So first of all kindly present your proof/evidence on imgur not on zippyshare.
Secondly neo was spectating you and he did the right thing you were destroying the lm and then you were ask again & again so that's why he gave you gag.
I think you should just read the rules, follow them & play so that you won't be punished later.

you shot lm on blocked assassin to drop his hp faster and that is punishable by slay. it disturbes others players experience. everyone was there and you blowing up lm on them made them fly away from assassin or get close to him too. also. upload your proofs to imgur.com. after slay you were constantly saying obly one thing. "why you slay me, why you slay me" i told you why i slayed you and after all this you were still asking (spamming). so I gagged you accordingly. read rules to avoid punishments from now on

Actually, in this kind of situation, to put lm on afk mod is not forbidden and further on, no punishment is needed. Indeed, using lms can ruin play experience.
I will close this report, but next time please do not slay those that use lm on afk mods, since its not specified in rules this scenario.
Also, @Master use lm to block the afk mod, not just to ruin game-play.
