Despite the general sales drop that the automotive sector is going through, there are segments that remain very strong. SUVs are saving the accounts of many manufacturers and the proof is that new proposals keep coming. Two of the firms that have made the most efforts are Hyundai and Kia and the proof is in the launches they are carrying out around the world. Next up, the new Kia Sonet. We already told you about the Kia Sonet last February. Before the Coronavirus disrupted the entire world, the South Korean firm put it forward conceptually at the New Delhi Auto Show. The model in charge of advancing its lines was called Compact SUV, but everyone took for granted what its final name would be. Now it's time for your presentation and the teaser and sketch campaign has just started. The Kia Sonet will offer an aggressive and attractive aesthetic The development of the Sonet has been carried out in parallel with another already known model, the Hyundai Venue. Both models are intended for the Indian market and share a platform, technology and different mechanical options. However, the Kia model will be more ambitious on an aesthetic level and to confirm it, you just have to take a look at the images and video teaser that the brand has published. In them, we can see that it will offer a powerful front that will stand out for a new LED daytime running light. Kia's typical Tiger Nose grill evolves by offering a three-dimensional geometric configuration called the "stepwell." The height of the hood will be greater than in other known models, such as the Stonic. The rear is another detail that appears in the video teaser, with a strip that joins the optical groups in its central area. As defined by the brand itself, after Seltos, the Sonet is the second model made by and for India. They are convinced that it will be able to capture the attention of a youthful audience that above all values technology and is socially connected. The only data that they have not published, yet, is the date of their official presentation. Of course, they announce that it will be very soon, so surely we will have it before the end of summer.

It is important to maintain the balance of the microbiome to have beautiful and healthy skin Science advances by leaps and bounds and how could it be otherwise the advances have also reached the aesthetic and beauty sector, where language seems to be in continuous evolution. The last term that has been installed in our vanity case is that of: skin microbiome. But what is it? "If we look closely at the human body, we can see that we are made of 50% human cells and 50% bacterial cells. Our microbiome is a symbiotic part of us," they explain from the Lancôme Paris laboratories. That is to say, a living ecosystem of microorganism that lives on our skin and which is essential for healthy and good-looking skin. When we reach adulthood, our skin microbiome contains up to 1,000 species of bacteria, with a maximum of 2 million bacteria existing on every 2cm square of skin. Good bacteria that are essential for balanced skin. When our microbiome is in balance it fulfills three important functions: it protects our skin and releases antioxidants; Regulates excess inflammation, favors the reappearance of the epidermis and strengthens the skin's barrier to make it more resistant. Our microbiome can be affected by our lifestyle, the environmental conditions that surround us or the passing of the years. UV rays, pollution, diet, medications and hormones are some of the main factors that can weaken the ecosystem, causing premature aging, dryness, wrinkles and blemishes. How to take care of the skin microbiome? Now that we finally know what the skin microbiome is and its importance, we would have to take into account how to care for it to maintain its balance and therefore a healthy and beautiful skin. The major cosmetic brands have begun to take into account the skin's microbiome, reformulating their formulas to contribute to its balance. This is precisely the case of the iconic Lancôme serum, Advanced Génifique, which in its new version has enriched its formula with a unique blend of 7 pre and probiotic fractions, each of which offers different benefits for the skin and its microbiome. Prebiotics provide a vital source of nutrients to support the growth of beneficial bacteria, while probiotics are live microorganisms that provide general health benefits. In the formula of the Lancôme serum they use fractions of both that are obtained through biotechnological and purifying processes with which they are especially suitable and compatible for the skin. In conclusion, it offers essential resources such as sugars, amino acids and lipids, to the skin and its microbiome, feeding the bacteria in our body in order to help the skin defend itself and recover better.

For General Motors to leave Russia was something we all expected. Sooner or later it would get rid of a subsidiary that, although limited, did not stop making losses. In addition, he did very well by returning AvtoVaz his participation in the joint venture, as it would have been ugly for him to take certain licenses and rights. In this way, it was possible that in the middle of 2020 we attended the launch of a novelty in 1998. Yes, these days the marketing of the new Lada Niva SUV begins, a model that has been on sale for almost a quarter of a century. The first unit of this all-rounder Spartan came off the assembly line like Chevrolet. The reason for this was simple: General Motors took over this trade name. Thus, AvtoVaz had to modify the name of its predecessor, which became known worldwide as Lada 4 × 4. The Lada Niva SUV is a best seller in Russia and Eastern Europe If we look at the aesthetics of the new Lada Niva SUV, we can see that it receives few changes, if not any. The most important focus on integrating the logo of the Russian house on the front. This same element also lands in the central area of the steering wheel. In this way, all traces of General Motors and Chevrolet, which until now located his bow tie in both places, are erased. Regarding its technical or dynamic qualities, AvtoVaz defines the Niva as a capable and robust model adapted to urban life. But beyond the versions intended for asphalt use, there are others with better off-road qualities. Thus, you receive a snorkel, off-road tires and a body kit that features more prominent and robust fenders. Behind the scenes, the Niva also presents news although somewhat veteran. At a technological level, it has a 7-inch central touch screen with access to applications. There is also no lack of elements such as parking sensors, rear view cameras or air conditioning with windshields and heated seats. Where it falters is in terms of safety, because the Niva is limited to including ABS and several airbags. All in all, AvutoVaz hopes that its sales level will be maintained and even increased. Its generational replacement is scheduled for the year 2021 or 2022 and will be based on the Dacia Duster. It remains to be seen if it finally arrives, although with the support of the Renault Group, the case could now be given.

The two most in-form Serie A teams have faced each other at San Siro since the competition resumed: Milan by Pioli and Atalanta by Gasperini. The locals were looking for the seventh victory in the last ten games, and those of Bergamo were reunited with the victory after two consecutive draws. Finally, neither one thing nor the other. Calhanoglu with a masterful free kick put Milan ahead and added his third goal in the last four games. But Zapata signed the tie 20 minutes later, scoring his 18th goal so far in the league. Atalanta warned first in a game that started with many offensive alternatives. De Room drove to the front of the area and hit the ball violently, the shot went past the left post of the goal defended by Donnarumma. But Milan gradually began to take the weight of the game. Domain that was rewarded in the 14th minute of play. Calhanoglu superbly executed a direct free kick. The ball was placed on the right side of the area defended by Atalanta, which the Turkish midfielder put in the left corner of Gollini's goal, who perhaps could do more. After the goal, Milan had the second in Laxalt's boots. The winger, who replaced the sanctioned Theo, shot cross from the front, but Gollini, this time, did a great intervention. However, Atalanta began to grow in the game, and in 24 ', Biglia committed an unnecessary penalty on Malinovski, VAR via. But the Ukrainian player himself failed against Donnarumma, who guessed and stopped the maximum penalty. What he could not stop was Zapata's shot in 33 '. The Colombian took advantage of a rejection after a shot by Freuler, to beat the young Italian goalkeeper and put the tie on the scoreboard. Atalanta started much better after the restart. And the first clear had it within a quarter of an hour. Muriel, who entered the field to replace Malinovski, put a ball in the area that Papu impaled with a volley, and the ball passed very close to the left post. Pioli realized that his team lacked freshness, and gave way to Leao, Bonaventura and Krunic. The changes took effect. And in those, Bonaventura had the second in 73 '. A counter commanded by Leao ended up in the boots of the Italian, who crashed the ball into Atalanta's right post. However, the last leg of the match was from Atalanta. Those of Gasperini tried until the end, but the Milanese defense deactivated all the attempts of those of Bergamo to take the game. Draw and distribution of points, which serves to extend the streak of undefeated games for both: 10 adds Milan and 18 Atalanta.

The options of suffering these types of cancer also go up among those who have lost teeth People who have periodontal disease, called gum disease, may have an increased risk of developing some forms of cancer, suggests a letter published in the journal 'Gut' detailing a prospective study. American researchers found that a history of periodontal disease appeared to be associated with an increased risk of esophageal and gastric cancer, and this risk was also higher among people who had previously lost teeth. Previous findings on the relationship of periodontal disease and tooth loss to esophageal and gastric cancer had been inconsistent. Therefore, a team of researchers at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health in the United States conducted a study of patient data over decades of follow-up. They examined the association of a history of periodontal disease and tooth loss with the risk of esophageal and gastric cancer in 98,459 women in the Nurses' Health Study (1992-2014) and 49,685 men in the Health Professionals Follow-up Study (1988-2016). ). Dental measurements, demographics, lifestyle, and diet were assessed using follow-up questionnaires, and self-reported cancer diagnosis was confirmed after reviewing medical records. The results showed that during 22-28 years of follow-up, there were 199 cases of esophageal cancer and 238 cases of gastric cancer. A history of periodontal disease was associated with a 43% and 52% increased risk of esophageal and gastric cancer, respectively. Compared to people without tooth loss, the risks of esophageal and gastric cancer for those who lost two or more teeth were also moderately higher: 42% and 33%, respectively. Furthermore, among individuals with a history of periodontal disease, the absence of tooth loss and the loss of one or more teeth were also associated with a 59% increased risk of esophageal cancer compared to those without a history of periodontal disease. and without tooth loss. Similarly, the same group of individuals had a 50% and 68% increased risk of gastric cancer, respectively. The authors point out possible reasons for an association between oral bacteria (oral microbiota) and esophageal and gastric cancer, with evidence from other studies suggesting that tannerella forsitia and porphyromonas gingivalis, members of the 'red complex' of periodontal pathogens, were associated with the presence or risk of esophageal cancer. Another possible reason is that poor oral hygiene and periodontal disease could promote the formation of endogenous nitrosamines that are known to cause gastric cancer through nitrate-reducing bacteria. This was an observational study, so firm conclusions about cause and effect cannot be drawn, and researchers cannot rule out the possibility that some of the observed risk may be due to other unmeasured factors. However, they conclude that "together, these data support the importance of the oral microbiome in esophageal and gastric cancer. Further prospective studies that directly assess the oral microbiome are warranted to identify the specific oral bacteria responsible for this relationship," they suggest. The additional findings may serve as easily accessible non-invasive biological markers and help identify individuals at high risk for these cancers. "

Juan Soto will not play the opening game of the 2020 Major League Baseball season because he has a coronavirus. Nationals general manager Mike Rizzo revealed the positive case, that the player is asymptomatic and that no other player appears to have the Covid-19 after tracking down any contacts the player may have had. "We have to make plans to play without Juan for a long period of time," Rizzo said in a conference call. Soto was not on the team's initial 30-player roster by the start of the season, as he had been put on the Covid-19 disabled list. The outfielder missed the first two weeks of training camp prior to the start of the season for reasons that were not disclosed and did not report until July 16 with the Nats. The Yankees and Nationals will play this Thursday at 7:00 p.m. the first game of the major league regular season. Are there more cases of coronavirus in the Nationals? According to various reports from the capital of the United States, no other Nats player tested positive. Soto underwent the Covid-19 test on Sunday and played an exhibition game Monday in Baltimore. On Tuesday, he received negative test results on Sunday and underwent a new coronavirus test. The same Tuesday, Soto played another exhibition and on Wednesday he trained, so he could have infected his teammates despite being asymptomatic. The Washington campus underwent coronavirus tests today, but will not have the results before the game with the Yankees.

Today, no one can deny that the Countryman is the model that brings the most sales to Mini. The English firm, still transgressing its principles, has created a striking product that has managed to conquer the hearts of the public around the world. To this we must add that it offers mechanical versions for all tastes, with plug-in hybrid alternatives and other sports such as the rabid John Cooper Works. The current Countryman underwent a slight restyling at the beginning of the year to update its imprint and equipment. As we already told you, the evolution was more nuanced than in depth, but enough so that its rivals did not surpass it. Now comes the update for the Mini Countryman John Cooper Works, proving that sportiness and functionality don't have to be at odds. If you like it, don't miss it, because it matures in everything. Mini Countryman John Cooper Works aesthetic is more mature As you can see, the aesthetics of the Mini Countryman John Cooper Works is more mature. Of course, sportsmanship is not forgotten and for this it has elements that emphasize this spirit. Among the most outstanding we have the new front grill or the inclusion of standard LED technology in its optical groups. In case of opting for more advanced headlights, you can equip adaptive LEDs with variable light distribution. If we lag behind, we see how the design of the Union Jack light is integrated into its LED light groups. From there we make the jump to the bumper, where we find some double chrome exhaust tips that measure 9.5 centimeters each. Nor can we overlook the glossy black accents on the door handles. Finally, the color palette receives two new shades: White Silver metallic and Sage Green metallic. The interior respects the Mini heritage but with more careful materials Behind the scenes, the Mini Countryman John Cooper Works has little change. The basic lines of design and layout of controls and controls are maintained as in the other versions that make up the range. However, those responsible for the brand have included elements that provide a more technological touch. Thus, optionally, the instrument cluster can include a 5-inch-size digital display. Connectivity is another aspect that evolves, but also optionally. Thus, the central screen can be 8.8 inches with an updated design. It now features a piano black finished bezel and tactile controls. Thanks to a SIM card, the Countryman can install the Mini Navigation Plus system with real-time traffic alert. There will also be no lack of elements such as the Internet, Apple CarPlay or Amazon's Alexa. The mechanics of the Countryman John Cooper Works are still rabid and powerful Mechanically, the Mini Countryman John Cooper Works has no changes, but does not need them either. Thus, the 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline unit with 225 kW (306 hp) and 450 Nm of maximum torque remains under the hood. Its strength reaches the ground through all four wheels thanks to the effective ALL4 all-wheel drive system. All this, managed through the delicious 8-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission. Thanks to this set it offers outstanding features. Thus, it signs an acceleration from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour of 5.1 seconds. To control this momentum, in the standard equipment we find a sports braking system with four-piston calipers in the front train and one piston in the rear. In addition, pulling extras can include a sports suspension that reduces body roll and sticks the car to the ground. When does the Mini Countryman John Cooper Works hit the market? According to the statement issued by the English firm, the first units of the Countryman John Cooper Works will arrive next November. Until then we will not have more details on how the list of standard and optional equipment is composed. Official rates have also not been announced, although the brand will make them public once the launch approaches.

The authors point out that other environmental and genetic factors influence brain age. Drinking and smoking daily may be associated with modest increases in relative brain age compared to those who drink and smoke less, according to new research published in the journal 'Scientific Reports'. This study has shown that certain lifestyle habits, such as smoking and alcohol consumption, are associated with adverse effects in specific brain regions. However, it is not clear how tobacco and alcohol use may be associated with brain age, especially when considering the entire brain. USC researcher Stevens Hall for Neuroimaging Arthur W. Toga and colleagues at the University of Southern California used machine learning and MRI methods to identify relative brain age in 17,308 individuals aged 45 to 81 whose data were included in the Biobank of the United Kingdom. Relative brain age is the brain age of an individual based on MRI measurements, compared to the average brain age of their peers. The authors found that in 11,651 individuals for whom information on smoking was collected, those who smoked most or every day had a higher relative brain age than those who smoked less or did not smoke. Each group of additional years of smoking was associated with a 0.03-year increase in relative brain age. One pack year was defined as smoking one pack of cigarettes per day on average for an entire year. In 11,600 individuals from whom information was collected on alcohol consumption behavior, those who drank alcohol most days had a higher relative brain age than those who drank less or not at all. Each additional gram of alcohol consumption per day was associated with a 0.02-year increase in relative brain age. The authors caution that, in addition to tobacco and alcohol use, other environmental and genetic factors may be associated with brain age, so studies on larger samples are needed to further clarify these associations.

Juventus have found an ally at Inter for this season finale. Conte's team, which came to fight the League title with Juve from you to you in the first half of the championship, has been losing steam to such an extent that it has been unable to beat Fiorentina in San Siro (0-0 ) and thanks to this draw, Juventus can be the champion of Italy today if they can win at Udinese's home (7.30pm, MLC). The Interista team had several opportunities to get ahead on the scoreboard against Fiorentina, but Lukaku did not have his night and smashed the ball into the body of goalkeeper Terracciano when it was the last obstacle before adding a new target. The Belgian attacker is not going through his best moment and has only been able to add two goals in the last six days, a sign of the drop of those of Conte after the confinement. Another missing in combat is Lautaro Martínez. The Argentine attacker was a substitute again and added another day without seeing a goal, which he has only been able to find twice in the last 10 league games. Despite his bad data, Marotta, CEO of Inter, stated that "the company intends to offer a contract for many years to the youngest members of the team, including Lautaro Martínez". In addition, Marotta spoke about the possible permanence of the loan Alexis Sánchez and that is being key in this end of the season: "We have had these days contacts with United to see if we can extend their stay with us after the crossing with Getafe." Juve already caresses its ninth consecutive title ... thanks to Inter.

Until the arrival of the Kodiaq or Scala, the aesthetic code of the Czech house could be defined as boring or serious. Skoda's positioning in the market has changed over the years and now it could be said that it seeks to be an alternative to its own parent company: Volkswagen. However, the firm's design team has enough potential to create models as interesting as the Skoda Slavia Spider Concept. In this case, the Skoda Slavia Spider is part of the AZUBI project. For those who do not know, six boys and five girls from the Skoda Academy have created this concept based on one of the models manufactured in series by the brand. In fact, the Slavia seeks to merge the firm's past and present using the name of the first bicycles made by Václav Laurin and Václav Klement after they founded the brand in 1985. The Skoda Slavia Spider pays tribute to the history of the firm This prototype, derived from Scala, presents a fresh, modern and striking design, just what we would like to see in the catalog of the Czech firm. Among the elements that stand out we have the rear three-quarter line or rear format. Here stands out the SKODA inscription located on the boot lid that lights up in red or white, depending on the situation. Nor can we ignore other decorative elements. Here we have the tri-layer paint in nacre white that dresses your body. To this must be added the programmable LED lights (blue, red and white) located under the thresholds of the doors or fenders. If we go inside, we have sports seats signed by Sparco with four-point harnesses. Another equipment to highlight is the 320-watt sound system equipped with a 2250-watt sobwoofer. Finally, and as a technological bauble to highlight, we have two electric skates located in the trunk. If we refer to the technique that gives life to the Skoda Slavia Spider, we have elements already known in the Volkswagen Group. Thus, on the MQB-A0 platform we have a 1.5 TSI gasoline block with 150 HP of power managed by a seven-ratio DSG automatic transmission. The absence of a roof, and the inclusion of the necessary reinforcements, has not meant a substantial increase in weight. In fact, Skoda announces that the Slavia Spider stays at a light 1,210 kilos. I wish the German conglomerate would give the Czech brand more freedom to carry out projects of this type. The pity is that the market has its brain sucked by SUVs and very few would be the buyers who would notice it. Too bad.

Research mentions cognitive activity, depression, diabetes, and having high blood pressure There are at least 10 risk factors that appear to have a significant impact on a person's likelihood of developing Alzheimer's disease, which could be subject to preventive measures, suggests research published in the 'Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery & Psychiatry'. . Focusing on these factors, including cognitive activity, a high end-of-life body mass index, depression, diabetes, and high blood pressure, could provide clinicians with evidence-based guidance for preventing Alzheimer's disease. But much more research is needed to come with other promising approaches to preventing the condition. Experts predict an increase in the number of cases as the po[CENSORED]tion ages, but recent research has suggested that the number of cases appears to be declining, possibly due to lifestyle changes, better education, and risk reduction strategies. to prevent or delay dementia. The existing evidence on the prevention of Alzheimer's disease is difficult to interpret due to the different study designs with different evaluation and credibility criteria. So an international team of researchers led by Professor Jin-Tai Yu at Fudan University in China set out to review and analyze the current evidence to produce evidence-based suggestions for preventing Alzheimer's disease. The researchers pooled 395 studies (243 observational prospective studies and 152 randomized controlled trials) that were suitable for analysis. Based on their analysis, they proposed 21 suggestions based on the available consolidated evidence that clinicians could use in practice to try to prevent Alzheimer's disease. Within these, there were what they called 'Class I' suggestions to focus on 19 different factors. Nearly two-thirds of these suggestions would involve targeting vascular risk factors (such as high blood pressure and cholesterol levels) and lifestyle, strengthening the importance of staying healthy to prevent Alzheimer's disease. Ten of the suggestions were supported by strong evidence and included receiving the best education possible in early life, engaging in mentally stimulating activities such as reading, avoiding diabetes, stress, depression, head trauma, and high blood pressure. in middle age. Nine other suggestions had slightly weaker evidence to support them, and included regular physical exercise, sufficient quality sleep, maintaining a healthy body weight and good heart health in adulthood, avoiding smoking, and including vitamin C in the diet. In contrast, two interventions were not recommended: estrogen replacement therapy and the use of acetylcholinesterase inhibitors (drugs that increase communication between nerve cells). The authors point out some limitations of the study, such as the fact that observational studies cannot indicate a clear causal relationship and randomized controlled trials cannot generalize beyond the specific sample, intervention, dose, and duration studied. In addition, the values of your suggestions may be limited by geographic variability, definition of exposure, and prevalence of risk factors at the po[CENSORED]tion level. However, the authors say this is the most comprehensive and large-scale systematic review and meta-analysis for Alzheimer's disease to date, and the evidence-based suggestions were brought together by integrating a large body of evidence from different types of existing research. "This study provides an advanced and contemporary analysis of the evidence, suggesting that high-quality prospective observational studies and randomized controlled trials are most urgently needed to strengthen the evidence base to uncover more promising approaches to preventing Alzheimer's disease." they conclude.

In late 2019, in a press briefing, SsangYong warned us that they were working on an electric car, their first 100% electric vehicle. The car in question, still in the testing phase, is called "Project E100". At the moment we have not been able to see it, nor do we have all the information we would like, but the brand has left us some images as a teaser. This first electric car from SsangYong will be an SUV model. In addition, the Asian company has confirmed that it will build on a very successful model, the SsangYong Korando, which has recently been renovated. Its arrival on the market is scheduled for the first half of 2021, so, we believe, it will not take long to be fully disclosed. At the moment, looking at the teaser images that accompany this article, it is clear that it will be an SUV vehicle. SsangYong comments that it will be medium in size, spacious, versatile and with a modern design language. It will belong to the C-SUV segment. We do not know exactly how they will do it, but the firm declares that it will highlight the use of new materials that will result in greater efficiency. We do know that the hood will be entirely made of aluminum and that, as in all electric, the grill will be sealed. They aim to be an urban-style body with light, streamlined lines. Also that the interior is spacious and usable. When the brand informed us of the first steps of this E100 Project, it told us that its approximate dimensions would be 4.40 meters long, 1.86 wide and 1.62 high, in addition to a battle of 2.65 meters. In addition, he told us about the performance forecasts, with a power close to 190 hp, using a 61.5 kWh battery. The idea was to achieve a real autonomy of approximately 330 kilometers. Anyway, this data can dance. As if this were not enough, SsangYong confirmed that in 2024 they will have a specific platform for electric vehicles. From there, it is very likely that we will see a completely new brand, betting strongly on the total or partial electrification of a good part of its products.

A double by Ibrahimovic gave Milan the victory against Sassuolo (1-2) in which it was the ninth game of the rossoneri in Serie A since the return of the break due to confinement ... and the ninth game without losing. The Pioli team lives one of their best states of form and only the bad first half of the championship will prevent them from aspiring to higher levels, once their presence in the next Europa League is practically assured, the Champions League is far away (Lazio , fourth, is 10 points ahead) and it's a shame for a team that, under Pioli's baton, is showing the best of their faces. But if Pioli is being decisive outside the field of play, Ibrahimovic is being decisive inside. The Swedish giant returned to Milan in the winter market and has scored seven goals since then in 15 games, including the double for Sassuolo which has been his first doppietta in a European tournament since he managed against Southampton to give Manchester United the Cup of the League in 2017. This good work of Pioli has earned him to prevail over the candidate Rangnick, as they pointed out in Germany, and he will stay on the San Siro bench for, it is said, the next two seasons. Will this also mean Ibrahimovic's stay in Milan? Soccer reasons have to spare.

How the moderate intake of this alcoholic beverage influences after sports practice Diet, physical exercise and the importance of hydration in sports performance as part of an active lifestyle. These have been the main topics addressed in the conferences "Nutrition, Sport and Lifestyle of the athlete" that are taking place in different universities throughout the Spanish geography. These presentations have been organized by the Beer and Health Information Center (CICS). Sports and nutrition professionals have debated the athlete's diet and lifestyle. In addition, they have also explained the role of moderate beer consumption in recovery after physical activity, or the effects of moderate beer intake in people who undergo high intensity training (HIIT). Nutrition in sport Diet directly influences the performance of the athlete, so people who exercise regularly should have a nutritional strategy. In the words of Dr. Jesús Bernardo, medical specialist in Sports Nutrition and Founder and director of the Nutrition, Food and Metabolism Unit (UNAM), "athletes must synchronize nutrition and training to improve their results, since only through a Proper nutrition ensures the proper functioning of all metabolic functions. " One of the strategies recommended by Dr. Bernardo is to plan the feeding before the competition. The previous days, it is recommended to take carbohydrates that provide the optimal amount of glycogen and increase resistance capacity, while advising to avoid foods rich in protein or fat because they require more energy to digest them and make gastric emptying difficult. For fans who play sports weekly, it has been suggested to eat foods rich in carbohydrates. However, Dr. Bernardo recalls that the importance lies in "ordering food intake and not restricting it, so if carbohydrates are recommended before playing sports to increase endurance, beverages with high water content and low alcohol content like beer have a place after exercise to recover from the effort made. " Post-workout rehydration The specialists agree on the importance of an adequate recovery of the losses that have occurred during the exercise. These include water and mineral salts that can be lost by sweat in significant amounts. In this sense, Prof. Manuel Castillo, professor of Medical Physiology at the University of Granada, underlines the need to "recover these losses due to the replacement effect it has and because it determines the correct regeneration of damaged structures, which improves the performance and prevents injury. " In addition to water, following the conclusions of the study 'Beer suitability in the recovery of the metabolism of athletes', Dr. Castillo explains that "beer, so commonly consumed, could be an option to replace hydro-losses minerals that are produced with sweat and facilitate recovery thanks to the organoleptic characteristics and metabolic substrates that this drink provides, such as antioxidants, B vitamins and amino acids. " Therefore, moderate consumption of beer (between one and two rods a day for women and between two and three for men) could promote rehydration without affecting sports performance. In fact, this specialist has also taken the opportunity to present the main conclusions of his latest study "BEER-HIIT: Beer or Ethanol Effects on the Body Composition Response to High-Intensity Interval Training", the first study in the scientific literature that investigates the influence of consumption beer beer in the psycho-physiological response to a high intensity training program (HIIT). Among the main conclusions of the first study, Dr. Castillo highlighted that "the results obtained show that a 10-week HIIT program does not change weight but significantly improves body composition by decreasing fat mass and increasing lean mass in healthy adults These positive effects are not influenced by the consumption of beer, or its alcohol equivalent, in moderate amounts, and the consumption of beer or its alcohol equivalent during exercise does not affect the distribution of body fat. In addition, the scientific evidence derived from this research shows that the improvement in body composition caused by this form of training, characterized by a decrease in the amount of fat and an increase in the amount of muscle, is not influenced by the regular intake of beer. Nor has it been observed that this intake influences the distribution of fat in the visceral or abdominal area, po[CENSORED]rly known as "beer belly". The Beer Option 0.0 Dr. Castillo stresses the need to be cautious with alcohol consumption, not to exceed what is a moderate amount and if the preference is beer intake "the possibility that this drink gives us to consume it also without alcohol, being this option a type of drink particularly interesting from a nutritional point of view when highly demanding exercises are practiced. "

If there is an adjective with which we can explain the Italian design concept, it is beauty. It is rare for a firm with a transalpine passport to present a model that can be considered ugly or that is not very original. One of the best exponents of this philosophy is the Maserati Ghibli, the access saloon of the trident's house. Now, when it has been on the market for seven years, it receives a very special version and a slight aesthetic update. We are referring, as you all know, to the Maserati Ghibli Hybrid. With all of you, here is the first electrified model in the 106-year history of the Italian brand. When we have seen it, we have had mixed feelings, since we all expected that the courage of the FCA Group would be greater. In summary: they have presented a model that serves as a preview for what is to come and that, in essence, continues to be at a high level. The sporty elegance of the Maserati Ghibli Hybrid does not change one iota On an aesthetic level, the Maserati Ghibli Hybrid maintains its essence. The proof is that the Centro Stile Maserati combines like few other sports lines with superb elegance. However, as it is a special version, which hopes to capture a wider audience, it receives a series of touch-ups that improve its imprint. First of all, we have a grill with chrome slats that simulate being small tuning forks. The main light groups receive LED technology and a renewed interior configuration. If we make the jump to the side view, we also see changes. After the previous wheel arch we have three small air intakes that are adorned with blue inserts. This same tone, in reference to the electricity that is present in its mechanics, can be seen in the brake calipers. Finally, we have the logo beam located on the "C" pillar. The last aspect to review in the aesthetics of the Ghibli Hybrid is behind. Those responsible for design have updated their optical groups by modifying their exterior and interior format. Now they include a boomerang-like profile that is by no means casual. According to its creators, it is inspired by the Maserati 3200 GT and the latest Alfieri Concept. All in all, and despite its seniority, the trident saloon is one of the most beautiful on the market. The interior improves in materials, technology and connectivity If the exterior of the Maserati Ghibli Hybrid can be considered as timeless, inside we can consider it as sober. The basic lines of design do not change, but new elements arrive that refresh its imprint, especially at the technological level. Thus, the central touch screen grows in size to reach 10.1 inches and offer more current and easier to read graphics. In addition, it presents more intuitive and attractive menus. Thanks to this monitor, the latest generation Maserati Intelligent Assistant multimedia system comes to life. It is based on digital inputs from Android Automotive, a software that offers an innovative and fully customizable user experience according to the personal preferences of the driver. But in addition, we also have a new instrument cluster with digital devices and new graphics. Nor can we overlook the Maserati Connect program. Thanks to it, the mobile connection is constant, facilitating the exchange of information to improve the services offered to the driver. But it also updates the software by carrying out checks on the car and monitoring the security and emergency services. Finally, mention that the blue hue of the exterior is spread across the seats or rugs. The 48-volt hybridization of the Ghibli seems unambitious to us On a technical level, we expected the technicians and engineers at the Maserati Innovation Laboratory in Modena to be more ambitious. We all expected that the first hybrid of the Italian house was pure or a plug-in hybrid. However, we must settle for a mild hybrid system with a 48-volt secondary power grid. Still, and looking little, we must say that the result promises. The thermal part is entrusted to a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline block. Attached to it we have an alternator and starter motor (BSG) and a small battery that stores the energy recovered in the braking phases. In addition to all this arsenal, the motor equips an electric compressor called e-Booster. Altogether, this system offers a final performance of 330 CV and 450 Nm of maximum torque. According to Maserati, this technical solution is unique in its segment. Thanks to it, they can reduce CO2 emissions by up to 25% compared to the six-cylinder gasoline block and the same to diesel. In addition, the weight of the Ghibli Hybrid is 80 kilos less than diesel, improving driving dynamics. This can be seen in the benefits, with an acceleration of 5.7 seconds and a top speed of 255 kilometers per hour. As a climax to this update, the exhaust system has been optimized. Now it includes resonators specially designed to deliver an intoxicating and sporty sound. When will the Maserati Ghibli Hybrid hit the market? The commercial launch of the Maserati Ghibli Hybrid is scheduled for next September. In any case, the first units will not arrive at dealerships until October. It is for this reason that they have not yet announced the official price list or the final equipment possibilities. What we do know are the future plans of the trident's signature. This model represents the first step in Maserati electrification. It will be assembled at the Avvocato Giovanni Agnelli (AGAP) plant located in Grugliasco (Turin), but it will not be the only one. Next year the arrival of the fully electric GranTurismo and GranCabrio is planned and after them the rest of the models that make up the brand's range. We will be very attentive to the news that may come.

Brighton ensured their permanence in the Premier by achieving the necessary point in the duel against Newcastle, which ended without goals, on the penultimate day of the competition. The last duel of the course at Amex Stadium was inconsequential, without situations of real danger that threatened the goals set by Mathew Ryan, from Brighton, or Martin Dubravka, from the 'magpies'. Newcastle face the final stretch without goals. Ensuring continuity in the maximum English competition and pending a project with greater sights, he went through the duel with several changes in his eleven and without putting the scoreboard at risk. Steve Bruce's team accumulates five games without winning. Two draws is all his recent baggage and he is in thirteenth place, with no option. Brighton had the permanence on track, but the point obtained in their stadium leaves them out of any speculation and the next course will continue in the Premier.

Responsible waste management, whatever its type, is difficult but entirely possible. The first thing is to become aware of how important it is to do our part to transform the planet into a cleaner and more sustainable one. It is always difficult to change our habits, but the first step is to become aware of them. In recent years, a movement known as Zero Waste has begun to emerge, whose objective is to change lifestyle and harmful habits to reduce most of the waste generated on a daily basis. The creator of this movement is the French Bea Johnson, who since 2008, together with her family of 4 members, has dedicated herself to adopting a zero waste lifestyle. Currently, the waste generated each year by the whole family fits in a single glass jar, while a normal person can produce up to 500 kg of waste. All this has been achieved by not generating garbage. This way of life is summarized in five principles: 1. Reject: everything that is not needed such as plastic bottles, paper tissues, straws ... 2. Reduce: Do you really need everything you think you need? 3. Reuse: everything that may have a second life. Buying or inheriting second-hand clothing and furniture is a good option! 4. Recycle: separate the waste in plastic, paper, glass ... And make it possible for these materials to be used again. 5. Reincorporate: imitate the cycle of nature using organic waste to compost or to feed pets (whenever possible). The ozone layer is recovering by 1-3% per decade. With certain measures and following action frameworks such as that of the Montreal Protocol, ozone is expected to fully recover in the northern hemisphere and mid-latitude areas in the 2030s, while for the southern hemisphere the recovery will come in 2050 and in the polar regions by 2060. Ozone protects life by absorbing ultraviolet radiation, which can cause many diseases and natural disasters. But this recovery is only possible if we get to work on it. This great news reminds that not all is lost if this momentum is maintained and a more environmentally friendly society continues to be created. That is why such innovative initiatives as Zero Waste arise, to raise awareness among all of us and thus achieve real results and that they be fulfilled.

The situation caused by the Coronavirus has forced society to squeeze the mind to go on vacation. Until a few years ago, traveling by motorhome or camper was not something that was well regarded by everyone, but this concept has changed over time. Above all, in situations of health crisis where social distance is needed and common tourist accommodation is operating at half its capacity. It is for this reason that the FCA Group has promoted the renewal of the Fiat Ducato Camper MY2020. The best-selling motorhome in Europe seeks to reaffirm its position in the market by receiving the changes that the conventional versions. In addition, the Italian-American group has created an advertising campaign that enhances its qualities. If you are considering a different vacation, perhaps this alternative is for you and you didn't even know it. The Fiat Ducato Camper MY2020 aspires to maintain its leadership On an aesthetic level, the Fiat Ducato Camper MY2020 features a redesigned front grille. It is wider and simpler than the previous one, and it is also flanked by optical groups with a new interior layout. To accommodate the space intended for the passenger compartment, its chassis is ladder. This option is more resistant and rigid but also has reinforcements in sensitive elements such as suspensions, steering or brake system. The mechanical part is covered by a 2.3-liter MultiJet 2 Euro 6d-TEMP diesel block. It offers four power levels: 120, 140, 160 and 180 CV with different characteristics from each other. In this way, the design of the turbocharger, pistons or fluid dynamics varies from one version to another. What is common to all is the associated transmission, which is automatic cut by torque converter "9Speed" and has nine speeds. If we go inside, the configuration possibilities remain as before: they are endless. Fiat Professional defines the Ducato Camper as a true "Leader in Freedom" and among the examples it gives are special swivel seats for driver and passenger or solutions for storage and distribution of space. There will also be no lack of different types of bed as well as kitchenware or an equipped bathroom. To finish we will tell you what the "Starred Holidays" campaign consists of. Fiat Professional wants the public to know how exceptional a vacation in a Ducato Camper can be. For this reason, it will exalt actions such as dining under the starlight or enjoying the sea in a "bar" that will never close. With these arguments, who will refuse such a vacation. It only remains to know its price, but it will depend on each one ...

Shortly before the match between Real Valladolid and Real Betis began, the representative agency of Sergi Guardiola put a tweet in which he put words that sound farewell to the pucelano striker. "With you I fulfilled the dream of every child, to play and enjoy in the elite of Spanish football. By your side I have grown both personally and in sports. You have made me better in every way." The striker has finished the season as Valladolid's top scorer with eight goals, participating decisively in the team's salvation. Against Betis he scored the first goal for his team. Sergi Guardiola arrived last season at Valladolid in the winter market and signed a contract until June 30, 2023. Sergio González, coach of Valladolid, claimed to be unaware of the player's future: "I have no idea. I suppose it will be Sergi who will have to respond. I have not seen anything. I do not know what situation has handled, and a priori there is nothing to review, "he said.
