I do not see that you were downgraded in upg/downg topic. If you don't me asking you, what was the reason you were removed? And as i see from your activity, you were active these past days but i don't think that's enough at all. Why would we accept you as part of our staff again if the chance of you retiring is higher? Beside, the model contains a question which you skipped or did not understand. Second, I took a leave and I want to come back. No more. You are the only one who spoke like this because you do not look at the list of absences. Nevertheless, I do not see enough activity for a Moderaor position, and I honestly do not understand why our team nowadays votes with no clarification or a reason.
