I see how much @Loenex want to be a part from our staff, so I should give my opinion. Exactly what I said to your last request , Mr. @Loenex, you need a little more maturity and you started earn it , keep continuing with that.
About what I saw about your work on the forum , I can say that you work and try to do good things for the community, that's not bad so. I like that you want to change yourself.
Now I want to say something about this big drama which was created here!
@axelxcapo and @Seuong , to be really honest with you guys , you are are ridicoulous... How to talk now about a thing which happened 1 or 2 months ago , exactly right now , when this man did this request, 1 or 2 months ago this subject wasnt so important? Only now is important? What can I see is that you have something personally with @Loenex and I don't like this childish from you.

Don't forget the moments when you spammed me a lot of times to give you helper or moderator on teamspeak3. I don t want to make some influencies, but you need to work hard at your attitude first of all and then to improve yourself. Good luck!?

SkyZM Regulament pentru Admni & jucatori- ROMANA
Regulementele noi sunt marcate cu albastru
Playeri/ Admini :
1. Folosirea chat-ului :
- Este interzis ca dumneavostra sa faceti pe post de admin / sa spamati/ sa flodati / sa folositi cuvinte jignitoare la adresa altor persoane
- Folosirea chat-ului adminilor este permisa doar atunci cand un jucator doreste sa reclame un hacker sau un alt jucator a facut ceva gresit , iar admin-ul nu a observat.
2. In timpul jocului :
- Daca nu ataci cand esti zombie ( sau lasi free unui prieten de-al tau , iar pe ceilalti ii omori - In mod-uri ) va fi sanctionat cu avertisment/ slap / slay.
- Blocarea altui player va fi sanctionat cu avertisment/ slap / slay.
- Folosirea unor spatii in care zombie nu poate ajunge sa te ataci (Ex: sus pe mapa) va fi sanctiionat cu avertisment/ slap / slay.
- In cazul in care este un mod ( armageddon , swarm , Nightmare , AVS , Survivor , Sniper , Nemesis , Assassin ) - Ultimii 2 humani ramasi in viata trebuie sa se ascunda.
- ESTE STRICT INTERZIS SA FOLOSITI LM-ul PENTRU A FACE AMMO sau A OMORI pe cei AFK. ( Exceptie : daca este doar un human ramas in viata)
- Nu este permis sa lasi free in urmatoarele moduri : Armageddon , Nightmare , AVS , Swarm.
- Incercarea sau distrugerea efectiva a laser-ului unui jucator se sanctioneaza direct cu slay.
- Daca dai retry cand esti ultimul zombie sau cand zombie-ul e gata sa te infecteze vei fi sanctionat cu ban.
- Playerii care isi bat joc de admini , aduc injurii legate de familie , rasa , racism sau folosirea oricarui fel de hack/script/speed/aim vor fi sanctionati cu ban.
- Playerii au obligatia de a lua cu atentie in vedere mesajele adminilor in HUD CHAT.
- Playerii/ adminii au voie sa cumpere SNIPER / SURVIVOR o singura data la 3 mape (Adica: daca ai cumparat intr-o mapa un mod SNIPER sau SURVIVOR , 3 mape consectutive nu ai voie sa iei decat NEMESIS/ASSASIN).
- Daca server-ul da modul human (SURVIVOR/SNIPER) unui PLAYER/ADMIN , acesta nu mai are dreptul sa cumpere un alt mod human.
- Playerii sau Adminii nu au voie sa cumpere modul human cand sunt mai putin de 19 jucatori prezenti pe server.
Reguli pentru admini :
1. Job-ul adminilor:
- In primul rand - toti adminii au obligatia sa verifice ca toti playerii sa respecte regulamentul - nu doar sa se focuseze pe joc si fraguri.
- Adminii trebuie sa verifice forumul zilnic.
- Adminii trebuie sa aiba banlist.
- Adminii trebuie sa dea kick celor 2 boti in caz ca server-ul este full ( Exceptie: Este interzis sa dati kick botilor intre orele 00:00 - 10:00 Ora Romaniei )
- Adminii nu au permisiunea sa foloseasca comanda "zp_" , daca nu a trecut cel putin 2 runde din mapa.
- Este interzisa folosirea comenzii ' zp_ ' , daca 1 sau mai multi playeri au peste 150 ammo sau daca ' Timpul Ramas este <= 12 minute '
- Daca un admin doreste sa dea vot (amx_votemap), acesta trebuie sa se consulte cu ceilalti admini respectiv cu playerii activi pe server.
- Adminii nu au dreptul de-a executa comenzi pe alt admin ( Exceptie : zp_zombie , zp_respawn ) ( Exceptia nr.2: Managerii au dreptul sa foloseasca comenzi pe alt admin )
- Adminii trebuie sa astepte pana la minutul 2:30 ca sa dea slap / slay / freeze . ( Exceptie : Pot folosii comenzile respective de cand a inceput runda , daca este vorba de o runda Sniper/Survivor)
- In modul Plague , admin-ul are obligatia ca atunci cand da slay unui nemesis AFK , sa dea nemesis unui alt zombie .
- Administratorii nu au dreptul de a da slay altor admini - chiar daca este nemesis afk( Doar gradele mai sus de moderator , inclusiv moderator , pot face acest lucru)
- Este strict interzis ca un admin sa-si bata joc de un alt jucator. (Asta daca nu o face in gluma, iar respecti-ul jucator permite acest lucru)
2. Folosirea comenzilor AMXX

- Playeri care nu ataca cand sunt zombie
- Playeri care blocheaza
- Playeri care sunt pe mapa
- Playeri care sparg lm-ul pe jucatori AFK
- Ultimilor 2 jucatori care nu se ascund
- Nemesis care este afk in Armageddon mod / Plague mod
- Playeri care distrug / trag in laserele coechipierilor.
- Playeri-lor care lasa free in mod-ul Armageddon / Nightmare / AVS / Swarm
- Playeri care lasa free prietenilor ( Nemesis / Assassin ) , dar pe altii ii omoara
- Playeri-lor care au cumparat mai multe de 1 mod human in 3 mape.
- Playeri-lor care incearca sa inghete cu FROST NADE assassin-ul -
Freeze
- Playeri care nu ataca in mod-ul Swarm / AVS / Plague / Survivor / Sniper
- Playeri care campeaza in apa , fiind zombie -
Gag
- Playeri care spameaza pe chat
- Playei-lor ce folosesc un limbag vulgar
- Playeri care deranjeaza adminii si se baga in treaba lor. -
Ban
- Playeri care dau retry fiind ultimul zombie ( 1h - 2h )
- Playeri-lor care dau retry cand sunt oameni , iar zombie e pe cale sa-l infecteze ( 1h - 2h )
- Playeri-lor care injura de mama/ sora/ familie/sfinti sau aduc jigniri rasiste adminilor ( 1 day - 7 days )
- Playeri care incearca sa faca reclama unui site sau altor servere( 7 day - permanently )
- Playeri care folosesc hack-uri/cod-uri (SPEED/AIM,ETC)( 1 day - 3 day )

- Este permis in fiecare mapa ( in plague mod).
- Este permis sa-l folosesti pe tine o data la 12 ore.
- Nu este permis sa dai nemesis/assassin unui jucator care a primit deja de la un alt admin acest mod in ultimele 24h
- In caz ca ti-ai dat nemesis/assassin , in acea mapa,nu ai voie sa cumperi un alt mod. -
ZP - Zombie / Human / Respawn
- zp_human pe tine este permisa atata timp cat nu se face abuz de ea
- zp_zombies se foloseste la cererea jucatori-lor care doresc asta (SPRE EXEMPLU , IN ULTIMA RUNDA DIN MAPA).
- Folosirea comenzii zp_respawn este permisa doar atunci cand este un bug pe harta sau un jucator a primit slay fara motiv. -
Vote map
- Daca deja au fost 2 extinderi de mapa
- In caz ca e o mapa mica , iar server-ul e 32/32
- In caz-ul consultarii cu toti ceilalti admini.
- In caz-ul in care mapa aleasa de server este deja in ultimele 5 (a se verifica /lastmap)

Players / Admins :
1. Using the chat
- It's forbidden to interferes with the work of the admin / spam / advertise / flooding or using any censored words.
- Using the admin chat for players is allowed only , when they want to report a hacker to the admins or when someone has done something wrong and the admin hasn't noticed it.
2. While playing
- Not attacking as a zombie ( or giving free to your friends but killing the others - IN MODS ) will be followed by warn / slap / slay.
- Blocking other players deliberately or using bugs on the maps to get out of the map will be followed by warn / slap / slay.
- Being in a place that is unreachable for the zombies will be followed by warn / slap / slay.
- In case of having a mod round ( armageddon , swarm , Nightmare , AVS , Survivor , Sniper , Nemesis , Assassin ) - the last 2 humans must hide. ( This rule applies only if one or more of the alive humans have a jetpack )
- It's forbidden to use lasermines to AFK zombies. ( Exception : if it's the last human )
- Giving free in the following mods isn't allowed : Armageddon , Nightmare , AVS , Swarm.
- Trying to destroy someone's lasermine deliberately - will be followed by slay.
- Doing retry after gag , while being a last zombie or while a zombie is about to kill you - will be followed by ban.
- Players who abuses admin , player's / admin's mother , sister , religion or attempts to launch racists topics or playing with hacks / scripts - will be followed by ban.
- Players are obliged to check admin's messages on the hud chat.
- Players / Admins are allowed to buy human mod once per 3 maps.
- If the server give human mod to player / admin - he's not allowed to buy human mod in the same map.
- Players / Admins arent allowed to use frost nade on assassins. (Not even once)
- Players / Admins arent allowed to buy human mod when the player's count is lower than 19.
Admins :
1. Admin's job
- At first - all admins are obliged to make sure the players are following the rules - not only to focus on the game.
- Admins must check the forum daily.
- Admins must have a banlist + admin registration.
- Admins must kick the server bots in case of a full server ( Exception: Forbidden to kick server bots between 00:00 - 10:00 Server Time )
- Admins aren't allowed to use commands starting with prefix ' zp_ ' , till the first 2 rounds pass from the map start.
- It's forbidden to start mods with ' zp_ ' commands , if 1+ players have 150+ ammo or if ' TIME LEFT <= 12 mins '
- When an admin wants to start a vote map and there is no other admins that he can consult with , he has to ask the players if they want to vote.
- Admins aren't allowed to use commands on other admins ( Exception : zp_zombie , zp_respawn ) ( Exception 2: Managers are allowed to use commands on admins )
- Admins have to wait till 2:30 round time before start using commands slap / slay / freeze . ( Exception : Can use these commands from 3:00 round time in survivor/sniper mod )
- Admins Should change nick names of players who have problematic / advertising nicks ("Player" "?" "@!" or some IP address)
- In Plague mode , admins should make 1 nemesis if both nemesis are slayed. (Don't make another nemesis if one nemesis is active)
- Administrators can't slay other admins - even if he's afk nemesis in a mod ( Only Moderators and up can slay)
- Admins should not donate the ammo earned from survivor mod to others.(Not even to other admins)
- It is strictly forbidden for admins to abuse someone. (Not even as a joke)
- All admins must have discord installed on their phone + computer.

- Players who buys human mod without waiting 3 maps since last human mod
- Players who use frost nade on assassins. -
Freeze
- Players who dont attack in mods Swarm / AVS / Plague / Survivor / Sniper
- Players who camp in the water when they are zombies -
Gag
- Players that spam / flood the chat
- Players who use offensive / censored words
- Players who interferes with the work of admins -
Ban
- Players that retry as a last zombie ( 1h - 2h )
- Players that retry as last human or retry as human when a zombie is about to infect/kill them ( 1h - 2h )
- Players that abuses admin , mother , sister , religion , attempts to start a racists topics ( 1 day - 7 days )
- Players who are advertisting other websites / servers ( 7 day - permanently )
- Players that are playing using hacks/scripts ( 1 day - 3 day )

ZP - Nemesis / Assassin
- It is allowed to be used once every map on other players (to give mods or in plague mode).
- It is allowed to be used on yourself every 12 hours.
- It's not allowed to give mod to a player that already received mod from another admin in the same 24h
- In case of that you made yourself nemesis / assassin - you aren't allowed to buy another mod in the same map.
- Admins are obliged to give 1 player mod , before he give himself mod. ( BUT NOT IN THE SAME MAP ! ) -
ZP - Zombie / Human / Respawn
- zp_human on yourself is allowed but this command should not be abused.
- Using zp_zombies on players who wish to become a zombie or for your own self.
- Using zp_respawn is allowed if a player/admin died from a Spawn Bug or if a player is slayed without a reason -
Vote map
- If the current map was extended 2+ times
- In case of low players in a big map
- In case of a full consultation with players & admins to change the map
- In case of the current map is in lastmaps.

I think some of us need 1 day to describe the feelings in this 8 years old with this awesome community.
What can I say from the start? I created this account in 2013, time passes quickly. I ll never forget how I was just a simple HELPER in ThunderZM server , I will never forget people which was around me and which they helped me with everything (Forum + Server). This community give me that feeling after a hard and difficult day by working , stress , here I can detach about my problems and to be more relaxed . Is a pleasure to talk and joke with people around here .
The best feeling I have is that I can help this community through my server ThunderZM . SO YEAH , HERE I CAN SAY THAT IS MY SECOND FAMILY.
In the final , I wish all the best for this magic community , Happy birthday CSBD , you will have my loyalty forever !

Bineînțeles că nimeni nu a ținut cont de treaba aceasta.
Ei, cu siguranță un moderator, global-moderator era ideal sa rezolve aceasta problemă, nu să stau cu topic-ul deschis , neștiind ce să fac.
