Hello dear !

As I can see you used to add a track in ur profile that is more differenical from MP3,mp4 so as u can see the allowed options are just : MP3,mp4,ogg.

U can't add other options just MP3,MP4,ogg.

I hope I'm clearly,understandly.

• I also understood what happened that you added a last file that differs from mp3, mp4, ogg, you have uploaded a song in another file like bmp, css, csv, diff, doc and this did not match these, i have a simple solution when you want to Download a song, for example, write in Google "Download Unity Mp3 "or" Download Unity Mp4 "or" Download Unity Ogg "like this and it may work for you and it is not a complicated problem.

Well to add a profile song it should be mp3 or mp4 as mr devil and bandolero said so if you wanna to put this song especially you can search for it on YouTube and write on google youtube converter, put the link and press convert then download and try to put it again

In the Screenshot/image that shows you its telling you that only file extinesions is only MP3, MP4 and ogg.

try to convert the music into MP3, MP4 or ogg and it will be worked.

this happen with me before when i trying to put a MP4 this MP4 this mean it's a video. but if you want put a song should be a MP3.

This player only accepts files in mp3 format, if you want your music to be seen you have to go to the store with your points and buy the sound of the profile, I think it is the one that allows you with video format (mp4), if I want to put music only add files in mp3 format, be sure to configure well the way you want your file before downloading (It must be mp3) ?
