Hello this is not ftp problem, this is your problem because you don't know how to use ftp. Your data in ftp are wrong! you must choose ftp not SFTP, and check all your data if are right! I don't understand why you don't ask or consult with you Founder / partners before you open this topic. Ask those who give you Manager to teach you how to use ftp.
