1.check your internet 
2.uptade ts3
3.try more than 1 time
4. if didnt work ts.csblackdevil.com try this! IP 93.119.24.6:9241

1) you tried to check your internet connection

2) you tried to download another ts3, many times it happens that several installations of ts3 are damaged

Its too easy to solve because errors are from connection lost...

First : Restart router

Then, restart your pc 

After those steps put ts3.csblackdevil or csblackdevil.com (If it doesnt work maybe is because have problems your ts3)

About this only unistall and install the lastest version!
