Ordinance of lands, cities and ancient civilizations? We review a little history to understand how we create cities in video games. Has it ever happened to you that you are playing a strategy title, or a city builder, and you simply stop to plan or admire your work? If you are not new to the genre, you will already know that you have to take into account an infinite number of variables, ranging from the organization of residential districts to the configuration of industrial zones, passing, of course, the layout of roads and roads, and different accessory elements that depend a little on each game (they can be basic resources, security, cosmetics, etc). It may sound a little weird, but just seeing how everything is structured and interconnected in a virtual city, one that has been chiseled from our own optimization and spatial understanding, is one of the most authentic sensations the genre can convey. of the strategy. Deep down, it has a lot to do with the expression capacity of each player; The fact that no two cities are identical reveals a lot about ourselves, our personality and how we understand the world around us. The Land Ordinance and our spatial organization However, almost all of our digital construction activities have one element in common: the tendency towards the perfect grid, an easily testable approach that has its origins in the evolution of human cities and, more specifically, in the Land Ordinance of 1785. What is this and why should we care? Good question; In reality, the Land Ordinance is a law that was promulgated by the United States Confederation, just a short time after its birth as a sovereign nation, and that would mark the expansion and territorial division of the country towards the Wild West, lands of incredible nature and animistic natives who tried to resist the invasion. Be that as it may, we all know the result: today, the US extends from coast to coast, and although on the side closest to the Atlantic, which corresponds to the original 13 colonies, it is easy to appreciate the European influences at the urban level, As we move towards the Pacific, the effects of the Land Ordinance can be seen very clearly. Broadly speaking, the law proposes a super-grid organization of the territory, a division that prevails both at the state level (look at the limits of the states, delimited by square and square) and in the individual plots themselves. If you want to freak out, grab Google Maps, turn on layered or satellite view, and compare any big city in Illinois or California to old town on the East Coast or New England. The difference is huge; It's almost like a trip back in time, an intercultural leap from European to American architecture, in which you go from narrow, winding, "distinctive" streets to an organization totally outlined in almost perfect squares... laid out in a somewhat neurotic and like mass production, to be honest. Almost all of our digital construction activities have one element in common: the trend towards the perfect grid. This also happens in video games, obviously. In some it is more evident than in others, and in many of them it is simply an acquired habit, a self-imposed habit that leads us to structure our cities obsessively, counting the size of the buildings point by point and working in connected rectangles and squares. by roads that surround them. We have a clear case of this in the recent IXION, which does not get rid of the Ordinance of 1785 no matter how much its leaders are French; in it, we put ourselves in command of a space station to try to find out what the hell has happened to humanity and what the future holds for our species. More pertinent is to verify that its internal division, in the districts that make up the Tiqqun station, is completely divided into perfect little squares, and that the buildings, regardless of the curvilinearity of their contours, occupy a specific number of squares on the map. I remember my first few hours in the game and I can't help but think about all the time I spent trying to quantify the space to organize everything in the best possible way: the optimal route of resource collection, which areas were best to stack houses and where you had to position the containers for greater production efficiency…. You know, that kind of thing. When I moved to the second district, I prepared myself thoroughly and tried to put into practice everything I had learned, all those little errors in positioning and construction that had caused me quite a few headaches. Before I knew it, it turns out that I was already organizing all the land in the sector in very marked grids and rectangles, measured to the last consequences so that they perfectly fit the number of buildings that I intended to place there. In the end, this is just an unconscious and purely personal reinterpretation of the Land Ordinance of 1785, which sometimes works on us in inscrutable ways, without our realizing it. It is indisputable that the very configuration of the space proposed by Bulwark Studios with IXION ends up giving rise to conclusions similar to mine, but the most interesting thing of all is that it is not the only case, and that it is not always something forced, imposed by the molds playable. Let me explain: have you played Cities Skylines, Airborne Kingdom, or any installment of the irreverent and charismatic Tropico franchise? The first and the last give you more construction options, without a doubt, it's not for nothing that we talk about some of the best city builders on the market. And yet, if you take a look at the vast majority of user cities, you will find that tendency to the perfect grid that I was talking about before, like an invisible law that operates in our brain whether we want it or not. No. In Airborne Kingdom, the result is even more obvious because, as in IXION, the game cannot be separated from its grid-like spatial organization, which leads you, slowly but inexorably, to design quadrilateral neighborhoods, both to respect the area of influence of the effects of the buildings to be able to mentally "grasp" the space that the title offers you. You have examples like these, so I'm going to stay with a selection of great games: the sensational Dyson Sphere Program, Anno 1800, Banished, Rimworld…. Crazy. From the ancient city to the modern city: the player experience However, cities were not always like this. A long, long time ago, in civilizations somewhat, somewhat distant, when a few millennia had already passed since the domestication of agriculture and from the passage of our lives as hunter-gatherers to sedentary lifestyle (what a scam, to all this), many Urban planning exercises focused on an important social nexus and spread around it, forming a kind of sphere, or three-dimensional waves . I find it very interesting that the evolution of a player can be analogous to the historical evolution The key was always in the cosmogony of civilizations, in the way in which each society understood the world around it. For example, in Mesopotamia, the cities changed from an irregular layout to a grid pattern over time (probably the great influence of the Land Ordinance and, therefore, how we make cities in video games), while in Ancient Egypt the space was structured with the temples and palaces in the center, so that the city orbited as a kind of network around it. Here it is quite difficult not to think of the outstanding Frostpunk, in whose snowy wastelands all the buildings are located around a huge heat generator that, of course, always remains in the center. It makes sense, doesn't it? In a frozen post-apocalyptic world in which fire is the greatest treasure, the protagonist of the last cities of humanity is not religious, social or governmental, but something much more practical, much more tangible: it is simply not freezing to death. Actually, apart from the wonderful ideas of 11 bit studios (which are already preparing Frostpunk 2 and the very interesting The Alters), I find it very interesting that the evolution of a player in the city builder genre can be analogous to the evolution of the cities in the historical plane; Many of us go from the initial chaos, when we are not very clear about what to do, where to put what and why, to a state of "greater strategic awareness" that urges you to plan almost everything several hours in advance. If I look back and think about my Imperivm Civitas games, I have no choice but to raise my hands to my head... Where are my grids, Brutus, I'm getting OCD. Now it's your turn: are you part of the grid cult, or do you prefer to design your cities with a little more improvisation? Is there any title that has broken your schemes with its urban proposal or its construction system? We read you in the comments; Before closing, yes, I did not want to miss the opportunity to tell you that if you want to know what are the scientific and social consequences of the Land Ordinance of 1785 in the US, I recommend that you take a look at the great Twitter thread of Antonio Giraldo, who sums up all these questions wonderfully, and who has served as an inspiration to continue investigating in this article. https://www.3djuegos.com/juegos/frostpunk/noticias/razon-que-todas-tus-ciudades-videojuegos-cuadradas-se-remonta-a-tiempos-salvaje-oeste

It will cost less than 35 euros to change Xiaomi, in addition to boasting a truly amazing catalog of mobile phones and headphones, also has a division of smart home products. And its family of security cameras is expanding with a new member of the most complete. The Xiaomi Smart Camera 3. We are talking about a new surveillance camera from the Asian firm that wants to maintain the success of its predecessors. To do this, it boasts night vision, 3K resolution and a price that is impossible to beat: about 34 euros to change. Xiaomi Smart Camera 3, the perfect surveillance camera for your home As we have told you, the Beijing-based manufacturer has positioned itself as one of the great references when it comes to creating a connected home at a good price. To do this, it boasts all kinds of equipment that offer very good performance for less than you imagine. I personally have several smart bulbs from the brand and its smart fountain for cats, as it helps my pet drink more, avoiding kidney problems that he has previously suffered. So we can give a good account of how well your IoT system works. And the new Xiaomi Smart Camera 3 will be a success when it arrives in Spain. To do this, it has a high-sensitivity 5-megapixel sensor to capture images in the best quality when light conditions are not the most appropriate. To this we must add infrared lights that provide this Xiaomi Smart Camera 3 security camera with night vision so that we can control every corner of our home even if the lights are off. It also has a microphone and speaker so you can communicate through this security camera, so you won't be short of options. We can even rotate the camera 360 degrees to control every last parameter of our home. And in the event that it detects the presence of people, it will send us a push message to the mobile with a small fragment of the video. As usual, the Xiaomi Smart Camera 3 connects to our home WiFi so that we can control every last parameter using our mobile phone, since it is obviously compatible with the Xiaomi ecosystem. Regarding the price and release date, at the moment it arrives in China at a cost of 249 yuan, about 34 euros to change. We will have to wait for the global launch, because we can assume that this Xiaomi Smart Camera 3 will not exceed 59 euros in Spain. https://cincodias.elpais.com/cincodias/2023/05/10/gadgets/1683728853_077999.html

Security is a key element for most users, both working with their PC locally and connected to the Internet. Attacks from multiple sources can reach us at the least expected moment, although antiviruses are there to protect us. The Microsoft operating system offers us its own integrated and pre-installed security solution. We are referring to the Windows Defender antivirus that is increasingly convincing a greater number of users to protect their computers and data. Little by little, this is a security solution that has grown exponentially to become one of the most important in the world. Among its many features, it provides us with a real-time protection system. All this helps us to protect the PC against viruses, ransomware, spyware, and all kinds of malware. From the Settings application that we use for multiple tasks related to Windows customization, we can also use this powerful antivirus. From here we manage and control its different functions and modes of behavior in addition to the updates and analyzes that we carry out. However, on certain occasions, especially if we are advanced Windows users, we may need to perform basic tasks with Windows Defender based on commands. For example, this will be very useful if you want to create your own script to automate some of the security software's tasks. This is precisely what we will talk about now. We are going to show you a series of magical commands to protect our PC. To do this, all we have to do is open a command prompt or CMD window and use the commands that we will show you below. The best commands for Windows antivirus At first, it is enough that we type CMD in the search box on the Windows taskbar and run the command prompt window with administrator permissions. Update your antivirus: Keeping Windows Defender up to date is extremely important for the best protection. An outdated antivirus in most cases is of no use, or at least significantly reduces its protection capacity. Therefore, the command that we are going to use here is the following: cd C:/ProgramData/Microsoft/Windows Defender/Platform/4.18* MpCmdRun -SignatureUpdate Quick scan in Microsoft Defender: one of the most common processes that we usually carry out with antivirus is a quick scan. To do this using Microsoft's security solution, we again open a command prompt window and use the following command. It is worth mentioning that instead of the value 1, we can use zero to perform the default type of analysis configured at that moment in the antivirus. cd C:/ProgramData/Microsoft/Windows Defender/Platform/4.18* MpCmdRun -Scan -ScanType 1 Analyzes the boot sector of the PC: on many occasions, malicious codes are installed directly in the boot sector of the computer. Therefore, it is essential that we also know how to analyze this component through the command line with the Windows antivirus. To do this we use the following command: cd C:/ProgramData/Microsoft/Windows Defender/Platform/4.18* MpCmdRun -Scan -ScanType -BootSectorScan We must bear in mind that thanks to these commands we will have the opportunity to create our own scripts or batch files and automate the tasks that we have mentioned to protect the PC. https://www.softzone.es/noticias/seguridad/comandos-magicos-mantener-pc-libre-virus/

It is practically impossible to find a desktop, laptop or Mini PC that does not integrate an SSD. These drives are more efficient, faster and more robust than their predecessors, although their capacity is significantly smaller. While professional and industrial hard drives are still very important, they could be gone in about five years. The HDD market has been in continuous contraction for over a decade and has no sign of stopping. Mechanical drives have the big problem of performance, which is very low, with read and write speeds of just 100 MB/s. In addition, they present the problems of vibrations, which when there are many units in a system can be a problem. Goodbye hard drives Who has indicated the date of death of hard drives has been Shawn Rosemarin, vice president of research and development of Pure Storage. Surely this company does not sound like anything to you, but it is specialized in professional storage He has highlighted that the problem with this type of units is in the consumption of energy. A mechanical hard drive can consume up to 10 times more power than an SSD. The mechanical parts, such as the actuators and the discs, represent a large energy expenditure for their operation. Rosemarin points out that the reduction in the price of TB in SSDs is a key factor. Due to this reduction, hard drives could be phased out by 2028. Rosemarin is aware that the user does not care excessively about the energy consumption of the HDD, which is normal. But, he wants to make it clear that over 3% of the world's electricity is used in Data Centers and that over 35% of said energy is consumed by storage systems. He also comments that most of these are HDDs. He comments that as the price per TB of SSDs is falling, the cost of replacing HDDs will also fall. He indicates that the presence of hard drives will decline on a larger scale. In addition, he considers that consumption in Data Centers, thanks to the change, will fall by 80-90%. Something that you have been asked is about a possible decrease in the price of electricity. He points out that this does not seem feasible in the short term without advances in nuclear power technology. He also comments that there are countries and regions that have already adopted notable energy restrictions. He has not missed the occasion to say that "I have not mentioned the poor performance of HDDs in terms of I/O transmission speed" The day will come, but putting a date on it is still very exaggerated We are all clear that there will come a day when hard drives stop being manufactured and produced. Establishing that it will be in five or ten years is the same as something exaggerated. Seagate and Western Digital have plans for HDDs up to 50TB that should arrive in 2030. It is quite drastic to say that in just five years these will stop being manufactured. What seems likely is that units of 4 TB or less will stop being manufactured, it would be normal. 500 GB hard drives are no longer (or barely) produced today, they don't make the slightest sense. We see it as more likely that the minimum capacity of these units will increase in the coming years. They still make sense for massive data storage, although it is true that the factors that Rosemarin points to for their discontinuation are evident. https://hardzone.es/noticias/componentes/final-produccion-discos-duros-hdd/

When we buy a piece of computer equipment, depending on our knowledge and our budget, we can end up buying a machine that will last us many years or a piece of equipment that, right out of the box, is useless at all. If we want to know what are the benefits that a PC offers us, this application will help us find out. We are talking about the Wagnardsoft application, an application that will analyze all the components of our equipment and assign a score that will allow us to know the general performance compared to similar or superior equipment. Know the performance of your PC with Wagnardsoft Wagnardsoft is a totally free application that is responsible for analyzing the operation and performance of our equipment when it is subjected to heavy tasks to verify what it is capable of offering. To do so, it analyzes the performance of the processor, the graphics card and the hard drive mainly and offers us a score that allows us to know the performance of a single processor or all the processors in operation. These data are compared with the scores obtained by other users with computers with similar features, both in terms of processor and RAM and graphics card. In this way, if our score is well below equipment with similar features, we must begin to look for what could be the problem that is affecting the performance of our PC. The user interface is very simple. The main screen (and the only one of the application), offers us in the upper left part, the configuration of our equipment such as the processor model (includes number of cores and threads), RAM memory, graphics card, Windows version and the motherboard. base. Just below, we have two ways to know the performance of our PC. On the one hand, there is the Benchmark option, which assigns a performance score using one core or all the cores of the processor. On the other hand, there is the Stress Test option, an option that allows us to submit the equipment during the time that we establish, to an excessive workload to find out how it behaves continuously to find out if any of the components raises the temperature significantly during the process (synonymous with poor refrigeration) or if it stops suddenly, due to a malfunction with one of the components of our equipment. It is a portable application, so it is not necessary to install it and we can always take it with us on a USB to know the performance of any PC. The application comes in an executable file that is unzipped when you run it. Wagnardsoft is a completely free application that we can download directly from the developer's website, which we can access through the following link. If you do not like the application, we can collaborate with it through a donation. https://www.softzone.es/noticias/programas/conocer-prestaciones-pc/

Since the arrival of the 12th generation Intel Core processors, Alder Lake, Intel has adopted a hybrid architecture in its processors. And why is it hybrid? Because it makes use of two different types of cores, those known as P or P-Core cores and E or E-Core cores. Since then, we can find a myriad of core combinations in Intel processors, so in this article we are going to tell you how they work and how they affect you so that you can choose a processor according to your needs. As you probably already know, modern processors have what we know as nuclei or cores inside, which we could say are small processors capable of executing tasks independently. With the introduction of Intel's hybrid architecture, now not all cores are the same or behave in the same way, so it is important to understand how they work and, above all, how they will affect the overall performance of the processor. What are the P and E cores of Intel processors? When you're looking at the technical specifications of modern Intel processors, you'll find yourself in the position that there are now different values, numbers and speeds for the internal cores of the processor. This is because they now have a hybrid architecture that is made up of two types of cores, which we are going to explain briefly below so that you know what the difference is. On the one hand we have the P or P-Cores, which are larger in size but also in power. The P is for Performance or performance, so as you may already have guessed, they are the cores designed to offer the maximum possible performance in exchange for having a higher consumption. Furthermore, these P-Cores are the only ones that have Hyperthreading technology, that is, they are capable of executing 2 tasks per parallel core. On the other hand, we will find the E or E-Cores, with a smaller size and power. The E stands for Efficiency, and indeed they are cores designed to offer lower performance but with much more moderate consumption. Be careful, because these cores do not have Hyperthreading, that is, they are only capable of executing one task per core simultaneously. Thus, you can find, for example, that a processor has 16 cores expressed as 8P + 8E, which means that 8 of these cores are P-Cores and another 8 are E-Cores, 8 for performance and 8 for efficiency. This processor, look at the data, would not have 32 processing threads as usual, but only 24, since as we have explained before, only the P-Cores have Hyperthreading. Also, each type of core can run at a different top speed, so you'll also find that, sticking with the example (it's a 12900K), P cores run up to 5.1 GHz while E cores only go up to 5.1 GHz. at 3.9GHz. What type of kernel is best for each case? Currently and depending on the range, Intel offers its processors with a large number of combinations of these hybrid architecture cores. For example, the Core i9-13900KS has 8 P cores and 16 E cores, so it will be a processor that will offer 16 cores and 16 processing threads for general tasks, but when more power is required, the P cores will come into operation, adding 8 cores and 16 process threads that also work at a higher speed. For its part, we have processors like the Core i5-13400T, which offers 6 P cores and only 4 E cores. In this case, the processor will only have 4 cores and 4 processing threads for general tasks, offering performance that is much lower than example above, but when needed it will activate 6 cores and 12 processing threads from its P-cores, delivering up to 16 parallel tasks in total. What is better? Well, as always, it depends. Having a large number of E-Cores guarantees good performance in conventional tasks and with a very low consumption, but having many P-Cores helps so that when we “give the crap” to the processor, it responds with exceptional performance. Remember: E is Efficiency and P is Performance. Actually, in a conventional computer or even for a gaming PC, the ideal is to look for a logical combination of P and E cores, so that the computer has a moderate consumption when we don't give it a go but responds with good performance when we do. . However, for computers that require higher processor performance, the ideal would be to look for processors with many P cores, which are the ones that will give us higher performance at the expense of generating greater consumption. https://hardzone.es/noticias/procesadores/nucleos-p-e-procesadores-intel/

The requested documentation is essential for the actors in the chain, registered in the Banana Control System, to keep their registry active. The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAG) reported this Thursday, May 4, that it enforces the minimum price of bananas and gives all members of the banana chain a period of no more than ten days to present the documents that enable them to do this activity. "The presentation of the requested documentation is essential for the actors in the chain, registered in the Banana Control System, to keep their registry active," the ministry said in the statement. The State portfolio also reaffirmed that it enforces the payment of the minimum support price for the banana box, which was established at $6.50 and has been in force since January. The request made by the MAG, through a statement, arises after banana producers supported the inclusion of the spot price system -at market price without contracts- in the draft Law Regulating the Production and Marketing of Bananas, which currently passed the second debate in the National Assembly. They also pointed out that the non-recognition of the spot price in that law harms small producers. They cited cases in which it has been sold at a minimum support price, at $4, $3, even $2 a box, but since the only modality of the minimum support price is in force, the producers have had to pay taxes on that price and not on the actual received. In the statement, the ministry cited article 308 of the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code, which refers to the sanctions of deprivation of liberty for those who do not pay the official minimum price of support or indexation established for agricultural or livestock products, among them, bananas, corn, rice, etc. https://www.eluniverso.com/noticias/economia/precio-del-banano-el-ministerio-de-agricultura-da-10-dias-de-plazo-a-toda-la-cadena-para-que-presenten-documentacion-nota/

One of the symptoms of the presence of parasites in animals is itching on the body. These animals are parasites that live inside your pet and are caused by poor hygiene. Finding white worms in dog feces is very common, especially when the pet has been neglected and allowed to consume street food or dirty water. This type of intestinal parasites can be dangerous for the health of the animal and humans, if it comes into direct contact with the infected excrement. There are several types of intestinal parasites, of which roundworms and whipworms stand out. The American organization 'American Kennel Club' -AKC-, which is an entity dedicated to providing information and care for different types of dogs, reports that it is common for these types of parasites to be found in rescued animals or that due to carelessness owner, have consumed contaminated food or water on the street. Although Alpine is focused on full electrification by 2026, they are still on their last legs of combustion. In fact, we could say that they are doing it in style and with creations as extreme as the Alpine A110 Pikes Peak. It is a creation made uniquely and exclusively for the mythical Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, one of the most renowned competitions worldwide. The copy with which they will try to complete "the race to the clouds" has a most outstanding preparation. For its first entry in this race, Alpine has teamed up with Signatech to create a truly special A110. The ascent to Pikes Peak, in Colorado (United States), consists of 19.93 kilometers of ascent, in which you go from being at 2,866 meters above sea level to crowning at no less than 4,301 meters. There are 156 curves with an average slope of 7%. Due to these characteristics, the most important thing is to achieve extreme downforce that keeps the car glued to the ground and mechanics prepared to resist the lack of oxygen at that height. The first images of the Alpine A110 Pikes Peak have already been revealed and it is quite clear that the aerodynamic issues have been resolved. It presents a bodywork that is widened to the extreme, with additions such as the front splitter, the wheels, the side skirts, a rear wing in the purest Le Mans style or a huge rear wing divided into two pieces. Even so, some original elements remain that allow it to continue being suitable for the Time Attack 1 category. The light signature also changes for purely aesthetic reasons, although always with nods to the competition. Regarding the mechanics, the truth is that no details have been given, but there is talk of a power close to 500 CV and solutions such as the air intake on the roof to be able to oxygenate the engine and compensate for the decrease in power. The weight of the Alpine A110 Pikes Peak remains at just 950 kg and its goal is to break records. It will be tried by the driver Raphaël Astier, who already has experience with the brand by winning the 2022 FIA R-GT Cup with an A110 Rally. In any case, we will have to wait until June 25, 2023 to see how Alpine's journey ends at Pikes Peak. https://noticias.coches.com/noticias-motor/alpine-a110-pikes-peak/490806?foto=3

HOW TO FOSTER THE POTENTIAL OF CHILDREN WITHOUT PRESSING THEM (5-5-2023). Covap Cup and Spanish Psychologists recommend not labeling minors as 'talent' to prevent abandonment of sport, a fact that affects 40% of young people. The high level of demand in sports practice causes a bad mood, agitation, aggressiveness and anger, a feeling of guilt, blockage and emotional exhaustion. The Covap Cup, an educational and sports initiative organized by the Cooperativa Ganadera del Valle de los Pedroches, and the General Council of Psychology of Spain (COP), a collaborating entity in the tenth edition of this project, recommend not labeling minors as ' talent' to prevent abandonment of sports activity, a fact that especially affects 40% of adolescents and young people in general. This percentage is taken from a joint study by the Pablo de Olavide University (Seville) and the University of Huelva where the behavior of boys and girls towards sport is independently analysed, highlighting that the dropout rate is higher in them (48%) than in them (33%). The resignation from sport is due, to a large extent, to the pressure exerted on the youngest to consider them as 'sports talents' with the intention of bringing out their full potential in this field, which generates "high levels of demand for part of the parents or relatives, and even a high self-demand developed by the child himself with the aim of winning, not failing or disappointing ”, warns the specialist in Sports Psychology of the General Council of Psychology of Spain, Mª Carmen Espartero. Likewise, there are other reasons that affect the decision to abandon sporting activity, such as competitive demands, high performance, the difficulty of combining it with other tasks or hobbies, and premature injuries. This is underlined by the research work Physical Education and Sports. These factors have psychological consequences for children, manifesting themselves through different behaviors such as "bad mood, aggressiveness and anger, agitation, feelings of guilt, blockage, reluctance and, in extreme cases, emotional exhaustion", highlights the expert. . HOW TO FOSTER THE POTENTIAL OF CHILDREN WITHOUT PRESSING THEM Fathers and mothers, as well as coaches and trainers, play an important role in motivating minors to practice some physical activity. However, there is a "phenomenon of professionalism in which high competition sport has been transferred to grassroots sport, with which we focus on results and we identify this with sporting excellence, often ignoring the interests of the minors, which are fun, education and development”, explains Espartero. For this reason, the Covap Cup and the COP propose guidelines to generate good experiences that favor adherence to sport and prevent its rejection or abandonment: Do not forget the values of sport and promote self-confidence based on the ability and ability of the little ones. Value what they are capable of doing, as much or more than the result obtained. Team up and make minors feel protected, understood and respected. Seek healthy communication (verbal and non-verbal) with constructive messages, give them space to speak openly and make it easier for them to set realistic goals. Supervise and control, as far as possible, social networks, since they are the main element of communication and key in the construction of their identity. https://www.cmdsport.com/multideporte/actualidad-multideporte/el-40-de-los-jovenes-abandona-el-deporte-por-los-altos-niveles-de-exigencia/
