Hello Try to write in console Directrly for join 

connect 89.44.246.24:27015

And then if you have problems with "Time out" for bad confi type this in console

 cl_timeout "99999"

use these commands 

• gl_vsync 0
• rate 25000
• fps_max 100

or try this

Either way Press Windows + R [Run] , and type "regedit"

• click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
• then go to System 
• then CurrentControlset
• then Services
• then TCPIP -> Parameters -> Interfaces 
• Choose any given folder like {871.... } etc
• right click in it
• Create new "DWORD"
• Give this name to DWORD -> TcpAckFrequency 

PS : SAME LIKE THIS for TcpAckFrequency

• after u create it , then click on it and choose "The Hexidecimal Value" to "1"

Once this is done , then go up to Software folder 

• Then Microsoft 
• then go to MSMQ
• then go to parameters 
• Create new DWORK
• give this name "TCPNoDelay"
• then click on it and choose "The Hexidecimal Value" to "1"

Note : If u dont have MSMQ folder then Skip this step ! , or if u have but it didnt expanding then also skip this step ))

So if u wanna apply these setting for dont lag or Lower Latancy so u have to restart your pc

Or connect via console 

Open Console > Connect "Ip server"

This Problem Often Occurs Due To Your Weak Connection Problem so In Order To Fix This Problem Follow These Steps

• Go To The Counter Strike Folder That You have Saved In Your Drives
• Then Create A Desktop Shortcut Of Counter Strike (CS 1.6)
• After This Press CTRL + ALT + DEL to Open Task Manager
• Go To Processes Tab And Find The Explorer.exe and Click On "End Process" (Make Sure When You Click On End Process You Must First Click On explorer.exe)
• Then Go To The file "New Task (run)"
• Select The Browse And Find The Countrer Strike Icon On Desktop And Click Run

In This Way You Will Be Able To Play Servers Without Connection Issues ..
Once You End Up Playing So For Retriveing The Desktop . Follow These Steps

• CTRL + ALT + DEL to Open Tast Manager
• Click On File Then " New Task (run)"
• Type In Explorer.exe And Click Run

And In This Way You Will Be Able To Retrive Your Desktop
or try this =
You should Uninstall your CS and go to the location of the CS and delete your CS folder don't copy any files or something like that, when you Install it back change the location of the CS to another folder.

Note : If Above Steps Doesn't Work Then Open Up CS Then Console And Write These

cl_updaterate 20

Hello, if zm mode servers doesn't work maybe you're banned on krond. Contact administrators and send to them your ip for unban.
