It was the first video I noticed, it did not help me because the features are different, the one that I get is NET_QueuePacket: WSAENETRES and the video is NET_SendPaket ERROR NO ERROR

Try to delete your old cs and download cs warzone if this didnt help you 

So Make New Windows liek windows 7 or 8

for you problem will be solved, follow these steps

Try to pay your internet after wait about 5-6 minutes then turn it on and try to enter the cs

If your problem continues, try to uninstall your Counter Strike and install again it from HERE

If the problem continues, you only have to format your computer and install Windows 7 Ultimate

and reinstall the game too, I just did that, play 2 games and guess what? again the big mistake I love, I do not want anything, I think it's the network, my connection is so bad, my country is cute, with 3 satellites and I do not have a big connection.

for formatting the pc, I do not think so, my operating system is working great, I do what I want with all the programs, the only one that is failing me is the game, but thanks in any case for their collaboration,

This is your totally your Internet Connection problem , This problems Happens When you Loss your Connection . My opinion Try to Find A Better Internet provider and upgrade your internet plan.
