I consider myself kind, which helps me to be a more effective moderator, I always try hard for something I want to achieve and give it my all my efforts and time.

The way someone expresses himself is very valuable and says a lot about himself. I think that your involvement as a moderator is not the best, you could get more involved with the activities of the forum and not just spam, collaborate with another project and be helpful and contribute to keeping the community on its feet.

In my opinion, your request is a bit hasty...
Because in the past, you were in VGR where you were losing interest and at the end you made a request to leave it by your own decision. Then you only did some activity in the design section and that is not enough to be a moderator because to have that rank, you have to show interest in what is in this community not only in a project. 

There were even administrators saying that in order to apply, you have to be in at least 2 projects to demonstrate interest and potential there.

1. - If i got accepted, I'll help a newest members which join community and wanna know somethings about the website and the content within.

- I'll help GFX Designer project to be more interactive, and making new designs and devlop my self to apply a good works.

- I'll help another project in activities, also in moderation stuffs and monitor what's the content which people posting it.

 

2. Ofc why not, I'll do which will make the both satisfiy , I must meet the problem in the real to show you how can I solve it.

 

3.  - Adding back gamblers project and gambling system, that will help the community and makes people spend more time for gambling and enjoy in the forum.

- Adding some products in the "Store" of the forum's, like buying VIP for 45,000 Devil Coins or Buying exclusive badges, or reset warning points for 25k Devil coins etc..

- Increase VIP Features, If you want more info please DM me.

- Make some of VIP features in Forum's Store, Like profile video, or Profile songs etc..

 

4. Of course I know that, for the last moment, I was helping community in GFX Project.

I don't think that I need to join another project even I help community through the project, Not anyone who memorizes two sentences have not sense comes to say them, for me I'm seeing that gfx designer is enough.

I said that GFX Designer is enough for me, at least Desigers spends a lot of time, like 1-2 hours to create some little works, about the other projects just copy/paste from any source from google, it just takes 10-15 min to post daily, to be honest I didn't like other projects.

for real I liked VGR project in the first but now a days it's so bad in management, and project coordinators didn't care to improve project, for this reason I leaved, and If you don't see GFX project it's enough, you can look at @-GloW & @axelxcapo they both in GFX Designer project only, The current staff must be in 2 projects first then talk to me + there's not written in rules/conditions of moderator that I must join 2 projects.

Even you holding the rank " Leader " if we look at GFX Project right now and we talk in total honesty it's a desaster.

There is no competitions .

No new ideas or something to encourage people to join the project and work on it.

I personally think that you holding a one rank and the only thing you are doing is answering request / battles is not enough for moderator rank.

I already was preparing to back GFX project as active but there are some of staff (Member in GFX project) interfere so much in things not related to them, and really everytime they doing that, so the staff first must don't interfere in stuffs related to project then I can do my work and improve the project. Ah I forgot, In some AOTW / Battles and events I did , there are nobody respond from staff even though there are staff professionals in design but they don't need to participate, and we can't back as Top again cause the staff not support projects, or support anything except them selves.

Man, your designs are 💩. If you get offended, im sorry but thats the truth. You gotta face the reality. At first you desinged begginers desinging, and from then you didnt want to improve. We talking about gfx here. One of the things is that, you cant be in another project, bcs you dont want to post activity. With 1 word, say you are lazy.

Thank you for answering to my questions. Well, i see that you are not that active on GFX project, ok, i see you trying to do something, but it's not enough for Moderator.. You got so many Contra, and also you get angry for our opinions about your request, my opinion about your request is to improve more and atleast join another project to see that you really want to be in our STAFF team. How you talked with my colleagues is not gonna forgive you, you could easily just watch their opinion instead of replying. Anyway, back to request, i would like you to improve more, i know you don't have Requests to do your job, etc. but if you see it's not working, then why don't you join another project to keep and maintain your activity? I don't get it.. 

 

You can't join us only with 1 project that you are not that much active... I liked your answers, but that's not enough, for me you have Contra, i am sorry. Try to improve more and join another project to show interest and also that you really want to be part of our STAFF team. Good luck!

• You have the right to be part on one project, Just be active in different areas of the forum. That's how it works.
