One of the most important requirments is loyalty and you are such an unloyal person , Spammer , disrespected moreover you are not even skilled in english language ,

You had a chance before to be in 3 projects but you lost all of them because of your bad attitude , let's forget about forum and try to check for something can cover your misbehaviour ,  you managed a server before ? I think you did , what happened then ?

Let me try to guess you got removed due to your unloyalty and as usual you lost many other chances in different servers because of the same reason and how do you think that you're responsible enough to get a moderator in our community ? ... So i'm absolutely contra until you prove us something of your qualities ( i don't think that you have ) which can cover your defects  .
