Nexy Posted October 2, 2019 Posted October 2, 2019 You can see clearly that its said that you should re-install your photoshop. Try re-installing it if the issue remains than try delete your photoshop completely and download a different version of the program.

Step this follows for fix this problem uninstall everything cc including preferences Open the Creative Cloud desktop app by clicking the Creative Cloud icon in your taskbar (Windows) or the Apple menu bar (Mac OS). If you aren’t automatically signed in, sign in using your Adobe ID and password. Click the Apps tab to display a list of installed apps. In the Installed Apps section, find the app that you want to uninstall. Then, click the arrow next to Open or Update. In the list that appears, click Manage. Click Uninstall. Follow the onscreen instructions. then uninstall the cc desktop app, The Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app is critical for Creative Cloud functionalities such as installing Creative Cloud apps, sync, font sync, libraries, and more.
