Books is the portal to all the audiobooks you would want to purchase, download and listen to. Similar to the other new apps, it also features a familiar interface for anyone who is used to iTunes. Concerned about all your existing music and playlists, as well as iTunes gift cards and credit? Don’t worry. All your music and playlists will be transferred over to the Apple Music app in macOS Catalina. Plus, any iTunes gift cards or unspent iTunes credits are still valid to be used in these new apps. In macOS 10.15 Catalina, the iTunes Store, which is accessible through the Sidebar in the Apple Music app, is still available to buy new music. And of course, you can also subscribe to the Apple Music streaming service using the app – if you do, you can hide the iTunes Store for a cleaner, more minimalist interface. With iTunes making its exit, syncing devices in macOS Catalina is now taken care of courtesy the Finder app. It can back up and sync those devices. According to Apple, it will be easier to drag and drop files for quick transfers as well. Sidecar turns your iPad into another display This is perhaps the most thrilling update that macOS 10.15 Catalina offers: the ability to extend your Mac's display to a nearby iPad, whether wired or wirelessly. A good amount of MacBook users are already own an iPad, so this essentially means that a significant number of mobile workers just received a secondary display for free. Possibly even more notable for designers is that this connected iPad can also be used as a drawing tablet with specific supported apps. Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Illustrator and iWork are the first apps listed that support this capability. The Sidecar feature is supported by those models that can also run the new iPadOS, specifically the iPad Pro (all models), iPad (6th generation or later), iPad Mini (3rd generation or later), and the iPad Air (3rd generation). Apple says that the following Mac apps will support Sidecar's Apple Pencil input and other enhanced features: Adobe: After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro Affinity Designer & Affinity Photo Cinema 4D CorelDRAW DaVinci Resolve Final Cut Pro & Motion Maya Painter Principle Sketch Substance Designer & Painter ZBrush Screen Time comes to macOS One of Apple's most meaningful changes to iOS 12 was Screen Time, an app that tracks your iPhone or iPad usage time and offers insights into the trends. This time around, this feature will not only come to macOS with Catalina, but also offer a new “One more minute” feature, giving you more time to save your work or finish up a game. This information will also be synced across your other Apple devices, so that you have a complete profile of how often you look at your collective screens, as well as get tips on what to do with that information. Additionally, it will also include parental controls on time spent using a Mac, as well as with whom kids are able to interact with on those devices. Project Catalyst Thanks to Apple's new Project Catalyst initiative, macOS 10.15 Catalina will soon be po[CENSORED]ted with a slew of iOS and iPadOS apps. There are a number of them available at launch, but the real potential of this initiative is that it opens up the floodgates for all kinds of apps to come over to the Mac. For developers, it all seems to start with simply checking off a box within the Xcode app in macOS 10.15 Catalina. A series of new features and protocols then become available to the app in the development phase, from which the developer can choose to add to their apps – presumably with additional yet lighter coding. It looks to make the process smoother and even quicker, with even the likes of Twitter using the tool to more effortlessly bring its native app back to macOS from iOS. Other fun improvements Safari browser now has a new startup page that uses Siri Suggestions to surface commonly visited websites, bookmarks, iCloud tabs and more. Mail now lets users block messages from senders, mute message threads from issuing push notifications and send unsubscribe requests from within the app to mailing list providers. Lastly, Reminders gets an overhaul in the visual interface so that it will allow users to more easily create, keep track and organize their reminders.

Hot on the heels of Death Stranding we PC Gamers get access to another hot exclusive to the Playstation 4 world, Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition. Horizon Zero Dawn has been out since February of 2017, so it's not like it's a new game, but it's a very welcome addition to the PC universe. If you're looking for a review of the game itself may I direct you to our review of the original release by Chris Wray because the Horizon Zero Dawn PC release is essentially the same game therefore the original review of the game itself still holds up. But, this is all about the technical side of things. Horizon Zero Dawn for PC is still powered by the Decima engine, just like Death Stranding, but it comes with fewer bells and whistles, most notably is the absence of DLSS 2.0, and unfortunately no FidelityFX as well. But, unlike early reporting, I'm happy to say that ultrawide support is present as well as a FOV slider, these were originally said that they were not going to be included in order to 'preserve the original experience of the game' but I'm very happy to see them included. As you'll see down the way Ultrawide is a bit more stressful than usual in this open-world adventure. The biggest benefit of this game on PC (outside of increased resolution and framerate) is the ability to crank way beyond the original release in draw distance as well as the excellently enhanced ambient occlusion implementation that really makes the world pop. Testing Methodology First, I want to make a request to Sony and Guerrilla, GET RID OF THE 10 MINUTE OPTIMIZATION WINDOW for when you update your driver or change any hardware. Okay, got that out of my system. I want to drop a good tip on this game when you launch it, alt+enter to take it out of full-screen and then alt+enter back in, there is a weird bug that 'should' be addressed where the game is rendered at the set resolution but is downscaled then upscaled back and it just looks odd. Horizon Zero Dawn comes to us with several arrays of presets; Favor Performance, Original, Favor Quality, and Ultimate Quality. But, that being said, there seems to be a change in presets across GPU configurations resulting in the Ambient Occlusion settings being variable, so for our testing, we used the Ultimate Quality settings but changed the Ambient Occlusion setting to 'Original' for consistency. Horizon Zero Dawn also included a very solid and representative (from my experience post-patch) built-in benchmarking utility. We used that for our testing and took the results from the 176-second run. Once we had the results from 3 runs, after discarding an initial burner run for loading purposes, we took the average of average frame rates as well as the 99th percentile results from the run. We report our performance metrics as average frames per second and have moved away from the 1% and .1% reporting and are now using the 99th percentile. For those uncertain of what the 99th percentile is, representing is easily explained as showing only 1 frame out of 100 is slower than this frame rate. Put another way, 99% of the frames will achieve at least this frame rate. *at the time of our review a known issue with the game is that Anisotropic Filtering is not functioning, but in previous games we found this setting to be superfluous in affecting overall Preset Scaling At 4K Testing presets at 4K gives us a couple of quick metrics before diving into the game too deeply. First off, it shows us how the game looks at various presets as well as how performance scales with those settings. Horizon Zero Dawn scales quite well in visuals with the Favoring Performance setting still looking decent enough to not feel like you're missing out on much, but the detail draw distance on the Ultimate Quality is worth the sacrifice if you can muster over the 45 FPS mark, yes 60+ is preferred but the pacing of the game, and especially if you're using a controller, is quite comfortably played. But, clawing back performance is not that difficult, moving to Original quality can gain you nearly 50% performance increase but I would wager you might be better off using the in-game slider and moving to around the 80% resolution mark and applying either the GeForce Sharpening filter or the Radeon Image Sharpening feature to gain back some of that sharpness. This game could have certainly benefited from either DLSS 2.0 or FidelityFX, both of which could be ported into the game with FidelityFX likely being the easier implementation. We've seen both at work in the engine with Death Stranding and it would be wonderful to see it here as well. Intel Core Scaling Performance While this test won’t tell just how many cores and threads the game can and will use, it does show how the game performs as you move up in cores and threads available. These were tested at the 1080p settings that we tested the rest of the results while pairing the CPU with the RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition. While this does not take into account the cache difference you would see with Intel CPUs as you move through their offering stack it does give us a better idea of how the game benefits and behaves from more cores and threads. Scaling in Horizon Zero Dawn isn't that exciting to look at when viewed at 1080p, it shows performance hitting its side at six cores, but maintaining decent at quad-core arrangements. If you're rocking a dual-core with quad threads on this one you're likely to see issues, but without multi-threading, you'll be left out in the cold on a dual-core. The game will launch on a dual-core, at least the menus as the game never loaded into a playable scene. The most interesting note is that on six and eight-core arrangements the inclusion of multi-threading doesn't seem to help and at the high end, actually hurts performance slightly. Conclusion Overall the PC performance of Horizon Zero Dawn would have been pretty shoddy if we had gone off the original build of the game so we're glad they've cleaned things up in time for the launch. This gives us hope that issues like the nonworking Anisotropic Filtering adjustment will be fixed, but this isn't giving the game a pass for that being missed. The other oddity you'll find pretty apparent here is going to be the 30 fps facial animations, that really cause cutscenes to feel odd, especially when, at times, the eyes are moving at full speed. BUT, performance is not quite as good as I hoped for and really shows that something like DLSS 2.0 or FidelidyFX would make an excellent addition here to claw back some performance on some cards at higher resolutions. Ultrawide resolutions are unusually difficult to run at levels they do in other games, there seems to be a bigger hit than usual. Neither GPU vendor has any major issues with the launch of the game, so any problems to be uncovered will likely be with the game itself and could, hopefully, be patched in the future The Navi cards did spectacular here delivering better than anticipated performance numbers when putting up against their direct competitors. Showing greater than a 10% performance advantage in with the recent GPUs. Their Vega lineup and Polaris do okay against the Pascal counterparts. One of the more interesting points is how utilizing Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling really pushes the GeForce GTX 1650 to parity with the RX 5500XT and kisses the GTX 1660 despite it being the more powerful card with more VRAM. Something of note in the results in where cards register a Zero number. What I found was a few cards in the Radeon lineup seem to fall victim to assets not loading. I recorded them as Zero because it's essentially unplayable because all that will load in are characters, the skybox, and land formations. This is an unfortunate effect that only seems to affect the Radeon cards, the GeForce cards handle the game perfectly fine across the board. Something to consider is it is only happening at resolutions above and beyond what those cards are designed for. Before the patch there were stability issues abound, sometimes the game would stutter at a strange interval no matter what was going on, and often would simply not launch properly. I'm glad I waited until after the patch dropped to start recording data and found the game to be in a much more attractive state. I can't defend the odd 30 FPS facial animations but it is a game you'll probably want to cap at around 60 FPS anyway to smooth the fluctuations out. The issue with the Anisotropic Filtering bug should be alleviated by the time the game goes live. But, for now, I'll be back in and exploring the world with Aloy.

n the Milwaukee brand plans were a Harley-Davidson HD350, an initiative to reach a much younger audience than usual than Harley usually has. Recall that the first motorcycle in this new trend of the North American firm was the electric LiveWire, and that the Pan America trail and the streetfighter Bronx are also at a very advanced stage. The new Qianjiang QJ350, with a twin cylinder engine, could be the basis for this new small-cylinder Harley, according to various sources. These sources suggest that the sports naked could reach Europe from the hand of Benelli (this data has not been confirmed yet) and the USA as Harley-Davidson HD350, although with a totally different appearance, more in the style of the North American factory. New rudder strike? However, with the recent CEO change, plans to make motorcycles more accessible could change. Plunged into a deep economic and commercial crisis, it looks like Harley would refocus on manufacturing exclusive high-end bikes, so projects to build affordable bikes like the Harley-Davidson HD350 could be halted. The new president and CEO, Jochen Zeitz, did not make very clear the future plans of the ‘Company’: "We would like to reveal our products much closer to their actual launch, and if we are going to launch specific products it is not something I would like to delve into now," Zeitz told Motorcycle.com. “We will provide more details in the fourth quarter. At this point, there really is nothing new to say about it. ”

Legislators from various benches expressed their views after the appointment of Martos to the PCM to replace Pedro Cateriano. Congressmen from various parties expressed their points of view after the appointment of Walter Martos as the new president of the Council of Ministers to replace Pedro Cateriano, who lasted just 20 days in office after Parliament denied him the vote of confidence. Zenaida Solís (Purple Party) said on Channel N that she hopes Martos Ruiz can build bridges in Congress in the midst of the coronavirus economic and health crisis (COVID-19), in order to convince the plenary to grant him the vote of confidence . "In our country where we have an economic, health, etc. crisis, we cannot continue adding a political crisis, so we hope that Mr. Martos has all the criteria to build bridges, that is what it is, to talk and listen to everyone and make a presentation in Congress that convinces parliamentarians that this last year of the government of President Vizcarra has to be positive, "he said. She also said that she does not find "blame or fraudulent responsibilities" to the Minister of Education, Martín Benavides, beyond the frustrated purchase of tablets, and made it clear that there are benches that "have the aim" for the issue of Sunedu and Because they are linked to universities that have not obtained institutional licensing. Diethell Columbus, spokesman for Fuerza Po[CENSORED]r, said that his caucus will listen to Walter Martos's presentation before the plenary session to bring down the government of President Martín Vizcarra and the vote of confidence will depend on it. "In Fuerza Po[CENSORED]r we gave 12 votes in favor of the Cateriano cabinet and in the cabinet was Mr. Benavides. We would find no reason why, with Mr. Martos now the new premier, we change the position only for Mr. Benavides. We also want to hear proposals from Mr. Martos, "he stressed. For his part, César Combina (Alliance for Progress) hopes that the new cabinet can present "real solutions" to Peru, mainly for the regions, and said that his caucus has not yet met to evaluate the appointment of Martos as prime minister. . "They raised many doubts about the employment and oxygen situation in central and southern Peru. We hope that Mr. Martos can lead a cabinet to execute deeds and not words, "he told Canal N. "It is the same cabinet" In turn, the spokesperson for the bench of Somos Peru, Rennán Espinoza, assured that in practice the Ministerial Cabinet that was sworn in this Thursday "remains the same", despite the fact that four changes were made in its composition. "In practice the cabinet remains the same. There have been four changes, but substantially for the vast majority of portfolios it is not that insidious. During this period of the pandemic, Mr. Martos has been quite involved, today he assumes the responsibility of directing the entire cabinet, ”he said. "For us it is the same cabinet that was on Monday, with the difference of the president of the Council of Ministers. It does not seem negative or positive, we simply recognize that the same cabinet, "he added. Health strategy For her part, the spokesperson for the Frepap caucus, María Teresa Céspedes, hopes that the new Ministerial Cabinet will present short-term actions and a clear health strategy with a multisectoral approach. "The most important thing for the country, at this time, is the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic reactivation, including those who have the least. We hope that the Minister of Economy will make concrete proposals to more than 70% of the informal po[CENSORED]tion, which has lost everything. We must promote dialogue, unity and consensus, ”he said on Twitter. Finally, the spokesperson for the Union for Peru (UPP) caucus, José Vega, stressed at ATV that President Martín Vizcarra should have changed the ministers of Economy and Finance; María Antonieta Alva; and of Education, Martín Benavides; and not only that of Labor, Martín Ruggiero. Likewise, he hopes that the new president of the Council of Ministers, Walter Martos, can address five points that he considers key: health to face COVID-19, economic reactivation, citizen insecurity, corruption and the school year. "I want to trust that General Walter Martos has the spirit to build bridges to achieve an understanding and thus face this serious problem of the pandemic that is causing so many deaths," he said.

New updates detect stalkerware and protect users' passwords and email addresses In the latest generation of its consumers products for PC, Kaspersky has introduced several new features designed to help protect users' personal information online. According to a recent report from Kaspersky, 34 percent of consumers have deal with incidents in which their private information was accessed by someone without their consent which is why the company is rolling out new features to boost privacy protection for its users. Protecting users' privacy online is made it even more difficult by the existence of stalkerware which is special software that uses hidden functions that are difficult to identify and can run on a potential victim's device. While more common on smartphones and other mobile devices, stalkerware also exists on PCs and the number of users that encountered this type of software on PC grew by 35 percent to reach over 37,000 in 2019 while spyware tools accounted for 26.620 of those targeted. Privacy protection on PC In order to strengthen privacy protection on personal computers, Kaspersky has introduced several new features for PC users in its consumer products. The security firm has enhanced the Account Check feature within Kaspersky Security Cloud for Windows and it now auto-checks email addresses when they're entered to log into online accounts. This saves users time as they no longer need to manually input the email addresses they want the service to check. Users also now have the option to add individual email addresses to a list that is checked regularly by Account Check. To help ensure that credentials entered on Windows remain safe, a free edition of Kaspersky Password Manager now comes with Kaspersky Anti-Virus and Kaspersky Internet Security products. Users who purchase Kaspersky Security Cloud and Kaspersky Total Security will be able to install the premium version of Kaspersky Password manager. Kaspersky has also improved detection to eliminate stalkerware on PCs. The feature sends a users a notification to warn them that stalkerware has been detected on their device and they can remove the software, ignore it or add it to their excluded list of trusted applications. There are two editions of Kaspersky Security Cloud available: Personal and Family. While the Personal edition provides protection for individual users, the Family edition adds a Parental Control feature along with remote management tools to provide protection for the whole family.

We have been closely following the news cycle on alleged capacity constraints at AMD for quite a while now and with no clear answer, we thought it was time to do some digging of our own. This story is focused around the recent interest in AMD's mobility processors (specifically Renoir) and is based on multiple sources spread throughout ODMs, AIBs, and industry contacts that deal directly with logistics (based out of Taiwan). All information presented has been carefully vetted, cross-checked and should be independently verifiable by anyone wishing to do so. AMD Renoir shipments to ODMs tripled from Q1 to Q2 with overall mobile shipments at a record level, supply chain is scaling at an unprecedented pace AMD's Renoir is an APU that is the culmination of an effort almost 4 years in the making. Combining the best of every world for laptops and notebooks, Renoir promises to provide one of the fastest computes, amazing graphics, and huge battery life at a cost lower than ever before. We have covered Renoir extensively in the past and our in-house polls have indicated it as one of the most eagerly anticipated chips from AMD. That said, fluctuating regional/retail availability of notebooks has sparked speculation about potential capacity constraints over at AMD and this is something we will investigate today. The first thing we did was reach out to AMD for an official statement and while they had the following comment prepared for us, in typical AMD fashion, they decided not to reveal anything further: This comment from AMD does confirm that the company is scaling up production to meet demand, but it still doesn't address the core of the issue. It also contains a very interesting hint which I will reference later. Lack of availability can usually be attributed to two different causes: a supply bottleneck (capacity constraint) or an excessive, unprecedented surge of demand that creates a temporary "supply chain lag" in the ecosystem. To answer this question, I reached out to some sources that are familiar with these issues and got some interesting facts back. Before I state the gory details, let's go over some publicly known context: AMD has already revealed that they delivered a record number of mobile shipments last quarter. They have also confirmed that Renoir is the fastest revenue ramping notebook processor in their history. With that in mind, based on my conversations across AMD's supply chain, I can exclusively confirm the following: Just to spell it out again, AMD's unit shipments for Renoir, to ODMs, increased by 200% over a single quarter. That is a scaling of already unprecedented volume and it is continuing to rise. We also learned that out of AMD's mobile shipments, Renoir was the best-selling processor of the quarter. It is clear that the company is being bombarded by excess demand and they are scaling up to meet it, so the question then becomes, did they not foresee this demand or do they not have the capacity to meet it? Understanding ODMs, demand forecasts and incremental requests To answer this, I would like to reference one of the stories that recently caught the attention of AMD supporters: a post by XMG on Reddit about a supply constraint of Renoir processors. There is a fundamental confusion when dealing with supply chains that customers usually aren't aware of. To give you an idea, XMG does not buy directly from AMD. XMG also does not normally talk directly to AMD (although they do appear to have an unofficial comment which they are attributing to AMD). XMG buys white boxes from an ODM, which in their case, is a company called TongFang. TongFang is the one that actually puts in an order at AMD which AMD allocates against availability. To understand what's happening, let's take this step by step. Laptop manufacturers like XMG would have an initial forecast of how they expect a certain SKU to perform and based on that, they would put in an order at TongFang. Remember, no one wants to hold excess inventory, so when in doubt, forecasts are always conservative and typically underestimate demand. TongFang then collects all orders from its customers and applies *another* internal forecast (which would also typically be conservative) and sends in their initial order to AMD for allocation. AMD will typically allocate this order in full. Now here is where things get interesting. Let's suppose actual demand for the ordered chip is vastly higher than anticipated - then TongFang, based on additional orders from its customers would put in something called an "incremental request" to AMD for "incremental allocation". This is something that AMD can fulfill if they have an excess supply of chips lying around - and only if. If they do not have excess supply, then they will have to put in orders for new chips (assuming they have the capacity for it) and something called a supply chain lag will come into effect as AMD deals with ODMs having incorrectly forecasted their own sales. It is at this point that you begin to realize how dependent the supply chain is - not on AMD's capacity to produce chips - but on ODM's ability to correctly forecast demand. This is also what is happening with TongFang and XMG. With TongFang having potentially incorrectly anticipated aggregated demand of their orders (remember they likely do not send over the total orders they receive, they apply internal forecasts on that too to make sure they aren't left holding excess inventory), we now have to wait as AMD fabs new chips from them since they did not have excess inventory lying around. They can do this because of course, they have additional capacity available. The confirmation for this can also be seen in AMD's statement with the wording "incremental demand requests". This is essentially not a capacity limit or bottleneck, but a supply chain lag caused by customer demand differing from original forecasts, which should be filled up nicely in a month or two as AMD clears the backlog of incremental requests. So to answer the question, no, AMD is not capacity constrained. They are experiencing a supply chain lag due to conservative forecasts by the ecosystemas well as unprecedented demand for a product that has brought strong competition back to the market, and should be able to rise up to meet demand in a month or two. This is one of the reasons why I believe AMD has also guided up on revenue (since they expect to be able to meet any further demand). On the contrary, AMD's ability to scale to demand is actually impressive considering the 200% increase in unit shipments over a quarter and more on the way.

With the introduction of the latest member of the family, the GT R Black Series, the range of the Mercedes-AMG sports car increased significantly in variants (GT, GT S, GT C, GT R, GT R Pro and GT R Black Series, without have the convertibles), which seem to be many, so the Affalterbach firm decides to restructure and simplify the offer. The first thing the brand did was to merge the two access proposals into a single model, eliminating the GT S from the family. Thus, the base GT version increases the power of the V8 4.0 biturbo from 476 to 530 horsepower, making it unnecessary keep the GT S and GT S Roadster with their 522 Hp. The new model will keep its offer of bodywork closed and open and will add standard equipment that was previously available in the GT S, such as the adaptive AMG Ride Control chassis, an electronic rear differential, sports brakes and the RACE driving mode. The Night Edition package, previously banned for the GT, will also be offered on the new entry model. It includes a series of dark decorations on the exterior and interior, as well as a special upholstery and plenty of exposed carbon fiber. The new Mercedes-AMG GT will have prices in Europe of around 119 thousand and 130 thousand euros, for the coupe and roadster versions. The model range will be completed with the GT C coupe and roadster, the GT R coupe and roadster, and the radical GT R Black Series.
