Iran said Sunday that it had seized a foreign oil tanker that it claimed was smuggling fuel to Arab states. The tanker was intercepted Wednesday night by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard's 2nd Marine Corps, according to Iranian news agency ISNA. Iran's state media Press TV said the vessel had seven crew members and was carrying 700,000 liters of fuel, or about 4,500 barrels. If full, this amount would make it a relatively small tanker. The nationalities of the ship and of the crew have not been revealed. Ramadan Zirahi, commander of that naval unit, told ISNA that the vessel carrying the "seized smuggled fuel" was transferred to Bushehr and that the fuel was delivered to the National Oil Distribution Company of Bushehr in coordination with the judiciary. Zirahi said the 2nd Marine Corps floating units were guarding the national interest and "will not hesitate for a moment." Iran's seizure last month of two tankers -- one Panamanian-flagged and one British -- marked an escalation in the standoff between the Islamic Republic and Western powers after US President Donald Trump's decision to withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal last year. Iran has released nine of the 12 Indian crew members who were on board the Panamanian-flagged tanker that it seized after claiming the vessel was carrying 1 million liters of smuggled fuel. Iran has granted consular access to 18 Indian crew members of the seized British-flagged oil tanker Stena Impero.

Automachef has come closer to breaking me than any game I can think of in recent memory. It serves up such a staggering amount of freedom and number of options that I often grew to feel like my best, most well-planned efforts might never be good enough. Automachef is also a very funny, oddly accessible and forgiving game, one that might ask you to think like a robot but which certainly encourages creative solutions to its unwavering challenge. The goal in every level is to entirely automate the process of preparing and delivering a variety of increasingly-complex dishes with maximum efficiency. You’re given a simple recipe to begin with, and you’ll have to deal with an onslaught of customers who arrive and order from the pre-determined menu. You have machines that dispense the raw ingredients, say a patty or burger bun; programmable robotic arms that can automatically pick up and move whichever ingredients you tell them to; grills for cooking your patties or hot dogs; food processors to chop vegetables and cheese; and conveyor belts on which to transport everything around. You have a frankly staggering amount of control over all of this, with everything needing to be manually tweaked, from the speed of individual conveyor belts to the dividing up of raw and cooked ingredients. Heroic Magic Duel review - "Generic magic duel" Likewise, order readers need to be programmed to tell specific pieces of equipment when to start up or dispense an item depending on what order comes through when. As you can imagine, things get exceedingly complicated in no time at all. Every machine you install will bump up your energy consumption. This is a problem considering that all levels come with their own pre-determined goals, one of which is to not exceed a certain amount of power. To hit maximum efficiency, you’ll also have to minimise wastage by making sure that ingredients aren’t being backed up by a surplus of buns or meat. Space is another huge concern, with each level having its own size of kitchen for you to work around. Outside of the main campaign, there’s a contract mode where you’re tasked with starting up a kitchen building business that delivers specific kitchens to order, as well as a sort of sandbox mode which allows you to mess around with unlimited cash and energy to design whatever sort of mad-scientist creations your heart desires. Regardless of the mode, it feels like the sort of thing you really ought to have studied at university for 4 years to be moderately competent at – but then it hits you, it all just clicks, and by the grace of God you win with a glorious 62% efficiency rating. Sky: Children of the Light review - "Transcends the standards of the platformer genre" But wait… that’s a bit pants. Maybe you should go back and do it all again? My impossibly irksome brain whines to me. And so I return not quite to square one but to a position that feels like it may as well be. In these moments, you’ll likely rerun your interconnected machine several times to try and visually decipher what’s going wrong and where. You’re constantly using old knowledge to speed up progress, and there’s even the option to save blueprints for later use. This saves a huge amount of time and energy while also giving you a more permanent reward for your creativity.

President Trump's feud with four freshman congresswomen known collectively as the "Squad" dragged into its second week as the president sought Monday to flip the script on those accusing him of stirring racial tensions. In a blistering morning tweet -- and comments afterward to reporters in the Oval Office -- the president accused those same lawmakers of racism. "The 'Squad' is a very Racist group of troublemakers who are young, inexperienced, and not very smart," Trump tweeted. The president appeared to elaborate while speaking to reporters alongside visiting Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan. The president warned that the congresswomen are "really bad for our country" and made reference to when Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., recently reacted to criticism from the Congressional Black Caucus by saying, "We don’t need black faces that don’t want to be a black voice." That statement from Pressley came in the midst of an ugly fight with members of the Democratic establishment led by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, but the two sides united against Trump after he tweeted two weekends ago that the lawmakers should “go back” where they came from and return once they've fixed problems at home (though all but one of the intended targets are from America). Democrats came together to issue a resolution condemning the remarks, which they described as racist. The freshman lawmakers -- Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and Pressley -- have kept up the criticism of Trump ever since, especially after a rally crowd broke out in chants of "send her back" last week. Trump later distanced himself from that chant, which had been directed at Omar, who was born in Somalia.

Infinifactory is a puzzle video game developed and published by Zachtronics, released on June 30, 2015. The game was later released on PlayStation 4 in December 2015. In the game, the player takes the role of a human abducted by aliens and forced to construct assembly lines to create certain objects for apparently-nefarious purposes. The game combines elements of Zachtronics' previous SpaceChem and Infiniminer, with the assembly lines being built from blocks in a three-dimensional space. Infinifactory is a puzzle game, structured as several sets of puzzles based on various tasks. The player takes the role of a human that is abducted by an alien race and is put to work to help the aliens construct equipment; the character does not appear to be the first one that has been taken for this purpose as throughout the levels are the corpses of other abducted humans, which the player can find and listen to their last audio log. The game is divided into 6 worlds with several puzzles per world. Completing a specified quota of puzzles on a world lets you advance to the next one, as well as advancing the story. By successfully completing all the puzzles, the player's character is rescued from the alien race by other abductees to a hidden base on the alien homeworld, and begins to work with the other abductees to find a way to escape the planet and return home. Additional chapters have since been added during the game's time in Early Access, adding in new block types and furthering the story of the abductees' escape attempts. Within each puzzle, the player is tasked to deliver a number of objects, constructed from one or more types of cube, to one or more delivery points by directing and assembling the individual cubes from their spawning point. The player has an unlimited amount of time to set up the various components that make up the assembly line, including conveyor belts, welders to attach pieces to each other, and sensors to trigger devices like pushers. This construction process is similar to other block-building games like Minecraft, though there are no limits on the number of blocks that can be placed. The player's view is from a first-person perspective and can be freely moved about the puzzle's landscape, including vertically by using a jetpack. The player may also be constrained by pre-set objects that may help or hinder their assembly line construction that cannot be removed. The player can start the factory at any time, checking for faults and other issues should the process fail, including pausing the line to track down specific problems. Once the player has constructed an assembly line that successfully meets the delivery requirements, they can to move on to the next puzzle. The player's solution is scored on three criteria: footprint (the total floor space enclosed by the assembly line), cycles (the time taken between starting the assembly line and the requirements being met) and blocks (the number of non-platform type blocks used). The scores for each criterion are presented on a histogram of all players worldwide, encouraging the player to improve and optimize solutions to already-completed puzzles. The game includes support for Steam Workshop, which allows users to create their own puzzle challenges to share with other players once they have completed the game's story mode. Players cannot submit a puzzle to the Workshop until they can build their own factory that successfully solves the puzzle, assuring that the puzzle is solvable. Infinifactory is considered by Zachtronic's lead developer Zach Barth as a reworking of his first game, Manufactoid in three dimensions. Though Barth did not feel this game was very good, it would help set up the mechanics of other games he developed, including the po[CENSORED]r SpaceChem, which has the player developing mani[CENSORED]tors to create chemical molecules. Barth wanted to develop a game that has the same flavor of mechanics of SpaceChem without making a direct sequel, and turned back to the original idea of Manufactoid to build on. Further, the game is based on the block mechanic approach that Barth had developed for his title Infiniminer, itself a basis for many other block-building games like Minecraft. The success of Minecraft led Barth to realize that basing a puzzle game on the block construction mechanics would make the game's fundamentals easy to grasp. Barth was also given suggestions by fans of his titles to return to the puzzle game genre after the release of his Ironclad Tactics. A significant difference in Infinifactory compared other block-building games is the integration of supporting blocks to allow for blocks to fall when they are disconnected from other block structures. This was necessary to get the mechanics of the 3D conveyor belt system to work correctly and appropriately for their envisioned game. The alien "language", which in-game appears as horizontal blocks of pixel-style glyphs, is a completely fake language that Barth created for the game. The glyphs were based on envisioning an idea of a 5x5 pixel block using visual rules that are common among other real pictorial alphabets, including the idea of punctuation, which he felt was appropriate for the alien race that built everything out of cubes. While Barth uses consistency in placing this glyphs into the game, using a limited font set he entitled Overlord, there was otherwise no intended meaning. Barth had run a small alternate reality game that demonstrated this glyph alphabet but intentionally without any meaning, so that players would be confused about the results. The game was released to Steam's Early access on January 19, 2015. Barth was wary of an Early access release considering issues of other games released in that manner. Based on the development process they used for Ironclad Tactics - where after releasing the first final version of the game to the public, found they needed to improve some parts of the game due to critical feedback - Barth plans to use Early access to release a near-complete version of the title to the public. From that, they will use feedback to improve some of the gameplay mechanics and develop more puzzles and content for the title prior to a full final release, so that this product will appear complete. Barth likened this approach to a "living game", in which regardless of when the player buys the game, they will get one that is fully complete, but can help develop additional content and other improvements by buying in at the earlier stages. Barth considered his approach comparable to that used by Kerbal Space Program, Dwarf Fortress, and Minecraft. One aspect being used during Early Access is to have a brief survey to the user after they complete each puzzle, asking the player their thoughts on the level of difficulty and enjoyment; these responses will be used to tune the puzzles that will be included with the final release of the game. Another aspect of the Early Access program was how far to develop the story elements of the game once the game's main engine was complete. Ironclad Tactics had a large amount of internal story took considerable time and effort to develop that Barth found that players did not respond to positively. As such, for Infinifactory, Barth opted for a more minimal story to release with Early Access and used feedback to determine if more story needed to be added to the title. The game left Early Access on June 30, 2015. A PlayStation 4 version was released on December 22, 2015.

House Republican leaders stood by President Trump on Tuesday in response to a Democratic resolution condemning his controversial tweets about four freshman lawmakers, alleging their outrage is “all about politics” and suggesting it's being used to revive an impeachment push. “They talked more about impeachment than anything else,” House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said, referring to Monday's fiery press conference with Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and Ayanna Pressley. "We should get back to the business of America." CONWAY BLASTS DEMS' 'TIRED' CLAIMS OF RACISM, SAYS SHE 'TOTALLY DISAGREES' WITH HUSBAND'S SCATHING OP-ED The battle between Trump and congressional Democrats over his weekend tweets has become all-consuming, effectively putting other skirmishes -- ranging from a bid to hold Trump Cabinet officials in contempt to feuding inside the Democratic caucus over those same freshman lawmakers' conduct -- on the backburner. If anything, Trump's comments -- telling the freshmen to “go back” to the countries they came from (despite all but Omar being from the United States) and then come back and show everyone how to fix things -- have united the fractured Democrats for the time being. Democratic leaders are now preparing a resolution condemning Trump's remarks for the House floor later Tuesday. And in a House Democratic Caucus meeting Tuesday morning, Speaker Nancy Pelosi made clear her support for the four freshmen amid these attacks -- just days after she and Ocasio-Cortez were trading jabs in dueling media interviews. “These are our sisters,” Pelosi said, according to an aide in the room. Despite the resolution's focus on Trump's tweets, McCarthy said that Monday's press conference held by the four congresswomen revealed their true goal. “On the night of being sworn in … they spoke about impeachment in words I will not use here,” McCarthy said, likely referring to when Tlaib said, “Impeach the motherf----r.” McCarthy also accused House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., of working to win the chairmanship based on his supposed ability to impeach the president, before Special Counsel Robert Mueller had even released his report on the Russia investigation. (Publicly, Nadler has said there's justification to pursue impeachment but has urged caution.) In advance of the House vote on the resolution, Democratic Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., in a Capitol press conference, said Trump must “tone down the xenophobic and racist rhetoric that is consistently peddled out of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.” He called for Republicans to join Democrats in voting to condemn the president’s remarks in Tuesday’s vote. “We want the strongest vote possible,” Jeffries said. “And we’re hopeful that our colleagues on the other side of the aisle would put country ahead of party, would put decency ahead of Donald Trump. Let’s see what happens on the floor later on this evening.” WALL STREET JOURNAL: TRUMP'S TWEETS GIVE DEMOCRATS A BREAK FROM ATTACKING EACH OTHER “Our colleagues are wrong when they tell Americans, as Congresswoman Pressley did just last weekend that any individual’s seat that the table is only valuable, only legitimate if that person espouses some preapproved set of beliefs deemed appropriate based on their religion or their gender or their race. When they say that, that is racist,” Cheney said, stating that the GOP’s opposition to the so-called “Squad” of progressive women “has to do with the content of their policies,” not their gender, religion, or race.
