First of all the password/key for admin is wrong so it means you haven't read the rules.

Secondly I think you should be more active in server, follow each & every rule prove yourself to us that you're capable & deserving for this grade.
Also be nice with staff & other players.
And then come back after a week.

you have edited the model and key  but you don't have the requirements of being an admin so try after a week with 2 weeks playtime or 30 hours make sure to ready it daily then apply so you wouldn't make a mistake as an admin when you become one

As per others opinion it seems like you need to change your behaviour within that you need to improve your activity too

Come back after 7 days or so with Better activity and read rules so that you don't break them again
