Probation time looks a lot to me. But we can do like this. Every manager who will accept admin, will ask the player about the commands/rules/different situations that may happen in server and what will they do! Like a quick test!! 10-15 Questions. So even tho if they will open the rules to answer the question at least they will be forced to read them and in this way it becomes beneficial to them and we take beneficial admins !! The Manager who will do the questioning will be rewarded and the new Admin will be rewarded too! Accepted! Topic Closed!

Whenever there is a Zombie mod that is blocked by humans with land mines, there are a ton of landmines planted by each human therefore making it impossible for an Admin to tell if you are shooting your own lm and even if your recoil is spreading to other lms(you migh have shot someone elses mine and didnt even realise it) If an Admin sees you shooting into a bunch of landmines of course they will Slay you. To avoid future confilcts like this,if you wish to shoot your own mines to kill the Mod faster i suggest to plant them aside from the others.(if thats the case) Warning for @KAIRI for not responding to his own Report in 2 days,next time this happens the Report will be Accepted automatically. Which is a good thing over all not just for his personal gains but for the server aswell. By personal gains i mean a (Tag of admin). Which holds a value to all especially smooth running of the server. But as it seems that mostly people are complaining in the forum and separately for the new admins, and somehow we have to defend our Admin community by saying he is new to the team. Over all it tarnishes the value of becoming an admin in the server. So i want to leave a suggestion. A Probation period of an admin in that time he will be considered admin but be asked to go thoroughly through the rules. etc. A random question being asked while playing, Looking at his attitude, or any sortta activity that makes us all look guilty should prohibit him as being an admin.
