To remove the N, 0 and H auto-connect go to Options - Keyboard - Use Defaults. Then you just exec your cfg again, don't join dirty servers they have things like this. You can fix the auto-connect problem running Counter-Strike by administrator, if it dooesn't works try with this tutorial:

I think this wil not work because this just change the Height and Width from the game. Try to reinstall your Counter-Strike if it don't works try reinstalling the Steam Platform if none of the proposals helped you (try all the things that KING OF DARK gives you), try this Counter-Strike version CS 1.6 CSBD v1.1.
