Hello @AngeL MahnO. Hope you doing fine. I have a question, have you tried turning the internet router off and then on again. I have had the same problem, i tried that and worked. If it works again, let me now. Regards. -
What is it? Hongqi has traditionally been the car maker for the top echelons of the CCP. Founded in 1958, it’s often referred to as the Rolls-Royce of China. But while its L series is still very exclusive, with the L5 limo available only to those with the right connections, it now enjoys growing commercial success with its H series. Last year, the FAW-owned firm sold almost 200,000 cars, with most analogous to models from Germany’s big three and Jaguar. In 2018, FAW hired former Rolls-Royce man Giles Taylor to oversee Hongqi’s design direction. The Brit was responsible for the Cullinan, and certainly there are echoes of that in the first design under his stewardship: the E-HS9 electric SUV. Sales have already commenced in Norway, and more European countries are likely to follow. What's it like? There’s nothing understated about this car, from its 5209mm length and 2010mm width to its imposing grille. The lines overall are largely conventional, with nothing giving away its EV nature. Press the open button, though, and you get light theatrics, and when it’s charging, the chrome strip on the C-pillar acts as an indicator using LED strips. The interior is visually impressive, but the material quality doesn’t live up to expectations. The leather of the quilted seats is synthetic in parts and the padding around the centre console cubbyhole doors is too thin. Equally, the wood veneer on the centre console appears to be fake.Nonetheless, the electrically adjustable seats are comfortable and have heating, cooling and massage functions. These, together with the air conditioning, are controlled via the touchscreen that stretches from the centre console up to the air vents. Indeed, screens dominate the dashboard. The driver gets a digital dial display (using buttons and scrollers on the steering wheel, you can change the driving mode and what data the display shows). In the centre is a very text-heavy infotainment touchscreen (with three columns of Chinese text to navigate through, it was very difficult to use). And in our test car, the front passenger gets their own entertainment screen. The top trim level for Norway gets you six seats, but the Chinese flagship is a four-seater. The second-row seats are similar to those in the front but lack massaging and gain an armrest. Climate controls and device-charging ports are mounted on the back of the centre console. Getting in and out of the very rear isn’t that easy, but once you’re in, head room is reasonable and leg room (dependent on the positioning of the second row) acceptable. Boot space is good, even when the third row is in use, and there are buttons to electrically lower and raise the bench. While the headrests automatically fold on the way down, they don’t extend when raised. Opening pockets in the doors and ambient lighting, however, reveal good attention to detail. On the road, you notice the E-HS9’s bulk from the sheer acreage of the bonnet and the lack of four-wheel steering when you’re manoeuvring into a tight parking space. You would expect such heft to really help with energy recovery, but regenerative braking is barely noticeable even in its highest setting, so one-pedal driving isn’t possible. Acceleration is reasonable, given the car’s size, and the air suspension gives a smooth ride. Push the throttle pedal, though, and the nose rises. Unlike in most Chinese cars, the steering isn’t overly light and there’s an element of precision to it. Link : https://www.autocar.co.uk/car-review/hongqi/e-hs9/first-drives/hongqi-e-hs9-2021-review

Finding a true GeForce RTX 3080 deal right now — meaning, finding the GPU at a great price — would be rather like finding Bigfoot: Blurry photos and bad costumes aside, neither one exists. The conjunction of the pandemic, increased demand from a variety of sectors, supply chain difficulties, shortages of several key components, and then cryptocurrency mining fever all lined up in such a way as to destroy all hope of finding an RTX 3080 for Nvidia's $699 MSRP. Outside of periodic small restocks at brick and mortar retailers such as Best Buy or Micro Center, you won’t be able to acquire any of the best graphics cards without paying a big markup. Depending on your definition of a deal, however, you can still find savings. We can't provide absolutely awesome prices, but we can point to some options that are at least worth considering in the current GPU climate. RTX 3080 Deals: Quick Links Newegg: Up to 18% off RTX 3080 Desktops Alienware / Dell: Up to 20% off RTX 3080 PCs Newegg: RTX 3080 laptops from $1799 Best Buy: Save $600 on RTX 3080 Ti Desktop eBay: All RTX 3080 cards. Three Kinds of RTX 3080 There are actually several graphics cards that can be lumped together under the GeForce RTX 3080 deal banner. Do you want the original GeForce RTX 3080 10GB desktop card, which remains our favorite (theoretical) pick for the best overall graphics card? Or do you want the more recent GeForce RTX 3080 Ti 12GB, which boasts similar performance to the GeForce RTX 3090 but with half the VRAM? Finally, there are laptops sporting the mobile GeForce RTX 3080, which is really more like the desktop RTX 3070, but it's branded as a 3080 — probably because getting a GA102 GPU into a laptop would be difficult at best, considering the desktop cards draw 320W or more power. We'll look at all three options here. Before we get into how to find RTX 3080 deals, let's set the stage. Our GPU price index tracks recently sold GPUs on eBay. That's not a perfect look at the market, but it does give a reasonable indication of what some people are willing to pay. Not surprisingly, retail prices at places like Amazon and Newegg tend to follow the eBay trends — perhaps minus eBay's 14% pound of flesh, perhaps not. If you can find a GeForce RTX 3080 or GeForce RTX 3080 Ti for several hundred dollars less than the typical eBay price, we'd consider that a "deal" — even if it still ends up being rather expensive. We have a few places we can look for a standalone GeForce RTX 3080. Most vendors charging "reasonable" prices are sold out and have been since the cards launched last year. The easiest place to find an RTX 3080 is eBay, though as usual you'll want to exercise caution — avoid buying from new accounts, and if the price looks too good to be true (basically, anything under $1,000), it probably is. There are tons of scams going on right now, so act accordingly. Beyond eBay, there are third parties selling GPUs on Amazon and Newegg, and there's also the Newegg Shuffle. Here's what we've found looking at current prices. Average RTX 3080 eBay Price: $1,739 for sold listings Typical Newegg RTX 3080 Price: $1,580 or more Typical Amazon RTX 3080 Price: $1,670 or more Newegg Shuffle Price: $1,070 to $1,400, more with bundled items Theoretically, the Newegg Shuffle looks like the best bet, but I can speak from experience and say that out of hundreds of attempts, I have never been selected for an RTX 3080 shuffle — I've only "won" the opportunity to buy an expensive bundle four times, and twice it was for a CPU bundle. The other two times were for an RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3090 bundle priced at over $2,500. Thanks but no thanks. If you can find a card that's actually in stock, Newegg still might be your best bet, but do note that the typical price for the RTX 3080 is over twice the MSRP in all of the cases we checked. That takes care of the RTX 3080 10GB cards, but what about the more expensive RTX 3080 Ti 12GB?

Looking for a top pair of wireless headphones for your holidays? Then this Black Friday Beats deal absolutely should not be missed. Right now, the Beats Studio 3 wireless headphones have their price slashed well over half at Best Buy. What's better is that this incredible deal is also complemented by 6 months of Apple Music at no extra cost. Both Best Buy and Amazon are really pushing the boat out with their Black Friday deals this year, as evidenced by these unbelievable discounts on the Beats Studio 3 wireless headphones. At Best Buy, US buyers can pick up a pair for just $169.99, a massive $180 saving off of the $349.99 retail price. UK buyers should head to Amazon, then, where the Beats Studio 3 wireless headphones are also currently half price at the online retail giant, on sale for just £149, down from the retail price of £299.95, instantly making it one of the best Beats Black Friday deals you can buy. Featuring great active noise cancellation and a stunning 40 hours of battery life (though that falls to 22 hours with ANC turned on), the Beats Studio 3 wireless headphones are an incredible value at the discounted price. Usually, they'd be a little hard to recommend at retail price, considering other similarly priced cans, like the Sony WH-1000XM4s, outclass them in terms of sound quality and active noise cancellation. However, the steep discount means that you're getting a top quality pair of headphones without paying a premium price, and the Beats Studio 3 wireless headphones are a superb option for overall great performance on the cheap. If Beats headphones aren't for you, be sure to give our best Sony WH-1000XM4 Black Friday deals guide a look for discounts across a range of fantastic Sony headphones and earbuds. As both Beats and AirPods are owned by Apple, you might also be interested in checking out our AirPods vs Beats Black Friday guide, to see which brand is right for you. While standard-grade SSDs will serve the average PC user for years on end, they typically can't handle the rigorous performance demands of plotting Chia. PNY's LX3030, on the other hand, is built specifically with Chia plotting in mind. As a result, it provides both high-performance and enterprise-level endurance, making it a perfect pick if you're starting or still building multi-petabyte Chia coin farms. The PNY LX3030 is an interesting piece of hardware. It comes powered by Phison's PS5012-E12S SSD controller but it is outfitted with Micron's 96-Layer QLC flash to take on the grizzly challenges of Chia plotting. Now, you may think to yourself, 'wait a minute, QLC flash on a supposedly high-performance and endurance SSD?' In short, yes. Although the SSD is built with QLC flash, it doesn't behave like one. To handle the heavy workloads, the flash is programmed to function in SLC mode, much like the technique we described in our FuzeDrive review. However, instead of limiting that to a small region of flash, the company uses 8TB of QLC flash as 2TB of usable SLC. This means that, unlike conventional consumer storage, the PNY LX3030 is closer to being an enterprise SSD because its write speeds won't degrade much at all, even after hammering it with multiple terabytes of sustained write workloads. Therefore, the LX3030's consistent performance profile should be very appealing to storage enthusiasts just as much as Chia farmers, but it is expensive and is a bit limited by its PCIe 3.0 interface compared to newer PCIe 4.0-equipped SSDs. PNY's LX3030 is available in 1TB and 2TB capacities, and even though it's a PCIe 3.0 x4 device, each is more expensive than your average PCIe Gen4 SSD. The drives weigh in at $819.99 and $1,169,66, respectively. Due to the LX3030's specialized application and high cost, the drive won't sell in large volumes. As such, it is primarily available as build-to-order through PNY.com, though a few will be available at select retailers. The LX3030 is rated for up to 3.2/2.4 GBps read/write, but it lacks random IOPS ratings. As for warranty, strangely, the company only backs the 1TB LX3030 with a short two-year warranty but gives the 2TB model a lengthier five-year warranty. PNY rates the LX3030 with two endurance ratings, too; one for Chia, and one for anything else. If you use the LX3030 solely for Chia plotting, the company backs it for up to a monstrous 54,000 TB of writes, but only 20,000 TB for other workloads. PNY provides a downloadable SSD Toolbox. It isn't as extensive or polished as something like Samsung Magician or WD's SSD Dashboard, but it provides basic functionality such as SMART data monitoring. It also allows you to manually Trim your SSD, secure erase it, and update the firmware if an update is available. The LX3030 is powered by Phison’s PS5012-E12S, a PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe 1.3 SSD controller that supports four NAND packages on each side of the PCB. The E12S leverages a dual-core CPU that clocks in at 666 MHz along with a dual-CPU co-processor to sustain high write performance with minimal degradation. It also takes advantage of two 8Gb packages of Kingston DDR3 clocking 1,600 MHz for accelerating FTL mapping table access and snappy performance. The SSD is built on a 12nm process for efficiency and to keep it cool under load. It also features ASPM, ASPT, L1.2, and has thermal throttle support for further energy efficiency and maintaining cool temperatures under load. It also supports Trim, SMART data reporting and can be securely erased via the Format NVM command. The company even says it is compliant with OPAL hardware encryption specifications, a nice bonus for those who want to lock down their data.

What is it? Time waits for no man. Or car. In the time since we road tested the current Volkswagen Polo and declared it top of the supermini class, quite a few new or thoroughly refreshed rivals have entered the fray. So it’s facelift time for the Polo. Its design is awkwardly caught between VW’s older, more rectilinear design language and the more recent swoopy monobrow style first seen on the Mk8 Golf, which makes the fussier headlights and bigger tail-lights sit slightly uneasy on the more restrained body. VW has also revised the trim levels with more kit fitted as standard. Not counting the GTI, there are just three: Life, Style and R-Line. The cheapest Polo, costing £17,885, is now a Life with a 79bhp naturally aspirated 1.0-litre, but really you want at least the 94bhp turbocharged version costing £18,825, which can be paired with a seven-speed DSG dual-clutch automatic as well as a five-speed manual. There is also a 108bhp DSG-only version, which is solely an R-Line model and costs £23,355. Whichever version you choose, it’s one of the most expensive non-hybrid superminis, so it makes sense that VW estimates 60% of UK Polos will have the 94bhp engine, and 75% will be Life trim. Helpfully, our test car is both. What's it like? Four years ago, the Polo’s big strength was its spaciousness, and that hasn’t changed. It’s still one of the roomiest superminis. In the back, only a Skoda Fabia or Honda Jazz are more spacious and its 351-litre boot is similar to the Ibiza's, albeit smaller than the Renault Clio's and Fabia's. The 94bhp engine can be a little grumbly low down, but it revs smoothly and would be perfectly adequate were it not for the tall gearing on the five-speed manual, which means that it needs quite a few revs to make good progress. Happily, thrashing it seems to make little difference to the fuel economy, and it gets 50mpg with ease. Its refinement on the motorway is so good that it would be acceptable in a car from the class above. Where the Polo has gained the most significant uplift is in the standard-fit tech. There are now standard LED headlights, an 8.0in multimedia screen, a fully digital instrument cluster and a multifunction steering wheel. That cluster is clear and modern, but unless you pay £300 extra for the Digital Cockpit Pro, half of the available real estate remains dark. All Polos also come with adaptive cruise control and travel assist. That’s quite rare in a small car, and what’s even rarer is that both actually work well. At the same time, it’s surprisingly bare, with things like automatic climate control and keyless entry consigned to the options list. Ordinarily, we’d criticise the multimedia screen for still being the old system, but in VW’s case, the old system is generally more responsive and has more shortcuts, so that’s actually a good thing. Navigation isn’t standard, though, so if you press the 'Nav' button in a base-spec car, it displays a message telling you that you can add this function in the Volkswagen Shop. However, there’s wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and, more often than not, Waze and Google Maps are superior to built-in navigation systems anyway. But where the Polo’s sibling, the Seat Ibiza, got a significant interior uplift when it was facelifted earlier this year, the Polo remains pretty much the same, which means it’s just as austere and dull inside as before. The materials are fine, if nothing special, and the ergonomics, seat comfort and build quality are beyond reproach, but in a Clio or even a Fabia or Dacia Sandero, you at least get a flash of colour here, a mildly interesting texture there, something to liven things up. A general from the United Arab Emirates who has been accused of complicity in torture has been elected as president of the global police agency Interpol. Ahmed Nasser al-Raisi, inspector general of the UAE's interior ministry, will serve a four-year term in the part-time and unpaid role. Human rights groups had lobbied against his candidacy, accusing him of failing to investigate credible complaints of torture against UAE security forces. Gen Raisi rejects the allegations. The UAE's foreign ministry said he "strongly believes that the abuse or mistreatment by police is abhorrent and intolerable". Gen Raisi was elected Interpol's president after three rounds of voting by member states at the agency's general assembly in Istanbul, Turkey. His duties will include chairing meetings of the executive committee, which supervises the work of Secretary General Jürgen Stock. Mr Stock is a full-time official who oversees the day-to-day running of Interpol. Gen Raisi tweeted that it was an "honour" to be elected president and promised to "build a more transparent, diverse, and decisive organisation that works to ensure safety for all". In a separate statement, he declared that the UAE was "one of the world's safest places" and that the Gulf Arab state continued to be the "most important force for positive change in the world's most difficult region". But the campaign group Human Rights Watch's Gulf researcher, Hiba Zayadin, called it "a sad day for human rights and the rule of law worldwide". She said the general was "a representative of arguably the most authoritarian government in the Gulf, one that equates peaceful dissent with terrorism". The election was also condemned by the British academic Matthew Hedges, who has issued a claim for damages at the High Court in London that accuses Gen Raisi and three other senior UAE officials of being involved in the false imprisonment and torture he allegedly suffered in the UAE in 2018. Lawyers acting on behalf of the Gulf Centre for Human Rights (GCHR) have also recently lodged formal complaints against Gen Raisi in France and Turkey. The group has accused him of involvement in what it alleges is the unlawful arrest and torture of the UAE's most prominent human rights defender, Ahmed Mansoor, who was detained in 2017 and later sentenced to 10 years in prison for "defaming" the country on social media. UAE Presidential Adviser Anwar Gargash said the accusations were part of an "organised and intense smear and defamation campaign" that the election had now "crushed on the rock of truth".
