 Describe yourself(at least 50 words): I am a kind of person who does not like to give up in between, determined, energetic , extremely positive and devoted to my work. I love to help people and provide them with the best piece of advice I have and could give. I like to do my work being extremely patient, calm and efficiently. Hobbies are : Playing games, studying, sometimes reading book, and yeaaa Working in Photoshop.
 Note some of your qualities: I find it hard to loose my temper and the work I put my hands on never gets undone or incomplete.
 Tell us some of your defects: I can focus only at one thing at a time to make sure it done nicely.

 Had you before any kind of responsibilities(describe it): Yes, I am the Leader of Guardians of Gaming project, Admin at a server since 6-7 months & an Ex GFX designer.
 On which category/categories have you been active lately?(describe your activity): Whole GOG as : Arena Battle, funny room, league of legends (video), and rest time DOTA 2; And sometimes in GFX sections as : request avatar, server request, etc.... I can summarize it in 2 words : Guardians of gaming and sometimes in GFX area too. 
 Which category/project you want to care off?: Guardians Of Gaming and maybe GFX or DH in future.
 How well you speak English?(and other languages): English (9/10), Hindi (8/10), Gujarati (10/10).
 Do you use TS3? Do you have an active microphone?: Yes, but mic is rarely on.
 For how long can you be active after you get accepted?(days, weeks, months, years): as long as possible.

So as you probably be knowing that our GOG section recently made a comeback and now I trying to just take it on top, in terms of amount of activity, competitions, members recruitment, and checking that all the rules of the respective sections are followed. Because I believe that at present what we have is substantial and I am trying to help our new members in every possible way so they dont make any mistake and can make perfect activity. But as keeping everything perfect is not just enough so I am always attending our project's meeting and trying to join a some really good ideas which can be implemented, infact I recently suggested one major rule which was out of sight till today, talked with one of the leader of my team and implemented it and refined that section's activity ( named - Rest Time ). And more ideas will surely pop in my head and I will not hesitate to share it with our coordinator.

As mentioned in my request, I most often play games like CS 1.6 but on a very rare occasion if I need a change I go for some racing ones.

By being accepted as a moderator you not only have those responsibilities you will also have other responsibilities in addition to that project

As you said as a moderator I need to work more in addition to project dedication, I completely agree with your statement and I am ready to expand my work area much more in any directions and will never give you guys a single chance to complain by doing best possible activity. All that with respecting the rules. Just give me directions and I will outperform my responsibilities.

From me U deserve a chance to be part of the STAFF but I want to tell you that while the GoG project was being rebuilt you could do activity in other projects as normally it is recommended to be in 2 projects and by the way I like the reply's you gave them.
