You all found out: there's a new project in town & it's name is UPLOADERS

First, what's the definition for the word "upload" --> transfer (data) from one computer to another, typically to one that is larger or remote from the user or functioning as a server. (in our case, uploading in "DOWNLOADS").

Many people asked me: "How to become an uploader?" / "Ares, i want uploader!".

To become an Uploader !!!

1. Activity on the platform (i don't care how much downloads you have, i just care for uploads -> thats why this group is called "UPLOADERS")
2. I don't need persons to "spam" me, on teamspeak: "i want uploader" / "give me uploader" , i don't need puppy eyes or words, i want ACTIVITY.

!!! If you like this project, don't come to me, go to the "DOWNLOADS" & start "mining". If you show inteerest for this, we'll come to you ?

How i said in this topic , some rules for members that want to have activity on the platform & especially UPLOADERS:

For UPLOADERS, the "RULES/TERMS" are simple:

activity on the platform (uploading) 

verify all files that are uploaded for viruses/trojan/spyware (using virustotal or metadefender - post the results) 

every 2 weeks or once a month: verify the apps for new version (all apps must be UPDATED)

when posting a map:

              * on CSGO category: its ok one map, but i want a good description / photos / who is the author)

              * on CS1.6 category: one map (just if you are the author and want to promote your work)

                                               only pack with maps (examples you'll see on the platform)

when posting a plugin: a good description, not long&boring, better short/medium & informative

* WHEN  UPLOADING A PROGRAM, PUT WHAT VERSION IT IS 

* ALL DESCRIPTION MUST BE IN ENGLISH & ROMANIAN

* WHEN UPLOADING SOMETHING ON DOWNLOADS, VERIFY THE FILE USING ONE OF THE VIRUS SITE AND POST WITH ADD MESSAGE (GREEN IS CLEAN / RED HAS VIRUS) IN CASE OF RED, THE FILE WILL BE DELETED

ALL UPLOADS (files/maps/plugins) must have at least one PHOTO.
