Hello Alice! About your question, If you want to pay in usd this is not a problem, you can do this with paypal transfer method or via bank. About bank transfer, you can only send money from Western Union from New York (where you live I guess) to Romania. 23.00 EUR = 24.8611 USD P.S: If you want to buy a server, don't buy directly from krond.org, you must to speak with us to buy server from CSBD community. We and allies with Krond company. Krond Solution is the best hosting company from EU maybe top10 in the world I guess. Because if you seen, Krond and CSBD were every time in top10 GameTracker[dot]com. This company is in Romania - Bucharest.

German newspaper Suddeutsche Zeitung reports that Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko told European Commission that Putin made the threat in a recent conversation President Vladimir Putin privately threatened to invade Poland, Romania and the Baltic states, according to a record of a conversation with his Ukrainian counterpart. "If I wanted, in two days I could have Russian troops not only in Kiev, but also in Riga, Vilnius, Tallinn, Warsaw and Bucharest," Mr Putin allegedly told President Petro Poroshenko of Ukraine, reported Süddeutsche Zeitung, a German newspaper. If true, this would be the first time that Mr Putin has threatened to invade Nato or EU members. Any threat to send Russian troops into the capitals of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland and Romania would cause grave alarm among Western leaders. If Mr Putin were to act on this, Britain could find itself at war with Russia. All five countries mentioned in this alleged conversation are members of both the EU and Nato. They are covered by the security guarantee in Article V of Nato's founding treaty, which states that "an attack on one is an attack on all". In a speech in Tallinn earlier this month, President Barack Obama confirmed Nato's commitment to this doctrine. Mr Putin's alleged threat bears similarities to remarks he made to Jose Manuel Barroso, the president of the European Commission, in which he warned: "If I want to, I can take Kiev in two weeks". Süddeutsche Zeitung claims to have seen a European Union memorandum of a meeting between Mr Barroso and Mr Poroshenko in Kiev last week, during which the latter is said to have described Mr Putin's threat. The Russian president made these remarks in series of telephone conversations with Mr Poroshenko over the current ceasefire in eastern Ukraine. Mr Putin also warned Mr Poroshenko not to put too much faith in the EU, saying that Russia could exert its influence and bring about a "blocking minority" among member states. On Tuesday, Ukraine ratified a historic Association Agreement with the EU, placing the country on the path towards eventual EU membership. It was the refusal of the former president, Viktor Yanukovych, to sign this agreement last year that triggered the Ukraine crisis. The EU recently announced further sanctions against Russia, focusing on the energy, financial and arms sectors. But there have been divisions among member states over sanctions, with many worried about the impact on their own economies. The Baltic states are particularly nervous about Russian intentions, and Mr Obama sought to reassure them with his speech in Tallinn earlier this month. "If you ever ask again 'Who will come to help?' you'll know the answer: the Nato alliance, including the armed forces of the United States of America," he said. "We'll be here for Estonia. We will be here for Latvia. We will be here for Lithuania." Mr Poroshenko is the only alleged source for Mr Putin's latest threat, and there will be concerns he might be motivated to exaggerate in order to strengthen EU and Nato support for Ukraine. The European Commission refused to confirm or deny whether Mr Barroso had held such a conversation with Mr Poroshenko. "We will not conduct diplomacy in the press or discuss extracts of confidential conversations," said Pia Ahrenkilde Hansen, the Commission spokesperson. "What matters to the EU and the Commission is to contribute to lasting peace, stability and prosperity in Ukraine." So, in present in Romania is alert: \

The Israeli–Palestinian conflict (Arabic: النزاع الفلسطيني - الإسرائيلي al-Niza'a al'Filastini al 'Israili; Hebrew: הסכסוך הישראלי-פלסטיני Ha'Sikhsukh Ha'Yisraeli-Falestini) is the ongoing struggle between Israelis and Palestinians that began in the mid-20th century. The conflict is wide-ranging, and the term is sometimes also used in reference to the earlier sectarian conflict in Mandatory Palestine, between the Jewish yishuv and the Arab population under British rule. The Israeli–Palestinian conflict has formed the core part of the wider Arab–Israeli conflict. It has been referred to as the world's "most intractable conflict". Despite a long-term peace process and the general reconciliation of Israel with Egypt and Jordan, Israelis and Palestinians have failed to reach a final peace agreement. The remaining key issues are: mutual recognition, borders, security, water rights, control of Jerusalem, Israeli settlements, Palestinian freedom of movement, and resolving Palestinian claims of a right of return for their refugees. The violence of the conflict, in a region rich in sites of historic, cultural and religious interest worldwide, has been the object of numerous international conferences dealing with historic rights, security issues and human rights, and has been a factor hampering tourism in and general access to areas that are hotly contested. HAMAS (Al-Qassam) [defensive power for Palestinian state] Many attempts have been made to broker a two-state solution, involving the creation of an independent Palestinian state alongside the State of Israel (after Israel's establishment in 1948). In 2007, the majority of both Israelis and Palestinians, according to a number of polls, preferred the two-state solution over any other solution as a means of resolving the conflict. Moreover, a majority of Jews see the Palestinians' demand for an independent state as just, and thinks Israel can agree to the establishment of such a state. The majority of Palestinians and Israelis in the West Bank and Gaza Strip have expressed a preference for a two-state solution.[unreliable source?] Mutual distrust and significant disagreements are deep over basic issues, as is the reciprocal scepticism about the other side's commitment to upholding obligations in an eventual agreement. Within Israeli and Palestinian society, the conflict generates a wide variety of views and opinions. This highlights the deep divisions which exist not only between Israelis and Palestinians, but also within each society. A hallmark of the conflict has been the level of violence witnessed for virtually its entire duration. Fighting has been conducted by regular armies, paramilitary groups, terror cells, and individuals. Casualties have not been restricted to the military, with a large number of fatalities in civilian population on both sides. There are prominent international actors involved in the conflict. The two parties engaged in direct negotiation are the Israeli government, currently led by Benjamin Netanyahu, and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), currently headed by Mahmoud Abbas. The official negotiations are mediated by an international contingent known as the Quartet on the Middle East (the Quartet) represented by a special envoy, that consists of the United States, Russia, the European Union, and the United Nations. The Arab League is another important actor, which has proposed an alternative peace plan. Egypt, a founding member of the Arab League, has historically been a key participant. Since 2006, the Palestinian side has been fractured by conflict between the two major factions: Fatah, the traditionally dominant party, and its later electoral challenger, Hamas. After Hamas's electoral victory in 2006, the Quartet (United States, Russia, United Nations, and European Union) conditioned future foreign assistance to the Palestinian Authority (PA) on the future government's commitment to non-violence, recognition of the State of Israel, and acceptance of previous agreements. Hamas rejected these demands, which resulted in the Quartet's suspension of its foreign assistance program, and the imposition of economic sanctions by the Israelis. A year later, following Hamas's seizure of power in the Gaza Strip in June 2007, the territory officially recognized as the State of Palestine (former Palestinian National Authority – the Palestinian interim governing body) was split between Fatah in the West Bank, and Hamas in the Gaza Strip. The division of governance between the parties had effectively resulted in the collapse of bipartisan governance of the Palestinian National Authority (PA). However, in 2014, a Palestinian Unity Government, composed of both Fatah and Hamas, was formed. The latest round of peace negotiations began in July 2013 and was suspended in 2014. In present the situation in Palestine (not Israel) is like in this photo: Israel was formed after the Holocaust (1939–1945) due to the genocide of Jews by the Nazis

In light of Romania's proven expertise in cyber security, NATO asked Bucharest to help Ukraine build capabilities to protect its information technology and communications infrastructure against virtual attacks from the outside. Late last month, Romania's Superior National Defence Council approved a project drawn up at the NATO summit in Newport to entrust Romania with the leading role in multi-national efforts to assist Ukraine in fighting cyber-attacks amid a wider crisis in its separatist east. At the summit in Wales, Allies established "a comprehensive and tailored package of measures" to help Ukraine. The focus of NATO support will be on four areas -- rehabilitation for injured troops, cyber defence, logistics, command, control and communications. NATO's assistance to Ukraine to boost co-operation will amount to around 15 million euros, the Alliance said in a statement. "Ukraine has stood by NATO. Now in these difficult times, NATO stands by Ukraine," Alliance Secretary-General Anders Fogh-Rassmusen said. Ukraine has been targeted by a series of cyber attacks over the past months, which overlap with the separatist tensions in the east. The latest, in August, hit dozens of computers in Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk's office and at least 10 Ukrainian embassies abroad. All were infected with an espionage virus attributed to hackers linked with the Kremlin. Romania was designated leader-nation in the so-called Trust Fund in which NATO member states voluntarily participate to help Ukraine develop its cyber-security capabilities. These efforts will be co-ordinated by Romania's domestic intelligence service (SRI). "The expertise SRI has in the cyber-security area, appreciated both in projects in the country and within co-operation projects with NATO, has been the fundamental reason for CSAT's approval of our country's participation as a leader-nation," Sorin Sava, SRI spokesman, told SETimes. He added that Romania will work with Ukraine on defining the technical necessities and the architecture of a system designed to protect critical information technology and communications. "At the same time, another task of the leader-nation is to identify other NATO member states as contributors to the Fund so that together we can ensure the financial resources for the finalised project," Sava said. He added that Romania will be entrusted with the project management and training the Ukrainian specialists. Romanian experts said Romania's intelligence services' experience will benefit both Ukraine and NATO. "Romania's intelligence structures have passed various tests in their partnership with other intelligence services in NATO member states and now they have to prove, besides efforts on the Iraqi and Afghan fronts, reaching a complete professional maturity," Constantin Corneanu, director of the European Association of Geopolitical Studies, told SETimes. "We welcome such a contribution, as we will use both the experience and assistance in the investigation of cybercrime and improvement of the country's defence system," Dmytro Dubov, head of the research department of information strategies at the National Institute for Strategic Studies under the president of Ukraine, told SETimes.
