• Your Problem: today i changed from software to d3d and while playing, when i move my mouse up or down the sensitivity is too high and when i move my mouse left or right its too low and i cant play properly.

Hello, Dear @Nirdeshhhh. To solve your issue, try out the following : 1- Go To Start -> Control Panel -> Mouse

                                                                                                                 2- At Buttons , Set the mouse speed to line 5 (there are total of 11 lines) which

                                                                                                                 puts your mouse to  1:1 tracking.

                                                                                                              

If This will not work, and you still encounter the same issues. Type the following into your Console :
m_rawinput 1
gl_ansio 0

gl_async 0 or 1 . let me know if any of these steps helped you out.

So this problems appear with all those who dont have Graphic Card/ Game card 

So if you have this then open your cs

• Go to Option
• Then Video 
• then Renderer then choose "OpenGL" option 

 

It will help u i'm sure if u have that

2: we search where it says mouse and you lower the sensitivity to your taste

1. try reinstall the game
2. or use those commands :

• m_yaw from 0 to 0.03 (or any other value greater than zero)

• m_rawinput 1

i fixed the mouse problem but now my cs freezes in the middle of them game. i tried fixing i but it still freezes. any solution guys?

ps : i cant run my cs on opengl

It seems that it may be your Counter Strike problem, i dont know which one you are using but ill suggest you mine!

Click Here, this will work on D3D and OpenGl Modes!

Downloaded and tried it but it works in d3d only  and after updating when I try to join server it says something in other language and then goes : 

......(1) ..(2) ..(3) and then it doesn't connect to any server

Are you sure its not your network problem? Because, i get the same thing when my internet connection is low, so i can't connect anywhere.
Try restarting your internet, or go at Speedtest by Ookla, and see how's your connection. And, try to close all of your (unnecessary) programs while you going to connect somewhere.

Also, try to connect to some Server by console; type - connect "ip" and press enter.

Maybe the problem might be from your network, maybe your Internet is too weak so you can not connect anywhere, shut down your Internet and wait a bit and then open it. Shut down the unnecessary programs.
Anyway I will give you a video, continue to explain well.
