If u see the admin menu of bans If an admin goes crazy for instance, he can literally ban anyone that too within seconds. Such cases reporting would infact be too late. So I guess its a precaution.

I'll try to give Some Necessary things you would require when you start as an admin. 1) READING RULES Reading Rules [ Here ] is very important before you start Using Commands on Players. [ Here ] Are the Commands Specifically mentioning each Grade with it's Commands. Reading Rules at least a good number of times before you start taking charge is very essential. [ The More you Read, The Less chances for you to Make a Mistake ] 2) ACTIVITY Activity is also A very important factor. It basically means how much time you spend your time on the Server. You can Check your Daily Activity by just Searching your Name [ Here ] The Better your Activity, the More Experienced you get, and You Pave way for An Upgrade. Premanager : 900 Minutes Daily Elder : 750 Minutes Daily Semi - elder : 550 Minutes Daily Moderator : 400 Minutes Daily Administrator : 300 Minutes Daily Helper : 200 Minutes Daily Here, you can find the minimum Activity you should have as per the Grade. Daily Activity on Forum/ ts3 is essential if you want to be considered a "Active Admin" If you don't know how to join ts3 server. Please see this [ Tutorial ] 3) RULES TO BE KEPT straight in Mind Before you use Any Commands. You are not allowed to use command on other admins only Founder/owners can use it. Nor Can you use Commands on yourself. Admins Is Not Allowed To Stay In Spectators, You Can Stay Afk When You Don't Play. Make Sure you Follow And Read ALL the Rules; But Most New Admins are found commonly breaking these Rules. [ All Commands Work, they don't need to be tested (on yourself) ] Also Be very careful in executing each commands. Proper Implementation is great for the Environment you create for you and the Players. 4) Do Not Hesitate To Ask From Your Senior Grade Admins Learn from your Senior Grade Admins and Observe how they Execute Commands . If you have doubts, Always Approach them and Ask if Required. 5) Make Sure you Are Aware of the Tutorial Section, it can help you with some of the Execution Of Commands . [ Tutorial Section ] 6) You Are Supposed to be Polite with Players, When they need your Help ( Be Ready to Assist and be well-Informed ). Always Respect your Senior Grade Admins as they are more Experienced Than You. 7) How To Join server with Your Password [ The Password given by you to a Manager ] The Command is simple Open Console Type: setinfo _pw "Your Password" And then you can join the Server. Hello 1) Adding Admin Menu wouldnt be a bad idea, but i dont think its a big issue to type simple commands. Commands can be used with Name or <Id> too, so its debatable. #Pro 2) I think that shouldnt be a factor that an admin is active or not. I am probably playing for 3 4 5 hours ( along with a good activity) and still cant even get a decent score (bad ranker ><) . So for this its a #Contra

#Pro New Maps can Interest Players/Admins. But it can be followed with removal of some other unwanted maps/maps not liked by players. ( Too many maps wud make less utilization of new maps/more interesting maps )

Hello, Maybe adding too much would cause differences: a probable demotivation to normal players ( maybe childish but yes ?) or too many skins would be hefty if the serv files are overloaded/Due Extra stuffs (Players can have slow PC ) Although going for some Good Changes ( Maybe a Red color suit(instead of the white/black) for daddy boss /founders /Owners ; even VIPs) would look more better. And also your suggested skin is also great.

Hello, 5 ammo usually proves good to be a standard start. Giving 10-15 or more ammos would infact increase the "rankers" chances to buy mods, again affecting the "Good Start" because they wont have as many chances to buy mods, if they are new/not that good

Adding a New OP gun; Maybe put it on a trial for 3-5 Days, if it gets a good response then it can be opted for. But usually changes like these can sometimes affect New Players and their satisfaction.

The damage output by snipers is insane, a group of 3 snipers can rek atleast 10 assassins themselves. Infact Increasing damage for assassin would be a good choice rather ? For the Nemesis, adding or decreasing wont make a difference ; if Players like to gain ammo.. its always a good choice to opt for. Comparing Zms not great ? the last one makes probable sense if u want an increase in HP
