But try to do some of these: Use only voice at the moment. Buy this usb headset online so you can receive it without going out by ordering it to come to your home. Your computer has one headset means it's new, i guess it has bluetooth too, so you can use an airpods or something like this... Try to use headphones that we use in phone, i will let a picture below to show you what i'm talking about, maybe with those you can use both mic and voice.
