-
Vote v2! I like the color effect above the text. ps: when readjusting an image press shift+alt and then move the image, this avoids it gets distorted and keep the original aspect ratio
-
Vote v1, pretty good blur applied and the text blends well with the image.

Check your "cstrike" folder for an AUTOEXEC.cfg file and just delete it. This .cfg file tries to connect you directly to a server when you launch de game, and if you don't have an active internet connection it will fail to launch.

@REVAN Always looked up to you! You were basically the one who introduced me to the design world and one of the main reasons I've known how to do the stuff we make.

Vote v1 because of the darken aspect. v2 would have been perfect with a proper text in it, I just love the way the glitch effect looks, but the text kind of takes away my satisfaction as it doesnt really blend well.

When it was reported last month that an unknown hacking group attempted to steal $1 Billion from Bangladesh's Federal Reserve bank account with the help of a malware and, in fact, successfully stole over $80 Million, the investigators would not say how the hackers managed to bypass the security solutions on its network. But in reality, there was no security solution installed to help protect against increasingly sophisticated attacks. This lack of security practices made it incredibly easier for the hackers to break into the system and steal $81 Million, though a simple typo (spell error) by hackers halted the further transfers of the $850 Million funds. The network computers that were linked through the second-hand routers were connected to the SWIFT global payment network, allowing hackers to gain access to the credentials required to make high-value transfers straight into their own accounts. "It could be difficult to hack if there was a firewall," forensic investigator Mohammad Shah Alam told Reuters. Firewall are meant to help keep out malicious hackers and malware from doing nasty things. Moreover, the use of cheap routers made it difficult for investigators to pinpoint the hackers behind the largest bank heist and figure out the hackers tactics, Alam added. The investigator blamed both the bank as well as SWIFT, saying "It was their responsibility to point it out, but we have not found any evidence that they advised before the heist." Hackers broke into the bank's systems and tried to steal $1 Billion from its account at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in early February and then transferred large sums to fraudulent accounts based in the Philippines and Sri Lanka. Bangladesh police have identified 20 foreigners involved in the heist but the police said the people appear to be those who received some of the payments rather than the hackers who initially stole the money. Though the investigators are still scratching their heads to identify the hackers with no clue, the incident is a good reminder for financial institutions across the global to tighten up the security of their systems.

Two International hackers, Aleksandr Andreevich Panin and Hamza Bendelladj, have been sentenced to a combined 24 years and 6 months in prison for their roles in developing and distributing SpyEye banking trojan, a powerful botnet similar to the infamous ZeuS malware. Both hackers were charged with stealing hundreds of millions of dollars from banking institutions worldwide. Masterminds behind the development and distribution of the infamous "SpyEye" botnet have finally been sentenced to a combined total of 24 years and 6 months in prison. Aleksandr Andreevich Panin and Hamza Bendelladj have been sentenced for their roles in developing and distributing SpyEye malware that is said to have caused hundreds of millions of dollars in losses to the financial sector, the U.S. Justice Department said on Wednesday. SpyEye, a successor to the notorious Zeus banking malware, has affected financial institutions since 2009. Once infected, the malware connects to the command-and-control servers controlled by attackers and steals the victim's personal and financial information, like online banking credentials and credit card information using keyloggers and Web injection. Panin, a 27-year-old Russian programmer also known by the aliases 'Gribodemon' and 'Harderman,' was sentenced by the court to nine years, six months in prison for developing SpyEye as a successor to Zeus. In 2010, Panin allegedly received the source code and rights to sell Zeus from Evginy Bogachev, aka Slavik, and incorporated many components of it into SpyEye. Bogachev, who is currently the FBI's most wanted hacker, remains at large. Panin's associate Bendelladj, a 27-year-old Algerian national also known by the hacker alias as 'Bx1' and 'Happy Hacker,' who hacked 217 banks, donated more than $280 Million to Palestinian charities. He got a sentence of 15-year in prison for marketing and advertising the SpyEye malware on various online forums. Bendelladj sold versions of SpyEye to almost 150 clients for prices ranging from $1,000 to $8,500 and one of his customers, 'Soldier,' had reported having made over $3.2 Million in just six months using the virus. The Department of Justice (DoJ) has described SpyEye as a "preeminent malware banking Trojan," which was used to infect over 50 million computers worldwide from 2010 to 2012, causing nearly $1 Billion in financial losses to individuals and financial institutions globally. Bendelladj was arrested in Thailand in January 2013 and extradited to the United States at the same year while Panin was detained in July 2013 while he was flying through Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

(CNN)Ecuador was coping Sunday with the aftermath of a devastating earthquake on its central coast as the number of dead rose to 233, an emergency management official said. More than 1,500 were injured, said Ricardo Peñaherrera of Quito's emergency management office. "It was the worst experience of my life," survivor Jose Meregildo told CNN on Sunday about the tremors that violently shook his house in Guayaquil, 300 miles away from the quake's epicenter. "Everybody in my neighborhood was screaming saying it was going to be the end of the world; it was very terrible here." The magnitude-7.8 earthquake hit Saturday night as it buckled homes and knocked out power in the city, Ecuador's most populous, authorities said. Emergency officials recovered one body from the scene of a bridge collapse there. Vice President Jorge Glas had said earlier the death toll is expected to rise. A state of emergency is in effect for six provinces -- Guayas, Manabi, Santo Domingo, Los Rios, Esmeraldas and Galapagos. Authorities urged those who left their homes in coastal areas to return after a tsunami alert was lifted. Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa was expected to arrive Sunday in the city of Esmeraldas after returning from a Vatican conference in Rome, the vice president said in a televised address. The deadly earthquake moved the Vatican to speak out on the devastation. During his Sunday prayer, Pope Francis asked for those present to pray for the people affected by the earthquakes in Ecuador and Japan. "Last night a violent earthquake hit Ecuador, causing numerous victims and great damages," Francis said. "Let's pray for those po[CENSORED]tions, and for those of Japan, where as well there has been some earthquakes in the last days. The help of God and of the brothers give them strength and support." Nightlife venues closed Ecuador's Interior Ministry ordered all nightlife venues in affected areas closed for the next 72 hours. Also, the nation's soccer federation said it has suspended the remaining matches of the current round of the Ecuadorian championship. All mobile operators are allowing free text messages for customers to reach out to loved ones in Manabi and Esmeraldas provinces, Glas said. In a race to help residents, Ecuador deployed 10,000 soldiers and 3,500 police officers to the affected areas, he said. Two portable hospitals have been mobilized to the cities of Pedernales and Portoviejo, authorities said. The tremor was centered 27 kilometers (16.8 miles) southeast of the coastal town of Muisne, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. It's the deadliest earthquake to hit the nation since March 1987 when a 7.2-magnitude temblor killed 1,000 people, according to the USGS. The earthquake left shoppers shaken in Guayaquil. Video footage from a store showed kitchen utensils swinging back and forth as some items tumbled off shelves. Some areas in the city lost power. There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries in the capital of Quito, 173 kilometers (108 miles) from the quake epicenter. The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said the tsunami threat following the earthquake has "mostly passed." An earlier warning for other nations with coastlines on the Pacific was canceled. Japan quakes The deadly earthquake in Ecuador follows two deadly temblors in Japan last week. Forty-one people were killed when a magnitude-6.2 earthquake jolted the Kyushu region Thursday, followed by a magnitude-7.0 in the same area Saturday, authorities said.

Former Reuters journalist Matthew Keys, who was convicted last year of helping the Anonymous group of hackers, has been sentenced to 24 months in prison for computer hacking charges. Keys was found guilty last year in October of giving Anonymous login credentials that allowed the group to deface the Los Angeles Times, a Tribune Media-owned newspaper, back in 2013. After leaving the job at Tribune Company-owned Sacramento KTXL Fox 40 in 2010, Keys posted login credentials for the company's content management system (CMS) on a chatroom where hacking collective Anonymous planned out their operations. The hacking collective then logged into the CMS and defaced an LA Times article that remained defaced for about 40 minutes before a journalist noticed and changed it back – though Keys still denies all allegations. Keys faced a possible sentence of up to 25 years for three counts of hacking charges under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. Although the US Attorney General's office recommended a 5-year sentence, Keys has been condemned to two years in jail that will be followed by 2 years of supervised release. Keys is set to surrender on June 15, 2016. After sentencing, Keys went on Twitter and wrote: "When we do appeal, we're not only going to work to reverse the conviction, but try to change this absurd computer law, as best we can." In a blog post published on Medium, Keys also said that he was innocent and that the charges against him are "baseless, absurd and entirely wrong." He also said he is committed to journalism no matter what happens. The Keys' case has drawn wide scale attention of media as he served as a deputy social media editor at Reuters. After he had been charged with the hacking crime in March 2013, Keys was released by Reuters from his position.
