Let me break it down for you, since it's an international community you should have a decent ability in speaking English, to know how to support others when someone asks you for support, to have the ability to debate and interact with the others people in here, it's not all about the activity if it was so then everyone can do an activity and be part of the staff. Maybe you got other qualities that could cover up your English skills and make us more interested in your application?
